Women in the Political Process of the Islamic Movement.
"Aisha the daughter of Qudama, r.a., narrates that she with
her mother Raet the daughter of Sufyan, r.a., went to the
Prophet, pbuh, to take the oath of allegiance . The Prophet,
pbuh, said, I will accept your oath of allegiance on these
conditions: that you will not associate any thing whatever
with Allah, that you will not steal, that you will not
commit adultery (or fornication), that you will not kill
your children, that you will not utter slander,
intentionally forging falsehood, and that you will not
disobey me in any just matter. Then he added, 'according to
your ability and power.' All the women affirmed the oath. I
affirmed with them while my mother urged me to remember
'according to your ability.'

Comments by Kaukab Siddique:The words of the oath are from
the Qur'an, 60:12. The Qur'an and the hadith are always
together. Obedience in Islam is only in MA'ROOF, that which
is clearly good and just.. Notice that there is no obedience
to the husband here as some misled Muslims have fabricated.
Maulana Maudoodi ;pointed out in his tafseer, Tafheem ul
Qur'an, that obedience even to the Prophet, pbuh, is in the
known GOOD, not a personal or cult type obedience. A similar
oath was taken from men.The Islamic movement is a
disciplined group of men and women working for the cause of
Allah. There is no inferiority or superiority except in
God-conscious behavior [TAQWA];
Jamaat al-Muslimeen Activity in Baltimore County. 100 met.
On January 27, a 4-page Jamaat al-Muslimeen document was
given to 100 Muslims after Juma' at Masjid Rahma in the
suburbs of western Baltimore. The crowd was large and
included Indian, Pakistani, Arab and African origin Muslims.
Good numbers of women were there.The khutba was given by an
imam visiting from Iowa who taught from chapter 31 of the
Qur'an about the teachings of the sage Luqman to his
son.

Shias in our times have become very active in constructing a
variant to Islam in which they try to abuse the greatest
Muslims with the support of fabricated stories which were
distributed through gossip and story telling HUNDREDS OF
YEARS after the BATTLE OF UHUD. . Some of these stories
aimed specifically at Umar, r.a., can be seen in the
collection known as al-Mustadrak and similar books. These
days on the Internet Shias like [names deleted] are busy
spreading this gossip. One item which is their favorite is
that Umar, r.a., ran away from the battlefield of Uhud.
I have available to me the classical books of Islamic
history which report on the battle of Uhud. The most
distinguished and earliest biographer of the life of the
Prophet, pbuh, was Ibn Ishaq who wrote Sirat Rasul Allah
which chronicles the battle of Uhud in year 6 of Hijri. In
this battle the Muslims were initially victorious but they
put down their weapons and started collecting the spoils of
war left behind by the fleeing kuffar of Makka.
At this point Khalid ibn al-Waleed who was not a Muslim at
that time attacked from an unguarded flank and slaughtered
many of the Muslims. The Prophet, pbuh, was injured and took
refuge on a hilly knoll to which in his hurt condition he
was carried by Talha, r.a., one of the Sahaba [who was
promised paradise by the Prophet, pbuh]. Talha, r.a., for
this act of saving the Prophet, pbuh, is highly honored.
Only a handful of Sahaba were with the Prophet, pbuh, on
this hilly knoll. Khalid and his cohorts tried to reach this
small group to kill them. Here is how Ibn Ishaq describes
it:
"When the Prophet, pbuh, was in the glen, with a number of
his companions, a troop of quraysh came up the mountain. The
Prophet, pbuh, said, O Allah, it is not fitting that they
should be above us, so 'Umar and a number of muhajerin
fought them until they drove them down the mountain."

The Quraysh could not see Muhammad, pbuh, and thought they
had killed him. When Abu Sufyan, leader of the Quraysh at
that time, thought he had won, he shouted to the Muslims on
the hill that he and his god Hubal had won. Here we again
quote Ibn Ishaq:
"The prophet, pbuh, told 'Umar, r.a., to get up and answer
Abu Sufyan and say, Allah is most High and most Glorious. We
are not equal. our dead are in paradise, your dead in hell.'
At this call from Umar, r.a., Abu Sufyan said to 'Umar,
r.a., Come here to me. ' The Prophet, pbuh, told 'Umar,
r.a., to go and see what he was up to. When Umar, r.a., met
him Abu Sufyan said: I call on you by the most holy O Umat,
have we killed Muhammad? ' Umar, r.a., said: By Allah you
have not . He is listening to to what you are saying right
now.' Abu Sufyan said: 'I regard you as more truthful and
reliable than Ibn, Qami'a' [who had claimed to have killed
Muhammad, pbuh.]"

Imam Bukhari and Ibn Saad have narrated with sahih chains of
narration that Abu Bakr, r.a.,was with the prophet, pbuh and
Umar, 'r.a. in this entire situation.

BEL AIR, Md. (WJZ) — A Maryland woman is asked her
immigration status while taking a walk in her Harford County
neighborhood.
But, the Bel Air police Department is owning up to its
misstep and says it will learn from this.
"I didn't expect this to happen in Bel Air. Walking while
brown? He said, 'no, no, no, nothing like that,'" says Bel
Air resident Aravinda Pillalamarri.
Pillalamarri tells WJZ Bel Air police officers demanded her
ID after a resident called her in as suspicious.
"I had just come out for a walk, so I didn't have my ID. And
he said, "Why don't you have id? Are you here illegally?"
says Pillalamarri.
Bel Air Police Chief Charles Moore says asking her
nationality is insensitive, but not racial profiling.
"They were trying to figure out why there was some
hesitation to provide identification, that's why he asked if
she was illegal," says Moore.
Pillalamarri is an American citizen. But promises from
President Donald Trump have brought sensitivity on the issue
of undocumented immigration into question.
"People are uncertain, we don't know what to expect. So this
is really, I think, a reflection of that uncertainty that
people are feeling," says Dr. Zainab Choudry, with the
Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR)
Chief Moore, and Pillalamari, who shared her experience at a
town hall meeting are both seeing this as a chance for real
change.
"That's an education for me, that's helped me out to see
that, not only do I have to get my officers trained, I have
to get the dispatchers trained on how to react to a
situation like that in the future," says Chief Moore.
Prying open a discussion about diversity and civil rights in
central Maryland.
"Social justice starts locally, and I'm really proud that
bel air is rising to that challenge," says Pillalamari.
Chief Moore, who's only been in his position for a year and
a half, says he'll also be looking at strengthening the
department's policies.

RESEARCH: Denying Denial
Answering the HBO Movie "DENIAL" which attacks David Irving.

David Merlin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and
economics from the University of California, Berkeley. He
also has a Juris Doctor. He is currently writing a book on
the "Irving vs. Lipstadt" trial. He is a frequent
contributor to the Committee for Open Debate on the

Gerard Menuhin is a British-Swiss journalist, writer,
novelist, and film producer. He is the son of Jewish parents,
the American violinist and conductor Yehudi Menuhin, who is considered
"one of the greatest violinists of the 20th century."
Menuhim's mother was a ballet dancer and died in 2003 at the
age of 90. He graduated from Stanford University and is the
author of the new book Tell the Truth and Shame the
Devil.
Fred A. Leuchter has a Bachelor of Arts degree in history
from Boston University in 1964. He holds patents for a
geodetic instrument and an electronic sextant. The New York
Times admitted back in 1990 that Leuchter "was the nation's
leading adviser to states on capital punishment and who
supplied lethal injection systems to four states." Leuchter
also wrote A Technical Report On The Execution Of The Gas At
Mississippi State Penitentiary Parchman, Mississippi back in
1972.
But Leuchter's prosperous career that came to an abrupt end
after he began to question the validity of the gas chamber
stories in Nazi Germany in 1988. The Holocaust establishment
quickly condemned him as a forger and hoaxer.[1] Deborah
Lipstadt declares that Leuchter used "his pseudoscientific
work to assault the truth."[2]
David Merlin: The movie Denial is the Holocaust
Establishment's latest insult to the intelligence of the
public. Denial is loosely based on the defamation trial
between British historian David Irving and Holocaust studies
professor Deborah Lipstadt and is loudly promoted as an
"incredible, unbelievable story of two people pitted against
each other in a battle over truth, history and
integrity."
In fact, the movie's screenwriter David Hare seems to have
stood truth on its head with distortions of fact,
misstatements of events and omissions of inconvenient
evidence.
Hare and Lipstadt's partisans have gone as far as claiming a
messianic role for Lipstadt (always a good way to deceive
the people,) announcing her as "a latter-day Jewish heroine
of truly biblical proportions," and claiming mystical
premonitions, "mother always said there was going to be an
event. I was picked out, she said. I was chosen."
But claims of being a biblical heroine or "chosen" aside,
Lipstadt did not win the litigation for reasons of divine
intervention but because of millions of dollars poured into
the case; estimates are of $12,000,000 spent on the defense.
One member of Lipstadt's vast legal team boasted that,
"I helped raise the funds, and worked with the lawyers,
graduate students and experts, sometimes from London, and
sometimes from my home in Brooklyn (where [during the Trial]
the courtroom stenographer's real-time transcript appeared
on my computer, and I could communicate with a paralegal
with a vibrating cell phone in the courtroom, if need
be)."[3]
Jonas E. Alexis: Denial was never about telling the whole
truth. If it were, then producers of the movie would have
brought certain facts on the big screen which would have
almost certainly stunned moviegoers everywhere. For example,
the movie should have brought the fact there were at least
150,000 people of Jewish descent in Nazi Germany—and
Hitler knew about this![4]
If there were a deliberate and clear order to exterminate
all the Jews in Germany, then the Jews in Nazi Germany would
have to be executed as well, an unpersuasive and
unarticulated argument which can only make sense to those
who have already subscribed to the Holocaust narrative.
As it turns out, the Holocaust narrative continues to thrive
in society because, as Norman Finkelstein puts it, it is an
industry which exploits real Jewish suffering.[5] Flaming
Neocon Charles Krauthammer himself has said that the
Holocaust narrative has become "the dominant feature of
Jewishness in America."[6] Last year alone, Georgetown
University got $10 million "for Holocaust research."[7]
Did the movie ever point out how the Holocaust establishment
exploits what really happened in Nazi Germany? Did they tell
viewers that Hollywood produces at least one or two
Holocaust movies every single year but has yet to release a
single movie on the Bolshevik Revolution or on Stalin's
genocide or on Mao's Great Leap Forward or on any other
Jewish revolutionary movement? Is that really fair and
honest?
Moreover, if historian Norman M. Naimark is right in saying
that "genocide has been a part of human history from its
very beginnings,"[8] why are we memorializing one genocide
to the exclusion of all the others? Can the Holocaust
establishment explain this phenomenon for us?
David Merlin: The most brazen lie of the film is that the
Trial "proved the Holocaust." The Trial judge (Charles Gray)
specifically stated:
"It is no part of my function to attempt to make findings as
to what actually happened during the Nazi regime." Judgment
13.3.
Irving opened the case telling the court, "I have never held
myself out to be a Holocaust expert, nor have I written
books about what is now called the Holocaust." Trial
Transcript Day 1, page 13.
The case is better described as a wide-ranging questioning
of Irving's competence as a historian; an ex-post-facto
effort to substantiate Lipstadt's claim that Irving had
falsified the historical record.
Judge Gray broke the alleged falsification of historical
facts into 4 elements:
"(a) 19 specific individual criticisms of Irving's
historiography [which covered esoteric points like Hitler's
1924 trial or a mistranslation of a telephone log entry for
Deceber 1, 1941]; (b) his portrayal of Hitler... (c) his
claims in relation to Auschwitz (d) the bombing of
Dresden."
Item (c) (Irving's claims in relation to Auschwitz) received
the most media attention. It was also the area in which
Irving had little knowledge or experience. Irving ended up
having to defend his "tasteless" comments made off-the-cuff
before some right-wing groups.
The technical questions of whether certain buildings could
have been homicidal gas chambers only related to Auschwitz
and not to Treblinka, Sobibor or any other alleged
"Extermination Camps."
In fact, Irving really only challenged the operation of one
gas chamber at Auschwitz, Krema II. Neither was the
operation of the Einsatzgruppen addressed at the Trial.
Ironically, the claim that the Trial "proved the Holocaust"
is a falsification of history similar to Lipstadt's
accusations against Irving.
Jonas E. Alexis: Needless to say, neither Hare nor the
promoters of Denial wanted to hear Irving's side of the
story. Irving said that the producers of the movie never
contacted him to get his point of view. He said:
"Ridley Scott was directing the original version, but the
newspapers say he quit when HBO asked him to include
fictional elements. I have not seen anything of 'Denial' but
bits of trailers: the opening scene, of my first
confrontation with Lipstadt in Atlanta in November 1994, is
fictional; it happened, but my actual challenge, waving
$1,000 in notes in the air, was: 'If you will now show this
audience the actual blueprint you just told this audience
that you have, I will give you these notes.' See our video
of the scene, posted on YouTube. They have changed that
wording materially."
Irving, in my humble opinion, made a cardinal mistake when
he challenged Deborah Lipstadt in court. Instead of
challenging an entire empire in court, Irving should have
meticulously read Lipstadt's diatribes and carefully
responded to them point by point in a book. That would have
killed the Holocaust establishment—and Lipstadt in
particular—with a bang.
Let us just say in passing that Lipstadt will not listen to
the voice of reason at all. She is a thought-police,
therefore any criticism of Israel—such as Zionism is
racism or Israel is an apartheid state—is
anti-Semitism.[9]
If Lipstadt can call the so-called alternative right "white
supremacists" who are "just like Holocaust deniers"[10]
without an scintilla of serious arguments, then one can say
that this lady is struggling mightily to string two coherent
thoughts together. In fact, she came to teach at Emory not
because of her serious scholarship, but because of the
Jewish influence.[11]
One can say that Lipstadt's "scholarly" endeavor began when
she started to assign the book Fragments: Memories of a
Wartime Childhood 1939-1948 to her students. The Holocaust
memoir of Benjamin Wilkomirski, Fragments came out in 1995
and enjoyed immediate success across Europe and the
English-speaking world.[12]
As it turns out, the whole story was a complete hoax, a
fabrication by a non-Jew who was not even in any of the
camps. Despite the revelation of Fragments as a hoax,
Deborah Lipstadt stated the book was still "powerful as a
novel."
This brings to light the driving ideology behind those who
use the Holocaust as a weapon to subvert history. Lipstadt
in particular has been using the so-called Holocaust to beat
the Goyim over the head.[13] As Norman Finkelstein points
out, the "Holocaust industry" exploits real Jewish
suffering.[14]
But if the Holocaust industry wants to produce and reproduce
lies and fabrications and deceptions, as in the case of
Lipstadt's Denying the Holocaust and Michael Shermer's
Denying History, then a meticulous historian like Irving
should have refuted those lies in a historical and scholarly
study, not in a courtroom where the odds, not the truth, are
obviously against you. Would Irving do it again? He
said:
"I would do it again—she is ignorant beyond words. Her
ongoing astonishment at finding that in England libel law
requires that you can prove what you claim says it all. The
fact is that the judge despite all found her guilty of the
other easy libels she uttered. She stayed out of the witness
box, on no doubt good advice. She wrote that I spoke to
extremists like Hezbollah in Sweden: I had never been in
that country and that is still true, and have never dealt
with Hezbollah.
"She wrote that I stole the Goebbels diaries from the Moscow
archives in 1992, a very wounding allegation, which a simple
query to me or Moscow would have shown to be untrue: she
wrote that I had a large painting of Hitler in my study,
untrue. Ditto. And so on. What should I do? If I leave the
small lies uncontested, the big liars win. The judgment
agreed that these were libels, but...
"I sued after her lies were published, not before. That is
the difference. My lawsuit asked for token damages from her
and her UK publisher, the amount being only five hundred
pounds, to be paid to a charity for limbless amputees in
memory of my oldest daughter. The publishers showed
themselves willing to settle on that basis—and were
threatened then with legal action by their joint tortfeasor,
Lipstadt. These are all unknown facts."
To do the trial again would not be wise, in my opinion.
Irving already has the historical background to refute
promiscuous claims about Nazi Germany and World War II, and
if he wants people to learn more about the truth of what
truly happened, he should certainly be thinking about a
scholarly and historical study of how the "traditional enemy
of the truth," as he calls the establishment, has perverted,
inverted, and subverted his words for ideological purposes.
Deborah Lipstadt, as Jim W. Dean rightly put it, is
"a holocaust terrorist and it is time to get that phrase
into the lexicon as she plays a roll similar to the Jihadi
head choppers, to sew fear in the ranks of all
non-believers...
"Her handlers fed her hoaxed research, like Irving having a
huge painting of Hitler in his office behind his desk, and
that his father served Franco in the Spanish Civil War, and
much more. None of this was true but Lipstadt had no problem
with putting it in."
Be that as it may, the movie does contain some information
which may lead the careful viewer to start doing serious
investigation. During an interview after the movie was
released, Lipstadt declared that she told the producers to
"tell the truth" in the narrative.
The whole truth? Not really.
In the movie, Lipstadt's team declared that they sent the
questions to Irving long before the trial, so that he
wouldn't be surprised about the "plot." I asked Irving
whether that was true. He responded: "Completely
untrue."
More importantly, how can the movie be completely accurate
when Irving was not even invited to provide his take on it?
The producers may not like his comments, but at least they
should have given him the opportunity to say
something—good or bad. So for Lipstadt to say that the
movie is completely accurate is categorically false. Michael
Hoffman comments,
"In the movie, Lipstadt is outraged that her lawyers will
not call on 'survivors' to testify. The head of her defense
team, Anthony Julius, has a response. We first meet Julius
while he is holding a copy of the book he authored which, we
see from the cover, traduces the reputation of the esteemed
Christian poet T.S. Eliot. Julius informs Prof. Lipstadt
that he will not call the 'survivors' because he wants to
spare them the disrespect which Irving (who acted as his own
attorney), would demonstrate toward them in
cross-examination.
"It's a weak alibi. The honchos of Holocaustianity are
painfully aware that putative 'homicidal Auschwitz
gas-chamber eyewitnesses' were eviscerated under
cross-examination by lawyer Doug Christie during the 1985
trial in Canada of Ernst Zündel, for spreading 'false news.'
This was the actual reason there was no appearance by them
at Lipstadt's trial. At this point in the film, as I sat in
the theater I jotted in my review notes, 'Movie omits to
mention Zündel trial's discrediting cross-examinations of
Judaic witnesses.'
"Later in the movie however, Lipstadt demands once again
that "Holocaust survivors" testify, and this time a
more-candid Julius, albeit in rapid-fire dialogue, tells her
that he can't call on them because, 'The survivors were torn
apart at the Zündel trial.'
"Exactly correct! When so-called 'eyewitness Holocaust
survivors' were cross-examined in the Zündel case, as
detailed in this writer's The Great Holocaust Trial, not one
departed the witness stand with his credibility
intact—and it is Hollywood's Denial movie that reminds
the world of this shocking and embarrassing fact, which
shatters the main pillar upon which Auschwitz
execution-gas-chamber mythology depends: the 'undeniable'
testimony of 'eyewitnesses.'
David Merlin: This is confirmed by a report from behind the
scenes, "One of the main themes is the lawyers'
clarity...that no survivors would be called to testify.
Lipstadt was on board with those decisions more easily than
the film portrays."[15]
Hare left many inconvenient facts out of the movie. Stern
notes a few without seeing the reason for the omissions,
"The 'behind the scenes' work on the case was not portrayed
in the movie, and many of the in-court events of note
weren't either, including testimony from world-class
historians such as Peter Longerich and Christopher
Browning."
The immense effort going on behind the scenes was
"forgotten" by Hare because, in fact, Lipstadt did little
during the trial except to dodging testifying and spending
the days sitting in court looking confused. Showing the huge
expensive defense team would tarnish what little bit of
"Erin Brockovic shine" the director and screenwriter managed
to paint Lipstadt with. It would also underscore the
economic disparity of the parties and the highlight the
injustice of a system where money buys the result.
Christopher Browning needed to be left out for a very
important reason: He agreed with Irving that there was never
a Hitler Order for the mass killings of European Jews.
Irving's revelation has thrown Holocaust believers into
confusion over the German decision-making process regarding
the alleged program of organized mass killings. No one seems
to have made a decision! Brown testified in the Trial,
"What had not been studied before you published was a
particular focus on decision-making process and Hitler's
role. That is one part and, insofar as we can confine
ourselves to that, indeed, your publication of Hitler's War
was the impetus for the research in that area."
Peter Longerich was the defense witness who claimed that,
(since there was on Hitler Order or sign of Hitler's
involvement) the Germans communicated with "a secret code.
But Judge Gray dismissed the theory, writing,
"Much of the argument revolved around questions of
translation. I did not derive much assistance from the
debate as to how words such as ausrotten, vernichten,
abschaffen, umsiedeln and abtransportieren are to be
translated
Jonas E. Alexis: There are some truths in the movie. It
claims that Fred Leuchter took some samples without
permission from the authorities and wrapped them in his
"dirty underwear." I asked Leuchter about the claim, and
here's his response:
"Yes, I took Forensic Samples from the alleged execution
facilities in Poland without permission from the Authorities
in Poland. I was acting as an Expert Forensic Engineer
seeking the Truth for a Court as I had done a number of
times in the past. I am not aware that investigating a lie
is illegal in Poland or anywhere else.
"I did not damage anything and no one could tell where I had
been without my scientific record as presented to the Court!
Those who would perpetuate the lie would have prevented my
getting the Forensic Samples to a proper laboratory for
analysis.
So yes, I mixed the samples (which were properly sealed in
sample bags) with dirty underwear hoping that the customs
agents would not search the same. They did not and the Truth
was forthcoming from the Laboratory Analysis for the
Court.
"I do not know what other erroneous pronouncements were made
about my work in the Movie but, if you advise me, I would be
happy to comment on them and set the record straight."
Jonas E. Alexis: One of the characters in the movie makes a
good point: 'Be that as it may, we can criticize his (yours)
methods but it is his conclusions we have to discredit.'
That's a very good question. What makes your conclusions
true? Did you fabricate things as you go along? Were you
being honest with the material?
Fred Leuchter: My methods were in conformance with my
instructions from a Forensic Chemist from Dupont (who was
familiar with HCN). All my samples were religiously
preserved for their scientific integrity. My conclusions
were true and correct to which any unbiased expert chemist
will attest. HCN acts a certain way in the environment and
the testing was done in accordance with the nature of the
chemical. I fabricated nothing. I was honest and forthcoming
here as I had been in the past with my other forensic work
in court.
I have a reputation which was well earned. I would do
nothing to tarnish it. I did not expect all the problems
that I faced. I believed that an expert witness is an
adjunct to the Court System and was inviolate as are judges,
lawyers and legislators in the performance of their duties
to the court and the law.
I did not expect the lies that would come forth about me. If
an expert Witness cannot function with personal impunity
within the court system then our system fails in its attempt
to seek and find Truth and without Truth there can be no
Justice. This whole affair has been a sad commentary on our
legal system.
For more than a quarter of a Century I have maintained this
position and I will retain this backbone 'till I die. I have
been threatened, I have been firebombed, I have been chased
by the Mossad and have been offered bribes. My business was
destroyed, my life disrupted and I still adhere to the
Truth.
If anyone can question my honesty they must be crazy. I
began my work as an Expert on Execution Technology to
prevent torture with the return of the Death Penalty in the
United States. In this I have failed because the Jewish
Groups that came after me also came after the Wardens and a
State Officials who dealt with me.
By frightening them they managed to remove me from the
equation and the torture not only continued but increased.
In the past quarter century all of the Executees who have
been tortured are the responsibility of these Jewish Groups
that have attempted to discredit me. These people should be
ashamed of themselves."
Jonas E. Alexis: Have independent scholars and researchers
looked at your samples, methods and conclusions and declared
that they are right in line with forensic research? How have
you been able to hold up through the years, despite of what
they have written about you?
Fred Leuchter: Yes they have. I have held up well except
they destroyed my business and livelihood!
Jonas E. Alexis: Menuhin, what's your take on the whole
issue here?
Gerard Menuhin: I also watched a long David Irving interview
which was one of the videos attached. Of course he's a real
and respected historian, whereas I'm not even an amateur
historian, just an observer. But I was disappointed at his
assumption that — as I gathered — about 2
million were gassed, after all. This is based on his
research, interpretation of German documents, visits to
sites, etc.
My conclusion is the same as Faurisson's and others, and
expressed in my book. Being only a primitive commentator, I
had to bolster my instinct with my personal experiences of
Germans and Germany, earned primarily during my schooldays
there. Apart from the evidence provided by numerous
scientific as well as historical sources, it's not in the
German character to murder defenceless men, let alone women
and children, on racial or any other grounds.
However, it was in their enemy's character to starve to
death millions of the invented-for-the-purposes-category of
'Disarmed Enemy Forces' (actually POWs) in the
Rheinwiesenlagers. It's demonstrably true that attributing
your own crimes to your enemy is their regular strategy (gas
vans, cattlecars of the 'Russian' Revolution).
Irving should not have sued Lipstadt, or, having decided to
sue her, he should at least have engaged a lawyer to advise
him about the legal, as opposed to the historical, aspects
of the case. Britain has been infiltrated by the enemy since
1066, and controlled and largely guided by them since at
least 1694 (Bank of England).
So any attempt to win in court is fraught with inherent
hindrances. Once one has accepted that they lie as a matter
of policy, there is little point in suing them for anything
they say.
"He invents new lies daily, against which his opponent must
from then on defend himself, and the result is that he,
through self-justification, never gets to what the Jew
really fears: to attacking him. Now the accused has become
the accuser, and, with much clamour, he presses the accuser
into the dock. One cannot discuss the Jewish question with

I disagree with Hoffmann's optimistic conclusion that one
should thank 'Hollywood' for the film, on account of its
unwilling revelations. 'Denial' will be debated as serious
history by movie-going audiences who swallowed 'Schindler's
List' and other pap, as if it were mandatory research for a
doctoral thesis.
When a 'post-truth' era is being broadcast by parties
promoting their interest in such a fact-free environment,
the subtleties Hoffman (an informed viewer) mentions will
pass them by. An effective antidote to this visual vacuity
might have been a gritty documentary, in which the hideous
Lipstadt would have been trapped into revealing her
ignorance of history and her shameless prejudice.
David Merlin: Instead, alas, the vast monetary resources and
media influence which crushed Irving and allowed the
defendants to succeed at Trial have continued their work
with the production of a movie that is little more than a
brazen web of deceit.

LAHORE, Jan. 29: Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Senator
Sirajul Haq, has said that a vilification campaign had been
started against him only because he wanted across the board
accountability. He was addressing a big public meeting at
Karak where well known social figure and trader of the area
Shabbir Khan Khattak, announced his joining the JI along
with more than 350 colleagues. Sirajul Haq said he was
demanding ruthless accountability of the corrupt whether
they were from the government or the opposition. " If this
is a crime, I would accept my guilt and fight against
corruption at every front until the plunderers were jailed",
he added.
He said that the JI had launched its drive against
corruption much before the Panama leaks and now it had
become public demand. He said he had tried for evolving a
system to check corruption. The JI had also supported the
oppositions ToRs but the government paid no heed. As such,
the JI had no option except to move the Supreme Court.
Sirajul Haq said that Pakistan and corruption could not
coexist and added that if some five to six thousand corrupt
people were to be sacrificed to secure the future of two
hundred million people, this would not a bad bargain. He
said that the solution of the problems facing the country
and the nation lay in the Islamic revolution, and added that
corrupt people could not bring about this revolution.
Referring to the policies of the new US President Donald
Trump, the JI chief said that the Trump's policies would
drown the US soon in the way Gorbachev's policies led to the
dismemberment of the USSR. He said that Trump was opening a
new battle front against the Muslims every day. He said that
Makkah and Madina were the centers of the Muslim' s love and
faith and whoever dared to cast an evil eye on these, the
Muslim Ummah would pull out those eyes.
The JI chief counseled Trump not to follow in the footsteps
of Abraha who attacked Kaaba with an army of elephants but
was devastated by small birds.

India has no right to celebrate Republic Day: Free Kashmir
Leader Turabi says India Violates Human rights

Lahore 25 January. (PR): Jamaat-e-Islami Azad Jammu and
Kashmir President Abdul Rasheed Turabi has termed
celebration of 26th January as Republic Day of India, which
continues to usurp the Kashmiris' fundamental human rights,
has nothing to do with democratic norms and credentials.
Abdur Rasheed Turabi in a statement issued in Islamabad a
day ahead of India's Republic Day said that New Delhi has
no right to celebrate the day as long as it continues to
violate the UN Security Council resolutions on Kashmir and
tramples human rights values of Kashmiri people, granted
under UN charter. He pointed out that Indian leaders like
Jawaharlal Nehru had pledged to give people of Jammu and
Kashmir their right to choose their future through
plebiscite.
Abdur Rasheed Turabi called upon the international community
to take cognizance of human rights violations by India in
occupied Kashmir. He said that people of Kashmir will
observe India's Republic Day as black day in occupied
Kashmir, Azad Kashmir, Pakistan and elsewhere in the world.
The JI AJ President said that killing of Burhan Wani has
once again exposed India at the global level, and the world
has become well aware of the undemocratic face of India.

Setbacks and Reinforcements
According to VOA, another 2300 US troops were sent to
Afghanistan on January 9 owing to Taliban advances, bringing
the number of US troops to 9600.
Another serious problem is that Islamic State fighters have
re-taken Nangarhar province after they were driven out last
year owing to severe US bombing.
Iraq
Mosul Week 15. Trump Week 1.
String of towns in IS hands en route to Mosul. Armada
Stalled.
On January 23 the US-backed regime announced that it had
captured all of eastern Mosul. On January 24, the regime
announced, that was not correct. Fighting continues in
eastern Mosul. On January 25 Baghdad again announced that
all of eastern Mosul had been captured and the ruler
"congratulated" Iraq. However on January 29, the US
commander pointed out that, yes, most of eastern Mosul had
been captured but "operations continue" in several areas.
The other disturbing situation for the regime is that a
string of towns all the way from Kirkuk to Mosul are in IS
hands and from there the fighters are raiding regime troops.
One such raid IS videotaped showing that its fighters have
night goggles.
IS is well entrenched in Hawija where the Islamic police
collected and burned all the cigarettes found in the
city.
IS fighters have been spotted in Diyala province near the
Iranian frontier.
Another aspect of the regime's frustration is that IS is
successfully beating back repeated attacks by fanatical
groups of Shia militias who are trying to capture Tal Afar.
As of January 29, Tal Afar remains in the hands of the IS
mujahideen. [Al Jazeera] It's strategically located on the
Iraq Syria border.
On top of all that Islamic State fighters are hitting the
invading Shia army with tiny drones with bombs attached
which they were till now only using for spotting.
As if that were not enough, the UN is complaining that in
the Mosul areas which the regime entered, civilians are
being subjected to extreme forms of torture and beatings. by
Shias. The sitution is so bad that UN pressure has led to
the Baghdad regime leader ordering an inquiry into the
Shi'ite human rights abuses in parts of eastern Mosul.
SYRIA
Russian-Iranian-Shia Offensive to Re-take Deir Ez Zor Fails.
Fighting in Barada valley: Regime advances. Idlib Province:
Pro-Turkish groups hit hard by al-Nusra.
Turkey still bombing El-Bab. SDF Advance on al-Raqqa beaten
back.
Fifteen days of fighting at Deir ez-Zor results in IS
victory. The heaviest fighting was from January 23-January
29. According to the Syrian Observatory and other sources,
the Islamic State has split Deir ez Zor in two and captured
the area all around it. The Assad regime's garrison is now
besieged in an enclave of the city.
According to the Syrian Observatory calm has returned to the
area after the regime offensive ended. Iranian artillery,
Russian air strikes, Assadi missile attacks and tank columns
were used to push back IS but failed.
The daily bombing by Russia and artillery attacks by Iran
killed 87 civilians in the areas of Deir ezZor under IS
control. These include 14 children and 18 women. In the
nearby towns, the attackers killed another 49 civilians
including 9 children and 12 women.
The assault inflicted heavy losses on IS including 190
killed. But when the Hizbullah and regime forces and shia
militias tried to advance on the city, they retreated after
losing 150 killed, according to SOHR documentation. In
addition IS has captured nearly 400 civilians associated
with the regime.
In Barada, near Damascus, the regime forces advanced and
after bitter fighting secured the source of the water for
Assad's capital. However fighting in the Barada larger area
continues as the civilian FSA related fighters continue to
put up stiff resistance to Hizbullah.
On January 29 Russian and regime jets bombed Islamic control
areas in the northern countryside of Hama including the
fighting group known as Jaysh al-Izza. This group wanted to
support the Russian-Turkish cease fire but owing to the
attacks has decided to end the cease fire.
In the northern center of Syria, Turkish bombing of IS
stronghold of El Bab continues on a daily basis. The bombing
is indiscriminate and has raised the civilian death toll to
nearly 300. Turkey is unable to advance as the IS defense is
stiff.
Regime troops are advancing towards El Bab area to take
advantage of the Turkish-IS stalemate.
SDF which was advancing towards al-Raqqa has been hit by an
IS counterattack and its advance has stopped.
In Idlib province, after the US air force killed large
numbers of al-Nusra fighters, the pro-Turkish militias
attacked al-Nusra but were beaten very severely. These
pro-Turkish militia are called Ahrar al-Sham and are
considered sell-outs by al-Nusra because they have endorsed
western peace talks with Bashar Assad.
Russia has now admitted that the Bashar Assad regime was
weeks away from falling when Russia intervened.

Downfall of the Muslims: A Review

The betrayal of the objective
The early Muslims gained unprecedented successes. Their
success were not confined in war fronts or
civilisation-building. They achieved successes almost in all
fields. They could add record speed to the spread of Islam.
They made Muslims the most reckoned World Power within
decades. They raised higher values, established rule of law
and promoted equality between all races, colours and
ethnicities. Today's Muslims are making history, too. But,
it is the history of decadence, defeats and enemy
occupation. Why such an awful contrast between two brands of
the people who claim to be the believers of the same
Creator, the same prophet (peace be upon him) and the same
Qur'an? The failures of today's Muslims do not owe to any
climate or environmental change or any disaster. It is due
to their full blown betrayal of the objective of the
creation. They also made the ugliest betrayal of the highest
blessing of Allah Sub'hana wa Ta'la -the holy Qur'an by
ignoring its teachings. The path they follow in politics,
statecraft, warfare, culture, judiciary, education is far
away from the Qur'anic roadmap; and rather mimic that of the
kuffars. (Note: the term kafir and kuffar are the
vocabularies used by Allah Sub'hana Ta'la again and again in
the holy Qur'an to describe the deniers and the enemies of
Islam, hence these jargons are used in this article to align
with this Divine description). Such betrayals of the
objective and such deviation from the straight path (
sirataul mustaqeem) are indeed the gravest crimes against
the All-Powerful Creator. Other crimes are indeed the
offshoots of these major crimes.
Humans are created not for the sake of creation. The
Almighty Lord has His specific agenda in raising this best
and the most intelligent creation on earth. All the Divine
Books and the prophets are very explicit on it. Allah
Sub'hana wa Ta'la's narrative on His objective comes as
follows: "And I did not create the jinn and the mankind
except that they should do ibadah unto me."-(Surah
adh-Dhariyat, verse 56). It is indeed the most pivotal
revelation from Allah Sub'hana wa Ta'la. It prefixes the
role of every man and woman in every arena on earth. It
gives an unequivocal signal to every human that he must set
his own agenda only to fulfil the agenda of his Supreme
Lord. Such congruence of his own objective with the
objective of his Almighty Lord is vital for his success both
in this world and in the hereafter. This is the only way to
save one's life from the hellfire. It is so important that
thousands of messengers were sent and the Divine Books are
revealed to help people understand this most crucial issue
in life. Nothing is more important in education, culture,
politics or spirituality of people than understanding this
revealed agenda of the Almighty Lord. Hence, the greatest
crime of the kuffar occupation is not its economic
exploitation, subjugation or oppression, but driving people
away from the assigned agenda of the survival and forcing on
them a project that takes them to the hellfire. This is
indeed the greatest crime of a non-Islamic state. The kuffar
colonial occupation has ended, but the secularist occupation
all over the Muslim World is committing the same crime by
continuation of the same colonial legacy.
In the above verse, Allah Sub'hana wa Ta'la didn't assign
any religious rituals like five times prayer, month long
fasting, haj or charity as the prime agenda of life. It is
ibadah; hence the verb "le'yabudun" has been used. The word
ibadah isn't mere worship in the form of some rituals; it
has much deeper and wider connotation. At the time of
revelation of the holy Qur'an, the terms ibadah, abd or
ubudiah were not unknown in the contemporary Arabic
language; hence the meanings must be understood how they
were used and understood by the contemporary Arabs. The word
abd means slave; and ibadah or ubudiah mean slavery. Hence
the word ibadah gives a defining role to every man. It is
indeed a way of life that gives a sense of complete
servitude to the Supreme Master. In those days, ibadah or
slavery was not a part-time role of a slave; nor was any
duty confined within a certain premise with specific job
description. It was indeed an all-time lifelong
assignment.
The most catastrophic ignorance of the humans is not the
ignorance of science and technology, nor even illiteracy. It
is indeed the knowledge of his Creator's objective vis-a-vis
his creation. The greatest wisdom in human life indeed
builds up on this knowledge. Ignorance on science or
technology will not harm anyone in the hereafter; but
ignorance of his Lord's objective regarding his creation
will definitely take him to the hellfire. Because, such
ignorance leads him to live a life totally incongruent with
his Lord's objective. How can one make any action plan for
his life with such ignorance? A man exhibits his greatest
ignorance and commits the greatest sin by committing
betrayal of the Divine objective. Such betrayal is indeed
the ugliest and the most fundamental crime of every kafir;
it breeds numerous other crimes, too. Then, all of his
wealth, abilities and talent become tools for doing more
crimes on earth and make him fit only for the hellfire. So,
Allah Sub'hana wa Ta'la says, "It is the kuffar (the
disbelievers) who are the zalim (wrongdoers)"-(Surah
al-Baqara, verse 254).
In the early days of Islam, the Muslims didn't have any
college or university, but could successfully eradicate such
ignorance from Muslims' mind. That worked as a master key to
open the door of success both here and the hereafter. Such
knowledge prompted them to invest their wealth and ability
-even life, in the fulfilment of the Divine objective.
A Muslim's slavery
A true Muslim is known for his slavery (ubudiah) for
Almighty Allah Sub'hana wa T'ala. A kafir is known for his
rebellion. Here, the rebellion is against Almighty Allah's
prescribed code of life. Hence, to understand Islam one
needs to understand slavery in the context of the
contemporary Arabs who practised it while the holy Qur'an
was being revealed to them. Since the Arab men and women
were familiar with the norm of slavery, they didn't find any
difficulty to understand the implication of the Qur'anic
vocabularies like ibadah, a'bed and ubudiah. In those days,
a slave didn't possess any right to have his own wish or
agenda; used to be an exclusive tool of his master to
execute his agenda. In slavery, slave's own life and family
stay irrelevant, he lives a life only to please his master.
He had to take his master's friend as his own friend and his
enemy as his own enemy. He had to fight a war and sacrifice
his life only for his master's cause. The master possessed
the right to punish and even kill his slaves without any
accountability to anyone.
Islam abolished slavery of a man for another; but
established slavery as ibadah exclusively for Allah Sub'hana
wa Ta'al. Those who accept such slavery (ubudiah) are called
Muslim. In those days, one could buy slaves by paying money
only to the slave-owner. The slaves didn't receive any share
in the transaction; and never considered a beneficiary of
the deal. Like a commodity, used to be handed over from one
owner to another. But, Islam introduced new ethics of
universal equality; made all men and women the equal slave
of Allah Sub'hana wa Ta'la. Hence, none was made owner of
another. The Almighty Lord makes the direct transaction with
His slaves, hence becomes the beneficiary of the deal. For a
role as a faithful and humble slave of the Almighty, a
Muslim gets a place in the paradise for an infinite life. It
is the greatest deal that a man can think of. No one can buy
it; and gains only as a reward. The whole earth full of gold
can't match its worth -as revealed in the holy Qur'an:
"Surely, those who disbelieve and die while they are
unbelievers, the earth full of gold shall not be accepted
from one of them, even if he offer to ransom himself with
it. -(Sura al-Imran, verse 91).
The Qur'anic text of the ground-breaking transaction between
a believer and his Lord comes in surah at-Taubah, in verse
111. As per transaction, a believer needs to perform his
role to get the promised reward from Allah Sub'hana wa
Ta'la. The rule of engagement is made clear and simple. More
a believer invests in His way, more he receives as the
reward. He receives the highest rank as a martyr if
sacrifices his life in His Cause; and the victory comes to
such believers as a bye-product. Today, such slavery for
Allah Sub'hana wa Ta'la seldom exists in Muslims' life.
Rather, they show rebellion against Him. And the old form of
slavery has returned in a new form with new masters. They
have turned slaves of their own whims. The absence of
sharia, hudud, khelafa, shura, the Muslim unity and jihad in
Muslim country tells a lot about such rebellion. Instead,
they show full alignment with the kuffars. The corruptive
state and its institutions, the riba-based banking, the
non-sharia laws, the prostitution as legalised trade and the
coalition with the kuffar in war against Islam are indeed
the markers of such alignment. They recite the Divine law
(sharia), but these laws have no place in their daily life.
Thus, they stand distinctively different from the early
Muslims; and follow a path altogether different from
them.
A man needs Divine blessing for his ultimate success. But to
qualify for such blessing, one needs to follow the revealed
roadmap in every step of his life and avoid every deviation.
A Muslim -like the early Muslims, must excel in his
compliance. And it needs to be holistic. Hence a Muslim must
not limit his religious practices within the religious
rituals like five times prayer, month-long fasting in
Ramadan, haj and charity. His politics, education, culture,
law, judiciary, warfare and all other segments of life too,
must fall in line with the Qur'anic guidance. It is indeed
the believers' slavery. But today, the Muslims made history
in deviation. Instead of compliance with the holy Qur'an,
they show sheer rebellion. They are more focused on worldly
gains and stand far away from the Quranic straight path.
A class of neo-donkeys
Today, the Muslims are known for failures in almost all
fields. Whereas, they are given the roadmap for sure
success. They are also given the largest treasure of
unearned wealth on earth that worth hundreds of trillions of
dollars. These are the oil, gas, solar energy and other
resources. The Muslims didn't invest even a single day or
the slightest effort to produce such huge asset. But today,
the Muslims terribly failed to draw any benefit from such
enormous Divine gift. They still stand as the most
defenceless, the most defeated and the most humiliated
people on earth. Their countries are occupied, the cities
are bombed to rubbles, millions of Muslim men and women and
children are either killed or stay evicted from their homes
and now wander as the vagabond refugees in the streets of
foreign lands! Their failure can only be compared with that
of the people of Israel. The unearned wealth of the Muslims
can be compared with manna and sal'wa -the unearned food
staff that came down from the sky to feed several hundred
thousands of the Israeli people during their 40 years' stay
in the desert of Sinai Peninsula where they had nothing to
eat and drink. But such blessing didn't help the people of
Israeli tribes to enhance their servitude or gratitude to
Allah Sub'hana wa Ta'la; rather increased their deviation,
greed and arrogance. Their deviation from the Divine Truth
went so far that they started worshipping a self-made statue
of a cow -while they were still surviving on manna and salwa
from the sky. Today, the failure of the Muslims to use the
unearned wealth for moral, educational, spiritual and
economic wellbeing of the people is also catastrophic. It is
very calamitous that they fail even in using the legal
(sharia) and the punitive (hudud) prescription of Almighty
Allah -as revealed in the holy Qur'an.
The sharia law and hudud are not the simple gifts of Allah
Sub'hana wa Ta'ala. These are indeed the greatest blessings
of the Almighty Allah for the mankind. Sharia was given to
the great prophet Musa (peace be upon him) in Torah. Another
great messenger Prophet Isa (peace be upon him) also came to
the world to revive the same sharia that was revealed to
Prophet Musa (peace be upon him). But both the Jews and
Christians have fully ignored the teachings of these two
great prophets; as a result, the sharia law revealed in
Torah stay fully abandoned. The sharia and hudud were
finally revealed to the last prophet of Islam Prophet
Muhammad (peace be upon him) in the holy Qur'an. Such laws
are more important than any foods, drinks or any other
material endowments. Foods and drinks are given even to the
animals. But that do not add any civility and moral highness
to the animals. Many of the kuffars also receive a lot of
foods, drinks and material endowments. But that do not help
them either.
Law of a country is the most authentic marker of wisdom,
sagacity and moral highness of a people; not any tower,
pyramid, or scientific achievement. Even the worst people on
earth could achieve a lot of wonders in the past. In the
court of Almighty Allah, these will have no value. The
people who are morally low and indulge in racism,
nationalism, colonialism, imperialism, fascism, paganism and
other wickedness are exactly known by their immoral laws.
All kuffars indeed showed such moral, spiritual and
conceptual disabilities in all ages. So, they could convict
the greatest people of the history like Prophet Ibrahim
(peace be upon him), Prophet Musa (peace be upon him),
Prophet Isa (peace be upon him), Prophet Muhammad (peace be
upon him) and many others as criminal; and did everything to
kill them. Those old kuffars died; but their legacy still
thrives. So, the enmity against Islam's roadmap still
continues. This is why, the self-sacrificing Islamists who
fight against the enemy occupation and for implementation of
sharia get killed as terrorist. And the enemy occupation get
eulogised as liberation -as happened with the US occupation
of Iraq and Afghanistan. Such moral sickness is so global
that even the brutal occupation by the imperialists get
endorsed by the UN. Therefore, when the British Army
occupied Palestine and Iraq in 1917, and the French Army
occupied Syria in 1922, such colonial occupations were given
the legal mandate by the League of Nations -the fore-runner
of the UN. Following the footsteps of the imperialists, the
Israeli terrorists, too, used terrorism as a tool for
illegal state building. They occupied Palestine, evicted its
original people from their homes and established Israel as
an apartheid state only for the Jews. Since the UN itself
stands under the occupation of the imperialists, such a
criminal act of occupation never got condemned in its forum.
Rather, Israel was given the quick recognition as a legal
state.
Islam's highest glory doesn't lie in mosques, minarets or
other artefacts. The real perfection and strength of Islam
lie in its sharia and hudud. Because, these are not any
human inventions, rather directly come from Allah Sub'hana
wa Ta'la. This is why, Islam's every law and punitive
prescription reflects the greatest wisdom of the Most Wise
-Allah Sub'hana wa Ta'la. It works as a tool to enforce the
Divine justice on earth and eradicate the crimes. It is
indeed the humanising arm of Islam. Hence, without
implementing sharia, Islam can't deliver its benefit to the
mankind. The Muslim Ummah does not run any shortage of
people who perform the religious rituals -more than a
billion do that regularly all over the world. But that
rituals didn't add any glory to Islam and the Muslims. The
Muslims can stand as the best people on earth only because
of enjoining the good deeds (a'maru bil maruf) and
eradicating the crimes (nehi anil munkar) -as indicated in
sura al-Imran, verse 110. For that, it needs the full
enforcement of the Divine instrument called sharia. The
state that implements sharia becomes the safest haven on
earth -as happened in the early days of Islam. Therefore,
those who stand against sharia, they indeed stand against
Allah -the Almighty. It is a rebellious move to look for
peace and success without the Qur'anic roadmap. On such
pretext, these rebels launch a criminal war to dismantle the
most crucial civilizational instrument of Islam. Because of
them, the Muslims now terribly suffer from an ongoing huge
internal war. This way, they could contribute more speed to
the continuing downfall. This is why, in the golden days of
Islam, such ruthless enemies of Islam used to get capital
punishment for their heinous crime.
Allah -the All-Knower never overlooks the crimes of these
monstrous enemies of Islam. So, in the holy Qur'na He
depicts these enemies in real colours. Those who do not run
the judiciary according to the revealed sharia and do not
apply hudud on the convicts are branded as kafir, zalim and
fasiq.-(Sura Maidah, verse 44, 45 and 47). Five times
prayer, month-long fasting, haj and charity of these
criminals can't undo such labelling. Awfully, these are the
people who currently run the Muslim countries. As a result,
the Muslims are deprived of the blessing of sharia law and
hudud. It is the greatest deprivation of the Muslims; it is
indeed the utter deprivation of guidance. Satan and his
followers can easily claim leadership of these ideologically
lost and confounded people. Which is why, even the infidels
and evil ideologies get millions of followers in the Muslim
countries. With such deprivation of moral guidance, how the
Muslims can move forward in the right direction? Therefore,
like a blind man, they fall again and again in the same
hole.
A donkey -like any other animal, can't understand the worth
and importance of sharia- the highest gift of Allah Sub'hana
wa Ta'la. Nor is it capable of showing any interest to
implement it -although it can carry a holy Book day and
night for years on its back. The people of Israel didn't
show any better sense towards sharia and other Divine
guidance either. They were given sharia in Taurat. They
could carry it as book, too; but they failed to understand
its worth and importance. As a result, they didn't show any
interest to implement it. For such a sheer lack of sense and
responsibility, Allah Sub'hana wa Tala made a comparison of
these people of Israel with an animal like donkey. It is
revealed, "The likeness of those who were entrusted with the
Taurat, then they do did not take it on is like that of a
donkey who carries (volumes of) books. Wretched is the
example of the people who deny the signs of Allah. And Allah
does not guide the wrongdoing people." -(Surah al-Jummah,
verse 5). The unearned manna and salwa that they received in
Sinai Peninsula for years couldn't help them take the
guidance, rather increased their greed and cowardice.
Sharia can't be implemented in any land that stands occupied
under the enemies. The enemy occupation needs to be
dismantled. For that, it needs jihad against the enemies and
the sacrifice of lives and wealth -as was the case with the
prophet of Islam and his companions. Because of withdrawal
from jihad, their land remained occupied by the enemies and
the sharia revealed in Taurat didn't get any chance for the
implementation. It was indeed one of the ugliest betrayals
of an assigned mission; and invited the Divine punishment.
They had to roam as refugees in the cities and villages of
various countries in Asia, Africa and Europe. During their
stay in Arabia, they also showed their deadly enmity against
Islam. They even aligned with the pagan infidels to
dismantle the only sharia-state at its nascent stage in
Medina. Awfully, the Muslims, today, are going down the same
route. They recite Qur'an, but do not bother to understand
it. Nor do they bother to abide by it. They are showing the
same incompetence to understand the worth and importance of
sharia. Like any kuffar, they too, stand firmly against the
implementation of sharia in any Muslim land. They also show
full alliance with the global coalition of the kuffars to
dismantle any sharia-compliant state in any part of the
World. They look like a class of neo-donkeys in the modern
world. So the Christians, the Jews and the Hindus are not
alone in their fight against Islam and the Muslims, the new
generation of donkeys have joined their rank too. Before the
colonial occupation of the kuffars, it was unimaginable that
the Muslims will run the judiciary according to laws that
are incompatible to sharia. In those days, the Muslims
didn't know any other law apart from sharia. Now, it is
exactly the opposite. As an ummah, they also move to the
opposite direction: the direction of defeat, decadence and
humiliation.
The deprivation of the religious right
It is an extreme tyranny that the Muslims are deprived of
the religious right even in the Muslim lands. It is the
worst calamities of occupation by the secularist enemies of
Islam. In the early days of Islam, the Muslims had to engage
in bloody jihad to get their religious right from the kuffar
occupiers. But now the so-called Muslim states under the
so-called Muslim rulers do not provide any peaceful option
to enjoy such right either. The Muslims fight wars,
sacrifice live and build states -not only for the voting
rights, civic liberty and other worldly gains. These are not
the distinctive specifics of a Muslim state. Even in kuffar
states, one can enjoy plenty of such rights. The religious
right of a Muslim doesn't entail only the right of religious
rituals; it is much more than that. It is the full freedom
to perform the full slavery to their Supreme Lord Allah
Sub'hana wa Ta'ala -the sole reason for creation of the
mankind. Such slavery to the Almighty Lord includes the full
practice of His revealed law (sharia), hudud, shura,
khelafa, jihad, Muslim unity and other obligatory Islamic
fundamentals. The right to perform these Islamic obligation
is million times more important than other civic rights.
Voting rights, economic rights or cultural rights wouldn't
save humans from the hellfire. In absence of his full
slavery to Almighty Allah, a Muslim runs the real risk of
entering into hellfire -the holy Qur'an is very explicit on
that. But how can a Muslim perform the full slavery to his
Supreme Lord when he is not allowed to practise His revealed
sharia and can't dismantle the divisive walls in the Muslim
World? How can he claim to be full Muslim when he can't
establish khilafa and can't do jihad in His way? Compliance
with a non-sharia state is indeed a clear marker of
deficiency in faith and gross deviation from the Qur'anic
straight path. Such deviation can only add more speed to the
Muslims' ongoing downfall; and bring more disgrace both here
and in the hereafter. Those who really worried about life in
the hereafter, how they could be oblivious or callous about
this serious issue?
In the days of rightly guided Caliphs, there was no
electoral process like today; but the people enjoyed the
full civic liberty as well as the religious right to
practise full slavery to Allah Sub'hana wa Ta'la. Hence they
could give birth to the best civilisation on earth. Now in
most of the Muslim countries, one can practise adultery,
gambling, obscenity, riba and other evils but can't be full
Muslim! Annihilation of slavery to one Almighty Allah -as is
the norm in kuffar and secularist occupation, opens the
flash gates of slavery to other extreme evil forces. In the
Muslim World, thus emerged the satanic rule of tyrannical
despots. It is an irony that the Muslims show more
submission to these criminal despots than to the laws of
Allah Sub'hana wa Ta'la. The voting rights of the common
people now proved to be a mere facade for more sinister
agenda of the evil forces. So the established liars,
killers, robbers, rapists, fraudsters, and manipulators
enjoy a free rein to bully and bluff the people for easy
electoral victory. An honest and propaganda-shy man can't
compete these devils. Hence, people like Adolf Hitler,
Norendro Modi, Donald Trump and many other evil-mongers
could easily use the electoral process as a ladder to grab
the topmost post. In India, the voting rights couldn't
protect even the survival rights of the minorities. The
Muslims get beaten to death even on the suspicion of eating
beef -as happened to many Indian Muslim men and women. The
democratically elected governments, the party cadres and the
law-enforcing agencies jointly take part in genocidal
massacre against the minorities. It happened against the
Muslims hundreds of times -more despicably in Gujrat (in
2002), Bombay (in 1992-93), and Muzaffarnagar (in 2013).
Such massacres also took place against the Sikh in Delhi (in
1984) and against the Christians (in 2008) in many Indian
provinces.
It is an irony that the disease in not confined within the
enemies. It has also badly affected the people who believe
in Islam and perform religious rituals. The symptoms appear
through the wrong setting of their priorities. Even many
pro-Islamic parties and their leaders are focussed more on
achieving the voting and civic rights; and give little
importance to getting the full religious rights. As if,
getting a Muslim elected as the President of the country or
becoming a minister or an MP is a great victory for Islam.
It has proved to be a great distraction from the real
Islamisation methodology -as prescribed in the holy Qur'an
and practised by the prophet of Islam (peace be upon him)
and the early Muslims. This is why, elections in Turkey,
Pakistan, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Malaysia, and many other
Muslim countries and the participation of the so-called
Islamic parties didn't help getting the basic religious
rights for practising the full slavery of Allah Sub'hana wa
Ta'la. Because of the failed strategy, the Islamic parties
couldn't show any success to take politics, judiciary,
administration, education and culture onto the Qur'nic
roadmap. Therefore, even repeated exercise of voting rights
do not fulfil the core purpose of survival of a man on
earth; rather strengthen and legitimise the secularists'
occupation. Under such occupation, the whole state
infrastructure does everything to take people to the
hellfire. What else could be worst catastrophe for humans
than such evil occupation? More awfully, such occupation now
survives in a Muslim country through Muslim vote, Muslim
taxpayers' money and Muslim manpower!
