Islam in America, particularly marriage, for success, must
be based on Authentic Islam, not National Traditions of
Muslim Countries.
America bases male-female relations on freedom and choice.

Immigrants often do not understand that purda-based
[veiling] relations which are prevalent in Muslim majority
countries can create situations in America which are opposed
to the message and mission of Islam. My purpose here is not
to discuss the situation in Muslim countries. I will say
only that Muslim countries are following Islam only in part
and often they consider their culture and customs to be part
of Islam.
Here is my understanding of Islam and Islamic marriage:
Faith in Allah and acceptance of the messages in the
Qur'an and authentic hadith of the Prophet, pbuh, is
essential. If the person you want to marry does not accept
Islam as the ultimate truth, then marriage with such a
person is forbidden.
Some of our Arab Muslim brothers think that marriage of a
Muslim male with a Christian or Jewish female is permitted.
That is not true. The Qur'an strictly forbids such
marriages. The Arab brothers have misunderstood a verse in
Surah Maida to think that it is allowed. That Surah was
revealed when Islam had become dominant and there was little
chance of children from such a marriage following some
religion other than Islam.
Husband and wife are equals. Their relations have to be
based on mutual consultation and consent. A chapter in the
Qur'an titled Shoora [mutual consultation] makes such
equality obligatory, Also sura hujurat makes it decisive
that awareness of Allah and moral behavior [taqwa] is Islam,
not gender superiority.
Male and female are complementary to each other, not one
dominant over the other. Surah al-Baqarah makes this clear
by giving the metaphor of "garments" for EACH OTHER.
Sura Ale Imran recognizes this equality not only in
behavior but also in jihad against the enemies of Islam.
The world we live in is corrupt and is organized by the
forces of evil. Hence the points above one to five have to
be a process and cannot suddenly happen.
This is where the hadith of the Prophet, pbuh, specially
his life in Makkah, becomes essential. We must focus on
faith and prayer, not on dress and weaknesses which American
culture has inculcated.
We must be tolerant of non-Muslims but strict in our own
behavior. There is no point in criticizing domestic violence
among non-Muslims if we condone it in our own families.
The husband must provide for the wife [4:34] till she can
be economically viable like Khadija, r.a.
Decency and modesty are important in Islam but the hijab
as in Muslim majority countries was not taught in Qur'an and
hadith till Madina was established.
Hadith rules are essential in prayers five times a day.
The prayer line is a line of battle. Men are in front
because they are physically strong. Women are at the back,
not because they are inferior but owing to Islam's effort to
create a specific nurturing culture in which children are
brought up with love. Ayesha, r.a., prayed behind the men
but no man would dare to say that he is superior to Ayesha,
r.a,
Community is central to Islam; hence back biting, rumor
mongering, slander and sectarianism are not allowed.
Liquor, drugs, gambling, fornication/adultery,
homosexuality are strictly forbidden. The punishment for
rape is death. However such sharia laws can be expressed in
non-Muslim societies but not applied.

Peshawar: Jan29: Jamaat-e-Islami Emir Sirajul Haq has said
the PTI government has given full control of economy to the
IMF after surrendering Kashmir to India.
"Imran Khan government steps put at risk the country's
sovereignty," he said while addressing a press conference in
Peshawar on Saturday.
He said the governor of the state bank was now a higher
authority than the parliament and the prime minister,
holding the opposition equally responsible for the passage
of the SBP amendment bill and supplementary finance bill
from the Senate.
The JI chief said the government will not be able to borrow
loans from the central bank now and the bank inaugurated by
the founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam (RA) was now in control
of the IMF.
Before launching the long marches, the opposition parties
should explain to the public that how the government
succeeded in the upper house despite their majority, he
said.
Undoubtedly, he said, the main opposition parties and the
government played on same pitch when it came to the matter
of showing obedience to the USA and international lending
agencies. The ruling elite, he said, sold the freedom of the
nation to international powers.
It was not only the PTI government which was completely
reliant on the international money lender for its policies,
the former rulers also did the same steps, he said, adding
the rulersdid politics only to increase their wealth and
they had nothing to do with the country or the poor nation.
Panama Leaks and Pandora Papers badly exposed the country's
elite, he said.
Sirajul Haq said the JI will not sit silently on the
injustices with the people of and hold sit-in across the
country. He demanded the government take back the
mini-budget, decrease 50 percent prices of the food items
and remove the governor of the state bank or get ready to
face the people's wrath. He said the government should go
home if it could not provide relief to the poverty-stricken
masses.
Deputy Chief of Jamaat-e-Islami, former Parliamentary Leader
Liaqat Baloch while addressing Central Consultative Meeting,
Teachers Training Workshop and Punjab North, South and
Central Emirs, general secretaries and election officials
said that the PTI, the Muslim League and the PPP have the
same agenda on political, economic, internal and foreign
affairs and in obeying the orders of the international
financial institutions, the current government and the
former ruling parties are united and equally responsible for
the IMF's enslavement of the nation. Jamaat-e-Islami will
awaken the whole nation through protests and sit-ins across
the country and organize the people's power against national
political criminals.
Liaqat Baloch told the teachers that by misinterpreting the
September 11, 1947 speech of Quaid-e-Azam, the secular
forces were casting doubt on the objectives of the
establishment of Pakistan, the Two-Nation Theory and the
struggle of Quaid-e-Azam, Allama Iqbal. The Objectives
Resolution, the 22 points of the prominent ulema and the
constitution of Pakistan are the unanimous document of the
whole nation and the spokesman and protector of the
objectives of Pakistan Movement. By deviating from Islam and
self-reliance, the country has promoted the supremacy of
selflessness and prejudice, hatred, extremism, intolerance
and injustice in the society. Islam is the religion of
nature, the complete code of life; Only with the supremacy
of Islam, Pakistan will become an Islamic, prosperous and
stable country.
Liaqat Baloch condemned terrorism in Ketch (Balochistan) and
said that the rulers and terrorists are on the same page
against CPEC. He expressed heartfelt condolences and
solidarity with the families of the martyrs and advised that
governments and state agencies must address weaknesses in
national security and the relevant policies. US-India-Israel
nexus is a threat to Pakistan. On the internal front,
national unity is a great weapon.
Liaqat Baloch said that the federal and provincial
governments have made a mockery of local bodies institutions
and and elections. The courts are being deceived by blatant
violations of the constitution and legal considerations.
In Karachi, Jamaat-e-Islami has stopped government's dacoity
on the people of Karachi. In Punjab too, protests and
sit-ins in every district will force the government to
empower local bodies

January 30. Final Prison report: the massive prison break
by ISIS on January 20 [in Hasakah province] was successful
and scores of prisoners escaped. However those who could not
escape were recaptured and 246 affiliated with ISIS were
killed. In turn ISIS killed 79 of the Kurdish militia and 7
affiliated civilians. ISIS could not have complete success
owing to US air strikes and British tanks.
Children affiliated to ISIS, known as Caliphate cubs, could
not escape.
However SOHR indicates that ISIS is now active all over
Syria and has definitely not been defeated.
East of Idlib 3 fighters of Jaish al-Izzah Islamic group
were exchanged for 5 Assad troops and the body of an Iranian
Brigadier General.
January 29. Islamic group Ansar al-Islam used mortars on
Assad troops in northwestern Hama province injuring several
Assadis.
Also Syrians supporting Turkey exchanged heavy weapons fire
with Assad forces in western Aleppo province.
Iranian backed militia were hit by ISIS in the Palmyra
desert, eastern Homs province. Injured militia were taken to
hospital.
On the Euphrates river Deir ez Zor province, 4 Assad troops
including their field commander were killed allegedly by
ISIS. Further down the river two members of an Assad militia
were killed.
Large scale attack on Assad troops by ISIS in southern
al-Raqqah province. Details not available.

Mayadeine city, Deir ez Zor. No details. ISIS alleged.

This is the way to Protest Against Israel
On January 24 the city Council of Ann Arbor, Michigan,
;passed a resolution condemning the weekly protests held
against Israel near the local Synagogue. However the
resolution did not work. The protestors have said that they
will continue to protest every Saturday, peacefiully but
loudly.
Even during the City Council meeting while speakers
condemned the protestors, protestors chanted: Stop shooting
Palestinians after every speech.
First amendment rights support protests which are peaceful
and non-violent.

Why the higher death toll?
BBC
Dr Abraar Karan, an infectious disease doctor at Stanford
University, told the BBC that the high death toll is largely
a factor of the high hospitalisation rate, even if the
symptoms of the Omicron variant are generally less severe
than those of Delta.
"When you have a more transmissible virus, it would
exponentialise the number of severe cases and deaths. Even
if you have a low percentage of severe cases, the absolute
number can still be quite high. A small percentage of a very
large number is still a large number."
Data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
(CDC) shows that a vast majority - as much as 75% - of those
dying are older than 65.
How many are unvaccinated?
Additionally, statistics suggest that the unvaccinated are
approximately 100 times more likely to die from Covid-19
than those who have been vaccinated and boosted.
"The common thread throughout the Omicron wave is that it is
largely impacting the unvaccinated, in terms of severity of
illness, hospitalisation rates and indeed, risk of dying
from the infection," said Dr Mark Cameron, an associate
professor in the department of population and quantitative
health sciences at Case Western University in Ohio. "It's
crystal clear".
In the US, approximately 63% of residents are fully
vaccinated, and 12% of people are partially vaccinated.
Professor David Larsen, an epidemiologist and global health
expert at Syracuse University in New York, said that the
rising number of vaccinated individuals - who in many cases
will change their behaviours and intermingle with their
peers more - may also be contributing to rising
hospitalisations and deaths among the remaining
unvaccinated.
"It's people in places with high vaccination rates, cities
like Boston and New York City, that are most likely to
change their behaviour and encounter the virus, but have
less severe outcomes," he said.
"As the surge continues, it would be normal to expect higher
mortality rates as the virus reaches into more vulnerable
parts of the population," Dr Larsen added.
Dr Cameron added that in many cases, the dangers of
Americans being unvaccinated is compounded by other factors,
including age and comorbidities such as obesity or
hypertension.
"The risks mount for people with multiple of those factors,"
he said.
What will happen now?
In the short term, experts believe that the daily death toll
is likely to continue to rise. Dr Cameron warned that a peak
in mortality lags behind peaks in cases by up to a month,
suggesting that deaths may continue to rise for at least the
next several weeks.
"We're not there in the US yet," he said. "Omicron has
strength in numbers working against us in terms of reducing
our overall per capita death rate."
Since the pandemic began in early March 2020, more than
866,000 Americans and US residents have died from
Covid-19.

He will not accept if done at night !
and He has deeds to be done
for Him at night which He will not accept
if done during the day !
He will not accept extra (Nâfilah) deeds
unless you fulfill the obligatory deeds.
The scales of those whose scales will be
weighty on the Day of Resurrection will only be weighty
because they followed the truth in this
life and it was weighty to them.
And scales in which the truth will be placed tomorrow truly
deserve to be heavy.
And the scales of those whose scales will be light on
the Day of Resurrection will only be light because
they followed falsehood in this life
and it was a light matter to them !
And scales in which falsehood will be placed tomorrow truly
deserve to be light !
Allah the Exalted has mentioned the people of Paradise and
mentioned them in the context
of their Best Deeds !
and overlooked their evil deeds !
so when I remember them I say to myself...
I fear that I will not be included with them !
And Allah the Exalted has mentioned the people of Hell and
mentioned them in the context of their worst deeds and
rejected their best deeds,
so when I remember them I say...
I hope I won't be amongst them !
Allah's worshipers should always be
in a state of hope and fear.
they shouldn't wish flimsy wishes about Allah and
neither should they despair of Allah's Mercy.
If you keep to this advice of mine,
no one who is not with you now
should be more beloved to you than
DEATH !
and, it is sure to come to you !
But...if you disregard this advice, no one who is not
with you now should be more hated to you than
DEATH !
and you cannot escape it'.

Major Cause of Pollution. Thousands of pigs drowned
Thousands of pigs that drowned on a Fraser Valley farm
during last year's flood are now being turned into compost
at a facility near Princeton, the owner of which firmly
denies allegations the carcasses pose a threat to the
environment.
The pigs, which were among approximately 600,000 animals
that died on Sumas Prairie in late November, were trucked to
the Net Zero Waste Eastgate facility about 50 kilometres
west of Princeton in early December.
That drew the attention of the Upper Similkameen Indian
Band, which dispatched staff to investigate.
"On Dec. 10, a team of USIB natural resource staff visited
the site and were alarmed to find what is estimated to be
many thousands of deceased and decomposing pig carcasses,"
Chief Bonnie Jacobsen wrote in a letter to the Town of
Princeton that was attached to the agenda package for
Monday's council meeting.
"In addition to the massive number of dead animals, we also
found that leachate and contaminated water was flowing
directly from the facility into the receiving environment
near the Similkameen River."Canada

Was the Second World War only about extermination of one race ?

Scholars often miss the extermination of the entire officers
Corp of Poland by the Russians. The Soviets had planned to
usurp all of Poland. They won the confidence of Police
officers and gathered them and massacred them in the Katyn
forest.
When the German armies advanced into Poland and then i9nto
Ukraine and Russia, they found the bodies of the Polish
officers. The western allies and Russia blamed Germany but
the top German propaganda leader Goebbels called in the
International Red Cross who ascertained that the massacre .
at close range, was done by the Russians, execution style
and not during any fighting.
After the war the German claims about Katyn turned out to be
correct.
Germany had set up a concentration camp for war production
at the town of Auschwitz in Poland. When the tide of the war
turned and massive Russian armies advanced through Poland,
Auschwitz was one of the little towns they captured. They
made no propaganda about it. It was captured in mJanuary
1945. The war ended in May 1945 with the defeat of Germany.
During these four months no devastating propaganda was made
against Germany.
With the death of Hitler and Goebbels, Germany could no
longer counter Russian propaganda. The Russians then claimed
that Auschwitz was a death camp and six million people,
mostly of one race, had died there, many of them in mass
killings in horrific ways in gas ovens. Even the Russians
realized that six million were a bit too many and they
reduced the numbers to one and a half million and then to
one million.
A number of scholars of the highest repute have challenged
the Auschwitz story and have systematically challenged these
numbers and the claims of extermination. Israel, which has
occupied Palestine by force of brutal power has benefitted
most from the Russian claims. The Auschwitz related claims
were used at Nuremburg in show trials which led to the
execution of some German leaders and long prison terms for
others.
Pro-Israeli groups have made it impossible for these claims
to be contested through global control of mainstream media.
In a number of countries, including defeated Germany, the
slightest criticism of the Nuremburg trials and the claims
of the victors can lead to imprisonment and financial
penalties.
One result of the one sided claims against Germany is that
atrocities by Israel against Palestinians are ignored by
mainstream media despite almost daily reporting on social
media. Three military assaults by Israel against Gaza in
which several thousand civilians including hundreds of
Palestinian children were killed led to ZERO protests
against Israel by the western powers.

Is there any truth in the Story of Ghadeer Khum? Did the
Prophet, pbuh, utter the words"Maula Ali?"
Ghadeer Khum: The Biggest Scam in Muslim History is the
Basis of sectarian beliefs.
Did Ali, r.a, naoozubillah, have sex with a captive slave
woman?

Thanks to Dr.T I have received a video by Dr. Hafiz Muhammad
Zubair in which he tries to explain the story of a large
gathering at Ghadir Khum.
The claim that the Prophet, pbuh, proclaimed Ali, r.a., to
be his "Mawla" at a watering hole known as Ghadeer is a
FABRICATION. It does not appear in any of the early
narrations of hadith including the earliest biography of the
Prophet, pbuh, by Ibn Ishaq.
As I continued my research, it became clear that the "Mawla
Ali" fabricated "hadith" is part of a bigger scam.
The claim is that the Prophet, pbuh, gathered all the
Muslims at Ghadeer Khum and told them that Ali, r.a., is as
much their "mawla" as of the Prophet, pbuh, himself.
Most Muslims do not know that Ghadeer Khum is 230 km from
Makka.
Makka had drawn the entire Muslim community because Hajj is
a religious obligation and it was the Prophet's , pbuh,
farewell Hajj. At this gathering the Prophet, pbuh, gave his
famous sermon in which he taught Muslims how to be Muslims
and to treat women best almost like the kaaba.
He did not say a word about Ali, nor did he call them to
gather again at Ghadeer Khum.
After the pilgrimage, the Muslims left for their homes.
There is NO HADITH which says that the Prophet, pbuh, called
the 100,000 or so to gather again at Ghadeer Khum.
There was no way to call them. There were no telephones or
emails. Gathering at Ghadeer Khum was not a religious
obligation. So on what basis would they gather out in the
desert?
Did he send horsemen proclaiming to people to gather at
Ghadeer Khum and not to go home? There is not even a weak
hadith or narrative of any kind showing that people were
obliged to gather at Ghadeer khum.
The Muslims of Makka would not come out 230 km into the
desert to Ghadeer Khum for no religious reason.
The Muslims of Yemen and Taif would go south.
Only the Muslims of Madina would go north with the Prophet,
pbuh. Even to gather them would be difficult because there
was no religious obligation.
Again NOT ONE SAHABI is reported to have narrated that
horsemen were sent out to command Muslims to gather at
Ghadeer Khum.
Thus the only story of Ghadeer Khum is about this small
force which had returned from Yaman and was angry with the
commands of Ali, r.a. As we notice in the narrative from Ibn
Ishaq, the words "Ali Mawla" do not occur in the Prophet's,
pbuh, efforts to reduce the anger of the troops against Ali,
r.a.
Two hundred years later Shias fabricated the story about
"Mawla Ali" and used gossip and hearsay to insert it in the
Musnad of Ahmad and a few others.
Bukhari, who is the strictest collector of hadith, gives the
ghadeer khum story without the fabrication of "Mawla
Ali."
Here it is:
Narrated Buraida, r.a:
The Prophet sent Ali to Khalid to bring the Khumus (of the
spoils of war) and I hated Ali, and Ali had taken a bath
(after a sexual act with a captive-girl from the Khumus). I
said to Khalid, "Don't you see this (i.e. Ali)?" When we
reached the Prophet, I mentioned that to him. He (the
Prophet) said, "O Buraida! Do you hate Ali?" I said, "Yes."
He said, "Do you hate him, for he deserves more than that
from the Khumus." [Sahih Bukhari (volume 5, Book 59 Number
637]
Here there is no mention of "Mawla Ali." Instead there is a
much more serious issue. The Prophet, pbuh, had shown
through his own example that Muslims should marry women
captured in war. Was Ali, r.a., violating that Sunnah or did
he marry that woman?
This becomes even more serious when we remember that Ali,
r.a., was married to the Prophet's, pbuh, own daughter.
This story of Ali having sex with a helpless captive girl
while he was married to the Prophet's, pbuh, daughter, r.a.,
is most probably a gross fabrication meant to defame
Ali,r.a., who was a pious man who was not interested in
worldly pleasures.
Let me mention the most serious objection to the alleged
"hadith" about Ghadeer khum.
The "hadith" about Ghadir Khum is NOT narrated by any of the
great sahaba who would have accompanied the Prophet, pbuh,
on his farewell sermon: Abu Bakr, Umar, Usman and Ali,
r.a.
Even Ali himself, who is central to this narrative, did not
narrate about Ghadir Khum.
Ayesha, r.a. the greatest scholar of Islam was not even
asked about this.
The alleged narrative by Buraida, r.a., in Bukhari claims
that Ali, r.a., not only had sex with a captive girl but
that the Prophet, pbuh, supported Ali and told the angry
sahaba not to be angry because Ali has more of a right than
what he had already taken.
It contradicts the Prophet's, pbuh, most famous action which
stopped the usual war time mistreatment of captive
women.
