Shooting Death by Baltimore Police

Hundreds of protestors gathered at North & Pennsylvania Avenues in Baltimore to protest the police murder of Baltimore native Bilal Abdullah. Abdullah was a fruit vendor. He and his family were well known, and he was loved by the community. On Tuesday night around 7:15 PM, he was shot to death by police.
Chanting "Say his name! Bilal Abdullah!" and "No justice, no peace, no killer police," protesters marched several blocks down Pennsylvania Avenue. Muslims, including Imam Dr. Kaukab Siddique of Masjid Jamaat Al-Muslimeen, were a significant presence. Many bystanders appeared intrigued by the protest, some asking this writer about it.
The march culminated in a rally at the Upton Metro Station, where the killing occurred. Abdullah's sister and mother spoke. Just as the mother spoke, a police helicopter homed in on the protest, making it very difficult to hear her words. A drone hovered directly above the march.
Baltimore Police have a long record of murdering innocents, to the extent that the department was placed under a federal consent decree, requiring federal government oversight of Baltimore police, in 2017.

because it causes the individual to feel that Allâh has
not been fair with him;
he forgets all the Mercy and Blessings which
Allâh has bestowed upon him.

given them of Bounty.'

it is reported that Muhammad Ibn. Sîrîn –
[Allâh have mercy on him] said...
"I have never envied anyone over anything:
if a person is going to be in the Fire ...
how could I envy him over some worldly matter
when he is destined for the Fire ?!
And if he is going to Paradise,
how could I be envious
of a man of Paradise with whom
AllâhTabâraka wa ta'âlâ is pleased...?!"
