On june 23, br. Kaukab Siddique gave the juma khutba at
masjid Jamaat al-Muslimeen in Baltimore, Maryland.The local
imam made announcements about time and place of Eid prayer.
The congregation made funeral dua in absentia for Br. Abdur
Raheem Bailey who had accepted Islam before he died.
Br Kaukab spoke about the miracles of Hajj in the first part
of his khutba as follows:

Allah to sacrifice his son, Ismail, pbuh, and just before

religion."
The Prophet Muhammad, pbuh, gave his farewell message,
ending revenge, forbidding riba, the rights of women,

The Prophet, pbuh, asked if he had delivered the message
and the entire gathering, 100,000 Muslims, gave witness that
he had indeed delivered the message.
The pilgrims then move back to Mina, throw stones,
symbolically at the devil.
Animals are sacrificed and their meat distributed.

What is our intention in doing what we do.
We might be trying for gains and impressions in our social
context but Allah knows our real intentions.
We should test our faith by opposing oppressors and
tyrants

Stand out in the street and support justice.
Prayer without speaking for justice could mean that we want
to convince ourselves that we are religious.
Do we take risks, displease the authorities?
Do we speak out against the imprisonment of Imam Jamil and
Aafia Siddiqui and other prisoners?
Are we helping the school children of Baltimore?
The tyrant of India (Modi) is visiting the president of
USA.
Why were the Muslims of USA not asked about Modi visit?
Is it because we are silent? Why do we not speak out?
Are we trying to please ourselves that we are good

Hijabis Making Us Proud

Over the years, Nigerian Muslims girls have suffered
untoward stigmatization from non Muslim officials in
positions where they need to go through studies or trainings
of any sort. Our colleges and secondary teachers and
principals have problems to come to terms with the fact that
covering heads does not mean covering the brains.
The truth is that the villains of the above-mentioned facts
are angry that Islam is getting more pronounced in Western
institutions. They hate to see the Islamic identities in our
institutions.
For westernized Muslim parents who claim Muslim/ Islamic
schools are substandard or less competitive, this would
shock you.
The very top student here, Aminat Yusuf attended a Muslim
school for her secondary education and today has achieved an
unprecedented perfect GDP of 5.00 in law from Lagos State
University (máa Shaa Allah).
Also, Bilikis Rufai, Maryam Lawal, Modinat Olowogaba are all
among top 5 graduated with First Class in the same Lagos
State University (LASU) with 4.61, 4.57 and 4.51
respectively.
Please let's help our kids grow in their Deen ( Religion)
for this will assist them in all spheres of their lives.
Giving a child everything without religion, is giving them
nothing at all.
May Allah bless these genius and ease their affairs in life.
May He make all our children good ambassadors of Islam and

Israeli settler gangs on Sunday morning burned crops in the

like the last Ten nights of 'Ramadan' !
PROPHET MUHAMMAD ﷺ said... 'There are no days in
which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than
these ten days ! The people asked... 'Not even 'Jihad' for
the sake of Allah'...?
PROPHET MUHAMMAD ﷺ replied... 'Not even 'Jihad' for
the sake of Allah, except in the case of a man who went out
to fight giving himself and his wealth up for the cause,

PROPHET MUHAMMAD ﷺ said... 'Anyone who fasts for one
day for Allah's pleasure, Allah will keep his face away from
the hell fire for a distance covered by a journey of

The Prophet (Sal Allaahu`Alayhi wa Sallam)
used to fast on the ninth [9th] day of Dhul-Hijjah and he
said... 'Fasting on the Day of 'Arafah' Ninth
'Dhul-Hijjah' is an Expiation for (all the sins of ) the
previous year and an expiation for(all the sins of) the

#2/~ Do a LOT of 'Dhikr' and 'Takbir'... PROPHET MUHAMMAD
ﷺ said... 'There are no days on which good deeds are
greater or more beloved to Allah than on these Ten days, so
recite... 'Tahlil'[
تَهْلِيل̺] {La Ilaha ill Allah} 'Takbeer' ~ {Allahu Akbar}
'Tahmeed' ~ {Alhamdu Lillah.}'{ Source~ Ahmad ~Saheeh }
'Takbeer' at this time is a 'Sunnah' that has mostly been
forgotten, especially during the first few days. So say it
in the 'Masjid', in your home, on the street and every
place where it is permitted to remember Allah {Azza wa
Jall} Revive the 'Sunnah' that has been virtually forgotten
and earn great rewards for doing so.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD ﷺ said...
Whoever revives an aspect of my 'Sunnah' that is forgotten
after my death, he will have a reward equivalent to that
of the people who follow him, without it detracting in
the least from their reward' ! {Source ~Tirmidhi- a Hasan
Hadeeth} {Note: men should recite these phrases out loud...
and women should recite them softly}
#3/~ Stand in Night Prayers: Remember the virtues of
spending the night in prayer, and its sweetness in
'Ramadan'{?}Why not revive this beautiful act of worship
during these nights as well ?! Remember, how in the last
third of every night, Allah Almighty calls out to us, HIS
servants... ' Is there anyone to invoke ME, so that I may
respond to his invocation ? Is there anyone to ask ME,
so that I may grant him his request ? Is there anyone
seeking MY forgiveness, so that I may forgive him... ?'

#4/~ Make Sincere Repentance {!} One of the best and most
important things to do during these Ten days is to
repent sincerely to Allah and to give up all kinds of
disobedience and sin right away because we do not know when
we will die {!} and also because one evil deed leads to
another. But, what exactly does 'Repentance' mean...?It
means that you come back to Allah and give
up all the deeds, open and secret, that HE dislikes & that
you regret whatever you did in the past, giving it up
immediately and be determined never ,ever to return to it,
and resolve to adhere firmly to the Truth by doing
whatever Allah loves~ {'In Shaa Allah' ~'Aameen'~}
'But as for him who repented, believed and did righteous
deeds, then he will be among those who are successful.'{
Source 'Qur`an'~Surat ~Al-Qasas 28: A #67 }
#5/~ Return to the Qur`an It is time now to dust off your
copy of the 'Qur`an' and return to its refuge... Try and
make it a daily habit, using these 10 days for the
beginning of a strong and beautiful relationship with it .
A Little Note: Reading Surat Al-Fatiha, which doesn't take
more than two minutes will give you more than one thousand
rewards . This is on ordinary days, so what about these
magnificent days ! Certainly the reward will be far
greater...{!}{'In Shaa Allaah'}
#6/~ Generally Increase in doing ALL good deeds.We should
strive in doing more good deeds in general, because good
deeds are beloved by Allah and will bring us closer to
HIM. So if we are not able to go to 'Hajj' this year, we
should occupy ourselves during these blessed days by
worshiping Allah, praying extra Prayers,reading Qur`an,
remembering Allah , sending 'Salaams' on the Prophet (Sal
Allaahu `Alayhi wa Sallam)~ making Dua, giving charity,
honoring our parents, upholding ties of kinship, enjoining
what is good and forbidding what is evil, and other good
deeds and acts of worship.
#7/~ Get the Reward of 'Hajj' wherever you are!you may be
unable to do 'Hajj' this year, and may feel sad because you
are deprived of the great reward of 'Hajj'. But you can
achieve a similar reward wherever you may be...
PROPHET MUHAMMAD ﷺ said.. 'Whoever prays 'Fajr'
Prayer in congregation, and then sits and remembers Allah
until the sun rises, then after a while prays two (2)
Rakats, he will gain a reward equal to that of making
perfect 'Hajj'/'Umrah'.{he repeated the word Perfect three
{3} times}{ Source~At-Tirmidhi } #8/~Slaughter an Animal
and distribute the meat. ~Ibn Umar{ Allah be pleased with
him } said...The Prophet (Sal Allaahu `Alayhi wa Sallam)
lived in Medina for 10 years and every year he slaughtered

#9/~ Attend The 'Eid' Prayers. But remember that Eid prayer
is a form of worship and we should not be doing things
that are un Islamic (especially) during these times, women
going out for prayers without proper 'Hijab'{!} mixing of
men and women, etc. etc. etc.
#10/~ Gratitude to Allah {Azza wa Jall} One of the
biggest forms of worshiping Allah [Subhanahu wa Ta`ala] is
to thank HIM, deeply, sincerely and continuously...[After
all, it is HE who gave you every single thing that is in
you, on you or around you.] In fact, you wouldn't even be
here if it wasn't for the Mercy of your Creator ! {'SUBHAN
ALLAH'}
So thank HIM for Everything that HE gave you, the Islam
that HE gave you, the very Life HE gave you. and thank
HIM for the chance that HE gives you in these Ten[10] days,
to ask for forgiveness and guidance.'Alhamdulillah'~
there is much to be gained in these coming days. so make
the most of this perfect opportunity offered by these
invaluable and irreplaceable ten [10] days... ! Hasten to
do good deeds and appreciate this blessing and make the
most of it {!}'And worship your Lord until there comes unto

Seven Different Ways
Narrated By
'Umar bin Al-Khattab, r.a.:
I heard Hisham bin Hakim bin Hizam reciting Surat-al-Furqan
in a way different to that of mine. Allah's Apostle had
taught it to me (in a different way). So, I was about to
quarrel with him (during the prayer) but I waited till he
finished, then I tied his garment round his neck and seized
him by it and brought him to Allah's Apostle and said, "I
have heard him reciting Surat-al-Furqan in a way different
to the way you taught it to me." The Prophet ordered me to
release him and asked Hisham to recite it. When he recited
it, Allah s Apostle said, "It was revealed in this way." He
then asked me to recite it. When I recited it, he said, "It
was revealed in this way. The Qur'an has been revealed in
seven different ways, so recite it in the way that is easier
for you."

Celeberatng his 80 Years.
After juma prayers in Baltimore on June 23 a select
gathering of African American Islamic activsits was invited
by Nadrat Siddique to celebrate her father, Dr. Kaukab
Siddique, having reached the age of 80.
The gathering was held at a halal restaurant which is known
for its great variety of delicious food.
The brothers and sisters spoke about their concerns as
Muslims living in Baltimore.
Some spoke about the need for Muslim unity.
Some spoke of contacts with charitable activities in Senegal
and Ethiopia. One imam has just returned from Senegal.
One brother spoke about the
history of the Black community in this city.
One sister was eloquent about the growing mental suffering
and issues of the non- Muslim community.
Experts in security issues were very impressive.
Nadrat Siddique welcomed all the guests with Islamic
generosity and spirit.
At the end br. Kaukab quoted from sura hujrat that although
Allah has created men and women as well as nations and
tribes, but what matters with Allah is genuine faith, good
conduct and compassionate behavior {taqwa]..

LGBTQ Targeting Hip Hop Rapper
According to HipHopBuddha's YouTube video, Louisiana rapper
Lil' Boosie BadA** is facing felony weapons possession
charges because an informant, rapper KP2, allegedly sent a
photo to law enforcement.
The photo showed rapper Boosie with a gun in his waist while
on Instagram Live.
The video accuses the Hip Hop Police of targeting Boosie
because he is a Black man with a lot of money. The Hip Hop
Police is very real. In the 1990s, during an interview on
Hot 97 FM, in New York City, rapper KRS One, along with
others in the studio, mentioned that there was a police
vehicle outside of the station monitoring them. Police have
notoriously harassed hip hop artists, including LL Cool J,
whose earlier music includes a song titled: Illegal Search.
The song detailed an incident where police searched LL Cool
J's vehicle during a "routine" stop.
But, could rapper Boosie's legal troubles be mounting
because of his criticism of the LGBTQ community? In 2021,
he had verbal exchanges, on social media, with gay rapper
Lil' Nas X, who likes to wear pink dresses and wigs in ads
for Coach and Vitamin Water. He was also critical of
retired NBA star Dwyane Wade's transgender "daughter" Zaya
Wade, who came out at just 13 years old.
Boosie's criticism had drawn the ire of the entertainment
world. It had become so bad that Boosie's own mother had
begged him to stop but, to no avail.
Remember the Mormon Duggar family, from the reality show "19
Kids and Counting?" After eldest son Josh Duggar criticized
homosexuality, it was discovered that he molested four of
his younger sisters when he was 15 years old. He confessed
to it and received counseling. However, it was a juvenile
criminal record, which is always sealed by the courts. But,
how did his juvenile record become unsealed? The show was
subsequently canceled.
Now, Josh Duggar is doing twelve years for possession of
child pornography. Satan will use your weaknesses against
you. But, keep in mind that he manufactures evidence too,
as in the cases of the over 100,000 political prisoners in
this country, including Imam Jamil and Dr. Aafia. You don't
actually have to be guilty of anything.

Manipur on Fire
200 Churches 17 Temples Destroyed.

Nearly two months after it was convulsed by ethnic violence,
Manipur is teetering on what many believe is the brink of a
civil war.
Clashes between the majority Meitei and Kuki communities
have left more than 100 dead and over 400 wounded.
Nearly 60,000 people have been displaced and taken shelter
in some 350 camps. Some 40,000 security forces - army
soldiers, paramilitaries, police - are struggling to quell
the violence.
Only a quarter of the more than 4,000 weapons looted by mobs
from police armouries have been voluntarily returned since
the violence began.
The level of mistrust between the warring communities has
sharpened, with both accusing security forces of being
partisan.
More than 200 churches and 17 temples have been destroyed or
damaged by mobs.
Homes of local ministers and legislators have been attacked
and set on fire.
