Not according to the authentic hadith narrated by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) on demonstrating your level of faith in Allah:
According to this hadith, if you see an evil act, stop it with your hand. If you are unable to do that, then speak against this evil. If you are unable to speak against it, then know in your heart that it is wrong, but know too that this is the weakest demonstration of faith. The first two actions, physically stopping evil and/or speaking against it, are the strongest acts of faith in Allah. Many of our modern-day leaders (El-Hajj Malik Shabazz, Imam Jamil El-Amin, Dr. Afia Siddiqui, etc.) have unjustly lost their lives or their freedoms for rightfully doing one or the other or both!
The silence among President Trump's so-called political adversaries is deafening!
We are getting reports that President Trump will attack the fiercely independent island of Cuba next. Cuba is a communist country and has always been on America's hit list ever since it dared to fight against America's mafia control and criminal business practices in 1959, when Fidel Castro ran these corrupt entities out.
The Trump Administration has begun its plan to take back Cuba by weakening its allies. At one time, Cuba's strongest ally was Venezuela, but after forcibly removing President Maduro from office, Cuba has been dealing with blackouts and an energy crisis, which has led to numerous protests by the Cuban people.
The Congressional Black and Hispanic Caucuses have been silent! President Trump has sicced Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Agents on Black and Brown people in America, and these Caucuses are silent. They have relegated themselves to doing trivial things, such as walking out of meetings moderated by Republican Trump supporters or simply name-calling. Childish.
Trump opponents, if they were serious, would organize the American people by holding rallies, which is what Trump did to garner support for his causes. However, there have been a growing number of reports about President Trump's growing disapproval rating and MAGA supporters expressing regret for giving him their vote.
Shahid Bolsen of the MiddleNation YouTube Channel, whose messages have become more Islamic-centered, has warned Muslims not to mistake the surprising criticism of America by these once blind patriots for a moral awakening. They are not awake. They are not even repentant. It is anger and fear now that:
Law enforcement in American towns has turned on them.
The American invasions of foreign lands have caused living here to become unbearable.
Tariffs are adversely affecting their buying decisions.
He states that the very people who co-signed with America on its imperialist rampages in foreign countries for decades are now bewildered by the effects of these evil acts on themselves. There is a growing number of TikTok/YouTube channels encouraging Americans to live abroad as ex-Patriates.
BUT...when the revelation that over half a million Iraqi children died as a result of U.S.-imposed sanctions, they treated it as a public relations snafu rather than an evil, genocidal act.
When American troops were sent thousands of miles away to someone else's land to uproot people from their homes, destroy their houses of worship, and brutalize them, these same Americans proudly raised their American flags and saluted these troops as freedom fighters.
These same Americans kept scrolling past each story of death and destruction in Palestine, Sudan, Somalia, etc., on their mobile phones .
So, just because Shai'tan is stabbing them in the back does not mean these Americans (MAGA, etc) would make great allies with the activists who have been fighting this evil machine all along!
Now, these same Americans, who co-signed with America's efforts to colonize and steal from other countries, are looking for escape routes to places overseas. But Bolsen said the only way to truly nullify such an evil contract is to repent and create distance from their former evil, brainwashed selves. He warned that there are ramifications for turning away from America's devilish operations that these blind patriots once supported. Once they become conscious, they will be called traitors, extremists, ungrateful, and unpatriotic because, from America's perspective, these newly conscious individuals are breaking the contract. In America, conscience looks like sedition.

Mamdani Celebrates First Eid as NYC Mayor
According to the Shariah Board of NY (SBNY.org), the Central Hilal Committee of North America sighted the moon for our area on March 19th, and Friday, March 20th, would be the first day of Eid. However, the Saudi Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday, March 18th, that Eid al-Fitr would be on March 20th. There were many who went with the Saudis. So, it was serendipitous that all of the masjids throughout New York, at least, were celebrating Eid on the correct day!
Mayor Zohran Mamdani joined an Eid Prayer at Prospect Park in Brooklyn, New York. This was one of four stops he made around the city for Eid al-Fitr. During Ramadhan, he broke his fast with Muslims throughout the city, including inmates and staff at Rikers Island, and even popular New York Knicks player Mohamed Diawara.
Here is some of what he said at an Eid al-Fitr event, "...I have been humbled by the resilience and the solidarity that I have seen throughout every corner of our city. I say resilience because it is not always easy to practice our faith in this city that we know as our home. And yet I know that so many here and beyond always find a way."
