Hadith of the Week
Advice we should Heed when it's given to us.
Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, r.a. reported: The Messenger of Allah,
peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Verily, the most
beloved words to Allah are these: Glory and praise be to
you, O Allah, blessed is your name and exalted is your
majesty and there is no God but you. Verily, the most
hateful words to Allah are that a man tells another man to
fear Allah and he says: Mind your own self."

Murder by Saudis in Turkey violates Islam. Saudi Crown
Prince should be tried under Sharia Law. [Dr. Kaukab Siddique]
Erdogan Directly Accuses Saudi regime.
Murder most foul.
[via Washigton Post]
"Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has for the first
time accused the Saudi government directly of murdering
journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
"We know that the order to kill Khashoggi came from the
highest levels of the Saudi government," he wrote in an
article in the Washington Post.
Turkish investigators believe the journalist, who was living
in exile, was strangled when he visited to collect documents
for his forthcoming marriage to a Turkish citizen.
Questions persist about what went on behind the door of the
Saudi consulate on 2 October
His body has not been found and an aide to President
Erdogan, Yasin Aktay, has said he believes it was dissolved
in acid after being cut up.
The murder, initially covered up by Saudi officials, caused
a diplomatic crisis between Saudi Arabia and its allies.
Editorial
Pakistan United as Never Before for the Honor of the
Prophet, Pbuh.
The Entire country was closed down after Imran Khan's Threat
in Support of Supreme Court Verdict.
On October 31, November 1 and November 2, in Pakistan every
city saw masses of Islamic crowds blocking all major
highways and main roads. Trains, schools and air lines
closed down.
Khadim Hussain Rizvi, hard core Sunni leader, (picture seen
to right) called on soldiers to rise up against the
generals, the Supreme Court judges and Prime Minister Imran
Khan.
Looks like the secularist ruling class heard its death
coming and desperately moved to save itself.
Imran Khan had threatened the core value of Islam, the love
of the Prophet, pbuh. Suddenly he became irrelevant. The
real forces are the military and the western powers behind
Khan. For the time being they have decided to retreat.
The regime agreed to:
Block the blasphemer from leaving the country.
Let the petition against the blasphemer's acquittal be
heard.
All those arrested during the mass uprising be released.
The regime could see that Jamaate Islami and Jamiate Ulema e
Islam were joining the uprising.
There was very little violence but the regime realized that
it could rapidly escalate.
One religious leader, Maulana Sami-ul-haqq, was killed in
mysterious circumstances. It looks like an attempt to create
suspicion between religious groups.. Was Pakistani
intelligence agent involved? It should be investigated,
The ,trio of western powers, the military and Imran Khan
know that religious groups have a track record of disunity.
They were surprised by the unity. They are probably banking
on the re-emergence of
disunity.
Pakistan could become a full fledged Islamic state if the
Ulema don't fight each other. The depth of Islamic faith and
fervor in Pakistan is unique in the world.

Huge Rally in Karachi to Honor the Prophet, pbuh.
Entire Nation has been hurt by Attempt to Protect
Blasphemer.
LAHORE, Nov. 4: Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Senator
Sirajul Haq, has said that the country was facing cultural
and economic terrorism.
Addressing a Hurmate Rasool march in Karachi on Sunday, he
said that a small secular lobby was busy in conspiracies to
harm the Islamic identity of Pakistan but the 220 million
people of the country would foil all such conspiracies.
Sirajul Haq said that Islam preached love and peace but the
Muslim rulers were presenting its wrong picture. He said
that the love of the Holy Prophet demanded that all the
religious parties joined hands for bringing about a system
that guaranteed the protection of Deen and the Namoos e
Risalat. He said that the JI had always struggled for this
goal.
He said that the Supreme Court decision in Aasia case had
hurt the sentiments of the entire nation while the US,
Europe and the Zionists were happy.
He called upon the government to explain whether Aasia was
within the country or had already fled from here as her
counsel had left Pakistan. He said that Maulana Samiul Haq
had counseled Prime Minister Imran Khan not to release Aasia
otherwise his government would meet the fate of the PML(N)
government after the execution of Mumtaz Qadri shaheed.
Pakistan was Pressured by Western Powers in Blasphemy
Case.
Protests and Demonstrations Broke out Spontaneously.
LAHORE, Oct. 31: Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Senator
Sirajul Haq, has said that the Supreme Court decision
acquitting blasphemer Aasia was a violation of the law and
justice and had shocked the entire nation. He has called
upon the government to place Aasia's name on the ECL so that
she could not flee the country as her presence was essential
during the hearing of the review petition on this decision.
He said that foreign powers were ready to airlift Aasia to
some foreign destination.
In a statement here, the JI chief said that a case of
blasphemy had been filed against Aasia in June 2009 and the
trial court had convicted her and awarded her death sentence
to her in Nov. 2010. The High Court had rejected her appeal
and upheld the sentence. He said that the proper legal
process warranted remanding the decision of the Sessions
Court and the High Court for retrial instead of
rejection.
Sirajul Haq deplored the black out of the public reaction
over the court verdict by the electronic media and said it
was a question mark on the media's independence. He said the
black out of the public reaction by the electronic media was
a grave injustice to the 200 million slaves of the Holy
Prophet (pbuh).
The JI chief said that every citizen wondered that
blasphemer Aasia' s case had dragged on for about ten years
while Shaheed Mumtaz Qadri's case was decided in haste and
he was executed in the darkness of night.
He deplored the west's patronage of the persons indulging in
blasphemy of the Holy Prophet.
LAHORE, Oct. 31; President, Milli Yakjehti Council, a
conglomeration of religious parties, Sahibzada Abul Khair Dr
Muhammad Zubair, has convened an emergency meeting of the
MYC at Mansoora, tomorrow, Thursday, to discuss the

acquitting A'sia in blasphemy case and for her release.
Meanwhile, the Jamaat e Islami, Secretary General Liaqat
Baloch, has termed the Supreme Court decision ordering
release of Aasia was in conflict with the constitution, the
Shariah as well as prudence. He said that the masses had
rejected the court verdict.
The JI Secretary General said there was still discomfort
among the masses because of the hasty execution of Mumtaz
Qadri. He said that the MYC would announce its reaction over
the court decision after its meeting.

organized by the Al-Khidmat Foundation , Lahore chapter, for
distribution of wheel chairs to the disabled.

tried to check corruption due to which the malady had by now
crept into every segment of the society. He said that the JI
would continue its drive against corruption till the ailment
was eliminated.
He said the JI had been serving the masses for decades and
it would continue this mission under all circumstances.

The Dangers of Online Marriage.
Muslim Women should seek protection of a Wali.
by Sis. Aisha [Jamaat al-Muslimeen, New York.]
A few days ago, I was watching the episode of Judge Lauren
Lake Paternity Court. I do not watch reality shows but, I
happened to see an episode where a young man was in tears
because a girl mislead him into believing that the baby girl
he had been caring for was his daughter. Apparently, the
hip, cool guy is good for having fun with but, the nerdy,
workaholic is a good catch for playing the father role for
these deceptive single mothers. The girl fainted from
embarrassment as Judge Lauren chastised her for her
deception.
But, in the next episode (Season 6, Episode: 4) featured a
very young Hijabi suing a much older man for paternity. It
was Brown vs. Shenoster. Both were of African-descent and
from Philadelphia. Ms. Brown claimed that she had met Mr.
Shenoster, an older man with a long salt and pepper beard,
on Facebook. They had an Online relationship and then,
committed verbally to each other in marriage.
Ms. Brown stated that in her religion there are no
boyfriends or girlfriends, you get married. But, Mr.
Shenoster denied being married to Ms. Brown and his wife was
there for support! Yes, he was married to another woman, his
age! Later, his wife left after being overcome with emotion
from the ongoing testimony, especially after Mr. Shenoster
confirmed his having unprotected relations with Ms. Brown,
who stated they were consummating their marriage.
Unfortunately, Mr. Shenoster abandoned Ms. Brown 2 days
later. Six weeks later, Ms. Brown was married to another man
and this also when she found out she was pregnant. According
to Mr. Shenoster, this new husband, and step-father to
daughter Ble'Synn, threatened him telling him to stay away
from the family and that he was Ble'Synn's father.
Shenoster tried to slut shame this Muslimah, who was able to
produce text from him claiming to be her husband and that
the baby was indeed his, and the paternity test proved it.
Mr. Shenoster did everything he could to discredit and
dismiss his relationship with Ms. Brown as nothing more than
a hook-up....That is until the evidence proved otherwise! He
even became indignant when Judge Lauren called him a liar!
This case was to clear Ms. Brown's name. Not sure if that is
a maiden name or not.
Aren't there provisions that can protect Muslims who are
looking for life-long companions? Isn't there a Wali/Waliyya
who does this?
Verbally committing to someone you've met Online is such a
haphazard way to meet and marry. I do not believe that this
sister was being rightly guided through the marriage
process.
I think it has worked out for this sister, in the end,
Al-humdulillah.

Blasphemy: Pakistani Secularist paper is Confused and Tries
to Mislead.
Many overseas Pakistanis read an English daily newspaper
which is hardcore in its secularist approach to events in
Pakistan.
This paper is sarcastic and cynical in its approach to
Islam. It grasps every possible opportunity to ridicule
Islamic scholars and leaders.
For months on end it would simply ignore the achievements of
Jamaate Islami. The largest JI rallies did not happen as far
as this widely
read newspaper was concerned.
As for Khadim Hussain Rizvi, this secularist considered him
ridiculous and trivialized his efforts even though he is in
a wheel chair.
Now that the whole country has rallied at the call of Khadim
Hussain Rizvi, the secularist mouthpiece is at a loss how to
explain its
failure to respect Islamic leadership.
Jamaate Islami has also created a problem for the secularist
by organizing huge rallies against the blasphemy
process.
So, our "friend is working at two levels : One is to focus
on a few scenes of vandalism and arson. There have been
minor acts of violence. No one has been killed or
wounded.
Even more intriguing is the secularist's attempt to teach
Islam to the Islamic people. The secularist has found texts
in the Hanafi viewpoints on blasphemy to claim to claim that
a non-Muslim cannot be punished for blasphemy because the
non-Muslim is already in a condition of blasphemy owing to
lack of faith in Islam. So all this noise against blasphemy
is totally incorrect.
Our dear secularist did not realize that the blasphemy cases
are not being tried under Hanafi school of thought.
Blasphemy is targeted under clear verses of the Qur'an and
authentic hadith.
The Hanafi school is not from Imam Abu Hanifa but from his
students. To call it the Hanafi school is a misnomer. Its
context is the history of Muslim rule in India which was
enshrouded in monarchic compromises and despotic regimes.
Many of the problems of modern Pakistan come from the dark
nuances of the Hanafi School which make no little sense to
the ordinary Muslim.
Imam Abu Hanifa himself defied State Power which was much
more Islamic than what we have today. The idea that Imam A
bu Hanifa would
condone blasphemy or that it would be condoned by Muslim
rulers is bogus.
Muslim State rule was tolerant but did not give anyone the
right to blaspheme.
In conclusion, it is noticeable that this secularist Islam
hater implied that Maulana Samiullah may have been murdered
because he supported Imran Khan's party PTI. Fortunately the
Islamic groups paid no attention to the secularist
"allusion."

The Muslim Woman *Unveiled*
You look at me and call me oppressed, Simply because of the
way I'm dressed,
You know me not for what's inside, You judge the clothing I
wear with pride,
My body's not for your eyes to hold, you must speak to my
mind,
not my feminine mold, I'm an individual, I'm no man's
slave,
ALLAH'S pleasure is all I crave...{!}
I have a voice so I will be heard,For in my heart I carry
His word.
'O ye women, wrap close your cloak, So you won't be bothered
by ignorant folk,
Man doesn't tell me to dress this way,It's a Law from ALLAH
that I obey !
Oppressed is something I'm truly NOT ! For liberation is
what I've got,
It was given to me many centuries ago,
With the right to prosper, the right to grow,
I can climb mountains or cross the seas,Expand my mind in
all degrees,
Behind the veil I am the queen...I have a body that no one
has seen...
Many people think I am oppressed,And wonder how I got myself
into this mess.
My veil is my cure... And makes my heart pure...
It earns me love from ALLAH my Lord,
And makes me strong against any sword...
Behind my beautiful veil lies... My savior from the
temptation of guys...!
'Behind my veil,' I begin to say... 'Is where I shall
forever stay !'
