I have been chosen as a leader by you although I am not the best among you. I have not chosen this position but by the Grace of Allah. I had not wanted it and never prayed that Allah should give it to me. I had no desire for it. I have unhappily accepted it only on seeing signs of friction and apostacy among the people. I see this position as a heavy responsibility for me unless Allah almighty helps me. I wish that someone else more pious and godfearing were chosen. Even now you can choose someone better than me from those who follow the Prophet [peace be on him].
If I do the right thing help if me, if not straighten me out . Obedience to Allah is essential for me . Those who are weak I consider strong till I I give them their rights. Do not obey me if I do not obey Allah.

The Tragedy of Ward Churchill
He was an authentic patriot. He loved the first amendment. His research and scholarship went beyond the efforts of all others.Even beyond his research work he went into the area of basic human rights.
Dr. Ward was steadily promoted till he became the Chairperson of his department.
In the meantime the 9.11 attacks happened.
Iraq had been placed under an embargo which reports indicate was so severe that it led to widespread human suffering in Iraq including the slow deaths of about 500,000 children . American top level officials had an easygoing attitude towards this huge suffering.

Most of the people of east Punjab are Sikhs, with a religion of their own. They were interested in gaining a prominent place in Indian society. The power of Hindu Indian crushed them.

In 1984 india used tanks and artillery to cause heavy damage to the temple on the claim that Sikh militants had gathered there under the influence of Sikh leader jarnail singh Bhindranwale. Thousands of unarmed Sikh pilgrims were killed and their holy text was also destroyed.

Whenever the history of 2026 is written, the following actions of the government will be emblazoned in glowing words, and stand out as uniquely heroic acts.
a. Its expulsion of all Afghan refugees, men women and children, from Pakistan, to teach Afghanistan a lesson. But the lesson has still not been learned, and TTP is still coming across to cause disturbance to our "law-abiding forces", in the words of our Prime Minister. I guess, now they will further broaden the operation to include all our Pathans as well, because there is no other way out of it. When these guys are also expelled, the TTP will stop coming over because they'll have no one left to preach to.
b. The spectacular and eminently successful attacks on Azad Kashmir. Being short of insurgencies, this should do wonders to fill the shortage.
c. Sending Mariam Aurangzeb abroad to have a nose job done, and she, the enthusiastically driven woman that she is, getting the job done all over the place, so much so, that she caused a botox shortage. Her aim always was to draw level with her idol, Mariam Nawaz. And those who are in the know swear that she has indeed drawn level in most places, while at certain spots, she has come out even more desirable than the other Mariam. In PML circles, this is not much talked about because such comparisons are considered blasphemous.
d. For arranging to allow Ishaque Dar's grandson to smuggle two foreign women into Pakistan, and then robbing them of a goodly sum of dollars to increase Pakistan's foreign exchange holdings. And finaly, raping them repeatedly so that when they lay their eggs in their own countries, the chances are that two little runts, both resembling Ishaque Dar, would emerge. What great ambassadors for Pakistan will they make, when they grow up? O what a service to the country!
e. And the last great heroic act was the way its forces manoeuvred unseen and unheard, surrounded Brig Mian Mahmud's house, and then sealed it. A list of gallantry awards for the operation is being drawn up. Two Nishan i Haiders are confirmed, though their names are being held secret for now.
And who pray, is Brig Mian Mahmud? Well, he is a 93 year old veteran, bent at the middle, who passed out with the first PMA Long Course, having a lifelong reputation for patriotism and integrity—just the sort of man we can do without. In his nineties, he wrote his memoirs, primarily about his experiences in the 1965 War.This is a unique book because a good eighty percent of it is based on his eyewitness accounts. And each one of these is a further testament to his integrity.
And why was his house sealed? A rumour has it, that this action is expected to bring joy to the Field Marshal. And why would that be? Because, it is said, that it has been the Brigadier's firm belief that our army had no business being where it was, so it better get back to the barracks before it destroys what is left of Pakistan. Whenever he hears such blasphemy, a Hafiz can only go nuts. In short, it is to repair the nuts that the house has been sealed, and just one smile from the Field Marshal can make this happen!

Trump's Big 'Ugly' Bill's Success in Turning Away Impoverished Americans
According to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), which handles dispensing Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits to Americans monthly, the program saw a 13% drop in recipients between 2025 and 2026. SNAP is a federal assistance program.
The stringent requirements added to President Trump's 'big beautiful bill' are to blame for the huge drop in SNAP recipients. Capitalism is also to blame. No believing Christian or Jew or practicing Muslim feels comfortable with any capitalistic ideology because it is rooted in greed.
There is already a stigma associated with taking charity. Falling on hard times is a part of life, and it is a personal obstacle that can be overcome with Allah's help. Our taxes now fund welfare programs that provide relief to those who have fallen on hard times. However, in America, that was not always the case. President Franklin Delano Roosevelt (FDR) won four presidential elections with the New Deal. His New Deal created the Social Security Act, which provided pensions and unemployment insurance. It was a very potent response to former President Herbert Hoover's cold "bootstraps" remark to Americans suffering during the Great Depression.
FDR's response to American suffering was to use our tax dollars to help them deal with the Depression. FDR and Hoover were both from wealthy backgrounds, but Herbert Hoover was a self-made millionaire. Self-made individuals are often forgetful of the obstacles they have overcome and that others have financial struggles on different levels.
FDR's critics accused him of turning America into a welfare state. The New Deal was a socialist move. Many politicos who shame Americans living in poverty or who are struggling with unemployment are the same politicos who support giving billions of American tax dollars to support the welfare state of Israel and other dictatorships!
President Trump's 'big beautiful bill' has made holding onto SNAP benefits very difficult. Able-bodied recipients without children must work. There are programs these recipients are assigned to, back-to-work programs, that help recipients find work. However, most of these jobs are low-paying jobs not worth terminating your benefits to get.
For unemployed SNAP recipients with a degree or certification, these back-to-work programs can be a waste of time. It would be better to search for employment independently. These back-to-work programs only help with low-paying service jobs in maintenance, hospitality, or medical assistance. SNAP recipients are required to attend these programs for up to 40 hours a week.
Previously, SNAP recipients who were disabled or who were 55 to 64 years old were exempt from these back-to-work programs, but now that is not the case. It also now includes people with children aged 14-17 years old, as well as the homeless.
Many people are losing their SNAP benefits due to administrative reasons. In many instances, even more documentation is required for approval, and applicants have been denied either for late or incomplete submissions.
Families are losing SNAP benefits, not just individuals. It takes nearly two months to apply and get approved for SNAP benefits, and to appeal a case being closed can take even longer. It takes so long to appeal benefits termination that most caseworkers recommend simply applying all over again.
Community food banks do not have the magnitude of resources that the federal government has to supplement millions of people dealing with food insecurity. Many of these community food programs are easily taxed from so many people seeking food, whether they receive benefits or not.
Yes, the government may be saving some money by withholding resources from those in need, but since this is a capitalistic government, I suspect that even more money is being made on the backend. Excluding people from badly needed benefits has a far worse effect on all communities, rich and poor. Parents are willing to do anything to support their children, including shoplifting. I saw a father handcuffed in a drugstore after trying to steal diapers. But thievery, including the violent ones, will also rise.
Capitalism produces profiteers who generate wealth at humanity's expense. CoreCivic is a private for-profit prison building corporation based in Brentwood, Tennessee. It owns 82 state and federal correctional facilities and detention centers. Corporations such as CoreCivic profit from surges in crime rates. They are publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), as well.
The soul of a profiteer has been corrupted, and only Allah can help such a creature. Americans hate capitalism. We are taught to choose capitalism over socialism and communism in American schools, but many students question its morality. Islam is the complete religion that provides a means for fairly governing people, not socialism or communism, which are based on human will. Islam has a system of governance that includes an educational, economic, and social welfare system based on the Shariah - Allah's Will only.
