Safar 6, 1432 /January 11, 2011 # 2
January 9, 2010: Hundreds of thousands of Pakistanis marched
and rallied in Karachi, Pakistan, to condemn the U.S.-backed
regime's attempts to repeal laws which punish those who
dishonor or insult Prophet Muhammad, pbuh. Nothing like this
has been seen in Karachi for a long time. The organizational
skills were those of Jamaate Islami, but every Islamic group
was involved, including Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan, Jamiate
Ulema-i-Islam, Ahle Sunnat, Jamat ud-Da'wa, Jafari movement
and numerous others. Jamat ud-Da'wa has been banned by the
U.S., but has a large following in Pakistan.
Large pictures of Mumtaz Qadri, who killed Governor Salman
Taseer, were displayed.
The massive crowd roared with praises of Muhammad (pbuh), as
it vowed to defend his honor at any cost.

Thoughts from Imam Badi Ali (National Islamic Shoora) Jamaat
al-Muslimeen, North Carolina
Spotlight #1: Sudan: Who gave Omar Bashir the right to hold
a vote to break the country into two? Would the U.S. ever
hold a vote to break up? Would France? Or Spain with the
Basques in turmoil? This is a great betrayal, with the
western powers as supervisors and referees. This move in
Sudan may be a part of the strategy to break up other large
Muslim countries as well.
Spotlight #2: January 9: The Israeli occupiers today
demolished the home of Mufti al-Husseini, who was the Grand
Mufti of Palestine during the Second World War and
thereafter. The Israelis confiscated his home 25 years back
and now they have demolished it. They are following a
similar slow but systematic process with Masjid al-Aqsa. One
day, we will suddenly be told that it has been demolished.
An attack on Gaza may also be in the works.
Spotlight #3: The shooting in Arizona points to a serious
problem in America. Other than the select groups going to
college, the country has little or nothing to offer the 18 -
22 year-old men and women who are mentally disturbed or
unstable, or those who don't see a future or are handicapped
in other ways. There is a whole generation of youth with
special needs, which are not being addressed.
Spotlight #4: Not only Muslim countries but the minds of our
people are invaded and occupied. What is right and what is
wrong is increasingly clouded and confused for them.
Spotlight #5: If you have a cup of honey, you'll have a cup
of honey. If you have a cup of milk, you'll have a cup of
milk. If you have a cup of wine, you'll have a cup of wine.
Don't claim that it is something else. The same applies to
an empty brain. If you pour liquor into it, liquor will
determine your behavior, your health, and your soul. Our
people are allowing poison to be poured into their brains
but then they claim it is milk or honey!
Spotlight #6: Many Arab Americans do not realize that times
have changed. They continue to teach their children to make
money. They don't teach children wisdom, understanding,
empathy, or compassion. Money cannot make up for their
deficiencies in these matters.
Made-in-America "Islam"
Zaid Shakir Okays Joining the CIA
Where are our Muslim Leaders?
By Abu Idris
January 6, 2011- I made it to the "Curbing Violent
Extremism" event at Adams Center. Zaid was ending his speech
when I arrived.
The host gave 15 (pre-written) questions to Imam Zaid and
Imam Majid. This took up most of the time. They allowed
about three questions from the audience. I thought this was
unfair for the people who showed up. The audience was
overwhelmingly immigrant.
I wanted to ask the guest speaker, "Why are we focusing on
the few 'criminals' or the ones who may have been set up by
the Feds? Why not have a forum about this government, how
they made up a reason to kill Muslims in Iraq, forced the
Ethiopians to kill the Muslims in Somalia, and are
responsible for thousands of deaths of innocent people in
Afghanistan?"
There was a written question that Zaid Shakir answered about
can Muslims work for the CIA or similar services. He shocked
me with his answer. He said that if a person thought that he
could do some good and help change some people thoughts
about Muslims, it would be okay.
I bought his book, Where I'm Coming From: The Year In
Review. I wanted to see exactly where he was coming from. I
had him sign my book, so I could ask him personally about
his CIA answer. I asked him how can he tell people it's okay
to work with the CIA, when they are at war with Islaam and
the Sharia? He answered that if a person has a conscience
and joins to try to do good, then it would be okay. If a
Muslim finds out that he/she is not doing good, then he/she
should quit.
Where are our Muslim leaders in this country? How can we
call this leadership? All of this P.R is getting the Muslims
nowhere in the media and the public eye. The government is
still targeting Muslims. We need leadership that will stand
up against the government and not tell the followers of
Islaam to join the ranks of the forces who are out to
destroy it. It seems that these Imams need to go back and
read the hadiths on the Dajjal.

Israel Deliberately Choked Gaza Economy, US Cable Reveals
AFP
Israel deliberately maintained the economy of the Gaza strip
"on the brink of collapse" without "pushing it over the
edge," a leaked US diplomatic cable from 2008 showed
Wednesday. According to a cable from the US embassy in Tel
Aviv dated November 3, 2008 -- obtained by WikiLeaks and
posted online by Norwegian daily Aftenposten -- Israeli
officials told US diplomats of their intention to strangle
the economy of Gaza. "As part of their overall embargo plan
against Gaza, Israeli officials have confirmed .. .. on
multiple occasions that they intend to keep the Gazan
economy on the brink of collapse without quite pushing it
over the edge," the secret cable, posted online in its
original version, read.

A Shooting Which Could Change the Status Quo:
Masses Support the Shooter
What is it that Most People didn't Notice?
Compiled from a consensus of reports from various Pak
sources
The Governor of Punjab, Salman Taseer, was a genial, easy
going person. He lived well and ate well, as the rolls of
fat on his body indicated. For him, the masses chanting and
marching in the streets were just a bunch of extremists who
should be ignored.
On December 31, 2010, all of Pakistan was closed down, as
the nation rallied against the plans of Taseer and others in
the ruling class to end the blasphemy laws. The general
strike was unequalled in history. Just about every Pakistani
newspaper noted the intensity of the strike. In Karachi
alone, Jamaate Islami held 50 simultaneous rallies at 50
mosques.
Governor Taseer brushed aside the strike as a minor
occurrence brought about by a bunch of extremists and
religious fanatics.
Taseer had an elite force guarding him. Among them was
Mumtaz Qadri. He looked obviously religious. Why was he
chosen to guard Taseer? That's where Pakistan's secular
rulers fell for their own propaganda. Mumtaz Qadri was
chosen because he belongs to the Barelwi school of thought,
the Ahle Sunnat. The secular rulers, aware of the sectarian
divide, thought that the Barelwis hate the "wahhabis" so
much that they could be depended upon to kill any "wahhabi"
who threatened the governor. ("Wahhabi" is the term used by
westernized Pakistani elites for strict followers of the
Qur'an and the Hadith who are also described as
"militants.")
This was literally, a fatal error. When it comes to love of
the Prophet, pbuh, all Muslims are united. It appears from
Pakistani reports that Mumtaz Qadri was convinced that
Taseer did not think that insults against the Prophet, pbuh,
were a serious offense.
On January 4, Qadri killed Governor Taseer and was hailed as
a hero by masses of ordinary Pakistanis. Thousands of people
visited his home to acclaim the shooting. Qadri was showered
with flowers by an adoring crowd when police brought him out
of the court. He shouted "Ya Rasool Allah," a Barelwi
slogan, which was forcefully joined in by the crowd. "I have
killed the one who dishonored the Prophet, pbuh." "O
Messenger, accepted me as your slave." (All of these
comments, in Urdu, appeared on private Pakistani television
stations.)
Taseer, like the late Benazir Bhutto, supported General
Musharraf's attack on the Red Mosque-Jamia Hafsa and blamed
Musharraf for not doing it sooner.
Pakistanis should realize that secularists, living in great
luxury in Pakistan, support imperialism and zionism. They
don't care if you say ameen loudly or not in prayer. If you
are a strict Muslim, you are dirt, insignificant trash for
the secularists.
New Trend comment: Blasphemy laws are required to stop
vigilante justice. Non-Muslims often do not realize that
Islam is a living religion. By attacking Muhammad, pbuh, you
attack every Muslim's existence. If the cartoons in Sweden,
Denmark and Germany had been subject to Blasphemy laws,
there would have been no angry Muslim response, including
the Swedish incident, where a Muslim gave his life while
allegedly attempting to commit a violent act.
We are glad that the U.S. government understands this issue.
There is no apparent encouragement from the U.S. for attacks
on the Prophet, pbuh. Unfortunately pro-regime ISNA has
slow thinkers like 'Imam" Zaid Shakir among its supporters.
Shakir went so far as to blame the Muslims for protesting
against the cartoons of the Prophet, pbuh. Shakir owes an
apology to the Muslim community. We urge ISNA to tell Shakir
to apologize.

Violence Reaches the Elites: Blatant Attack on Congresswoman
Giffords
January 8 - A 22-year old youth shot 19 people in broad
daylight in Tucson, Arizona. Six of them had died by the end
of the day. The seriously/critically wounded include
Congresswoman Gabriella Giffords. For most of the day, the
shooter's ID was not released. Motivation is still unknown
or not being released.
Extreme violence is endemic in America. "Bang bang, shoot
'em up" movies are extremely popular. Automatic weapons are
heavily publicized. Crimes against women are common and
happen daily.
Because of media control by the people in power, the real
issues in American life are not discussed.
Here is some information about Giffords from Wikipedia:
On August 31, 2010, Giffords praised the arrival of National
Guard troops on the border: "Arizonans have waited a long
time for the deployment of the National Guard in our state.
Their arrival represents a renewed national commitment to
protecting our border communities from drug cartels and
smugglers."
Giffords worked to secure passage of the August 2010 bill to
fund more Border Patrol agents and surveillance technology
for Arizona's border with Mexico. The legislation passed the
House of Representatives only to be sent back by the U.S.
Senate with reduced funding. Ultimately a $600 million bill
was passed and signed in to law. The bill was over $100
million less than Giffords fought for, but she said, "This
funding signals a stronger federal commitment to protect
those Americans who live and work near the border."
Giffords was born in Tucson, Arizona to Spencer J. Giffords
and Gloria Kay Fraser Giffords. She is Arizona's first
Jewish Congresswoman being a member of Congregation
Chaverim in Tucson.
Additional information about her appeared in an article
entitled "Jewish US Lawmaker Gabrielle Giffords Shot,
Prognosis Optimistic," in Arutz Sheva (Israel National
News). The complete article may be read here.

Appeal to Suport Lucasville, Ohio, Prisoners Hunger Strike
Dear friends,
The Lucasville uprising hunger strikers requested that you
be notified about the status of their struggle. Their
demands are exceeding modest: that they be treated like
other death-sentenced prisoners, rather than be subjected to
the inhumane restrictions of the highest security level,
"Level 5", at which they have been held since transferred to
the Ohio State Penitentiary in 1998 From the statements of
prison authorities at their annual reviews, OSP apparently
intends to hold them in these conditions, which in some
countries would be considered torture, until their
executions.
Attached please find several important documents: a
statement from one of the hunger strikers, an "open letter"
on which signatures are being gathered, and an explanatory
article written by attorney-historian-activist Staughton
Lynd for the Ohio-CURE newsletter. The "open letter" was
written by Denis O'Hearn, author of the biography of Bobby
Sands, "Nothing But an Unfinished Song." Staughton Lynd has
written the definitive book on the Lucasville rebellion,
"Lucasville: The Untold Story of a Prison Uprising." Both
of these men are close advisors of the prisoners.
Also if you are on facebook, please go to the following

Vietnam and Afghanistan
By Abdul Karim Hattin
Some 28 years may separate these two wars but each of them
bear more similarities to each other then they do
differences, each was begun without a formal declaration of
war and each of them has outlived the projected time of
conflict as envisioned by the war-hawks of Washington, both
wars were very much entrenched in the belief that America
was the world's guardian and bringer of democracy to the
words poor and oppressed,
"While the formulations of policies for Vietnam was not
haphazard, neither was it scientific. Yet the decisions,
however they were shaped, reflected the view of most
Americans that they could not shirk their responsibility as
global custodian." (1)
The Afghan war in many ways was the partial result of the
machinations of the Project for a New AmericanCentury and
its many signatories such as Zbigniew Brezezinski who in his
early book "THE GRAND CHESSBOARD" seems to have predicted
American intervention into Eurasia some 4 years before the
events of 9/11 and who's son is the mentor of current
American President Barak Obama.
The American war machine in Indo-China came to grinding halt
in 1975 when the Vietcong were able to conquer Saigon which
was played out before the worlds media while American
helicopters landed on the roof of the American embassy in a
desperate attempt to evacuate as many troops , civilians and
South Vietnamese loyalist as could be carried, and yet
despite having the world's most powerful military it was
seemingly beaten by a few men who had nothing more than and
I quote "A bowl rice and an AK-47", this defeat left a scare
so deep in the collective White racial conscious of the
American people that it is has effected every military
decision ever since indeed president George Bush Sr remarked
before the first Gulf war, "This will not be another
Vietnam." (3) The Gulf war victory if one can call It that
seeing as American troops were to return some 12 years later
and find its self bogged down in a quagmire that it narrowly
escaped and with the shadow of further conflict in the
region if Iran does not comply with American-UN calls for
nuclear disarmament, seems to have bolstered the belief that
America could once again be the world's police man, the
American Empire had not crashed and burned on the shores of
Vietnam but rather had taken a slight detour but one that
seems to have led to another rocky shore called
Afghanistan.
Is history about to repeat its self? Take the follow facts
into consideration. On the 4th August 1964 the Gulf of
Tonkin incident took place when supposedly communist North
Vietnamese patrol boats attacked American ships, the
incident lead to an escalation in the hostilities and
Americas commitment to defend South Vietnam against the
communist threat masterminded in Moscow, in reality American
ships had been used covertly before that date by its South
Vietnamese allies to attack North Vietnamese coastal
installations and since the partition of Vietnam in 1954 the
Americans had be carrying out secret clandestine activities
against the North. In an effort to intensify events,
American news reports claimed that further attacks by the
North Vietnamese had taken place, In reality they never took
place but had been invited to justify a larger military
intervention into South-East Asia with the support of the
American people, with the overview of history at hand the
actions of the North Vietnamese can be seen more as a
defensive posture then an unjustified attack on "Innocent
Americans". American President Johnson admitted to an
assistant, "Hell, those dumb stupid sailors were just
shooting at flying fish." (3)
The incident had taken place less than a year after a CIA
organized Coup d'état against South Vietnamese President
Diem, Diem had been seen by the Americans as an obstacle to
winning the conflict against the Communists and had to be
removed to win the war, American Ambassador Henry Cabot
Lodge informed President Kennedy on the 6th November 1963,
"It is certain that the ground in which the coup seed grew
into a robust plant was prepared by us, and that the coup
would not have happened (as) it did without our
preparation", (4) In a twist of a fate Kennedy himself would
be removed in a Coup d'état some three weeks later and meet
the same end as Diem at the end an assassins bullet,
President Lyndon Johnson who had taken the place of the dead
Kennedy promised the American Joint Chiefs of Staff, "Just
get me elected, and then you can have your war." (5)
As a result Vietnam and its people became a testing ground
for all manner of brutal fantasies that could be imagined by
the American war machine, the Phoenix program was the CIA's
effort to destroy the infrastructure of the Vietcong in
South Vietnam. To gain information from suspected Vietcong
members they were thrown out of planes and helicopters had
fingers, ears, fingernails, sexual organs cut off suffered
electric shock torture and the nailing of six inch dowels
through the ear into the brain.
Its estimated that between 1968 and May 1971 some 20,587
alleged Vietcong died as a result of the program, the main
reason being that Americans were unable to tell a member of
the Vietcong from its allies in the South Vietnamese
citizenry, in essence they all looked the same so their all
guilty until proven innocent, a brutal playing out of the
papal legate Pierre de Castelnau's famous statement "Kill
them all God will know his own" or in this case "Kill them
all democracy will know its own".
American instructors would take things even further when
they tortured their own soldiers into urinating, spitting
and defecating on the American flag, a similar move played
out in camp X-ray, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba when the Qur'an was
kicked and thrown into buckets of urine by American
soldiers.
It was in the Vietnam War that the use of water- boarding
would come into effect, first used to train American troops
against torture used by the Vietcong; it should come as no
surprise when it was revived by President George W. Bush in
his "War on Terror" against members of Al-Qaeda. (6)
American troops in Afghanistan now find themselves in the
same position their compatriots did in Vietnam how do you
tell members of the Taliban from farmers? The rising death
toll of everyday Afghans in American drone attacks and the
torture and humiliation before their families will only
continue to give support to the Taliban and rally everyday
Afghans against America and its allies. E. J. Banks a marine
captain in Vietnam recalled, "You never knew who was the
enemy and who was the friend. They all looked alike. They
all dressed alike,... it wasn't like the San Francisco
Forty-Niners on one side of the field and the Cincinnati
Bengals on the other. The enemy was all around you." (7)
To many the war in Afghanistan was singly the result of the
events of 9/11 but in reality just as in Vietnam the war was
prepared long before flights 77 and 175 slammed into the
World Trade Centre. On September 18th 2001, 7 days after the
9/11 attacks BBC reporter George Arney revealed that former
Pakistan Foreign Secretary Niaz Naik was told by American
officials in mid-July 2001, that America was preparing plans
to invade Afghanistan and remove the Taliban before the
snows came in mid-October, "Mr. Naik said US officials told
him of the plan at a UN-sponsored international contact
group on Afghanistan which took place in Berlin. Mr. Naik
told the BBC that at the meeting the US representatives told
him unless Bin Laden was handed over swiftly America would
take military action to kill or capture both Bin Laden and
the Taliban leader, Mullah Omar, ...The wider objective,
according to Mr. Naik, would topple the Taliban regime and
install a transnational government of moderate Afghans in
its place-possibly under the leadership of the former Afghan
king Zahir Shah. Mr. Naik was told that Washington would
launch its operation from bases in Tajikistan, where
American advisers were already in place." (8) Jean-Charles
Beisard a French intelligence analyst reveled that American
officials had told the Taliban at the meeting in July, The
aforementioned offer to the Taliban had been to take part in
a government of national unity along with opposition groups
and international aid would be given to them, they would
also benefit from the expected oil revenues that would be
produced from the proposed Unocal oil pipeline that would
transport Turkmenistan's gas and oil deposits through
Afghanistan. The Taliban turned down the offer realizing
that the bulk of the profits would go to Unocal rather than
their own government. After the Taliban collapse in October
2001, the new Afghan
Minister for Mines and Industries Mohammad Razim of the
interim government of Hamid Karzai announced plans for the
building of the new pipeline, by no accident Hamid Karzai
was a former adviser to Unocal along with Zalmay Khalizad
George W. Bush's special envoy to Afghanistan, and the
husband of the infamous author of "Civil Democratic Islam"
Cheryl Berynard.

A Stunning Blow for Rejecters of Hadith
They are wrong both about Qur'an and Hadith
By Kaukab Siddique, Ph.D
One of the basic points the munkireen (rejecters) of Hadith
make is that the Prophet (pbuh) himself had forbidden the
writing of Hadith. They even quote the Prophet (pbuh) on
this, and those who don't know are very impressed.
Note the following points:
-
If the rejecters view of the Qur'an was right (that it
has everything in it, even the details), they would have
been able to bring a verse from the Qur'an which would say:
Hadith of the Prophet is not needed when you have the
Qur'an. They cannot bring such a verse. So what do they do?
They bring a hadith to support their view!
-
They are such clever liars, that they do not quote the
whole hadith. Here is the complete Hadith. I have italicized
the part the rejecter's quote:
-
From Sahih Muslim: "Abu Sa'eed Khudri narrates from the
Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be on him: Do not
write anything from me and whoever has written anything from
me other than the Qur'an should erase it, and narrate hadith
verbally from me: there is no harm in that (in Arabic wa
hadathu 'unni wa la haraj), and whoever deliberately tells
a lie about me should make his place in hellfire."
Would it be wrong to assume that the rejecters have made a
place for themselves in hellfire by falsifying these words
of the Prophet (pbuh) by quoting only half the hadith.
Entire books have been written on this subject by the
scholars of Islam. (One easily available in Urdu is IBN MAJA
AUR 'ILM-e-HADITH by Muhammad Abdur Rasheed Naumani. I read
this about 20 years back.)
The Prophet (pbuh) and later Abu Bakr (ra) did not want the
words of the Qur'an and the words of the Hadith to get mixed
up with each other. Hence the writing only of Hadith was
stopped. Remember that the reciters of the Qur'an and the
narrators of the Hadith were the same people, the companions
of the Prophet (Allah be pleased with them). In the early
stages, the danger of the two writings getting mixed up was
very real.
Even then the ban on writing was not complete. There are
numerous narrations which indicate that when a sahabi
(companion) expressed difficulty in remembering the Hadith,
the Prophet (pbuh) not only allowed him but encouraged him
to write it down. Thus many Hadith continued to be written
though memorization was the general rule in those early
days.
Every companion of the Prophet, including 'Umar and Ali
(Allah be pleased with them), depended on the Prophet's
interpretation, explanation and implementation of the Qur'an
(what we call Hadith of the Prophet). Every teaching of the
Qur'an was elaborated by the Sahaba on the basis of the
Prophet's Hadith. Thus those who attack the Hadith are
attacking the entire history of Islam. They are trying to
destroy the credibility of the Sahaba, who also are the
transmitters of the Qur'an, and thus these munkireen do the
work of the Jews to uproot Islam.
How They have Misunderstood the Qur'an
Munkireen (rejecters) have based their whole theory on the
idea that Prophet Muhammad's task was only to deliver the
Qur'an.
The informant (an unknown named Mabrook Ismaeel, or someone
who hides behind that name), quotes the last part of 24:54
thus: "The sole duty of the messenger is to deliver." This
is a clear distortion of the Qur'an if you look at the
Arabic original and the context of the verse.
The words "illa balagh al-Mubeen" (only to preach or
proclaim clearly) can in no way be translated as "only ...
to deliver."
How do we know that? From the Qur'an itself. In several
verses the Qur'an emphasizes the Prophet's mission to
proclaim and preach the message clearly and unambiguously so
that people can make their choice between acceptance or
rejection. Islam cannot be imposed on anyone. The Qur'an was
brought to the people by the Prophet. He presented it very
honestly and clearly to them. Those who accepted, he
organized them into a community which became the model for
all future Islamic movements.
For instance 16:82, follows evidence of Allah's creativity.
The Prophet is then told" "But if they turn away, thy duty
is only to preach the Clear Message." Thus after he has
brought them the Qur'an, it's up to them to accept or turn
away. He cannot put faith in their hearts.
Even when verses on laws about intoxicants and gambling are
revealed, the Qur'an brings out the same idea of the
responsibility of the audience to make choice, and they will
be judged accordingly in the Hereafter. Here is a verse
immediately after the ban on intoxicants and gambling: "Obey
Allah, and obey the messenger, and beware if you do turn
back, know you that it is our messenger's duty to proclaim
the message in the clearest manner (al balagh al-mubeen in
Arabic)" (5:92)
Thus to claim that because the messenger's duty was to
proclaim the message clearly, he had no other duty is absurd
for anyone who has read the Qur'an. The life, words, actions
of the Prophet were interpretations of the Qur'an. After
5:92, it was his task to remove intoxicants anf gambling and
his actions come to us through the Hadith.
Allah sent the Qur'an with the messenger and together they
fulfill the final message of Allah. In fact, the Prophet
(pbuh) comes first and through him and his sahaba comes the
Qur'an.
I will show, inshallah, in a later part of this discussion,
that there is no way the Qur'an can be understood without
the Prophet's Hadith. That is one reason why the Jews and
other orientalists remain kuffar although they have become
experts in Qur'anic terminology: they do not and cannot
accept the Prophet (pbuh) because the Prophet's
understanding of the Qur'an brings the Islamic revolution.
Now let's go back to 24:54 and see how the rejectors have
totally distorted the Qur'an. (In other words, here I am
going from comparison with other verses to the context of
the specific verse the rejecter used.) I will quote 24:54,
55, 56 to bring out the totality of the message:
Say:"Obey Allah and obey the Messenger: but if ye turn away,
he is only responsible for the duty placed on him and you
for that placed on you. If you obey him, you shall be on the
right guidance. The Messenger's duty is only to proclaim the
clear message." Allah has promised to those among you who
believe and work righteous deeds, that He will, of a surety,
grant them in the land inheritance of power, as he granted
it to those before them; that He will establish in authority
their way of life - the one which He has chosen for them;
and that He will change their state, after the fear in which
they lived, to one of security and peace: They will worship
Me (alone) and not associate anything with Me. If any do
reject faith after this, they are wicked indeed. So
establish prayer and give zakat and OBEY THE MESSENGER that
you may receive mercy.
(emphasis added)
Thus these verses are in fact prophesying the victory of
Islam, under the Prophet and the Sahaba and whenever Muslims
follow authentic Islam. The last verse which I have
emphasized mentions obedience to the Prophet thus shattering
our friend's theory that Allah and His messenger only mean
Allah! Does the Prophet here also mean Allah!
(astaghfirullah)
After the message has been proclaimed, the righteous who
accept it are being promised Caliphate (layastakhlifannahum
fil Ard in Arabic).
So there goes the theory that the Prophet (pbuh) was only
sent to "deliver" and the message and that's it.
I don't know what these munkireen make of the verses about
Jihad in the Qur'an. If his task was only to deliver the
message, what about Jihad? Is this another Qadiani attempt
to abrogate Jihad?
Dear readers, our westernized elites (that is all of us)
have been given a severe case of inferiority complex by the
power and glitter of the west. Some of us fall so low that
we start insulting great Muslims like Hazrat Abu Huraira and
Imam Bukhari. (Actually through this process such people
like the munkireen are used by the Jews to attack the very
basis of Islam.) A nation which does not respect its
scholars and elders soon becomes a nation of slaves.

Why do US and Taliban accounts of US Losses Differ?
On January 8, 2011, the New York Times published an account
of the Afghan war which might help explain the seemingly
exaggerated U.S. losses announced by the Taliban every
month.
The New York Times says that U.S. troops sufffered only 430
dead [among a toll of 711 for all of NATO] during the year
2010.
However, the number of U.S. troops wounded in 2010 is very
high: 5,500.
Many of the wounded are mutilated, deformed and/or disabled
for life. The wounds are ugly beyond description.
The Taliban might be thinking they killed 5,500 + 430. They
have no way of knowing that in the smoke and dust of battle,
there are worse things than death.
