A bedouin went to the Prophet and asked him about picking up
a lost thing. The Prophet said, "Make public announcement
about it for one year. Remember the description of its
container and the string with which it is tied; and if
somebody comes and claims it and describes it correctly,
(give it to him); otherwise, utilize it." He said, "O
Allah's Apostle! What about a lost sheep?" The Prophet said,
"It is for you, for your brother (i.e. its owner), or for
the wolf." He further asked, "What about a lost camel?" On
that the face of the Prophet became red (with anger) and
said, "You have nothing to do with it, as it has its feet,
its water reserve and can reach places of water and drink,
and eat trees."

Israeli Forces Shoot, Injure Palestinian Child in East Jerusalem
A Palestinian minor was shot and injured by Israeli soldiers
in the occupied East Jerusalem neighborhood of al-Issawiya,
according to local witnesses.
The child, who has been identified as Malek Issa, was
returning home from school when he was shot in the head with
a rubber-coated steel bullet.
Malek was transferred to the Hadassah Medical Center for
treatment.
His medical condition remains unknown until the moment.
Over the last few months, Israeli police forces have been
raiding the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Issawiya on a
daily basis, ransacking homes and arresting and assaulting
Palestinians.
The Israeli campaign against Issawiya is aimed at oppressing
and making life miserable for all who live there as part of
efforts to push the native residents out of the holy
city.

Delhi Results as Much Modi's Defeat as of Kejriwal's Victory
[With thanks to Prof. Javed Jamil.]
Delhi is not just another state or city. It is the heart of
the country. Let us hope that Modiji will hear the
heartbeats and instead of multiplying his arrogance will
signal to the country that he has learnt by his
mistakes.
The Delhi Assembly poll results are not just Chief Minister
Arvind Kejriwal's victory but are in equal measure PM
Narendra Modi's defeat. This was not a usual state election.
The polls were held at a time when the country faced a huge
crisis in terms of its secular and democratic credentials.
People stormed the streets in protest mode. The mood of the
public was totally overwhelmed by the emotions related to
the Citizenship Amendment Act.
Notably, the CAA followed the Triple Talaq legislation and
the abrogation of Article 370 as also the Supreme Court
verdict in favour of the Ramjanam Bhoomi movement by
pro-Hindutva forces. The passing of CAA by Parliament at the
behest of the BJP government confirmed the worst fears in
the minds of not only Muslims but also the other
secular-minded people that the Modi government is bent upon
advancing its Hindutva agenda in a no-holds-barred
manner.
The rise of the Indian people against the CAA with protests
in universities and participation of all the communities
across the country unnerved the Hindutva lobby. The BJP
found in Delhi elections an opportunity to prove that the
nation was behind the saffron party. The party leadership
threw all its power in the elections, with all their MPs and
state chief ministers taking the campaign scene by a storm.
Through their fiery slogans, statements full of hatred and
open call for revolt against one particular community, they
hoped that all the non-Muslims of Delhi — forming more
than 80 per cent of the population — will throng the
polling stations in the party's favour.
Significantly, even the prime minister and the home minister
did not miss any opportunity to demonise Muslims through the
imagery of Shaheen Bagh. Just a few months back, they had
won the Lok Sabha elections from Delhi too with massive
margins. They thought that they would be the natural choice
of the people even in the assembly polls. They were
mistaken. Rather, Secularism triumphed. The people of Delhi
declared emphatically that they are with those who rejected
Modi's divisive agenda. Hatred can win in one or two
elections but soon the people will realise that hatred leads
to nothing but chaos. Ultimately, all will suffer.
BJP ON LOSING SPREE
During the last two years, the BJP has lost almost all the
state assembly elections. If they are in power in Haryana
and Karnataka, it is through manipulations rather than by
winning more votes. They have lost big states like
Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan,
Chhattisgarh and Punjab. But every time they lost, they and
their media tried to pin the blame on local leaders in ways
as to save Modi. The truth is, with the kind of big
propaganda, divisive politics and the big campaign by Modi
in all state elections, local issues have had only a partial
effect.
PULWAMA HELPED MODI
The results in these states, and now in Delhi, showed that
the people have lost faith in Modi. If Modi could win the
Lok Sabha elections, it was not due to his performance in
the previous five years but due to the emotional
schizophrenia created through the Pulwama attack. If Pulwama
was not there, Modi would not have returned to power at all.
In that case, either he would not have embarked upon the
Hindutva agenda so quickly, or if he did, his government
would have fallen by now.
KEJRIWAL'S STANDS
If Muslims have voted for Kejriwal in Delhi this time, it is
not because they love him. They have noted that Kejriwal did
not choose to openly confront Modi on the discriminatory
CAA. He supported him on Article 370 vis-à-vis Jammu and
Kashmir. If Muslims voted for Kejriwal, it was not because
they thought of him as a friend but because they considered
him an enemy of Muslims' enemy. Now, Kejriwal has to prove
that he is an enemy of the BJP not just for the sake of
winning elections but because he abhors their divisive,
communal agenda.
HEAR THE HEARTBEATS
Delhi is not just another state or city. It is the heart of
the country. Let us hope that PM Modi will hear the
heartbeats, and instead of becoming more arrogant, will
signal to the country that he has learnt by his mistakes.
The first proof of this will be either revoking CAA
altogether or including Muslims too in its sweep. If he
fails now, the country will have a tough time ahead. One
thing is sure. Ultimately, the nation and its secular
credentials will bounce back and prevail.

Why is Shiaism the main force against the Global Unity of Islam?
Facts of history indicate serious fabrications in the Foundations of Shiism.
by Kaukab Siddique
The 10th of Mohurram is the anniversary of the martyrdom of
Hussain, r.a., the grandson of the Prophet, pbuh.
It was a great tragedy in that Hussain, r.a., with his
family and about a hundred followers was surrounded by a
large force sent by the war lord of Kufa known as Ibn Ziyad.
When Hussain, r.a., refused to surrender, he and his
followers were cut down by brute force and killed. He died
fighting, sword in had, till the end. All the male members
of his family, said to number 72, were also killed, with the
exception of a male child.
This horrific tragedy should have united the entire Muslim
against tyranny and kingship. Instead it has divided the
Muslims and has lead to escalating violence between the
Muslims. The Shias, who give precedence to Ali, r.a., the
father of Hussain, r.a., over all the companions of the
Prophet, pbuh, have made mourning for Hussain, r.a., an
annual ritual especially in the first ten days of Mohurram
The Shias take out processions and carry out
self-flagellation and chanting against the murderers of
Hussain, r.a.
In the process of annual mourning, the Shias have come to
accuse the entire Muslim community as accessary to the
murder of Hussain, r.a., The stories they tell about the
tragic death of Hussain at Kerbala, now in Iraq, are totally
out of context and can only be accepted if one refuses to
accept historical facts adumbrated by all the early scholars
and researchers of Islam.
So let us look at the facts.
Many of the Shia claim that Hussain, r.a., was killed by
Yazeed, the Caliph at that time, because he was a tyrant and
Hussain, r.a., refused to accept him as Caliph. Cursing
Yazeed is the center piece of Shia ritual.
However, there is absolutely no evidence that Yazeed killed
Hussain. In fact he was hundreds of miles away from Karbala
when the tragic events happened.
There are some "milder" shias who admit that Yazeed did not
kill Hussain, r.a., but they contend that Yazeed ordered
Hussain to be killed. Again there is no evidence that Yazeed
ORDERED Hussain, r.a., to be killed. There is no person from
that time who makes such a claim, nor is there any document
which shows such an order.
The surviving male child of the Karbala tragedy, known as
Zayn al-Abedin, was saved, protected and provided all
facilities by Yazeed till he grew up and became the imam of
the Shias.
The question arises: Why do Shias accuse Yazeed when there
is no such evidence in Shia or Sunni sources.
The motive of the Shias becomes evident when we realize that
Yazeed was the son of Muawiyya, r.a., one of the Companions
of the Prophet, pbuh. So the Shias who accuse Yazeed then go
on to accuse his father Muawiyya who was instrumental in
getting Yazeed elected as Caliph.
Muawiyya, r.a., during his extensive caliphate was very
affectionate towards both the sons of Ali, r.a., Hasan,
r.a., and Hussain, r.a., both of whom accepted the Caliphate
of Muawiyya and from whom they received large gifts and
stpends every year.
So, why attack Muawiyya who was dead when the tragedy of
Karbala took place and who during his Caliphate treated both
Hasan and Hussain with generosity and affection?
Again the motive seems to be attack Umar, r.a., the second
Caliph of Islam, who appointed Muawiyya as the governor of
Syria. Umar, r.a., was very close to the Prophet, pbuh, and
is known as the greatest ruler the Muslim world has ever
known for his sense of justice and honesty. The Prophet,
pbuh, praised him more than he praised any of his other
Companions and even said that: "If there were to be a
prophet after me, it would be Umar."
But for the Shias, the main problem is that Muawiyya was
appointed governor of Syria by Umar, r.a., and he gained
popular support in Syria.
The attacks on Umar, r.a., reach the level of obscenity and
pornography.
To go further into digging the roots of Islam, the Shias
then attack Abu Bakr, r.a., the first Caliph and the
greatest friend [Khalil, the Prophet called him] of the
Prophet, pbuh. Abu Bakr, r.a., was supported by Umar, r.a.,
to be the first Caliph, a position which Shias claim
belonged to Ali, r.a.
Some of the most virulent Shia attacks are aimed at Ayesha,
r.a., the Mother of the Believers, the beloved wife of the
Prophet, pbuh. Here the motivation is much simpler. Ayesha,
r.a., did not accept the Caliphate of Ali, r.a.
Shia Version of "Islam."
Shias have had a hard time constructing their own version of
Islam. In the process they have alienated the entire Muslim
world.
Here are some of the Shia fabrications which are not in the
Qur'an or the authentic teachings of the Prophet, pbuh, or
the comments the Companions of the Prophet, pbuh.
Shias claim that the Prophet, pbuh, had only ONE daughter
and that was Fatima, r.a., who was married to Ali, r.a. The
Qur'an, however, refers to the Prophet's, pbuh, DAUGHTERS
[plural]. The hadith specifically mentions the names of the
other daughters and that they were the daughters of the
Prophet, pbuh, and Khadija, r.a., the mother of Fatima,
r.a.
A serious problem for Shias is that the Prophet, pbuh,
brought about the marriage of TWO of his daughters, one
after the other, to Usman, r,.a., who was from the Ummayad
tribe. They hate him because Yazeed was also an Ummayad. The
Prophet's pbuh, only other daughter was also married to an
Ummayad who turned out to be a great fighter for Islam. This
tribal hatred is essential to Shiaism and diametrically
opposed to Islamic teachings.
They ignore the martyrdom of Usman, r.a., who in the
hierarchy of original Islam was a much greater Muslim
supporter of the Prophet, pbuh, than Hussain, r.a., who was
only a little child during the lifetime of the Prophet,
pbuh. Usman, r.a., was killed in a most brutal fashion. He
sat in peace reading the Qur'an he had compiled. He did not
want any blood to be shed on his behalf.
The gang which led the murderous attack on Usman, r,a.,
included the adopted son of Ali, r.a., and secondly the
commander of Ali's r.a.., forces. Ali, r.a., had sent his
sons to defend Usman, r.a., but exactly at the time when
Usman, r.a., was attacked and murdered, Ali, r.a., and his
sons were nowhere to be found. He was much under suspicion
but vehemently denied a role in the murder.
Shias claim that their 12 imams were appointed by Allah,
just like the prophets, which is an exact denial of the
Qur'an which says that Muhammad, pbuh, is the seal of the
prophets, and the hadith which says there won't be any
prophets or messengers after Muhammad, pbuh.
Shias are vehement that their 12th "imam" who disappeared
when he was a child, about 1000 years back, will re-appear
at the end of time and fill the world with justice. Neither
the Qur'an nor the entire corpus of hadith give the
slightest hint of a hidden imam. [Sunni traditions do refer
to a leader, guided one, Mahdi, but these are not supported
by the Qur'an and scholars have pointed out that these
narrations are fabricated or so weak in their chain of
narration as to be useless. See ibn Khaldun's
Muqadimmah].
Much effort has been put into enhancing the personality of
Ali, r.a., as one greater than ALL the sahaba [Companions of
the Prophet, pbuh.] . Unfortunately for the Shias, the
Qur'an does not mdention Ali, r.a., and NO hadith says that
he was greater than all the sahaba.
Ali, r.a., was a pious Muslim and did not claim to be
greater than the first three Caliphs. Nor did his wife and
sons claim to be greater than the wives and sons of other
sahaba.
Muslims have only two Eid celebrations in a year, based on
authentic hadith and supported by all the sahaba and the
generations after them. Shias have concocted a third "Eid"
which they call Eid of Ghadeer Khum in which they claim that
the Prophet, pbuh, appointed Ali, r.a. to be the caliph .
Again, there is no such appointment mentioned in hadith
although at a place called Ghadeer Khum, the Prophet, pbuh,
made between Ali, r.a., and other Muslims who had brought
serious charges against Ali, r.a.
Shias try to hide the fact that Ali, r.a., was not very
Islamic in his behavior towards women, including his wife,
Fatima., the Prophet's daughter who complained about Ali,
r.a., to the Prophet, pbuh, and the Prophet, pbuh,
REPRIMANDED Ali, r.a., in public, from the mimbar of the
mosque and repeated the reprimand THREE times. [Sahih
Bukhari]. The same attitude appears when the Prophet's, wife
was being slandered by the enemies of Islam and Ali, r.a.,
advised the Prophet, pbuh, that there is no lack of women.
{This at a time when the Prophet, pbuh, was hurting very
badly owing to the dirty propaganda of the enemies.]
Hussain, r.a., was a very brave man. He fought to the last
and was a true martyr at Karbala. Strangely enough the Shias
do not mention ABDULLAH, r.a., ibn Zubair., r.a, who
actually DEFEATED Yazeed and set up the Caliphate. The next
Ummayad king's army killed Abdullah, r.a. He too fought gto
the end like Hussain, against great odds. Is it because
Abdullah, r.a., was the adopted son of Ayesha, r.a.?
All this information is easily available in early Islamic
history. If any reader doubts it, let me know and I can
provide the text, inshaAllah

Baluchistan Lacks Basic Facilities in Many Areas
by Qaiser Sharif
LAHORE- FEB 15: Prime Minister Imran Khan's statement that
Army is standing behind him is tantamount to dragging the
national institution in politics, says Jamaat-e-Islami Emir
Senator Sirajul Haq.
This was not the first time that the PTI government
attempted to create embarrassment for the military, he added
while addressing Jaffarabad (Balochistan) District Bar on
Saturday, according to statement issued from JI headquarters
Mansoora.
Siraj said Balochistan was gifted with enormous resources
but the rulers sitting in Islamabad and Quetta did nothing
for the residents of the province. People in many parts of
the province, he said, were living without electricity and
gas despite the fact that Balochistan was providing energy
to the entire country. He said clean drinking water was not
available to the residents of Jaffarabad, Naseerabad and
Dera Allahyar. He highlighted the need for establishment of
Agriculture University in the area which had fertile agri
land.
JI Balochistan chapter Emir Maulana Abdul Haq Hashmi and

Red Mosque [Jamia Hafsa} Resisting Regime Pressure.
[Excerpted from Sis. Asra Jihadi]
Islamabad
February 13.A group of hijabi women came to the Red mosque
to show support for the sisters who are beseiged inside the
masjid. The government sent female police to stop the
supporters from entering the masjid. A sister from inside
the masjid called out on loud hailer not to fight the female
police who are just following orders.
This is a unique masjid where women following Islam in full
hijab are challenging the authorities.
Feb. 14,.A spiritual victory at the Red Masjid. Juma salat
was held and prayers were led by Maulana Abdul Aziz in
defiance of government prohibition. [Many Pakistanis
overseas read Dawn. Beware that this secularist paper is
regurgitating government propaganda against the Red Mosque.]
Looks like Imran khan was busy with the visit of Erdogan.
Feb. 12. All the Pakistani media are reporting that an
"anti-Terror" court has sentenced Hafiz Saeed and Abdur
Rahman Makki five and half years in prison and $15000 fine.
Scores of mosques they set up Pakistan along with charitable
organizations they set up have been closed down.
They are accused of "financing terror." It's not clear what is the
evidence against them. The convictions seem to be aimed at pleasing
USA and India.
The Imran Khan regime wanted to indicate that Pakistan is
not financing "terror."
The two have been opposed to mujahideen groups. They were interested
in liberating Kashmir and were supported by the army which
at one time was interested in liberating Kashmir.
Reports indicate that the evidence against them is
non-existent and they may be released on appeal though it
will take time.

Many critics of Buttigieg say America will not tolerate him

responded by saying that he loves his husband very much, and
usually restricts himself to a hug when on stage.

Background:
In January 25th 2011, millions of Egyptians participated in
a revolution that successfully ended the 30-year rule of
dictator Hosni Mubarak. However, just two-and-half years
later, a military coup occurred that overthrew democratic
rule and started a tyrannical campaign that killed hundreds
of protestors in the streets, detained tens of thousands,
and led many more into exile.
According to Human Rights Watch reports, the military
dictatorship in Egypt "has sent thousands of civilians to
military courts, undermined the judiciary's independence,
and executed dozens of people following flawed trials." Many
detainees suffer from enforced disappearance where their
families don't know their whereabouts for months or years,
according to Amnesty International reports.
El Hatk ("The Assault") is a movie depicting the trauma
faced by men and women in Egypt by a ruthless
dictatorship.

The Human Ego is a Major Problem if not Tamed!

'The Soul Is Like A Wild Horse'...{!} And by the soul and He
who proportioned it~ And inspired it [with discernment of]
its wickedness and its righteousness~ He has succeeded who
purifies it~
And he has failed who instills it [with corruption].
{Source...{'QURAN'~Surat Ash-Shams 91 ... Ayah #'s 7-8-9 &
10 }
When someone possesses a horse, on which they depend for their
livelihood and transportation, it becomes imperative that the horse be
tamed so as to display the utmost obedience.
If this horse is, at first, wild then its owner would try to control it through
any means ,by jumping on it, pulling its reins, tying it, etc.
If this person is successful in gaining control of the horse, then the horse
will obey their every command. However, if this person leaves their horse
untamed it will remain wild and Disobedient...!
Such is the parable of the Soul~{ Nafs }~
The 'Nafs' [soul] must be trained regarding its
inclinations. The internal
struggle that every Muslim faces is when one has a
conflicting goal with
their Nafs...!
In other words~ your 'Nafs' wants one thing and your 'Iman'
(Faith) causes
you to want another thing. Overcoming the inclinations of
your 'Nafs' is a
difficult and sometimes painful process. Like the person who
tames his
horse, one must endure through the difficulty and struggles
in order to
gain control. It is important to remain steadfast in the
process; for, if one
was to give up after receiving the slightest resistance,
this trains the horse
that...all it needs to do is remain stubborn in order to get
what it wants...{!}
Thus...giving in to the demands of the 'Nafs' makes the
process of taming
your 'Nafs' even harder {!} Instead, one must abide by the
principle of delayed gratification.
Delayed Gratification ...
Putting off some pleasure in order to have greater gratification at a later
point. {Alhamdullilah} For example... you struggle against your 'Nafs'
which may want to sleep or rest} in order to pray 'Qiyaam' {the night
prayer} At first this is difficult, but in time a routine is
built. Eventually... the reward you receive from Allah {Azza Wa Jall } outweighs any
discomfort you may have faced{!}
And the Mercy of Allah is that He continues to make this process easier as
time goes on, and as your reward increases even further
{!}
A Lil word of Caution: The longer we wait to tame our soul,
the harder the
process will be.Purification of the soul is like a bitter
pill...{!}
At first you hate it- because it causes you pain, tastes
bad, etc etc ~but
you tolerate it. Then, as its positive effects begin to show
you begin to like
it...then you begin to love it. Until finally...you cannot
live without it.
'Subhan Allah'{!!!}}
