Part 2.
Muslims went far from Qur'an & Hadith. Tribal wars led to Horrors.
Resistance at mass level focused on Sunnah can bring change.
By Kaukab Siddique
Muslims constantly wait for a savior. As I noted in the
previous issue, Muslims have even inducted Jesus into their
list of saviors and many Muslims insist that Jesus will come
back although the Qur'an does not teach any return of Jesus.
He is praised, pbuh, highly in the Qur'an but so are Abraham
and Moses, peace be on them.
Hadith of Prophet Muhammad, pbuh, have taught about faith
and the requirements of faith, but none of the hadith teach
that belief in the return of Jesus is a requirement of
faith.
Muslims' waiting for a savior and the non -appearance of
one, be it Jesus or the Mahdi/messiah even after 1400 years,
resulted in the appearance of fake saviors, even though they
were soon discovered to be fake.
Reliance on saints and "infallible" cult leaders has
become
so widespread that many Muslims consider them to be
representatives of Islam.
One deadly aspect of the emergence of local "saviors" is that
tribal groups take over a local savior or saint and claim
that everyone else is an unbeliever.
[Compare with the wars of the Catholics and Protestants in
Europe.]
Tribal groups emerge which claim that they have been wronged and
on that basis they claim that others are unbelievers. One
such cluster has as it's savior, Ali, r.a., a pious
companion of the prophet, pbuh, and the focus on the
senseless murder of his son Hussain, r.a. ., which is
presented as the ultimate evil.
The supporters of Ali had earlier murdered one of the
greatest companions of the prophet, Usman, ra, the compiler
of the Qur'an and son-in-law of the prophet, pbuh. This
horrific murder of Usman, r.a. changed the golden age of
Islam into fratricide.
This murder of one of the greatest Muslims was contrived through
a network of rumor mongering. Muslims are often the victims
of rumor mongering, though the Quran warns against it.
(1)
The dynasty which supported the line of Ali and is known as
the Abbasides committed some the bloodiest crimes in the
history of the Arabs but their crimes against the Ummayads
are almost unknown because they successfully scotched rumor
mongering.
With the resurgence of Islam in the 20th century, scholars
are teaching that Muslims should strictly adhere to the
Qur'an and the authentic hadith. The only leader is
Muhammad, pbuh, followed by Abu Bakr, Umar and Usman who
understood him best.
Islam teaches striving and struggling on a mass level and with
mutual consultation and consent. Da'wah and resistance based
on the Sunnah of Muhammad, pbuh, can transform the ummah.
(1) Muhammad ibn Ali al-Shawkani wrote a 227 page book
titled A Critique of the Ruling of Al-Taqlid in which he
refuted all views which are meant to bring opinions other
than those in the Qur'an and hadith into the Islamic belief
system. He passed away in 1250 hijri, 1834 c.e. His book has
been translated and published in English, along with the
Arabic text, by Dar-ar-Arqm in England. (2019).
Al-Shaukani has also done a great job of refuting those who
follow the opinions of Abu Hanifa, Malik, Shafa'i and
Hanbal. These scholars taught acceptance of Qur'an and
Hadith but their supporters often accept their opinions
without asking for textual evidence.
He also discusses the opinions of Abu Bakr, r.a. and Umar,
r.a., which some thought were opinion based owing to their
differences.
Imam Shawkani was from Yemen. He followed a gentle version
of Shiaism, then embraced authentic Islam and an outright
critic of Sufiism.
This text-related thinking is part of the resurgence of
Islam .in our times.
(2) The monstrous slaughter of Hussain ibn Ali, r.a., at
Karbala is known to most Muslims at the level of legend and
mythology.
It was a tribal atrocity organized by a war lord in Kufa.
These popular stories have demonized the entire Ummayed
dynasty starting with Yazeed [sometimes including Muawiyya].
As a result most people are not aware of the tribal
atrocities committed by war lords who claimed to seek
lineage from Abbas and were seen as devotees of Ali,
r.a.
Maulana Maudoodi is one scholar who had the integrity
to uncover the horrors perpetrated by the tribes supporting
Abbas and devoted to Ali, r.a. against the Ummayads. Here is
the extract:
"After conquering Damascus, the capital of the Ummayad
dynasty , the Abbasid forces carried out mass slaughter in
the city killing 50,000 people. The central mosque of the
Ummayads became a stable for the horses of the occupiers for
70 days. The graves of the Ummayad elites, including that of
Muawiyya, r.a., were dug up. Hisham bin Abdul Malik's body
was found intact in its grave and
it was whipped and hung up in public view for a few days
and then burned and its ashes blown away.
Every child of the Ummayads was slaughtered and a banquet
was held after a carpet was laid on top of the half alive
bodies. In Basra all Ummayads were killed and their bodies
were thrown into the streets to be half eaten by stray dogs.
The same was done to the Ummayeds in Makka and Madina."
[Khilafat o Mulukiat by Maudoodi, Pg 192-193 7th edition,
July1974]
Maudoodi gives these historical references for the
atrocities against the Ummayeds which are available to all
scholars:
Ibn al-Athir, vo.4, pp. 333-334, 341.
al-Bidaya wun Nihaya vol. 10, p. 45.
Ibn Khaldun vol. 3, p.132-133.
Maudoodi also narrates the horrors and atrocities committed
by the Abbasides and devotees of Ali in the city of Mosul
[now in Iraq].
Pakistan
Massive, historic PDM rally in Lahore.

The crowds not only filled the historic Minare Pakistan area
but also the streets around it.
Video of Maryam Nawaz' speech and the crowds can be seen on
www.samaa.tv. Summary of the speeches can be read on
Pakistan New International.
Military leadership using Imran Khan as a front was
subjected to criticism .
Maulana Fazlur Rahman had an impressive presence.

frontier also spoke.
Unique was the criticism of military and ISI which
manipulate Pakistan.
Kashmir has been abandoned, the speakers said and .Baluchi
families are being terrorized and "disappeared. "
Nawaz Sharif spoke from London and took Qaide Azam as his
leadeer.
The opposition is now planning to march on Islamabad .
Songs interspersed the program.
Chants of "Maryam Maryam" rose from the masses.
Point by point she destroyed the propaganda against Nawaz
Sharif .
Pakistan Zindabad was the concluding chant.
JI View
Stop trying to fool the Masses.
PTI & PDM no differeent.
People have the right to Protest.
by Qaiser Sharif.
Addressing a reception in honor of the newly elected members
of the Punjab Bar Council at Mansoora on Wednesday, JI ameer
Sirajul Haq said the dream to transfer Pakistan into real
Islamic welfare state cannot not be materialized without the
vibrant support of the lawyer community.
He regretted that democracy could not flourish in Pakistan
in past seventy years due to different factors and one of
them was issue of rigging in almost every election.
Therefore, he said, the political parties should sit
together to bring reforms in election process. He said the
free and fair polls were the need of the country.
The JI chief said PTI government had been fully exposed
before the masses in two and half year and it seemed that
people of Pakistan were no more ready to listen to the tall
claims of the prime minister, adding the many parties which
were part of the PDM were also well recognized in the
public.
Both sides of the political divide (the PTI and the PDM), he
said, now should stop befooling the masses and adopt a
serious attitude to address the problems of the country. He
reminded the PTI chairman his promise about not to hold the
begging bowl after coming into power, saying the ruler badly
failed to fulfill even single of his promise he made to the
masses.
Sirajul Haq condemned the arrest of the opposition parties'
workers, saying the political parties had the constitutional
right to hold protest rallies.
LOWER DIR: December 07- Jamaat-e-Islami Emir Senator Sirajul
Haq has said that status quo forces have destroyed every
sector in past 73 years, leaving the masses in desperate
situation.
Addressing a press conference here on Monday, he said there
was no difference between the PTI and the PDM as both had
nothing to do with the problems of the people.
The agents of the imperialistic forces and feudal lords were
part of the three mainstream parties and their only
objective to come to power was to serve their self
interests, he said, adding the ruling elite continued the
policies of British after freedom and treated the masses as
their slaves. He regretted that the PTI government which
came to power in the name of "change" broke all previous
records of bad governance.
The death of seven patients due to unavailability of oxygen
in Khyber Teaching Hospital was tragic incident, exposing
tall claims of the ruling party to establish a state of the
art health system in KP, he said. Senator Siraj demanded the
KP chief minister immediately resign from office and called
for an independent inquiry into the incident. He said the
health and education systems were on the verge of collapse
and poor were unable to get any relief from the both
sectors.
To a question, Sirajul Haq said that the JI would not be
part of the PDM or the government and both were the sides of
the same coin. Two main parties in the PDM, he said,
supported the PTI on all matters in the past and still many
of them were in contact of the ruling party. Therefore, he
said, the JI had decided to launch a separate movement
against the anti-people policies of the ruling party.
Transforming Pakistan into a real Islamic welfare state was
the main objective of the JI movement, he said.

News Within the U.S.
Quickly Developed Vaccine and money.
By Sis. Aisha
[Jamaat al-Muslimeen[
New York City - So, Pfizer has come out ahead of everyone
else with a COVID-19 vaccine. It is being promoted
everywhere. The British government has warned that people
with multiple allergies should not get it. But, as usual,
the American government is promoting this vaccine for
everyone to use, in spite of this warning.
This vaccine came on the market pretty fast! I am cautious
about such a quickly developed vaccine coming to market and
side effects not yet seen. I remember the 1990-1991 Gulf
"War" Syndrome. The media reported that it affected American
soldiers who were exposed to the burning oil fields in the
Persian Gulf. But, there were earlier reports of soldiers
being inoculated with drugs that had not been thoroughly
tested by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA). But, since
U.S. soldiers are government property, those soldiers'
rights were limited.
The numbers of the COVID-19 cases and the deaths still do
not make sense for such a deadly disease. Yes, the number of
cases may spike, at times, but the deaths are not
increasing. During deadly pandemics the number of deaths and
the number of cases are nearly equal.
There have been efforts to frighten people into behaviors
that will generate the big bucks for some companies, such as
Tele-health, which still has not been a number one option
for most patients. Many people know that an in-person
doctor's visit is more beneficial than a diagnosis via a
computer monitor.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO),
asymptomatic people with COVID-19 are at a very low risk of
transmitting COVID-19 to others. This is the result of
numerous tracking being done on individuals who have tested
positive for COVID-19 in other countries. These results also
bring into question the need for such surveillance tracking
of COVID-19 cases. Research has also revealed that the
positive PCR tests being used on asymptomatic individuals is
actually picking up noninfectious viral particles that
cannot infect anyone. Most COVID-19 cases consist of
asymptomatic individuals.
There are a lot of false positives, as well. These false
positives are evident in the National Football League. Many
of these false positives are contributing to the "spikes" in
COVID-19 cases. These false numbers being reported, today,
are no different than the reported deaths during the 1918
Spanish Flu Epidemic. Research has shown that these 1918
deaths may not have been from the flu itself but from
doctors over-prescribing aspirin, which caused bleeding
lungs! This is not a symptom of the flu.
One thing I understand about America is that every law
enacted in this country is meant to generate wealth for some
entity or industry. That is capitalism. It is about the
almighty dollar, not Almighty God (Allah). People have found
ways to make money from fostering children and now from
environmental consciousness.
The medical journals are refusing to publish all of the
research data being found during this universal government
lockdown. One such finding is that wearing a mask may not be
as effective as promoted in the media. The same amount of
people (1.8% to 2.1% out of 6000 individuals) became
infected, during the trial, whether they wore or mask or
not.
Now, that the media and the politicos have scared us nearly
to death, limited our whereabouts, and inhibited our ability
to feed ourselves and our families, they claim a vaccine
will be the end of our problems. But, what is the problem?
Is it really a tiny, potentially lethal germ or is it a
corrupt government?
Pfizer is going to make a bundle of money from this
Coronavirus Scare Campaign.

Horrifying Mass Executions in Egypt. A Regime Supported by US & Israel.
General Sissi Bent on Extinguishing all Opposition.
December 2. "The Egyptian authorities have embarked on a
horrifying execution spree in recent months, putting scores
of people to death, in some cases following grossly unfair
mass trials," Amnesty International's Middle East and North
Africa Research and Advocacy Director Philip Luther
said.
Luther added that executions in the country were
"particularly appalling" considering all the "well
documented and systematic breaches of fair trial rights in
Egypt with courts often relying on torture-tainted
'confessions'".
The Reuters news agency said Egypt's state news centre and
the interior ministry could not be reached for comment on
the Amnesty report.

Iran
Ruhollah Zam's execution by Iran.
Execution of Iranian journalist condemned as a 'shocking
escalation in the use of death penalty against
dissidents'.
Press advocacy and human rights groups have expressed
outrage over the execution of Iranian journalist Ruhollah
Zam, with some campaigners calling it a "shocking
escalation" in the use of the death penalty by Iran against
dissidents.
Zam was convicted for fuelling anti-government unrest during
nationwide protests 3 years ago. Zam's website and a
channel he created on the popular messaging app Telegram had
spread the timings of the protests and embarrassing
information about officials that directly challenged Iran's
government. His Amad News feed had more than a million
followers.
Zam escaped Iran following the post-election protests of
2009 and was granted asylum in France. However, he was
abducted during a visit to Iraq in October 2019 by Iran's
Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, apparently with the
assistance of Iraqi intelligence authorities, and forcibly
returned to Iran, according to Amnesty.
Kashmir
Kashmir Watches 'World Human Rights Day" from afar and
wonders when those Words will become Action in Kashmir.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) adopted by
the UN General Assembly on 10 December 1948, goes down in
the history as a universal covenant whereby the Member
States have pledged themselves to achieve, in cooperation
with the United Nations, the promotion of universal respect
for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms.
The landmark document drafted soon after the end of the
Second World War was designed to cover the entire spectrum
of human rights. It provides a strong foundation to ensure
the dignity of all human beings as equal citizens of the
global community regardless of the region, religion, color
and creed they belong to. The covenant stresses the
protection of the rights and fundamental freedoms of all
human beings and affirms their universal character as
inherent, inalienable, and applicable to all human beings.
Since the inception of the UDHR, considerable institutional
progress has been noticed in the western world in this
regard, however, implementation of the core international
human rights remains still a distant dream in the 3rd world
countries. Unfortunately, there are countries around us who
are still suffering from a colonial hangover. Despite
signing this landmark document these states have miserably
failed to uphold the solemn commitments they had made
vis-à-vis the protection of human rights and granting
essential fundamental freedoms to people. Silencing
dissenting voices, muzzling media, criminalizing of
independent journalism and journalists, a clampdown of human
rights and political activists, persecution of civil
society, undue restrictions on people's right to movement,
the right to freedom of speech and expression are the
colonial tactics being practiced by the governments as a
matter of official policy to advance their colonial agenda.
And India is certainly one that tops the list of the
countries having an appalling human rights track record of
killing, maiming, murdering people in the occupied territory
of Jammu and Kashmir, where inhuman state repression against
the majority community remain largely unnoticed.
These reports pouring in from the restive region speak
volumes as to how systematically the Indian government and
its forces have been violating the human rights of the
people enshrined in the UDHR and other international
treaties. The reports by the office of the high commissioner
on human rights (OHCHR) and other global human rights
watchdogs while highlighting the abysmal state of human
rights in the region had time and again stressed independent
and impartial investigations into the human rights
violations. These reports, which have taken the lid off the
cauldron of crimes in the Indian-occupied Kashmir serve as
an indictment against the Indian state.
Virtually, every article of the UDHR is being flagrantly and
brutally disregarded by the government of India and its
forces that operate in Kashmir under the cover of black laws
such as PSA, AFSPA, UPAP and National security act. In
addition to thousands of enforced disappearances, the
absence of an independent accountability framework in the
region has led to unaccounted deaths of Kashmiris
particularly the youth in police custody.
These violations of serious nature go largely unchecked and
vastly unnoticed at the international level because the
restrictions on expression and movement of independent
journalists and human rights activists prevent the voices of
Kashmiris from reaching the international community.
While the World is celebrating Human Rights Day under the
theme "Recover Better and Stand Up for Human Rights" this
year, it is time that the world should realize their moral
obligations vis-à-vis the situation in Kashmir and stand up
for the rights of the people of who are caught in the
crosshairs of a conflict and coronavirus.
Despite the growing calls for the elimination of all forms
of violence, life in Kashmir is getting tougher and tougher
for the native population who are battling for survival
under the prolonged military occupation. Atrocities,
bloodshed, killings, encounters, cordon and search
operations (CASO), nocturnal raids and violence are all that
define today's Kashmir. Literally, there is a lockdown
within a lockdown, which has led to a difficult and
dangerous situation.
After the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, Kashmir has
sunk deeper into a quagmire of reckless violence and
lawlessness, which has given birth to yet another epidemic
of epic proportions that keeps haunting people in the
Kashmir valley. While the coronavirus crisis is looming
large, the Indian troops who are the potential carriers of
coronavirus keep moving in herds from one village to
another, from one district to harass, humiliate and
persecute Kashmiris.
Booking political activists and human rights activists in
malicious cases, detaining them and forcing them to appear
in courts during the global corona pandemic is an attack on
constitutional human rights and a deliberate act to put
innocent people's lives at risk.
Rather than focusing on how to avoid this catastrophe, New
Delhi found yet another opportunity to foster its colonial
agenda, the basis of which was laid on 5th August 2019.
Since these actions are in serious contravention of the
international human rights treaties there is an urgent need
that the world community should take effective cognizance
and initiate an action against the states not adhering to
international commitments. More importantly, the government
of India should be pressurized to rescind its actions and
pave a way for holding a referendum in the region to allow
Kashmiris to exercise their inalienable right, the right to
self-determination, which happens to be a cardinal principle
of the UN Charter and other international human rights covenants.
Tailpiece: "In theory, Kashmir is governed by law but in
practice, the people are governed by unknown methods,
unknown to any civilized society".

Secrets of Surat Al-Kahf
PROPHET MUHAMMAD~ (SalAllahu 'Allaihi-Wasallam)
asked us to recite Surat Al-Kahf every Friday...
Is there any preference for this Surah over the other 113
Surahs?
What is the benefit of reciting this weekly?
Let's See The Benefits... 'In Shaa Allah'.
First of all, in this Surah Allah (Azza wa Jall) gives us 4
different,
but very interesting stories !
Let's explore each along with the lessons we get from
each of them....
'The People of the Cave': It's the story of young men who
lived in a disbelieving town, so they decide to migrate for
the sake of Allah (Azza wa Jall) and run away. Allah (Azza
wa Jall) rewards them with mercy in the cave and protection
from the elements of nature. The Lesson of this story is the
'Trial of Faith'{!}.
'The owner of Two Gardens': A story of a man whom Allah
(Azza wa Jall) blessed with two beautiful gardens, but the
man forgot to thank the One who blessed him with everything
and he even dared to doubt Allah (Azza wa Jall) regarding
the afterlife. so his garden was destroyed... he regretted
it, but was too late and his regret did not benefit him.
The Lesson of this story: 'Trial of Wealth'{!}.
'Musa (Alayhi s-Salam) and Khidr (Alayhi s-Salam): When
Musa (Alayhi s-Salam) was asked "Who is the most
knowledgeable of the people of Earth?" Musa (Alayhi s-Salam)
said that it was him as he assumed he was the only Prophet
on Earth at the time. But Allah (Azza wa Jall) revealed to
him that there was someone who knew more than him about
certain things. Musa (Alayhi s-Salam) traveled looking for
him and learned how divine wisdom can sometimes be hidden in
matters which we perceive as bad.
The Lesson of this story: 'Trial of Knowledge' {!}
The final one... which is somewhat global...
'Dhul Qarnayn': Allah (Azza wa Jall) mentions the story
of a great King who was given knowledge and power travelling
the world helping people and spreading all that was good, he
was able to overcome the problem of 'Yajooj-Majooj' by
building a massive dam with the help of people whom he could
not even understand!
Lesson of this story: 'Trial of Power' {!}
ALLAH (Azza wa Jall) relates Four different stories relating
to 4 different kinds of trials that we pass through in our
day to day lives!
Let's have a look through 'Hadiths' to learn more about this
Surah: In many 'Hadiths'
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (SalAllahu'AllaihiWasallam)
mentions that the one who reads and memorises verses of
Surat Al Kahf will be protected from the trials of the
'Dajjal' {!}
But why this Surah {?}
What is the relation between SURAT AL- KAHF and DAJJAL?
The answer is simple... Dajjal will appear before the Day of
Judgement with Four (4) Trials{!}
he will ask people to worship him and not Allah (Azza wa
Jall)
Trial of Faith !
he will be given powers to start/stop rain and tempt
people with his wealth. Trial of Wealth !
he will tempt people with knowledge and news he gives
them:
Trial of Knowledge !
he will control huge parts of the Earth: A Trial of
Power !

Hadith of the Week
Narrated by Abu Huraira, r.a.:
The Prophet said,
"While a man was riding a cow, it turned towards him and
said, 'I have not been created for this purpose (i.e.
carrying), I have been created for slaughtering." The
Prophet added, "I, Abu Bakr and 'Umar believe in the story."
The Prophet went on, "A wolf caught a sheep, and when the
shepherd chased it, the wolf said,
'Who will be its guard on the day of wild beasts, when there
will be no shepherd for it except me?' "After narrating it,
the Prophet said,
"I, Abu Bakr and 'Umar too believe it." Abu Salama (a
sub-narrator) said, "Abu Bakr and 'Umar were not present
then." (It has been written that a wolf also spoke to one of
the companions of the Prophet near Medina as narrated in
Fatah-al-Bari: Narrated Unais bin 'Amr: Ahban bin Aus
said,
"I was amongst my sheep. Suddenly a wolf caught a sheep and
I shouted at it. The wolf sat on its tail and addressed me,
saying, 'Who will look after it (i.e. the sheep) when you
will be busy and not able to look after it? Do you forbid me
the provision which Allah has provided me?'
" Ahban added, "I clapped my hands and said, 'By Allah, I
have never seen anything more curious and wonderful than
this!' On that the wolf said,
'There is something (more curious) and wonderful than this;
that is, Allah's Apostle in those palm trees, inviting
people to Allah (i.e. Islam).'
"Unais bin 'Amr further said, "Then Ahban went to Allah's
Apostle and informed him what happened and embraced Islam.)"

Janaza [Dec. 10]
From Imam Badi Ali.
As-slamu alaikum,
At Dr. Muhamad Amjad Bhatti's janazah yesterday, everyone
had something good to say about him, (may Allah be Merciful
to him). I would like to share a few comments.
He devoted his life to serving his community, the poor and
the sick for the sake of Allah.
He Adopted a "we, not me" mentality and practiced sacrifice
in every situation.
No act was too small for him.
He was involved in a lot of community projects: building
masjids, graveyards, treating the sick, helping the needy
and sponsoring students of knowledge.
Oh Allah have mercy on our Brother, oh Allah help us to
follow his example. Ameen.
Charity [Dec.9]
Give in charity because your shrouds (of burial) will not
have pockets to carry your wealth.
When Allah blesses you financially, don't raise your
standard of living, raise your standard of giving.
You will be rewarded for giving tremendously.
Charity does not decrease our wealth.
Charity is the smartest investment you will ever make.
Charity eases hardship.
Charity expiates sins.
Oh Allah help us become more sincere, pure, and beautiful
through giving and sacrifice.
Ameen.
A Young Man's Story when he first went to College in
Lahore.
Knowledge Can Break Prejudice.
The Imam of the mosque of our neighborhood was a very good
man. May Allah keep him safe and sound.
After graduation, when I started going to Punjab
University to study law, Imam Sahib called me and said:
"You are a very good person, where you are going for
education, there are many ′′ Maududias," Beware
of them and yes, do not read their books otherwise you will
lose your faith,"
He took oath from me. I was a young and emotional man, so I
swore that I will never read the books of Maududi.
So, when I reached the university, I saw a large number of
′′ Maududis′′ as Imam Sahib had
warned
I used to run away from the youth of Islami Jamiat students
in the university as if the devil runs away from the prayer
and the crow runs away from the sling
Classes started and after a few days our professor said in
the class that "tomorrow all the students should bring
Maulana Maududi's book Islamic State. We will study it. This
book is very useful to understand Islamic law."
As soon as I heard the name of "Maududi I decided in my
heart that I will never bring his book. Ithe next few days I
went to class without bringing this book! One day the
professor saw that I did not have a book. He asked me:
"what's the problem son? Is there no money for a book?"
I said, "no Professor! I don't want to read this person's
book; our Imam Sahib says ′′ Mudoodism is a
temptation, don't read his books′′ and Imam
Sahib has also made me swear that I won't read his books. So
I didn't buy the book."
The professor spoke to me and said: ′′ Learn,
don't waste your parents' money, go home and do something.
You want to become a lawyer and you already decided the case
without listening to the accused?"
It happened by Allah that I understood his words.
Then I asked "I have sworn not to read it, what should I do
?"
So the professor guided me that atonement can be paid for it
So i paid the atonement and started reading the books of
Maulana Maududi. Then I realized that the study of Maulana's
books is stopped only due to prejudice and narrow views, and
there is no reason for not reading.
Praise be to Allah, that day and today, I am busy trying to
spread this revolutionary invitation of Maulana Maududi.

Jewish Settlers Set fire to Olive Trees near Hebron
(again!)
Jewish settlers set fire to large tracts of olive fields,
burning hundreds of fully grown trees belonging to a local
Palestinian family.
Coordinator of the anti-Settlement Committees, Rateb Jabour,
said a group of settlers from the illegal Israeli settlement
of Mitzpe Yair threw suspicious objects into olive fields
which caused the fire to break out. The fire destroyed
around 400 trees.
The Palestinian Civil Defense firefighters managed to put
out the large fire before it reached residents' homes.
The destruction of Palestinian olive trees by Israeli
soldiers and Jewish settlers has become routine in recent
years.
For the Apartheid Wall to be built, tens of thousands of
olive trees, some of which were 600-years-old, were uprooted
by Israeli bulldozers.

KIDNAPPING ON THE RISE.
Attempt to Disrupt the President's home state?
By Abdulkabir Oyemomi
Things appear to be out of control for the Buhari led
Administration with almost daily reports bordering on
myriads of insecurities which expose incompetencies on the
part of the government in that regard.
It is yet unfathomable to many Nigerians for kidnappers to
invade the home state of the president when he was
physically present. That is exactly what happened on the
Friday,the 9th of December, 2020!
Thisday Newspaper gathered that the bandits/kidnappers
invaded Government Secondary School, Kankara , in Kankara
Local Government Area of Katsina State and kidnapped many
students of which number is yet to be ascertained. But rumor
has it that it could be more than four hundred (400) of
them. It was learnt that the bandits/kidnappers had operated
at Kankara town where they left many people injured and
others kidnapped before finally invading the boarding school
at about 10:00pm on the same Friday.
Police say security services were working with the school
authorities to ascertain the actual number of the missing
students as the bandits also reportedly shot at the school's
gateman and another officer , but they are both said to be
alive and receiving treatment.
In Nigeria of today, no one can be sure of what will happen
to him in the next minutes. Our case is completely volatile
and many people do not realize that.
