A Muslim group known as ISNA enacted its convocation in an
expensive nook outside the city of Chicago, cosily away from
the turmoil of the city and its Black and Hispanic communities.
The gathering drew rich and prosperous Muslims from across
America. They have the right to club and eat and gossip. The
problem arises when ISNA violates the basic principles of
Islam.
President Biden spoke to the Convocation and gave his 100%
support to it.
Who does not know that Biden is the biggest supporter of
lgbtq in America!. Even his spokesperson is one of them.
He is a blatant supporter of the right to abortion and has
been a furious opponent of the Supreme Court decision on
this matter.
He used the occasion to do political propaganda to mislead
Muslims. His opponent did not ban all Muslim arrivals but
some from some countries.
Neither Biden nor the Muslim congregation oppose Israel
which is the enemy number one of the Muslim Ummah. In fact
some in these groupies are misusing the name of Abraham,
pbuh, to herd corrupt Muslim rulers into acceptance of
Israeli legitimacy.
Most of the people in the ISNA crowd are from Pakistan and
India, yet Biden did not say a word about Kashmir and India.
He was busy doing propaganda against Trump.
ISNA has some uses. It can safely criticize Indian
atrocities against Muslims. It has a nice bazaar and rich
Muslims can marry rich Muslims. Interacial marriage is still
largely taboo.
Notice one of their heroes: Omar Sulaiman. This dastardly
fellow went to the US Congress and stood near Nancy Pelosi,
proudly photographed.

Islam Has declared Haram [forbidden] all cooperation, even
the slightest, with Oppressors
Officials cannot continue to cooperate with the oppressors
and still claim to be Muslims. In Islam there are no two
views on this:
"And incline not to those who are oppressors or the fire
will touch you, and ye will have no protectors other than
Allah, nor shall ye be helped." [The Qur'an 11:113]
In Islam, the question of cooperating with non-Muslim rulers
who oppress Muslims, such as in Iraq, Palestine, Somalia and
Nigeria, simply does not arise. However, there are clear
texts from the Prophet, pbuh, and his Companions, r.a.,
which make very clear the meaning of 11:113 as regards
Muslim rulers:
"There will be rulers after me who will tell lies and
oppress people. One who calls their lies 'truth' and and
helps them [in any way] in their oppression, such a one is
not of me and I have nothing to do with him and he will not
be anywhere near me at the Spring of Abundance (on the Day
of Judgement)." [Prophet Muhammad pbuh, Hadith in the
collections of Nasai, Tirmidhi and Hakim, narrated by Ka'ab
bin 'Ujra, r.a.]
"...One who approaches human rulers gets involved in Fitna
[disruption and turmoil.]" [Prophet Muhammad, pbuh, Sunan of
Abu Dawud, narrated by ibn Abbas, r.a.]
Prophet Muhammad, pbuh, said:"In the future there will be
rulers over you, some whom you will know and some whom you
won't. One who stays away completely from rulers will be
forgiven by Allah, one who looks at them and considers them
bad will be saved [by Allah], but one who accepts them and
follows them, Allah Almighty will remove him from His
Mercy." A person asked: Should we do jihad against such
rulers? The Prophet, pbuh, replied: Not as long as they
establish worship of Allah. [Hadith, Sahih of Muslim]
Let us look briefly at the establishment of powerful rulers.
Should we cooperate with them because they are powerful and
can harm us and we cannot fight them? What did the
outstanding scholars of Islam say when the non-Islamic
rulers established themselves. Here is a sample:
Saeed bin al-Musayyeb, one of the greatest scholars of
Hadith in the classical era of Islam said: When you see a
person who knows Islam, hanging around rulers, shun him
because he is thief.
'Auzai, another giant of Islamic learning from the golden
era of Islam said: With Allah Almighty, there is none worse
than one who knows Islam yet goes to the rulers.
Makhul, another great early narrator of Hadith said: One who
learns the Qur'an and gains knowledge of Islam and then
approaches the ruler out of greed and to flatter, every step
towards the ruler takes him towards the fire of hell

LAHORE: SEP 01: Jamaat-e-Islami Emir Sirajul Haq has
regretted that mafias are minting money by creating
artificial shortages of basic food items even when the
nation is passing through difficult time.
On one side, the hoarders were adding to the miseries and on
the other side the government once again increased the fuel
and electricity prices despite providing relief to the
masses, he said
in a statement issued from Mansoorah on Thursday.
Criticizing the federal and provincial government for not
shunning away petty differences, he said the rulers had left
the masses alone as per their old habits. The ruling elite,
he said, were indulging in politics at a time when floods
were creating devastation in most part of the country. It
was not the first time but the rulers had always abandoned
the masses during every difficult situation, he said.
Appealing to the masses and particularly to overseas
Pakistanis to donate generously for the flood victims, he
said they were ray of the hope in prevailing circumstances.
He also appreciated the so far efforts made by the public to
help their brothers and sisters in affected areas. He said
the Pakistani nation had the history of extending their
generous support during every calamity. In present
circumstances, he said, it also must not leave their fellow
Pakistanis on the mercy of international NGOs. Though it was
a difficult time, the nation had the capability to cope with
the challenge by its own, he added. The governments needed
to be active and must ensure the transparent distribution of
relief aid among the people, he said.
Sirajul Haq said the al-Khidmat Foundation was making full
efforts to ensure quick relief to the victims of floods. He
said the JI and al-Khidmat would never leave alone the
people in present situation and will continue rehabilitation
work till the end.
The JI chief meanwhile departed to Malaysia for
organizational visit. He will stay there till September 5
and attend conference on unity of Muslim Ummah in Kuala
Lumpur. The JI vice-emier Liaqat Baloch has taken oath as
acting emir of the JI during the absence of Sirajul Haq.

Landon Parrot was booked on charges in the death of his
1-year-old son in a hot car, authorities say.
(CNN)An Ohio father faces charges in the death of his
1-year-old son after he intentionally left the baby in a hot
car, police said.
In a Facebook post, New Philadelphia Police Chief Michael
Goodwin says the child was initially brought unresponsive
into the emergency room by his father, 19-year-old Landon
Parrot.
"During the initial investigation the Detectives found
inconsistent information being given by the father," Chief
Goodwin writes.
When investigators "confronted" Parrot with the
inconsistencies in his story, police say he told them what
happened.
A 3-year-old found in a hot car outside an educational
center is nation's 10th child heatstroke death this year
"The child passed away after being left in the car
unattended for approximately 5 hours, with an outside
temperature of 87 degrees," according to Goodwin. "During
the interview it appears that this was not a matter of
forgetting the child but was a deliberate act so as the
child would not be a disturbance while in the house."
Parrot faces charges of murder, two counts of endangering
children and involuntary manslaughter, the police said in
the Facebook post. He's being held at the Tuscarawas County
Jail on a $250,000 dollar bond.
He was booked on Friday afternoon, according to the
Tuscarawas County Sheriff's website.
CNN has been unable to determine if Parrot has an
attorney.
There has been an increase in recent years in the number of
children dying from being left in a hot car. There have been
at least 929 pediatric vehicular heatstroke deaths since
1998, according to Jan Null, meteorologist and founder of
noheatstroke.org. Of those deaths, 53% were because someone
forgot a child in a car.
In 2018 and 2019, a record 53 children died each year from
being left in a hot car, according to the National Safety
Council. There have been 22 hot car deaths so far in 2022,
according to noheatstroke.org.

Verily distress has seized me,
and You are the Most Merciful of all
those who show mercy.
so We answered his call,
and We removed the distress that was on him,
and We restored his family to him and the like thereof along
with them,
as a mercy from Ourselves
and a reminder for all who worship Us."

Imam 'Abdur-Rahman as-Sa'dee ~ [Rahimahullah] said--
"Meaning, remember Our slave and Messenger Ayyub ['Alayhis
Salaam], praising him and revering him, and raising his
station,
when (Allah) tested him with a severe test and thus found
him remaining patient,
being pleased with Him. What occurred is that
Shaytan had gained strength over his body
as a trial and test from Allah.
Shaytan blew into his body so he became full of ulcers ! he
remained this way a long period,
and his ailment worsened after which his
family died and he lost his wealth.
So, he cried out to his Lord---
"Verily, distress has seized me, and You are the Most
Merciful of all those who show mercy."
So he sought a means of nearness to Allah with
supplication by mentioning his condition,
and that affliction has seized him greatly.
And due to the expansive
and vast mercy of his Lord
Allah answered him and said---
"Strike the ground with your foot. This is a spring of water
to wash in, cool and a refreshing drink."

So he struck the ground with his foot and a cold spring
gushed forth, so he washed therefrom and drank from it, so
Allah cured him of his ailments.
Allah [Azza Wa Jal] said---
"---and We restored his family to him."
Meaning, We returned his family
and his wealth to him.
Allah [Azza Wa Jal] said---
"---and the like thereof."
Meaning that Allah bestowed upon him well being, also an
abundance of family and wealth.
Allah [Azza Wa Jal] also said---
"---as a mercy from Ourselves."
Meaning upon him, due to him having patience and being
pleased with what Allah had decreed,
so Allah gave him an immediate reward
before the reward of the Hereafter.
Allah [Azza Wa Jal] said---
"---and a reminder for all who worship Us."
Meaning, We have made it an admonition for the
worshipers who benefit from practicing patience.
If they look to the distress that afflicted
Ayyub ['Alayhis Salaam]
how Allah [Azza Wa Jal] rewarded him after
it left him, and if they look at the reason behind that,
they will find that it was because of
his patience {!}

his patience
in His statement...}
"Truly, We found him patient.
How excellent a slave !
Verily he was ever oft returning in repentance
(to us)."

Niece of Israeli Sniper's victim wants Justice.
Shireen Abu Akleh's niece has decried the lack of action by
the Biden administration to ensure justice for the slain
journalist, renewing calls for an independent investigation
into her killing.
Speaking at a news conference at the National Press Club in
Washington, DC on Thursday, Lina Abu Akleh said she and her
relatives will "not relent" until they achieve
accountability for the killing of the Al Jazeera journalist,
who was fatally shot by Israeli forces in May.
Al Jazeera commemorates 100 days since Abu Akleh's
killing
Abu Akleh was a US citizen. Lina and other members of the
late correspondent's family visited Washington in July where
they met with American officials and lawmakers to demand a
US-led probe into the incident.
"It's been disappointing and frustrating that ever since we
left DC until today there hasn't been any meaningful
action," Lina told reporters on Thursday.
The younger Abu Akleh noted that days before her aunt was
killed, Biden released a statement on Press Freedom Day that
emphasised the importance of the free press and specifically
paid a nod to female journalists.
"Yet, he still has not taken action. He continues to ignore
the importance of this case. And most importantly, he isn't
upholding the values that he continues to preach," Lina said
of the US president.

Horrifying Glimpses of what they are Doing to Him.

This is a startling admission. They know it and we know it:
Mumia will be free. Freedom is coming and it is going to be

As I drive Route 309 past Allentown to see Mumia Abu-Jamal
at SCI Mahanoy in Frackville, PA, I know I am scaling
formidable walls. Just yesterday, I heard Maureen Faulkner
tell Ashley Strohmier on Fox and Friends that she was going
after Brown University for illuminating Mumia's archival
materials. This is a powerful development. See "Brown

Mumia, the intellectual, the man, and the scholar, has a
critical role in the discourse of abolition. And every
accolade must acknowledge the demand for his immediate and

The brutality and banality of oppression in Pennsylvania
prisons is tangible, palpable, naked.
On this visit, at least there are no snarling drug dogs
circling my pockets for dog biscuit crumbs, and no one in
the line to get in is turned away for setting off the
notoriously fallible drug scanner.
We were on a legal visit — in an open room, with a
recording camera and microphone just above our heads: a
blatant affront to the Sixth Amendment right to counsel. The
back of the room holds a fully stocked vending machine with
cold bottled water on every shelf. But there is no water for
this visit. A sign taped to the machine reads: "Out of
Order. Use the next one". When you try "the next one," it
flashes "Sold Out". There is no water fountain. The only
food on offer is a few overpriced pork hoagies, which no
Muslim can eat and which are deadly for an aging population
fighting heart disease.
The cavernous room is practically empty of regular visitors;
the online portal makes it difficult to schedule a visit.
Only 9 men have visits today. Although there is plenty of
room, we are all expected to sit still. Stretching and
standing is frowned upon — god forbid you want to get
up and walk around.
Guards tell me that photos are no longer allowed on legal
visits. This is both petty and unconstitutional.
We know Mumia endures a full cavity strip search before and
after every single visit. We know he is in his cell 21 hours
a day with just 7 steps from the front to the back of the
cell. His diet of processed food, with few fresh vegetables
or fruit, is a violation of the 8th Amendment and ADA
guidelines. After undergoing double bypass surgery in March
of 2021, Mumia needs adequate exercise and healthy food. We
work with Mumia to pursue administrative remedies, file
Right To Know Requests, and document nutrition required for
cardiac health. So much work for basic needs like healthy
foods.
We continue. We plan, we strategize.
For 42 years, Mumia has appealed for a new trial in the 1981
shooting death of Philadelphia Police officer Daniel
Faulkner. The current delays are a tactic designed to
prevent justice and delay accountability.
On October 19th 2022 Common Pleas Court Criminal Division
Supervising Judge Lucretia Clemens will issue her opinion
regarding Mumia's new trial. At issue are the practices of
removing African Americans from his jury and burying
evidence. Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner is
fighting to deny Mumia the right to challenge his
conviction. Krasner has decided to defend a system (the
cops, the prosecutors and the courts) that has literally
victimized a generation.
Fighting to keep Mumia in prison is all about limiting
exposure. It is about preserving the fiction that decades of
mass incarceration (prosecuted by former Philadelphia police
chief and mayor Frank Rizzo and former DA, Mayor, and
Governor of Pennsylvania Ed Rendell) is not tainted by
police and prosecutorial misconduct.
Their goal is to prevent the white hot spotlight on
Philadelphia's long and sordid racist history. Everyone
knows that Mumia's judge, Albert "I am going to help them
fry the N-word" Sabo, is a stone-cold racist. Sitting
Philadelphia Common Pleas Court Judge Barbara McDermott told
me, "Sabo is the most racist, sexist, and homophobic jurist
I have ever met." Rendell (The DA at the time of Mumia's
trial) and Mayor Frank Rizzo, hand in hand, violated
defendants constitutional rights at every turn. They knew
what the cops were doing: everyone knew. Everyone still
knows.
The immediate question is will the current court order an
evidentiary hearing; in fact, they should simply order a new
trial. This moment must be met with strong and strategic
action. The FOP have promised to try to intervene and delay
any new court hearing. They have been emboldened by the
Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which heard their frivolous
Kings Bench Petition.
