Narrated by
Abu Huraira, r.a.:
Allah's Messenger, pbuh, said:
"The (Hell) Fire complained to its Lord saying, 'O my Lord!
My different parts eat up each other.' So, He allowed it to
take two breaths, one in the winter and the other in summer,
and this is the reason for the severe heat and the bitter
cold you find (in weather).

Maulana Khadim Hussain Rizvi Debunks Court's acquittal of Blasphemer
[Latest : February 1. Another 55 activists of the
anti-Blasphemy movement were arrested to pre-empt the
movement even though it is peaceful]
January 29. Leader of the anti-blasphemy movement, Maulana
Rizvi denounced the Pakistani supreme court's final
acquittal of the blasphemer whose abuse has aroused
countrywide disgust in Pakistan.
Maulana Rizvi on twitter and on social media noted that
Islamic scholars were excluded when the court examined the
petition against acquittal.
It is meaningless for the court to claim that the petition
be rejected when the matter is of utmost importance for
people of Islamic faith and the court does not have Islamic
credibility.
Blasphemy against the Prophet, pbuh, is not to be taken
lightly in a country where the masses love the Prophet,
pbuh.
Maulana Khadim Hussain Rizvi noted that now the issue of
utmost importance for Muslims is being adjudicated at the
behest and pressure of the enemies of Islam from among the
Jews and the Christians.
[New Trend notes that the judge taunted those who stood
against the acquittal of the blasphemer and the taunts were
published by the daily Dawn which is a group of hard core on
line gangsters who never miss an opportunity to attack
religioius movements and Islamic scholars.
New Trend notes that the court used technicalities to acquit
the blasphemer. For instance, the villagers who brought the
blasphdmy charges did not bring the charge quickly
enough.
New Trend notes that the High Court did find the blasphemer
guilty and also rejected the blasphemer's appeal after a
thorough study.
In front of witnesses, the blasphemer did admit she
blasphemed.
The Supreme Court has seemingly bent to the will of western
powers and gave a verdict which will please the West.
Social media indicates that Maulana Rizvi is receiving
widespread support for his condemnation of the court's verdict.
New Trend readers should note that Maulana Khadim Hussain
'Rizvi and his entire leadership team along with 3000
supporters were arrested by the Imran Khan regime before the
show case acquittal was carried out.
Since Palestinians began holding rallies along the buffer
zone in March of last year, more than 250 protesters have
been killed -- and thousands more injured -- by Israeli army
gunfire.
Demonstrators demand the right of Palestinian refugees to
return to their homes in historical Palestine from which
they were driven in 1948 to make way for the new state of
Israel.
They also demand an end to Israel's 12-year blockade of the
Gaza Strip, which has gutted the coastal enclave's economy
and deprived its roughly two million inhabitants of many
basic commodities.
Kashmir
Complete shutdown observed on Narendra Modi's visit
Hurriyat leaders detained; internet, train services
suspended
Srinagar, February 03 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, complete
shutdown was observed, today, on the occasion of Indian
Prime Minister, Narendra Modi's visit to the territory as a
mark of protest against tyranny and oppression on Kashmiris
during the five years of his government.
Call for the shutdown was given by the Joint Resistance
Leadership comprising Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq
and Muhammad Yasin Malik and supported by the Kashmir High
Court Bar Association. All shops and other business
establishments remained closed while traffic was off the
road. Narendra Modi visited Kashmir Valley, Ladakh and Jammu
regions and laid foundation stones of different development
projects.
The occupation authorities made stringent measures in the
name of so-celled security across occupied Kashmir. Indian
police and troops were deployed in strength in Srinagar,
Jammu and other areas of the occupied territory. The Indian
Prime Minister's special security guards had taken over the
main venue in Srinagar where Narendra Modi inaugurated the
development projects in the Kashmir Valley. Unarmed aerial
vehicles and drones were pressed into service around the
venue to maintain aerial vigil. Indian police and troops had
seized hundreds of motor bikes in Srinagar and other
areas.
The authorities put many Hurriyat leaders including Syed Ali
Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai, Mukhtar
Ahmed Waza, Hilal Ahmed War, Javaid Ahmed Mir and Molvi
Bashir Ahmed Irfani under house arrest while Indian police
arrested Muhammad Yasin Malik to prevent them from leading
anti-India demonstrations. The authorities also suspended
mobile internet and train services in the occupied
territory.
The APHC Chairman, Syed Ali Gilani, in a statement in
Srinagar thanked Pakistan for its continued moral, political
and diplomatic support to Kashmiris' just liberation
struggle. He prayed for peace, progress and prosperity of
Pakistan. Pakistan Foreign Minister, Shah Mahmood Qureshi,
called Syed Ali Gilani on phone, yesterday, and discussed

Editorial
Why did Dr. Martin Luther King Fail?
by Kaukab Siddique?
Dr. King's mission is highly publicized in America. To some
extent his work was successful. Integration was proclaimed
as the goal of American civilization and laws were enacted
against discrimination and bigotry.
However, the fact remains that Dr. King was murdered.
In today's America, there are severe divisions and rampant
hatred sometimes approaching civil war.
His message was admirable but it has failed. Racial and
class divisions are stronger than ever though hidden under
soft phrases and immense publicity covered by political
correctness.
Islam teaches that humans do not change in an inner and
complete sense until they believe in ACCOUNTABILITY in the
Hereafter. The sense of the Hereafter is missing in America
and is totally eclipsed by the idea that God loves everyone
and all will be forgiven.
Laws do not change people though they provide a surface
level sense of change. We have liquor, drugs, sexual
perversions, family breakup, horrific crimes which translate
into war, occupation, Zionism and imperialism overseas.
We need to focus on spiritual change and Islamic Law, not
man made laws.
PAKISTAN
Raw Facts about Suffering of Pakistani people.
by Qaiser Sharif
LAHORE, Jan. 29; Ameer, Jamat e Islami, Pakistna, Senator
Sirjaul Haq, has said that in spite of being the 25th
biggest economy of the world, the per capita income in
Pakistan was even below than that of India and
Bangladesh.
Speaking in the Senate on Tuesday, he said that the only 2.7
per cent of the budget was being spent on education which
was less than in Afghanistan, Bhutan and Sri Lanka.
He said that in a capitalistic economy, the only a
particular class was the centre of the budget. He said that
mini budgets were presented because the expectations,
estimates and the figures were incorrect. He said that our
governments always prepared short term plans which were
disturbed with the change of the government. On the other
hand, most of the world nations prepared long term plans. He
said the increase in the prices of around three hundred
items would also affect the common man.
The JI Chief said that ours was an agricultural country but
our farmer remained hungry. The land under the plough was
only 39.7 of the total cultivable land but there was no plan
to make the remaining 60 per cent land cultivable.
He said the government had been claiming that it would not
levy more taxes. But with the increase in the electricity
price, an additional burden of Rs. 227 billion had been put
on the people. Besides, the increase in gas price would
burden the people with additional 165 billion.
The JI chief said the government had announced that it would
bring 200 hundred billion dollars from abroad within two
days but there had been a 77 per cent fall in foreign
investment within six months. The government had reduced the
development budget by Rs. 125 billion and work on more than
four hundred development projects had been stopped. Besides,
it had secured more loan of 2240 billion which was a record.
He said that the government amnesty policy was another
NRO.
He said the JI had proposed the abolition of interest and
ending non development projects. The JI had also proposed
banning import of unnecessary items, He said that reduction
in the prices of electricity, gas and POL was needed for
industrial development.
Kashmir and Europe.
LAHORE, Jan. 29; Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Senator
Sirajul Haq, has impressed upon the ambassador of the
European countries to play their role in stopping Indian
troops atrocities on the Kashmiris and the implementation of
the UN resolutions assuring the right of self determination
to the Kashmiris.
He made this demand at a meeting at which the envoys of the
European states and Denmark, in Islamabad were briefed about
the latest situation in Held Kashmir. A documentary was also
shown to them on the occasion. Senior diplomats from Britain
and Germany also attended. JI deputy chief Mian Muhammad
Aslam and JI Foreign Affairs chief Abdul Ghaffar Aziz, were
also present.
Sirajul Haq said that despite Indian troops' repression
during the last seventy one years, the Kashmiris had not
given up their demand for liberation.
He said that although, the Pakistan government and the world
at large had not extended the requisite help and support to
the Kashmiris, nor had any one raised voice on the human
rights violations going on there, the Kashmris had not gone
back on their lawful demand.
The JI chief said that the world today was talking of the
rights of birds and animals but it was silent on the brutal
treatment being meted out to the Kashmiri men, women and
children at the hands of the Indian brutes. He said it was
the moral and humanitarian duty of the world at large to
implement the UN resolution on Kashmir. He said that the
world today had been reduced to a global village, terrorism
an injustice going on in any part of the world could
endanger world peace. He said that resolving an issue like
Kashmir lingering between two nuclear states was imperative
for world peace.
Sirajul Haq said that on the 5th of February, not only the
Pakistani nation but the entire Muslim Ummah would express
complete solidarity with the Kashmiri brethren to assure
them that the world stood by them in their just cause till
they achieved freedom.

Boeing Tests Military Weapon of Modern Warfare
With Thanks to Sis.Kristi
Boeing has announced that it successfully tested an
electromagnetic pulse missile capable of disabling
electronics without affecting structures. The
Counter-electronics High-powered Advanced Missile Project
(CHAMP) was tested by a Boeing Phantom Works/U.S. Air Force
Research Laboratory Directed Energy Directorate team on
October 16 at the Utah Test and Training Range.
Firing high-power microwave bursts at a multi-story
structure containing electronic systems and devices, the
drone-like weapon irreparably disabled the computers and
electronics within seven targets in a one-hour period. The
cameras recording the operation were also disabled.
CHAMP's High Power Microwave instrument that provided the
disabling EMP blast is a product of Raytheon Ktech, who
remotely viewed the operation. Telemetry and data from the
test are now being analyzed further.
"This technology marks a new era in modern-day warfare,"
said Keith Coleman, Boeing Phantom Works' CHAMP Program
Manager. "In the near future, this technology may be used to
render an enemy's electronic and data systems useless even
before the first troops or aircraft arrive."
The CHAMP program is a three-year endeavor between Boeing
and U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory that hopes to
eventually produce five such EMP missiles.
... Holocaust remembrance is not, as its supporters claim, a
noble effort motivated by sincere concern for humanity.
Instead, this relentless campaign is an expression of
Jewish-Zionist power, and is designed to further
Jewish-Zionist interests ... Jewish death and suffering do
not deserve to be venerated more than the death and
suffering of non-Jews. The Holocaust remembrance campaign
deserves scorn, not support, because it is a one-sided
effort that serves narrow Jewish and Israeli interests and
bolsters Jewish-Zionist power.
Invitation to Think
Exploitation of Women by Arabs under Cover of a "Fatwa"
which Violates Islam & is Racist.
Letter to the Editor from a Reader:
Salaam Br Kaukab,
You made a strange remark about "Arabs" believing they can
marry Christians or Jewish women.
That's not an "Arab" view. Its a common male in non-muslim
countries view.
However, there has been a pernicious fatwa by a famous Arab
scholar, which gives permission for men (thinking
particularly of students away from home) to marry western
women whilst keeping the intention of divorcing them later
in their hearts. Some of these students will even apply this
to Muslim females from a different race, who they wouldn't
normally marry due to cultural considerations. This sort of
behavior has devastating consequences when such students
dump the women and likely children as well, when they go
back home!
In places like UK where there are established muslim
communities with plenty of brides available, the common view
is that females can't enjoy the same alleged privilege as
men in marrying non muslims. Again this is creating severe
pressure on families in marrying girls. Boys have a choice
of marrying muslims, non-muslims and also do a cherry
picking from girls back home. We find that boys and their
parents are able to become quite picky about the girl they
want to choose.
Most of them want the girl to be very homely and pretty for
entertainment purposes, but also to be accomplished
careerwise because of the additional financial power this
brings to the household. This is very unfair.
Perhaps girls should be allowed to marry decent non muslims
as well providing there is a contract that children must be
raised as practicing muslims.

Shoaib
