How to deal with Indian aggression against India's Muslims?

Muslims are deeply hurt by India's extremist leaders in
their attacks against India's helpless Muslims.
Most Muslims respond by complaining about India's occupation
of Kashmir. In this issue of New Trend I have published a
report about the biggest Kashmiri rally against India.
It's a good effort but it is basically flawed because on the
one hand it appeals to the Indian occupiers who will
definitely respond negatively.
Indirectly it appeals to the western powers [as it was held
in New York.]
Remember that it was a major western power, Britain, which
cleverly created the Kashmir tragedy. It has not worked for
70 plus years, There is no chance that it will work.
Here are my suggestions:
Appeal to the people of India.
Support the Sikh population of India. Sikhs have suffered
the most at the hands of India's military. Subtly support
the Khalistan movement for an independent or autonomous Sikh
state.
Support the Dalit people of India. They were once known
in India as 'untouchables.' They are treated worse than
African Americans are in USA.
Support the women of India. Rape is rife in India. Look
at Indian movies. Women are taught to treat men as gods.
There is a steady stream of conversions to Islam from among
women. Modi is aware of this weakness and calls this process
'love jihad.'
Southern India is much friendlier to Muslims than
northerners who are 'Brahmin heavy.' Check Indian
businesses. Are they northern or southern?
Support the Muslims of Bangladesh. They are strict
Muslims and protested in huge numbers when a Hindu woman
blasphemed against the Prophet, pbuh. West Pakistani
military mistreated Bengali Muslims. Hasina and other elite
rulers of Bangladesh are more pro-India than pro-Muslim. [I
have been to Bangladesh three times. Most of them still love
Pakistan.]
If Muslims of West and East Pakistan [now Bangladesh] unite,
Hindu Brahmin India will be trapped.
People of Pakistan should get rid of misguidance, Focus on
authentic Islam, Many Pakistanis do not follow the Sunnah of
Muhammad, pbuh. In this month of Rabi ul awwal Pakistanis
celebrate though they do not obey the Prophet, pbuh, most of
the time.
A scholarly brother has sent me a list of all the great
Muslims who DID NOT celebrate meelad [celebrating the
birthday of the prophet, pbuh,] and they were the best
Muslims. These include the sahaba, the khulafa rashideen,
the tabba tabaein and the generations following them.
Let's get rid of our weaknesses and focus on living the real
Islam.
Iran
Iran Fighting its Women. What a Shame!
15th day!
Tehran, Iran - Protests that erupted following the death of
a young woman in police custody continued in Iran for a 15th
consecutive day on Saturday amid internet restrictions that
show no signs of easing.
Kurdish woman Mahsa Amini, 22, died on September 16 after
being in a coma that lasted three days. She had earlier
suffered an apparent stroke after being detained by the
country's so-called morality police for wearing an "improper
hijab" in the capital, Tehran.
Her family has challenged a claim by Iranian authorities
that she was not beaten and suffered from pre-existing
conditions, as an investigation into her death
continues.
Protests that began in Amini's hometown of Saqqez in the
Kurdistan province have spread across the country and turned
deadly, with dozens believed killed. Many have also been
arrested, but no official tally has been released by the
authorities.
Students protested at about noon on Saturday in major
universities in Tehran and several other cities. But most
protests have so far taken place from late afternoon till
night, when internet restrictions have also intensified
compared with other hours.
President Ebrahim Raisi said in a television interview on
Wednesday that a distinction must be made between protests
and "riots" which the authorities have accused foreign
governments and secessionist elements of organising.

Kashmiri Americans held huge rally at the United Nations in
New York.
Massive Indian army has Occupied Kashmir.
New York, Sept 24, 2022. Kashmiri Americans and friends of
Kashmir gathered at the United Nations headquarters during
the speech of Dr. S. Jaishankar, Indian foreign minister who
spoke amid 77th session of the UN General Assembly.
They had come from across the United States to remind the
United Nations of her pledge that she has given to the
people of Jammu & Kashmir as early as 1948 - that future of
Kashmir shall be decided by its people though a fair and
impartial plebiscite. The participants were carrying the
banners and placards that read: "Modi: face of Indian
Terrorism", "Kashmiri Lives Matter Too", "End the
Occupation: Free Kashmir", "Stand Up: Speak Up: Free
Kashmir", "India: Honor UN Resolutions", "Freedom for all,
Freedom for Kashmir," "Indian Forces: Out of Kashmir",
"Demilitarize Kashmir", "UN: Wake UP," "No Justice, No
Peace", "India: Release All Political Prisoners."
President of Azad Kashmir Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry
addressed the demonstration and assured highly charged crowd
that his unstinted effort to internationalize Kashmir issue
will continue with full vigor. He stated that it is the duty
of both Azad Kashmir and Pakistani government to highlight
the human right abuses which have reached to unprecedented
proportions. He unequivocally condemned the abominable act
of changing the demographic character of the region.
Barrister Sultan appealed to UN and OIC to take serious note
of these reprehensible activities and take measures so that
these actions are halted. He warned that if this protracted
problem is left unattended it can have dangerous
consequences. He assured the well-attended crowd that they
will not find government of Pakistan lacking in their
support to the Kashmir cause. The president stated that he
met that OIC Kashmir Contact Group and acquainted them with
the recent situation in Kashmir. All the leaders
representing different Islamic countries were solidified in
their stance that the human right violations need to be
stopped immediately and tripartite negotiations between
India, Pakistan and Kashmiri leadership should be
facilitated. He further stated that he had confabulations
with Pakistani Foreign Minister, and he stated that the
country will not demur in their support to Kashmiris. He
assured the attendees he will increase his efforts to bring
world attention to this issue and will travel to nook and
corner of the world to accomplish his goal. He appealed to
people not to lose hope and affirmed their cumulative
efforts will enable Kashmiris to realize the dream of
achieving freedom.
Sardar Haleem Khan, Chairman, JKLF and main organizer of the
rally emphasized that no solution of Kashmir will be
acceptable if it does not recognize the unfettered right of
self-determination of the people of Jammu & Kashmir. Sardar
Haleem denounced the life imprisonment handed down by an
Indian special court in New Delhi to Muhammad Yasin Malik,
one of the most prominent leaders of Kashmir, and Chairman
of the Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF).
Dr. Ghulam Nabi Fai, Chairman, World Forum for Peace &
Justice asked the United Nations that the application of
international law should not be selective in resolving the
international conflicts. He drew the urgent attention of the
Secretary General to the situation in Indian Occupied
Kashmir brought about by the atrocities on a massive scale
which are being remorselessly perpetrated by 900,000 Indian
military and paramilitary forces on unarmed men, women, and
children. He warned the world powers that the status quo in
Kashmir, if left unchanged, will only result in a growing
spiral of death and even greater regional instability. The
UN must take an active role in finding a peaceful and
permanent solution to the crisis.
Dr. Fai urged Dr. Jaishankar to read during his leisure time
Huffington Post which says that Indian democracy is dying in
silence in Kashmir. Earlier, Dr. Jaishankar had conveyed to
the world body the greetings from the world's largest
democracy.
Dr. Fai added that it is utter shocking that Dr. Jaishankar
has the temerity to proclaim during his speech at the UN
General Assembly that in Ukraine, India is "on the side that
respects the UN Charter and its founding principles." His
statement makes a mockery of the United Nations Charter and
International Law. Dr. Jaishankar knows it well that India's
aggression and occupation of Kashmir violates United Nations
Charter and can never be justified under international
law.
Dr. Imtiaz Khan, Professor at George Washington University
Medical center stated that abuses on innocent people of
Indian occupied Kashmir continue unabated. After the
revocation of article 370 and 35A more than 900,000 military
and paramilitary occupation forces are holding the people as
hostage. Daily crackdowns are a routine and during this
process the civilians especially the youth are targeted.
During the search operations under the pretext to flush
militants the civilian residences are looted of their
valuables, womenfolk are harassed, and young men are
eliminated with impunity.
Dr. Khan added that the genuine leadership of the valley
have been incarcerated and many of them like Yasin malik
have been subjected to solitary confinement and implicated
under false charges. Land grab movement by occupation forces
is continuing at breakneck speed and thousands of acres of
land has been taken over by the occupation forces. Kashmiri
people are being devoid of their property and armed Hindu
militants are being settled on these properties. There is
government sponsored policy to infuse drug culture so that
youth get addicted to this menace and are weaned away from
the freedom movement. All of these steps are being taken
under well planned scheme so that Kashmiris are restricted
to ghettos, their employment opportunities are scuttled, and
they are deprived of religious freedom.
Dr. Khan warned that the situation in the region is highly
explosive. Kashmir is sitting on power keg and slight
trigger can catapult the situation to point of no return.
With the absence of leaders like Syed Ali Geelani, Yasin
Malik, Shabir Shah, Masarat Alam (later being in Indian
jails for years), it is very likely that youth may be forced
to take extreme steps and macabre of violence with no
recourse. We appeal the United Nations to take practical
measures that will dissuade India to Indulge in gross human
right abuses against innocent Kashmiri population and sway
them to participate in tripartite negotiations involving
Pakistan and genuine leadership of Kashmir.
Khan alerted that the onus lies on the international
community to convey to fascist Indian government that the
human right violations against the people of occupied
Kashmir should stop. The reprimand should not be restricted
to mere condemnations and resolutions, but it should be made
clear that unless India reverses the measures it can face
severe sanctions which will hurt its economy. It is clear
from the Indian behavior unless punitive measures are taken
it will not dissuade from inflicting horrific crimes on the
people of Indian occupied Kashmir. International bodies like
UN should remember that Kashmir can prove to be a nuclear
flash point between India and Pakistan and if the dispute is
left unresolved it can prove disastrous not only to the
region but half of the world population. This is high time
UN Secretary General ignores Indian protests and send its
envoy to occupied Kashmir to assess the situation there.

Gunmen killed an Assad regime soldier in Deraa province.
A senior Assad officer was killed by hidden gunmen in

Syrians supporting Turkey fired mortar shells killing an SDF
soldier in the Tel Tamr area.
September 30, Russian jets carried out 8 air strikes on M4
highway on Idlib border while Assad troops fired heavy
artillery
SOHR reports that ISIS attacks continue and in September 17
SDF and 18 Iranian backed militia were killed in fighting in
the desert.
Latest Russian air strikes in the desert triangle have
killed 5 ISIS fighters and injured 4..
Iran
September 28. Iran used long range missiles and drones to
attack a Kurdish gathering across the border in Iraq killing
23 and wounding 19.
Observers say this is Iran's way of saying that its internal
problems are owing to foreign interference. Also, Iran has
arrested 7 Europeans with similar allegations.

Government's Transgender Trick
Won't Work

LAHORE: Sep 30: Jamaat-e-Islami Emir Sirajul Haq has asked
the government to take back the transgender law or get ready
to face protest movement.
"We give one week to the government to accept the
transgender amendment act proposed by the JI senator Mushtaq
Ahmad Khan," he said while addressing a press conference at
Mansoorah on Friday.
Earlier, he presided over a consultative meeting of the
leaders of different religious parties, scholars, lawyers
and heads of seminaries on the trans law. Rejecting the law,
the participants decided to hold a protest demonstration at
The Mall on next Friday.
The JI chief said the bill was against the Quran and Sunnah
and the constitution of Pakistan. It had been passed in a
hurry on last days of the PML-N government in 2018 without
consultation, he said, clarifying the JI had since then
been opposing the law which was a conspiracy to attack the
Islamic norms of Pakistan society.
He said the agents of western powers and secular lobbies
were aimed at damaging the ideological basis of the country.
These powers, he said, had earlier destroyed the national
economy under a plot. The three ruling parties, he said,
were always on board whenever the western lobbies proposed
any agenda.
The FATF-backed laws were also unanimously adopted by the
PTI, the PML-N and the PPP, authorizing the IMF to impose
decisions on key strategic issues and policy making
matters.
Domestic Violence Law, he added, passed in PTI tenure was
also an attack on family system.
He clarified the JI could never even think to oppose the
rights of transgenders rather it wanted they would be
provided all rights.
Instead of providing them rights, he said, the law in
question was aimed at spreading the culture of vulgarity in
the society.
To a question, he said the JUI-F head Maulana Fazlur Rahman
had also opposed the trans law. He said he would also
contact Maulana Fazl, Professor Sajid Mir, Allama Raja Nasir
Abbas and other leaders of religious and political parties
on the matter.

Shaikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi Passes Away. One of the greatest
Muslims, taught Liberation of Palestine
Shaikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi passed away at 96 on September 26.
He was probably the greatest Islamic preacher of modern
times.
Between Saudi abuse and ICNA hypocrisy.
We thank Dr. T for sending us a picture of al-Qaradawi
leading the funeral prayers of Maulana Maudoodi for which a
vast crowd turned up. It is a famous picture but it was
good to see it again, mashaAllah. These were two servants of
Allah who never betrayed the cause of Islam.
Saudi media have been insulting and abusing Shaikh
al-Qaradawi for a long time. It is no surprise coming from
"Saudi" Arabia which is ruled by an "alleged" murderer, MSB,
who had his critic strangled and then dissolved in acid and
"disappeared" [the notorious case of Khashoggi, whose wife
is still looking for justice.]
The Saudi rulers hated al-Qaradawi because he taught jihad
against Israel and urged Palestinians to attack Israel and
its supporters.
At the other extreme is America's Muslim organization ICNA
which supports the government and dare not condemn the
"legitimacy" of Israel.
ICNA played its typical game. It praised al-Qaradawi but
left out the most important aspects of
al-Qaradawi:
He condemned Israel. Never supported the "two state
solution" and urged Muslims to attack Israel. For him
martyrdom was the highest Islamic attribute. [The word would
make ICNA's leader Bukhari pass out. Most ICNA members don't
know that during the US attacks on Muslim countries, Bukhari
was travelling globally supporting America, even slept in a
US embassy to hide
his activities.]
Al-Qaradawi is Egyptian and opposed the Egyptian tyrant
and mass murderer General Sisi.
As a result the Shaikh had to leave Egypt and lived in
exile.
By censoring Al-Qaradawi's greatest attributes, ICNA reduced
him to the level of a distinguished Islamic preacher and no
more.
Muslims should notice what is going on: The treacherous and
murderous rulers overseas and their sweet talking puppets in
America.

Why Should Muslims be Interested in Germany?
I was going to do this as a conventional book review but by
the time I finished reading its 600 pages, I realized that
no regular book review could do justice to it.
True Himmler by David Irving. [ Sub title: A biography
quoting the real letters, diaries, and papers of Heinrich
Himmler, and his wife and daughter and others in his life,
with selections of photographs from personal albums.]. 639
pages. Focal point, 2020.
Readers of New Trend might have noticed something very
unusual happening in Germany during the Israeli assault on
Gaza and the desecration of Masjid al-Aqsa. Germans were
openly protesting against the Israeli attacks and doing
something unthinkable over 75 years:: burning the Israeli
flag.
As you may know, it's a crime in Germany to say anything
even slightly non-critical of the German regime from 1933 to
1945. Germany was humiliated and silenced after its defeat
after the war.
All of Germany has been treated as an evil country which
broke all the rules of civilization and decency. In that
historic context, only a scholar with unequalled courage and
objectivity [by European standards] could write about the
personal life of a German leader hated even more than
Hitler. [if that is possible] .
Anyone writing about the personal life of a hated leader who
is projected as the epitome of evil in the West would have
to face the objectivity test.
Any even handed account would be seen as propaganda. What
David Irving did was very difficult and took years of
research, He took himself out of the picture and depended
entirely upon the secret writings of the characters in his
story of Himmler. The people who wrote these diaries and
personal notes and instructions never thought that these
writing would appear in a monumental book.
He wrote about Himmler's parents and his childhood. Himmler
was a church going child and youth. He was strict beyond
measure in his financial dealings even with the pocket money
his father gave him.
He did not drink or smoke or fornicate and stayed strictly
within his marriage till very late in life.
Not many, if any, western leaders can compare with him in
his character.
Irving traces step by step Himmler's attraction towards
National Socialism. Readers should remember that Germany was
not only defeated in the First World War but humiliated. It
was shredded of its choicest provinces and industrial areas.
The French and the Poles enjoyed Germany's resources and
Germany was put under a ban which would not allow it to have
its own armed forces.
The economy nose dived and the people were poverty stricken.
Money had no value. The only people who prospered were the
tiny minority which controlled the banking system and
finance. Hitler spoke against them and drew their ire
globally.
The more he spoke, the greater Germany came under
international abuse and propaganda. A global boycott was
placed on Germany.
Irving documents the growing isolation followed by physical
attacks and murder of German diplomats and officials
overseas.
Himmler stayed away from the waves of prejudice and then
hate which swirled through Germany. As is usual in a tight
economy, leftist groups and Communists organized themselves.
There were battles in the streets between the Communists and
National Socialists labelled as the SA. These were gangsters
fighting gangsters.
The SA not only defeated the Communists but gained so much
support that at a certain point they decided to overthrow
Hitler and kill all his top supporters.
Himmler formulated a tightly disciplined force known as the
SS which overthrew the SA. This was a brutal internal
conflict and Irving gives us the details, sparing no
one.
The SS came to be the best fighting force in Europe. It not
only protected Hitler but supported Germany's forays into
Austria and Czechoslovakia.
How did Himmler deal with a situation of conflict and then
war? The book becomes a thriller full of tension. of a moral
person trapped in a bad situation.
There were no angels in World War 2 and Himmler was seen as
the worst of Hitler's commanders. The SS came to be the most
powerful force in Germany.
The book does not discuss the war itself but when Germany
was defeated, the victors did not treat Himmler as the
greatest commander of an invincible force. He was treated
like dirt and murdered in cold blood. To undermine the
German morale, the victors spread the story that he
committed suicide, which was against his entire belief
system.
Irving carries out clinical research to prove that it was
not suicide but murder.
I highly recommend this book and congratulate David Irving
for research work which has no equal.
