Ayesha, r.a. top Woman Leader of Islam Spoke on the most Serious Issue of Usman's, r.a., shahadat:
Ayesha, r.a. was the leader of an army.

by Kaukab Siddique

Allah Almighty gives a very high position of respect to Ayesha, pbuh, the deloved wife of the :Prophet, pbuh.
Any attempt to denigrate her or speculate about her actions is condemned. [Sura Noor].
Again in sura Ahzab, she is included among the ahlul bayt, the wives of the Prophet, pbuh, metaphorically as the Mother of the Believers.
In sura Tahreem she is criticized and inspired to belong to a higher status.
In hadith we find that Ayesha, r.a., was given the choice to stay with the Prophet, pbuh, or leave him. She chose him.
None of the Companions of the Prophet, pbuh, are exalted above her.

When we come to the thinking of the modern day Muslims, she is treated in a way which is hardly respectful. In the conflict with Ali, r.a., she is treated as downright wrong. We are told that she was patronized by Ali, r.a.

In her own lifetime, the shias who murdered Usman, r.a., one of the greatest sahaba, spread rumors that Ayesha, supported the murder of Usman, r.a. This rumor mongering is typical of the Shia technique of TAQIYYA [using falsehood to fool their opponents].

Her viewpoint on Usman, r.a., and her determination to punish his murderers is seldom mentioned even today. We are told that she thought she was wrong in leading an army against the murderers of Usman, r.a.
Even Maudoodi claimed that she was wrong in coming out of her home and that she used to cry about the mistake she had made.
Her viewpoint is clearly stated in the Islamic history books but our scholars are so male oriented that they simply ignore what Ayesha, r.a., said.

The conspirators against the Caliph Usman, r.a., carried out a rumor mongering campaign which included the claim that the wife of the Prophet, pbuh, Ayesha, the Mother of the believers herself had condemned Usman's , r.a., rule. The result was the rebels were able to isolate Usman, r.a., and finally murdered him. When Ayesha, r.a., heard of the tragic murder of the beloved companion of the Prophet, pbuh, the Caliph Usman, r.a., she led an army to punish the killers.

When the Governor of Basra, who was harboring the killers, heard that the Mother of the Believers herself was advancing with her forces towards Basra, he couldn't believe that a woman could take such an initiative. He sent his representatives to meet Ayesha, r.a., and find out why she was on the field of battle.

This was her reply to his representatives:

" A woman of my status cannot be traveling on a secret mission nor would she be hiding anything from her 'children.' The fact is that loud mouthed tribal people from various areas entered the sanctuary of the prophet, pbuh, and committed murder and mayhem in it. and created fitna by harboring innovators and mischievous people in the blessed sanctum of the Prophet, pbuh and thus made themselves accursed in the sight of Allah and His messenger.
"They murdered the leader of the Muslims against whom they had no evidence. They let that blood flow in a haram way, the blood which was sacred. They looted and pillaged goods over which they had no right during the sacred month and in a place where violence is forbidden. They humiliated people and did them physical harm and they took over the city and the homes of the people and stayed there though they had no right to do so. and which was resented by the people. " They caused harm and did no good. They had no fear of Allah. The people whose homes they usurped did not have the power to stop them because they were fearful of losing their own lives.

"I have taken this journey to let Muslims know that these groups of wrong doers have reached a stage in which they are beyond reform. Allah says in the Qur'an: "There is no good in their secret meetings and secrecy is only permitted in charity and to reform people towards good."

"I have come out in the field to do the good which Allah and His messenger have ordained on all believers, strong or weak, male or female. We have come forth to affirm the doing of Good, to protect the people from wrong doing and to eradicate oppression from the world."

[Her words translated from the Tarikh al Umam wa al-Muluk by Ibn Jarir al-Tabari [the Caliphate of Ali.] The verse she quoted is from the Qur'an 4:114]

Baluchistan's Tragedy Uncovered.

The leader of the Baluchistan National Party, Akhter Mengal, has ended its alliance with Imran Khan's government. He has disclosed that the alliance was based on promises to recover the missing persons secretly picked up by the military, the spending of some of the wealth of the province on its people and the acceptance of rule of law.. The Imran regime has not kept any of its promises, so the alliance is over

The following report on army atrocities is from Shaikh Mohomed's info piece.

"State-sponsored death squads are inflicting atrocities under the umbrella of the Pakistan army. The situation of Balochistan is in the worst condition and the Baloch nation is looking towards the international community for help.

The security forces also looted more than 100 houses during military operations in different areas of Balochistan.

Some 17 people were released from the torture cells of security forces. Among them one person was abducted in 2015, two persons were missing from 2016, three more people had gone missing in 2017, one was missing from 2018 and the other ten persons were whisked away in 2019 by the security forces", said Dil Murad Baloch in his statement.

The Information Secretary of Baloch National Movement also mentioned the scandal of the University of Balochistan, where university authorities in league with the Frontier Corps (FC) installed surveillance and hidden cameras and recorded candid videos of students to blackmail them. It was a well-organised plan by the government's authorities. These videos were used to blackmail hundreds of Baloch female students."

Addressing a press conference in Madrasa Jamia-ul-Uloom Multan on Saturday, ameerSirajul Haq said no mega project was announced for the southern districts of the province in federal and Punjab budgets, stated a press release issued from JI headquarters Mansoora.

The growers in southern Punjab had to face loss of billions of rupees due to locust attack on their crops but they were not paid any compensation money, he said, adding the agriculture sector like health and education sectors was also on the verge of collapse due to failed policies of the ruling party.

Senator Siraj said that opposition parties rejected the budget which was prepared on the dictation of the IMF. He said the failed economic policies of the government led to the unemployment of thousands of people and massive increase in the prices of essential items in past few months. He said the claimant of Madina state had turned the life of people miserable and destroyed the economy. He said the Cronavirus pandemic was uncontrolled despite passage of four months, adding the federal government developed confused strategy to mitigate the deadly Covid-19 threat. He said Europe, America and even SAARC countries fixed around 10 percent of their GDPs in Cronavirus relief programs but the government of Pakistan allocated only Rs70 billion for the health sector. He demanded the government allocate maximum resources for the health system up-gradation, ensure PPEs for medical staff and free of cost testing facilities for the people.

To a question, he said the PTI government failed to address the deprivations of the people of Balochistan in 22 months and it could not fulfill the commitments made with BNP head Sardar Akhtar Mengal regarding the problems of the province. He said not only the BNP-Mengal but other allies were also expressing reservations against the policies of the ruling party which led to the weakening the PTI grip on power. He said the demand of the mid-term election should come from joint opposition. To another question, he said the National Accountability Bureau had lost its credibility and accountability had become a joke and toll of political victimization in the reign of the PTI.

The JI chief said the Supreme Court decision in Justice Qazi Faez Isa reference proved the incapability of the rulers. He demanded the government devise a strategy for the opening of educational institutions and religious seminaries.

LAHORE- June 20: Terming the Supreme Court decision on Justice Qazi Faez Isa reference case historic, Jamaat-e-Islami Deputy Emir Liaqat Baloch has said the lawyers and civil society should keep their unity intact to ensure the freedom of the judiciary.

In a statement issued from Mansoora on Saturday, he said different governments in Pakistan had tried to control the courts and used traditional tactics to achieve their goal.

He appealed the apex court to ensure justice for Islamabad High Court former judge Shaukat Siddiqui and Peshawar High Court chief justice.

The PTI government, he said, also proved itself agent of the status quo and was making wrong policies from the day it came to power. He highlighted the need for developing policies by taking on board all stakeholders. He said fair and transparent elections were the key to put country on the path of development.

Why are they hated everywhere?

Jews most targeted group for hate crimes in Toronto

Canadian Jews have been the country’s most targeted minority for the past three consecutive years, according to government data.

Newly revealed police data shows that Jews were once again the most targeted group for hate crimes in both Toronto and York Region in 2019.

These numbers are consistent with what was recently reported in B’nai Brith Canada’s 2019 Annual Audit of Antisemitic Incidents, which found an alarming 62.8 per cent increase in the number of incidents in Ontario compared to the previous year.

In total, 44 out of 139 hate-related incidents recorded in the city of Toronto last year targeted the Jewish community, amounting to 32% of all hate crimes.

The Toronto Police Service (TPS) recorded incidents targeting Israelis separately from incidents targeting Jews, noting there were also five of the former. With Israelis and multi-bias cases included, the total number of incidents involving anti-Semitism in Toronto adds up to about 57, or 41 percent of the city’s hate crimes.

Despite Jews making up only a fraction of the populations in these municipalities, this is far from the first time anti-Semitism has disproportionately appeared. Canadian Jews have been the country’s most targeted minority for the past three consecutive years, according to government data.

Beijing says it will retaliate after Trump approves Uighur Muslims sanctions law.

"China will resolutely take countermeasures, and all the consequences arising therefrom must be fully borne by the United States," a senior official said.

Beijing on Thursday lashed out after President Donald Trump signed a law Wednesday calling for sanctions to punish Chinese officials for human rights abuses against that country's Uighur Muslim minority.

"We again urge the U.S. side to immediately correct its mistakes and stop using this Xinjiang-related law to harm China's interests and interfere in China's internal affairs," China's Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Thursday, referring to the region in the northwest of the country where many Uighurs live.

"Otherwise, China will resolutely take countermeasures, and all the consequences arising therefrom must be fully borne by the United States," it added, without detailing what such countermeasures might entail.

China denies mistreatment of the Uighurs and responded to the latest U.S. move with anger, saying it was a malicious attack that "vilified" the human rights situation in Xinjiang

Bolton wrote that according to an interpreter, "Trump said that Xi should go ahead with building the camps, which Trump thought was exactly the right thing to do."

Many countries have voiced their condemnation at the United Nations of China's treatment of Uighurs. The U.N. estimates that more than a million Muslims have been detained in the Xinjiang camps. China says the camps provide vocational training and are needed to fight extremism.

While Trump was signing the Uighur human rights law, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo was meeting with China's top diplomat, Yang Jiechi, in Hawaii.

Juneteenth: When Slavery ended in Texas
by Sis. Aisha [Jamaat al-Muslimeem]

New York City - June 19th 1865, is the day slavery ended in Texas. This was nearly two and half years later than when President Lincoln first outlawed slavery in America.

Union soldiers had to be sent to Texas to end slavery, officially. There have been quite a few anti-police brutality protests throughout this Juneteenth weekend, especially in Harlem, New York.

Recently, the public access cable show Community Cop raised some very interesting questions about the latest protests. The panel consisted of host Julian Harper and co-hosts Noel Leader and Michael Greys.

There have been more suggestions for police reform regarding recent murders by police. One is for local governments to de-fund the police departments. Another, more common one, is to re-train officers. However, Noel Leader's approach to police reform begins with a series of pertinent questions:

If none of these measures address the real problem then, why even suggest them? These current "reforms" are nothing more than political theater and the problems will continue to persist. Of course, lack Lives Matter (BLM) are at the forefront of these rallies and I see many of them holding these "defund the police" signs.

Michael Greys expressed his suspicions over the great amount of support that the average White American seems to have for police reform all of a sudden. He stated that with so many other killings, televised and untelevised, in the past, why now?

He also said that the solution to preventing police misconduct is to get convictions.
Additionally, a recent email, from New York Senator Brian A. Benjamin, announced the passing of The Eric Garner Anti-Chokehold Law, this past week. Gwen Carr, Garner's mother, was there to witness the bill signing, in Harlem. The police chokehold has been outlawed in New York State since 1993 so, why is it necessary to have this bill enacted?
According to Senator Benjamin, The Eric Garner Anti-Chokehold Act holds police officers accountable for using this illegal deadly force. He also stated that this Act will "bring us closer to equity and justice." My question is how many steps does a Black person have to take to actually get justice? If all this Act does is bring us closer then, it is a waste of effort and time.

Governor Cuomo did say he would sign the bill into law. The Eric Garner Anti-Chokehold Act was sponsored by New York City Councilman Walter T. Mosley back in 2014, the year Garner was murdered, but it languished in the New York Senate until last year, supposedly as a result of the Democrats regaining control.

There are nine other measures being viewed in response to the recent unrest due to police criminal behavior. But, is this another act in Political Theater? There are no statute of limitations on murder anywhere in America.

Although the Staten Island Prosecutor and the Justice Department, while Obama was still President, refused to charge former detective Daniel Pantaleo and the other officers with murder, they still could be charged. Why aren't any members of the Garner Family, Congressional Black Caucus or the New York City Council calling for these officers to be extradited charged in Eric Garner's death? It should still be an open case.

By Abdulkabir Oyemomi

A Yoruba man who is sitting as the principal of one of the most popular and referred Arabic schools has got his criticism of Imam Bukhari and his noble book(Sohir Bukhari) refuted unapologetically by many qualified and prominent Sunnih scholars.

Alh. Habib Al-Ilory is a son of the late Sheik Adam Al-ilory, founder of Markaz Arabiyah and Islamiyah in Agege, Lagos. Alh Habib had in the past repeatedly tongue lashed the companions of the prophet ( peace be upon him) under the guise of bringing out errors he maliciously attributed to the popular book of Hadith, Sohir Bukhari.

In his refutation, Sheik Abdurauf Bello treats a book written by his(Habib's) late father , Sheik Adam Al-ilory which is popular and full of eulogies and commendations of the work of the late great scholar of Islam of his time.

An internationally recognized Sheik in his subtle but strong refutation says that only those that do not know Imam Bukhari would talk to demean his works.
Sheik Dr Sharafdeen Gbadebo Raji can be arguably referred to as one of the most learned in the present Yoruba Muslim extraction.
He hints that Imam Bukhari was a genius whose mere topics give birth to voluminous books from many scholars.
Many other scholars and students of knowledge also make several rejoinders on social media to discredit all Habib's misgivings.
Many of them delve into Arabic morphology exhaustively to expose the height of ignorance found in Alh Habib's interpretation of Arabic words that a far from being ambiguous amongst the scholar and students of knowledge, especially linguists.
Example of words twisted by Alh Habib isقاتل used in the Hadith to mean permission for a Muslim on Solat to stop whoever attempts passing his front between a barrier.
Alh Habib misinterpreted this to mean that Imam Bukhari permits killing while on Solat.
Another example is اءتثر, which means clothing oneself according to Sohir Bukhari in relation to the wives of the prophet in the state of impurity; Habib coins it for drying and thereafter claims that Imam Bukhari described the prophet as criminal for going against the world of Allah which prohibits us to have intercourse with our wives during menstruation.

Alhaji Habib is suspected to be a hidden agent of Shi'a and/or Orientalists for descending on the persons of Abu Hurayrah (r.a) and Muhawwiya bn Yezid(r.a) by calling them unprintable names.

Du'a from Imam Badi Ali
[North Carolina]

Asalamu alaikum,
Patience has great status in the sight of Allah (swt) and in Islam.

Allah (swt) says:“Only those who are patient shall receive their rewards in full, without Hisaab (without limit, calculation, and estimation)” (Quran 39:10).

Allah (swt) also says: “And be Patient. Surely, Allah is with those who are patient.”

From these verses, we learn that no matter the hardship, we should continue to be faithful and patient as Allah is with us, guiding us, and He will always be with those who are patient.

A person who loves Allah finds it much easier to be patient. This is because he sees everything as coming from Allah.

May Allah (swt) continue to grant us the patience to persevere through our hardships and obstacles. *Ameen*

A poem from the mother of a political prisoner:
I Say Pause

When they came to take you my son
I wasn’t there to faint
To die
To see my soul depart my body
To see you when they drew their guns on you
These evil men

When they came to take you
They hid like cowards behind their guns
They knew you were innocent but money is their master
Controls their thoughts, it’s their ecstasy, their God
They have no fear of the hereafter
They bond with Satan at night

When they stood behind the trees
While you were swimming in the pool
Playing like an innocent child
The crows were crowing like mad men
In coffin suits
The men with white faces plastered like ghosts on their head that hung on their shoulders
By a black thread
Took you my son
The FBI that fabricates stories
Don’t care about any human, but themselves
They don’t care to rip a mother from her son
Or rip families apart
They just want to drink the serpent’s poison at night
They glorify themselves and pat themselves on the back
They won in this life…
But who knows what awaits them when their time comes
They marvel at the money they made that never seems to be blessed
Blood money made by the tears of families and friends

I look at myself not knowing who I am anymore
I wonder if you will ever be walking through that door
Would you be smiling and making jokes next to me on the couch?

Now the house is un-kept like my hair
I look at the spider webs neatly weaved above my head
In every corner they seemed to not notice a shadow
That sits motionless for endless hours on a chair

I rock myself back and forth
Thinking and staring into space
As if thinking hard enough will make you walk through the door

Remember when you used to come through that door?
Smiling when you saw me
Remember how you used to tease me and then sit by me?
Now I sit alone with my shadow and thoughts
Nothing seems to make me less sad
The day goes by with no meaning
I wait anxiously for the night to come
To smear its darkness around me, to conceal my pain
Then I pray and pray for your return
My hot breath, like a two edged sword, goes up with the smoke coming out
In fumes
Nonetheless, these nights turned to months
And these months to years
Eleven years from hell
Where is heaven? I have not felt it yet?
I have not seen the pigeon that was promised to me
And the green and yellow rainbows
Are still stuck in my head
And still my son you are there in a cell so men can glorify themselves

This country has been built on human tears The rivers are streaming backwards and sideways And the sun is getting closer to the moon The Earth raises its full belly shifting from time to time Uncomfortable with all the dead bodies unfurling within And still evilness is like an escalator that’s not willing to pause

Two Palestinian Brothers Forced to Demolish Their Own Home in Jerusalem

Two Palestinian brothers from the occupied Jerusalem neighborhood of Silwan were forced today to demolish their own home by the Israeli municipality of West Jerusalem.

Feras and Iyad Da’na said they were forced to demolish their own home, currently under construction, after the Israeli municipality issued a demolition order against it, under the pretext it is being without a permit.

The two brothers said unless they did so, they would have been forced to pay around $15,000 to the Israeli municipality if it carried out the demolition on its own. They pointed out that they tried hard many times to get a building permit to build on their own land, but all in vain.

Palestinians in Jerusalem are forced to build without a permit because getting a building permit is virtually impossible. In fact, the Israeli municipality aims at keeping the city’s Palestinian population at a bare minimum while multiplying its illegal Jewish residents by approving the construction of thousands of new housing units in Jewish settlements.

According to Israeli rights group B’Tselem, the”destruction of the neighborhood denies its residents the right to housing, which is derived from the right to an adequate standard of living as it is defined in the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
