Hadith of the Week
Abu Huraira,r.a., reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace
and blessings be upon him, said:
The gates of Paradise are opened on Monday and Thursday.
Allah forgives every servant who does not associate anything
with him except a man with hatred between himself and his
brother. It will be said: Delay these two until they
reconcile, delay these two until they reconcile.

Don't Condemn Women enslaved by the American Power
Structure.
How the Qur'an was Revealed, Collected and Compiled Should
Guide us.
Sahaba, r.a., of the Prophet, pbuh, are More important than
Any Leaders we have Today.
On December 7, Br. Kaukab Siddique gave the Juma' Khutba at
Masjid Jamaat al-Muslimeen in Baltimore.
The masjid was crowded but it is a small masjid, so here is
an outline of the khutba for online distribution.
Text:
It is We [Allah] Who have sent down the Qur'an to thee [O
Muhammad] by stages. [The Qur'an 76:23]
Teachers of the Qur'an should know that the Qur'an was
not revealed all at once. The shorter suras [chapters]
teaching faith, Hereafter, prophethood, against slavery and
mistreatment of females, were revealed in Makka. The long
Suras, al-Baqarah, Ale Imran, etc were revealed in Madina
and built upon faith to teach law, formal worship, responses
to Christians and Jews, organization & leadership, Jihad and
striving for victory.
The process was: Allah revealed the Qur'an to the heart
and soul of Muhammad, pbuh, and the angel helped him to
memorize it. Then the prophet, pbuh, taught it to his
companions, sahaba, r.a., and as the suras became longer,
memorization was combined with writing. A whole group of
sahaba, r.a., did the writing.
Allah, through the angel, instructed the Prophet, pbuh,
to arrange the Qur'an as it is today.
All the written pieces were checked with memorization by
a committee set up by Usman, r.a., the third Caliph.
Explanation and implementation of the Qur'an was carried
out by the Prophet, pbuh. This is the Hadith which was
memorized and written down by the sahaba, r.a. Thus opinion
based interpretations of the Qur'an were avoided.
Most of the teachers of the Qur'an in America today do
not do not explain the Qur'an as it was explained by the
Prophet, pbuh. Most of these are opinion based teachings,
out of context, and often mislead the Muslims.
For instance, these teachers are busy claiming that Islam
is "a religion of peace." That is true, but it is also a
religion of Jihad and Muslims have a duty
to oppose and defeat oppressors, tyrants, kings, occupiers
and aggressors.
Part 2.
We have all kinds of leaders, scholars, group directors
and self-proclaimed mystical teachers interpreting Islam out
of context They ignore the text of the Qur'an as explained
by the Prophet, pbuh, and nit pick a verse here, a verse
there, to please the American power structure or to
propagate their
sect.
Allah gave us the sahaba, r.a., as the SPEARHEAD of the
Islamic movement to project the Qur'an and the Hadith. NONE
of the Muslim leaders are equal to the sahaba, r.a.
The Qur'an has taught us that nobility and superiority
is based on Taqwa, conduct and character, not on gender and
race. However, many Muslims think men are superior to women.
Others think Arabs are superior to non-Arabs. They ignore
conduct and character.
Things have come to such a pass that now self-appointed
leaders of America's Muslims dare not condemn the existence
and legitimacy of Israel or the evil of fornication and
homosexuality.
Unity is essential but it has to be based on Qur'an and
authentic hadith, not on race or nationality.
Women in America are enslaved by the power structure to
entertain the males. They are projected through countrywide
advertising, movies and pornography as mere objects of
pleasure for the males. So if you see the women showing
their legs or body parts, don't try to condemn them, They
are slaves of the male culture and are doing, in many cases,
what the mass culture wants them to do. Think of them as
mothers, wives, daughters, nieces, aunts to be able to
relate to them within the limits of our TAQWA.
du'a: O Allah give us success in this world and in the
Hereafter. Give us spouses and children who will stand with
us for Islam. Help us, O Allah, to study the Qur'and hadith
on an ongoing basis. Ameen,

Pakistan should cancel all its DEBT
By Hussain Khan, Tokyo
Political, legal, economic, moral, environmental and
religious justifications and arguments have been provided
for cancelling all Debt by the internationally renowned
economists like Toussaint and Millet in their book, "Debt,
the IMF, and the World Bank: Sixty Questions, Sixty
Answers."
Eric Toussaint is rather leading a worldwide movement for
Abolition of Third World Debt. He is also president of the
Committee for the Abolition of Third World Debt (CADTM), and
author of numerous books on economic policy.
One good example they have given is that of President Bush.
When American forces got complete control over Iraq, he was
asked to pay all loans of Saddam regime. He totally rejected
the idea. He called those loans as "Odious". Such loans
don't deserve any payment. He refused to pay a single penny.
Whole world accepted his logic. No one criticized him for
default of all Iraq DEBT.
Is there not a similar case with Imran Khan? Why should he
be reluctant to make such default of all previous IMF loans
given to previous corrupt regimes? Are the loans inherited
by Imran regime not as odious and illegitimate as those of
Saddam regime?
Was IMF blind to the fact that Zardari and Nawaz regimes
were lining their own pockets much more than using this huge
money entirely for the development of the country and to
reduce poverty? Now they are facing NAP and Court
investigations for the crime of their assets being beyond
means. Have the IMF loans not contributed for the enormous
increase in their assets beyond means and even for a similar
increase in the assets beyond means of some of their
Ministers like Ishaq Dar, who is also now under
investigation for the same crime?
Was the IMF so innocent that it was not aware of all such
crimes? In that case, it rightfully deserves the punishment
for its ignorance and blindness to the glaring facts and
realities of these corrupt regimes.
There is no logic in the argument that our countrymen who
have not benefited from IMF loans should be responsible to
pay them back to cover up the corruption of their past
political leaders.
Not only these authors but other renowned Economists like
the former Chief Economist and Vice President of World Bank,
Noble Laureate, Chairman of President Clinton's Council of
Economic Advisors, Joseph Stiglitz has vehemently criticized
and pinpointed hypocrisy, which he has observed closely and
at first-hand, of the West and of its financial institutions
like, IMF, World Bank and others, in his various books,
articles and video talks. He has directly accused IMF for
deliberately offering such 'Odious' and illegitimate loans
with sinister designs. It will be clear from his following
passage:
"The issue of the moral responsibility of the creditors was
particularly apparent in the case of cold war loans. When
the IMF and World Bank lent money to the Democratic Republic
of Congo's notorious ruler Mobutu, they knew (or should have
known) that most of the money would not go to help that
country's poor people, but rather would be used to enrich
Mobutu. It was money paid to ensure that this corrupt leader
would keep his country aligned with the West. To many, it
doesn't seem fair for ordinary taxpayers in countries with
corrupt governments to have to repay loans that were made to
leaders who did not represent them."------Stiglitz in his
book, "Globalization and its Discontents".
In the above passage, Stiglitz has revealed the sinister
design of IMF that such 'Odious' loans were deliberately
given by IMF to corrupt regimes to keep these countries
aligned with the West.
IMF has deliberately given such loans to corrupt Zardari and
Nawaz regimes to keep Pakistan aligned with the West.
History shows that both these regimes were puppets of the
West. These regimes have done their duty faithfully and have
even hired lobbying firms in Washington to let them be
counted in good books of all American governments.
IMF should go to them and ask for repayment. Why Imran Khan
Regime should be held responsible to pay what IMF has loaned
to these corrupt regimes for its own selfish ends?
Stiglitz further advocates that any country which is heavily
laden with DEBT should not be forced to pay it. The reasons
may be corrupt governments or anything else. Such loans
should be written off. Or such countries should default and
declare bankruptcy without any scruples.
Economically, Stiglitz argues, such IMF loans accompanied
with its policies make it impossible for them to pay back.
As a matter of fact a vicious circle takes place. He has
given many examples of how IMF policies are responsible for
making them unable to pay back loans. IMF policies push for
taking Austerity measures. It compels loan-receiving
countries to increase interest rates and taxes resulting in
further increase in joblessness, devaluation of local
currency and inflation. In Greece and many other countries
people demonstrated against IMF policies and revolted
against them in Iceland. These enforced IMF policies further
shrink economies of the loan-receiving countries. It thus
creates an Economic Model, in which countries have to take
new loans to pay back mainly the increasing Interest on
previous loans. Loans go on multiplying themselves and the
payback becomes more and more difficult, rather impossible.
It also shows the wisdom of Quranic verses which bans all
Interest on loans given to needy individuals or
countries.
If they could not increase their own exports over their
imports to generate sufficient foreign currency reserves to
pay back loans after the 1st or 2nd loan from IMF, the
increasing burden of new loans with more and more to pay
mainly Interest charges, they will never be able pay back
these loans for ever. Thus under this Economic Model, such
countries can never stand on their own legs to be really
able to pay back loans at any time in future. There is no
way to break such a vicious circle except to write off all
such debts or such countries default on loans and declare
bankruptcy.
Japan soon after its defeat in WWII had to declare
bankruptcy. Argentine. Russia and several other countries
had to do the same. Thereafter all of them revived their
economies and some of them paid back their loans in small
installments of their choice. Stiglitz gives examples of
Germany and Greece in the following passage:
"Stiglitz warned that Germany, a major beneficiary of debt
write-offs following WWII, had not learned the lesson of its
own history. Officials are blind to the reality that debt
forgiveness is necessary for Greece at a time when nearly
everyone, including the International Monetary Fund (IMF),
recognizes that the country simply can't pay back what it
owes. Instead of remembering the terrible consequences of
mass unemployment following WWI, many Germans insist that it
was hyperinflation that led to Hitler, and so they tend to
support central bank policies that guard against that
problem rather than the far more worrisome specter of
joblessness."
"As Stiglitz describes, the result of all this historical
amnesia and economic blindness is a "Dickensian" nightmare
that recalls 19th century debtor's prisons where people were
punished for the inability to pay debts and locked
(literally) into a situation in which paying them was, of
course, impossible. Only now, the prisoner is an entire
country."----Joseph Stiglitz: "Deep-seatedly wrong" economic
thinking is killing Greece By Lynn Parramore (The Institute
for New Economic Thinking)

Namoos e Risalat, and had put into jail the children and the
aged relatives of the accused who were entitled to respect
and care in every society.
He said that all over the world, senior citizens were given
due respect but the attitude of the police in the Islamic
Democratic Republic towards these sections was most
condemnable.
He urged the rulers to deal with the aged people with
respect and set them free at once.

Assad Shelling Islamic towns in 4 provinces.
December 9. In northern Hama province, Assad's artillery
shelled areas near Lataminah city and 2 villages further

Assad's artillery also shelled Islamic positions in north
west Aleppo and Latakia provinces. Shia forces also machine
gunned two villages in Idlib
province. [All these are supposedly non-conflict zones
guaranteed by the Russian-Turkish agreement.]

December 7, 8, 9. US coalition has assembled a massive SDF
[Kurdish Communist] force around the Islamic State enclave
on the Euphrates river [the Hajin area and villages near

followed during this weekend, SOHR is reporting 61 Islamic
State fighters killed, including 6 human bombers who stopped
SDF's armored column. SOHR reports
at least 48 SDF troops killed in the fighting. SDF has now
entered parts of Hajin but is stalled.
Latest: Another 500 SDF troops have arrived in the Hajin

area.
Meanwhile, December 5 to 9, Islamic State [IS] forces have
been steadily advancing in the al-Sukhnah area of eastern
Homs province. Assad has sent Iranian troops and Shia

Young Son of Maulana Rizvi Challenges Imran Khan Regime.
[This is a summary of the video which the regime has
blocked.]
Maulana Khadim Hussain Rizvi's sons have posted two
important messages on line.
In the first message, it was pointed out that Imran Khan's
police did not knock on Rizvi's door. The police gave no
legal notice, nor did it have a warrant of arrest. Instead
Imran's gangster police smashed the door, broke into the
home and trashed everything as they hustled out the Islamic
leader.
[This elder son, Saad. has been arrested.]
In the second message, the fearless younger son debunks the
government's claims against the maulana. He points out that
the Islamic three day protest was very minor as compared to
the months long camping style protests by Imran Khan's
movement against the Nawaz Sharif government.
Maulana's fearless son noted the Imran regime's backers
leaning towards Israel and then holding a conference to
praise the Prophet, pbuh.
The young man pledged that he and all the supporters of the
Maulana are ready to sacrifice their lives for the honor of
the Prophet, pbuh. When the leaders give the signal, they
will come out.
The regime's securirty forces entered, descrated and
desecrated the mosque where Maulana Rizvi used to speak.
The young man's challenge seems to have had some impact. On
December 7, the Imran regime released 212 people who had
been protesting against the arrests. However 3000 people
supporting tthe Maulana are still in prison after their
arrests on November 24.
Latest
On December 7, Maulana's mosque was re-opened. A large crowd
gathered and after prayers chanted slogans for a long time
affirming that they were with the Prophet, pbuh, and against
the blasphemers.
They remained non-violent and no damage was done.
