"That Ka'b bin Malik told him that in the lifetime of
Allah's Apostle he demanded his debt from Ibn Abu Hadrad in
the Mosque. Their voices grew louder till Allah's Apostle
heard them while he was in his house. So he lifted the
curtain of his room and called Ka'b bin Malik saying, "O
Ka'b!" He replied, "Labbaik! O Allah's Apostle!" He beckoned
to him with his hand suggesting that he deduct half the
debt. Ka'b said, "I agree, O Allah's Apostle!" Allah's
Apostle then said (to Ibn Abu Hadrad), "Get up and pay him
the rest."

Counter how Enemies of Islam divide us by
using Fake Terminology. Which titles are we allowed to
use?
On March 1, Br. Kaukab Siddique gave the juma khutba at
masjid jamaat a-Muslimeen in Baltimore. The masjid was
croweded but its a small masjid, so here is an outline of
the khutba for distribution on line
"O ye who believe! Let not some among you laugh at others:
It may be that the (latter) are better than the (former):
Nor let somewomen laugh at others: It may be that the
(latter are better than the(former): Nor defame nor be
sarcastic to each other, nor call each other by(offensive)
nicknames: Ill-seeming is a name connoting wickedness, (to
beused of one) after he has believed: And those who do not
desist are(indeed) doing wrong." [The AQuran 49:11]
We are called Muslim, Mumin, as well as those who pray,
fast, give zakat, guard their chastity. We are told that we
are a brotherhood or sisterhood.
Those who do not accept Islam are called kafir or those who pretend are called munafiq.
However the tyrants who have been implanted in Muslim lands
use the term "khawarij" to smear those who want to overthrow
the tyrants.
The term "khawarij" does not occur in the Quran or the
hadith. It was used to label the followers of Ali, r.a,
after they did not accept his peace deal with Muawiyya,
r.a.
The term khawarij as used by the tyrants is somewhat akin to
the racist term "n...er" used in America.
It implies that the tyrants can kill all such people and no
one will complain.
Thus the tyrant regimes kill opponents at random, without
accountability or rule of law.
Look at the life of the prophet, pbuh. He did not kill even
the leader of munafiqun whose identity was revealed to him
bu wahi.
Are the people allowed in Islam to overthrow corrupt and
tyrannical rulers! The best ruling on this issue comes from
Imam Abu Hanifah, the gentlest of the imams, who taught that
armed uprising is permitted. If there are chances of success
but not if it only creates violence and disruption.
However hadith intimates that we must stand against tyrants
and speak against wrong doers

PAKISTAN
Releasing the Captured Indian Pilot was a blunder by Imran
Khan.
[Jamaat e Islami Pakistan]
by Qaiser Sharif
LAHORE, Mar. 3; Secretary General, Jamaat e Islami, Liaqat
Baloch, has said that it was unfortunate that whereas
Pakistan had released the captured Indian pilot in a
dignified manner, India had reciprocated by handing over the
body of a Pakistani citizen who had died of torture in
Indian jail. He was addressing the JI office bearers from PP
160.
The JI Secretary General said that the PAF had humbled the
enemy by downing its two jets. He said the entire nation was
united against the Indian aggression and it was proud of its
armed forces.
Liaqat Baloch impressed upon the Prime Minister Imran Khan
to put forth the Kashmir issue with full courage. He said,
had the government pressed for the release of the Kashmiri
leadership and for stoppage of India's tyranny in Held
Kashmir in exchange for the release of the Indian pilot, the
nation would have been behind the government.
The JI Secretary General said that the government should
have appreciated the opposition for having given preference
to the national security at this juncture. He however, said
that the Prime Minster should review his attitude so that no
harm came to the national unity and harmony.

Iraq
Daily Trail of Atrocities by Baghdad regime.
The New Yorker magazine has published extensive reporting on
Baghdad regime's atrocties against millions of Iraqi Muslims
suspected of being pro-ISIS. Here are the main points:
Thousands of people are being tried as suspects. Trials
are 4 to 8 minutes long and lead to hundreds of excutions
every month.
Tens of thousands of Muslim women are being starved
almost to death, many forced to be prostitutes.
Chidren of ISIS widows are treated as potential
terrorists soon after birth.
Torture and humiliation of Muslim prisoners is
commonplace and is part of the daily process of
"trials."
Ben Taub and others who witnessed the fake "trials" fear
that the gruesome horrors of executions, torture, rape and
humiliation will lead to the resurgence of the Islamic
State.
Shiaism is out of control in Iraq and the crimes of the
Baghdad regime are beyond any known horrors in modern
warfare.

GENERAL ELECTION AND THE INTERPOLATION OF BIGOTS
By Abdulkabir Oyemomi
It is customary in Nigerian election for political
gladiators to create artificial atmosphere of tension, only
for selfish political gain. Owing to this assertion, many
Nigerians believe the postponement of the presidential
election earlier slated for the 16th of February to 23rd of
the same month was a blessing in disguise.
The presidential election featured more than 70 aspirants,
but it was actually a contest between two prominent northern
Muslims- President Muhammadu Buhari and former
vice-president Atiku Abubakar. It was meant to be a
referendum of a sort, because the said major contestants
have score cards as far as Nigerians are concerned.
It ( the election) could also pass for a final determination
of the fate of the masses as against the Nigerian
'bourgeois': whether to forget any hope of better life for
the masses; whether our coming generations would be faintly
reading about integrity in the encyclopedia of history;
whether corruption would lawfully be enshrined in our
constitution and impliedly codified in our religious
scriptures; whether Nigerians would ever be respected
anywhere in the world henceforth; and, whether there would
ever be hope of Africa coming to the limelight in spite of
abundant resources!
Prior to the election, there were series of fake and
fraudulent election forecasts from allies of politicians,
who are inclined against even distribution of common wealth.
These forecasters tried ferociously at muddling up the
polity against the will of the masses, who were doggedly
resolved to take their destinies in their own hands by
making sure their votes count. Alhamdulilah, their votes did
count!
Earlier, there had also been fake prophesies from some
agents of hatred and destruction in regalia of ministers of
God, especially in the Church, against President Muhammadu
Buhari: some saying he would die before election, some
laying serious curse on his person ,and others saying he
would be ignominiously defeated in the poll, all for no
crimes but his being a Muslim and Northerner- these could
have degenerated to a serious religious crises in the whole
of Nigeria, but for the swift refutation of sincere and
nation builder Christians, who were poised to ensure the
re-election of Muhammadu Buhari, a man believed to be an
epitome of integrity.
Noteworthy is the disappointing pulsating rhythms of hate
against Muslims in general and President Buhari in
particular, by a former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani
Kayode, whom is known as the most notorious political
prostitute by all Nigerians!
Fani Kayode had been pummelling Muslims and the government
of Buhari ever since the beginning of his debacle in the
hands of Economics and Financial crime agency known as EFCC
for cases bothering on looting of public fund as a former
Minister. He capped his treasonous tendency with a shocking
advise to Atiku Abubakar (a loser of presidential race) ,
which is for the later to form a parallel government, after
the declaration of Buhari as the elected President.
The election was a clear contest between the supposed power
brokers and the masses; it had the self acclaimed '
landlords' of Nigeria under one tent to suppress their whims
and caprices on all Nigerians: Olusegun Obasanjo, a former
president boasted of unseating President Buhari for Atiku
Abubakar, whom he had earlier declared a thief in his book;
Theophilus Danjuma, a former Minister of Defense believed
Buhari must go; Sheikh Gunmi ,a supposed renowned scholar of
Islam from Kaduna, became a preacher for all indicted
politicians as long as they are against Buhari; Christian
Association of Nigeria (CAN) became completely partisan to
ensure Buhari is ousted.
Largely, many Nigerians believe and hope that re-election of
President Muhammadu Buhari is akin to rebirth of a new
Nigeria, claiming it to be an opportunity of starting on a
very clean slate because there was no country, hitherto.
In conclusion, President Muhammadu Buhari is, in the
writer's opinion, sitting on a very hot sit because the
expectation is very high. He needs to start by ejecting many
redundant and fraudulent members of his cabinet to give room
to sharp thinking and innovative Nigerians. He needs, also,
to combat corruption holistically by prosecuting anyone with
questionable records, including many in the ruling
party.
Above all, he needs to change his intentions of nation
building to that of seeking good countenance of Allah as he
will NEVER be able to satisfy all.
