Dear Brother Kaukab,
as-Salam `alaykum wa-rahmat Allah wa-barakatuh!, wa-ba`d,
I have just read the letter to President Saddam Husayn.
In general I like it very much, only I would like to
take exception to the following:
"The United States has tremendous influence on Arab
rulers who have imposed themselves on their people by
force. Among them are
Hosni Mubarak
of
Egypt,
King Abdullah of Jordan and the autocratic rulers of Saudi
Arabia. If the U.S. is interested in democracy, it
should begin with these regimes with whom it has
decisive power and influence."
I understand what you are saying here, but I fear that
this reads like an endorsement of US-engineered regime
change in Egypt, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia. I have no
particular loyalty to any of those regimes, but I DO
NOT advocate letting the United States decide who
should rule in their stead. In all cases regime
change or regime retention is a matter for the local
people in question and certainly not for the US to
muscle in on.
Wa-s-salam!

QUESTION ON ARABIC (from Georgia)
As Salaamu Alaikum Dear and Respected Brother,
I was wondering if you could help me with something, i think you would
be the best person to ask or at least guide me to someone who could help.
I was given a tape of jihadi nasheeds , and though i hardly know
arabic, i
can understand the spirit of the songs clearly. Allhumdulillah. But i was
trying to find out what the word " muta'fa-e- loon" means. i tried to
spell it as phonetically as i could! :-)
May Allah bless you and your family,
Wa Salaamu Alaikum,
Sister Farah

LETTER FROM
NIGERIA:
WHAT THE
MEDIA
DID NOT TELL YOU.
MUSLIMS WERE VICTIMIZED BY THE MILITARY WHEN THEY PROTESTED BEAUTY
CONTEST AND INSULTS TO THE PROPHET (pbuh)
asalamu alaikum
On the Kaduna crisis, I was able to meet brothers from Kaduna who are
witnesses to what happened. The details are provided below:
The crisis as you are aware is as a result of the insult to the holy
Prophet
(saw) by the christian journalist. As a result of the crisis, christian
soldiers used the opportunity to kill Muslims in the city of Kaduna. In
fact, in some areas mostly dominated by Muslims, christian soldiers knock at
Muslim doors and pick them up in the name of questioning but later kill them.
The caufew imposed by the Government was effectively utilised by the
christian soldiers. Most of the junior soldiers who are sent to control
crisis are christians and whenever such opportunities are given to them
they kill Muslims. As a result of the crisis, kaduna is now divided into
Two. Kaduna
North is dominated by Muslims while Kaduna South is dominated by the
christians.
Contrary to Government reports, more that 1000 people died in the
crisis.

Ms. Carolyn from Florida on:
SHARON'S SOUTH AFRICAN CONNECTION
The Zionist propaganda machine is working full steam ahead re: the
illegals.
Never mind that 7 people were killed the first five days of the new
year in Baltimore. There is an agenda out there.
On the brighter side, things look pretty bad for the Butcher of Beirut.
Imagine, accepting money from South Africa to pay off his campaign debts.
Why didn't he get if from his Zionist cronies in the U.S. They could have
come up with some type of manipulation to get the money over there. I am
surprised this whole mess was even exposed to the public. Isn't it
anti-semitic to report bad things about Israel and jews?
