I HAVE GIVEN 'SADAQAH' TO A THIEF~AN ADULTERESS~& A RICH MAN

In Midtown Manhattan, a man invaded an evening service at the Central Synagogue and attacked people inside. He headbutted the security guard upon entering, and a woman was slapped.
He has been charged with a Hate Crime as an assault and has pleaded not guilty to those charges. On August 15th, Larry Montes, 46, barged into Central Synagogue during their evening service.
Rabbi Andrew Kaplan Mandel spoke of the incident during the Saturday morning service and expressed his gratitude for the synagogue's security. He said, "We are grateful to our security for supporting us." There was no mention of being grateful to God at all. Maybe it is because it is a Reform Jewish congregation that promotes Zionism.
Mayor Zohran Mamdani met with Jewish leaders to reassure them of his efforts to keep Jewish New Yorkers safe. Since the attack, a dozen armed police officers have stood guard in front of the synagogue.
On X, Mayor Mamdani said, "This despicable act has no place in our city, and our administration will do everything in our power to keep Jewish New Yorkers safe." He expressed gratitude to the Central Synagogue security for reacting so swiftly as well as to the New York City police officer who apprehended Mortes.
On social media, Mamdani further stated, "Our administration will always stand against bigotry in all its forms."

Hindu Nationalist Leader at MSG
On August 29th, Mohan Bhagwat, the Hindu nationalist leader of the paramilitary organisation Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), will speak at Madison Square Garden (a.k.a. MSG). He claims that he is here to preach the message that "the world is one family."
The MSG event is the Universal Oneness Celebration hosted by the American Hindus for Engagement and Dialogue, who also claim to promote peace and harmony.
However, many faith-based activists and unprivileged caste organizations are convinced that this Hindu gathering is really to promote Hindu nationalism while masking their oppressive history against Muslims, Christians, and Sikhs. The RSS has a reputation for promoting discriminatory policies and encouraging violence against India's religious minorities.
Protests against this event are expected. Safa Ahmed, a Muslimah activist, traveled from North Carolina to join fellow protestors at MSG in denouncing Bhagwat's appearance.
Although he acknowledged that his administration did not have the power to stop this type of private event, Mayor Mamdani has voiced his opposition to Bhagwat being in New York City. He referred to the RSS as having an "exclusionary" vision for India.

The Messenger of Allah
[may Allah bless him and grant him peace] said...
A man said, 'I must give some 'Sadaqah,'
and went out with his 'Sadaqah',
putting it in the hand of a Thief {!}
The next day people said he had given
'Sadaqah' to a Thief !
he said, 'O Allah, praise is Yours.
I will again give 'Sadaqah'.
so, he went out with his 'Sadaqah' and this time
put it in the hand of an Adulteress !
The next day people said that he had
given 'Sadaqah' in the night to an Adulteress !
he said ,' O Allah, praise is yours
I gave it to an adulteress, I will give more 'Sadaqah'.
he went out with his 'Sadaqah' and put it
in the hand of a Rich Man !
The next day people said he had given
'Sadaqah' to a rich man !
he said, 'O Allah, praise is Yours. I have given Sadaqah
to a Thief , an Adulteress, and a Rich man.'!
Then someone came and said to him---
'Your 'Sadaqah' to a Thief might make him
abstain from stealing' !
'What you gave to the Adulteress might make
her abstain from fornication' !
'And what you gave to the rich man might
make him reflect so that he will
spend out from what Allah has given him'.
