How did the Jamaat al-Muslimeen start
By Salahuddin Abdullah
Salaams brothers and sisters. May Allah keep us on the
straight path.
For those who are not familiar with Jamaat al Muslimeen, the
reason why it was formed was because a lot of other
organizations failed in their attempts to establish a strong
Jamaat.
Here are the main reasons why it was formed.
Learn Islam directly from the Quran and Hadith.
Indigenous and immigrant Muslims work together.
Be economically independent.
Men and women are equal in the movement at all levels. Taqwa is the only criterion.
Decentralization is essential.
Work at grassroots level and invest in the support of the oppressed instead of building expensive mosques.
These are the reasons why the Jamaat was formed.

Sirajul Haq says mayor election not about PPP vs JI —
it is PPP vs Karachiites. Naeemur Rehman says PPP is hated
in Karachi over fascism to usurp rights of Karachiites. JI
leaders vow to foil all attempts by the PPP against the
mandate of Karachiites
Lahore: June 11: The Save Karachi March — taken out on
Sunday as part of countrywide protest against attempts to
manipulate mayoral election in Karachi by PPP — warned
the Sindh government that Karachiites won't compromise on
their mandate so the regime needs to mend its ways.
Tens of thousands of Karachiites took to Sharah-e-Quaideen
in protest against the fascist tactics by the Pakistan
People Party to bulldoze the mandate of the citizens as the
ruling regime in Sindh resorted to arrest elected chairmen
of union councils, belonging to the Pakistan
Tehreek-e-Insaf. The crackdown in Karachi was moved from May
9 mayhem to elected chairmen under political motives after
the party announced unconditional support for JI Karachi
chief Engr Hafiz Naeemur Rehman in the mayoral elections.
A large number of political and social activists, social
media influencers, JI workers and people belonging to all
walks of life joined the march. Participants, carrying
placards and banners, chanted slogans against the PPP's
fascist design to capture the mega city.
In his address, Sirajul Haq said that the ruling elite in
the country did only disservice to the country. The said
class looted each and every institution and sector of the
country and now they are aiming at ballot box, he said,
adding that the elite ruling class needs to know that the
time has change and they will have to face an unprecedented
resistance.
The JI supremo said that the upcoming mayor election in
Karachi is not about a contest between the PPP and the JI
— it is contest between the PPP and Karachiites.
He pleaded PPP Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari to uphold
democratic norms, values and principles by accepting the
mandate of 35 million Karachiites. Otherwise, he warned the
PPP leadership of a resistance movement across the country
and the JI is not going to let the city put on the mercy of
the PPP.
He said that the JI has a proven record of progress and
development in the city and other parts of the country. He
further said that the JI's credibility has also been
acknowledged on international forums and by international
institutions, working closely with the JI.
Sirajul Haq once again warned the PPP government to abide by
the rules and regulations and avoid any attempt to snatch
the mandate of the JI — otherwise, he said, the party
will leave no stone unturned in struggle for the securing
its mandate.
He also emphasized to transform the political system in the
country from the bases of feudalism and elitism to the bases
of social justice. He said that the Islamic values of
politics not only ensures a welfare state for its citizens
but also for other creatures as well.
Jamaat-e-Islami Sindh Ameer Muhammad Hussain Mehnati in his
address said that the city has been going through one of the
worsts phases of its history. The PPP regime ruling in Sindh
has ruined the infrastructure in the city.
The entire Sindh province has been ruined, he said, adding
that people across Sindh are looking to the activism of
Karachiites against the PPP with hope and positivity. He
further said that people across the province have held
protests against PPP in solidarity with the Karachi and
Karachiites.
JI Karachi chief Engr Hafiz Naeemur Rehman in his address
said that since the PPP realized its imminent humiliation in
the local government elections in the mega city, the party
was trying its level best to avoid holding the polls. He
further said that it was the continuous pursuit by the JI
that compelled the PPP government in Sindh to hold the
elections.
From this point, he maintained, the PPP opened another
chapter of fascism, undemocratic and anti-people tactics to
please its feudal mindset by naked attempts to snatch the
mandate of Karachiites. Unfortunately, the Election
Commission of Pakistan (ECP) played the role of A team for
the PPP when it comes to post-poll rigging, he said.
The JI stalwart made it clear that the Karachiites would not
let the PPP snatch their mandate and the JI will use all
constitutional and democratic options against the ruling
party.
Naeemur Rehman said that the PPP is hated in Karachi because
of the feudal and fascist designs the PPP used to usurp the
rights of Karachiites.

Yasir Qadhi of Texas
Dr. Fowzia made a powerful speech at the Epic Islamic center
in Plano Texas.
She had come a couple of days earlier from visiting her
sister Afia in prison after a 20 year separation.
A big crowd came to hear her and Pakistani Senator Mushtaq
Ahmad who came all the way from Pakistan to support her.
It was an impressive event but there was a down side to it.
The program mc was Yasir Qadhi who has been denounced by the
Muslim Skeptic as a clever slippery supporter of LGBTQ
homos.
His program at Epic mosque also brought out his slippery
snake side. For all these 20 years he has not cared for
Aafia Siddiqui and did not visit her although Epic is not
far from the Ft. Worth prison where Aafia was being
mistreated.
But now he behaved as if he is dying for love of Aafia. He
called on Allah with so many of His names to free Aafia. He
urged the audience to donate.
The Epic mosque is on a road where one can see the palatial
homes of some of the richest Muslims. These are not the
people who would go to visit a prison where a Muslima was
being tormented.
Yasir Qadhi easily impreses naive Muslims but this time his
double face was caught.
Please read the Muslim Skeptic to learn about Qadhi and Omar
Sulaiman and their entire facade.

Be Sagacious !
Sufyaan ath-Thawri (R.)wrote in a letter of advice to one of
his Brothers in Islam~
"...The most sagacious of the sagacious ones is he
who enters Paradise because of a sin he perpetrated...!
he places his sin before his eye, continuing to be
constantly afraid for himself...
on account of that sin until he departs from
this world and enters Paradise {!}
And the most foolish of the foolish ones is he who
enters the Hellfire on account of
a single good deed he performed {!}
he places it before his eyes...
constantly remembering it and hoping to be rewarded for it,
and in the meanwhile, he takes his sins lightly !
and he continues to remain upon that condition
until he parts from this world and enters the Hellfire {!}
My Brother, be Sagacious !
be constantly afraid for yourself on account of
your past mistakes...!
since you do not know whether or not
your Lord will punish you for them...
And you do not know what impact your sins will have
on the remainder of your life...!
Remember, that Ibraheem (Alayhis salam)
despite the fact that he was the 'Khaleel ar-Rahmaan'
(this was a position of high ranking with his Lord),
feared for himself and asked his Lord...
"O my Lord, keep me and my sons away from worshipping
idols."
(Source: Qur'an 14: A# 35)
"And Yousuf (Alayhi salaam) said...
"My Lord, cause me to die as a Muslim
(the one submitting to Your Will), and join me with the
righteous."
(Source: Qur'an, 12: A# 101)
And Moosa (alayhi salam) said...
"My Lord, For that which You have favored me,
I will never more be a helper for the 'Mujrimun'
(criminals, disobedient to Allah, polytheists, sinners,
etc)"
(Source: Qur'an, 28: A# 17)
And Shu'aib (alayhi salam) said...
"And it is not for us to return to it unless Allah,
our Lord, shall will."
(Source: Qur'an 7: A # 89)
All of these Prophets of Allah feared for themselves so
imagine the degree to which we should fear for
ourselves...!

Hadith of the Week
Narrated by Sa`d:
The Prophet (ﷺ) visited me at Mecca while I was ill.
I said (to him), "I have property; May I bequeath all my
property in Allah's Cause?" He said, "No." I said, "Half of
it?" He said, "No." I said, "One third of it?" He said,
"One-third (is alright), yet it is still too much, for you'd
better leave your inheritors wealthy than leave them poor,
begging of others. Whatever you spend will be considered a
Sadaqa for you, even the mouthful of food you put in the
mouth of your wife. Anyhow Allah may let you recover, so
that some people may benefit by you and others be harmed by
you."
A two-year-old Palestinian boy has died four days after
being shot in the head by Israeli forces.
Mohammed Tamimi and his father were shot while leaving their
home in Nabi Saleh, in the occupied West Bank.
The Israel military said its soldiers opened fire while in
pursuit of two gunmen who had earlier shot at a nearby
Jewish settlement.
In a statement after the incident, the military added that
it regretted harm to "non-combatants".
Palestinian activist and journalist Bilal Tamimi - who was
also injured - said that the Israeli army was waiting to
ambush a car at the entrance to Nabi Saleh and opened fire
as it approached.
Extremist Hindus are trying to stamp out the remains of
democracy and freedom of expression.
The latest news is that crowds of Hindus, in the thousands,
came out to protest after three underage Muslim children
were spotted carrying portraits of one time Mughal emperor
Aurangzeb.
When the mob found no one resisting them, they starting
vandalizing Muslim shops and then
homes. Police came out but did little to control the angry
crowds.
Top officials came out to condemn anyone who would praise
Aurangzeb. They insisted that only Shivaji, the terrorist
who fought Aurangzeb, should be praised.
All the officials spoke in favor of the crowds
activities.
