According to Ashleythebarronness's YouTube short, serial killers never disappeared!
The following is the FBI's checklist for psychopathic killers:
A grandiose sense of self (They believe they are more important than everyone else).
Superficial charm.
Pathological lying.
No empathy.
No remorse.
A need to be in control.
Manipulative.
Impulsive.
Willing to hurt people without it bothering them.
Chameleons who can be normal in public and completely different in private.
Ashley said the above traits are now apart of people's resumes, except people with these traits are referred to as charismatic or ambitious, or are even said to have killer instinct (in a good way).
Robert Hare, a psychologist, created the checklist for psychopathy. He said that these are the same characteristics that politicians and serial killers have in common. The only difference is in how these traits are used. When used one can either end up in a prison cell or on a debate stage!
Successful psychopathy is a term used to refer to people with serial killer traits who have been able to channel them into noncriminal behavior to achieve financial, social, and professional success.
In America, politicians and businessmen are the least likely to go to jail for serious crimes unless they stole money.
Neither President Trump nor former Presidents Barak Obama, George W. Bush, or Bill Clinton expect to go to jail for their bomb drops or drone strikes on overseas civilian populations.
Ashleythebaroness believes that serial killers have gotten smarter by putting on a suit (or dress) and realizing they can get away with committing violent crimes as long as they can hide behind the system! By the way, research shows that most successful psychopaths are in the finance and political fields.
Al-humdulillah, Allah provided the Holy Quran for our guidance. We should seek Allah's guidance in all of our endeavors, especially since it's these same psychopaths who write those how-to guide books. Some of them may be on the NY Times best seller list right now.
