ON THE PASSING OF PERVEZ MUSHARRAF

The former dictator of my country, Pervez Musharraf is dead.
Among his other ignominies .
- Musharraf turned a Muslim woman scientist, Dr. Aafia
Siddiqui, over to the CIA, to be raped, tortured, and
brutalized, her children forcibly removed from her and
separately imprisoned. She was ultimately sentenced to 86
years in prison for a crime she could not have
committed;
- Musharraf turned over the Islamabad-based Taliban
ambassador, Mullah Abdus Salaam Zaeef, never mind his
diplomatic status, to the U.S. The soft spoken, scholarly
ambassador was then sent to the U.S. torture center at
Guantanamo Bay and held for 4½ years before being released.
He was never charged nor tried.
- During the early years of the WOT ("War on Terror"),
Musharraf allowed the U.S. to put out a dragnet to seize all
manner of innocents from Pakistani soil. These men and boys,
including some as young as 14, were sent to secret prisons,
where they endured horrific torture. Many of these were sent
on to the U.S. torture center at Guantanamo Bay, where they
were held for indefinite periods, without charge or trial,
deprived of counsel.
- Post 9-11, Musharraf subverted Pakistan's economy to serve
the U.S. WOT.
- Musharraf ordered the military assault and siege of Lal
Masjid, a major mosque in Islamabad, which he perceived to
be too hard line. He ordered the murder of its imam. The
imam's mother and numerous other members of the mosque were
also killed in the assault.
- In conjunction with the Lal Masjid assault, Musharraf
ordered the Pakistan Army to attack Jamia Hafsa, an Islamic
seminary for young Muslim women. Jamia Hafsa was contiguous
to, and associated with Lal Masjid. Large numbers of Jamia
Hafsa students were detained. Many of these "disappeared"
indefinitely.
- Musharraf authorized the Pakistan Military to conduct the
aerial bombardment of hundreds of mosques in the
Northwestern frontier of Pakistan, setting off what became
known as the Waziristan War.
- Musharraf authorized unfettered use of Pakistani air space
by the U.S., allowing the latter to conduct thousands of
drone strikes across the Pakistani frontier, as well as in
Afghanistan. These resulted in the deaths of thousands of
Pakistani and Afghan civilian deaths.
I, for one, will not be mourning Pervez Musharraf. He can
most charitably be characterized as an imperialist sycophant
and king of munafiqs. The pain of his medical treatment for
amyloidosis will pale in comparison to what Allah (AWJ) has
in store for this war criminal. Inshallah.

Hasakeh and al-Raqqa.

In the latest fighting in Waziristan, 3 security men were
killed and 22 injured.
The massacre of 100 policemen earlier week by a human
Islamic bomber is still a mystery.
How did the bomber penetrate two high security lines, waited
till the police lined up for prayers and then blews up the

On February 7, 2023, LeBron James had broken the scoring
record of NBA legend Kareem Abdul Jabbar. The countdown to
this event began two years ago!
This record had been held for over thirty years by Kareem
Abdul-Jabbar. At the time of Abdul-Jabbar's retirement, he
scored 38,387 points, which left the late Wilt Chamberlain's
31,419 points a distant second on the list. On February
7th, LeBron scored 38,390 points.
While everyone was effusively praising LeBron James, who
calls himself King James or The Chosen One, there was one
particular player who refused to join in...
Enes Kanter Freedom, a National Basketball Association (NBA)
free agent, has been a longtime adversary and critic of
LeBron James. Enes added Freedom to his surname when he
became an American citizen in November 2021. He is a Gulen
Movement supporter and has been very critical of Turkey's
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
He has accused the Turkish government of harassing him and
his family. His Turkish passport and citizenship were
rescinded in 2017. Allegedly, as of January 10, 2023, he is
on Turkey's "Most Wanted" terrorist list with a $500,000
bounty put on him.
Until 2022, Enes Freedom was an active NBA player and
extremely vocal in his efforts to draw attention to the
plight of the Uighur Muslims in China, among other things.
He has been critical of the NBA's business dealings with
China, as well as NBA players, such as LeBron, who are
sponsored by companies that have benefited from these Muslim
slave camps, such as Nike.
When "King James" became the new scoring points leader Enes
Freedom's Twitter response was the following:

It's no wonder why a player as talented as Enes Freedom,
with decent scoring ability, can no longer find a team that
will take him!
Interesting how the NBA supported Enes Freedom's First
Amendment rights when he was critical of Turkey but, seemed
to have turned against him once he became critical of the
league's relationship with China, in spite of concrete
evidence of its concentration camp.
Various sports media outlets remarked that Enes Freedom's
time in the NBA might be coming to an end because of his
strong stance against the oppressive Chinese government.
NBA Commissioner Adam Silver denies Enes Freedom is being
spurned by the league.

How is it possible for us to gain 'Al-Khushoo' (Humility )
in and outside of the prayer and during recitation of the
'Qur`an' ?

'Al-Khushoo' is the
essence and core of the prayer... !
and it means the presence and attendance
of the Heart !
And that the heart of the person who is
praying does not wander left and right.
However ...
if the person senses something that will divert him
away from (this) 'Al-Khushoo' ...
then he must seek refuge with Allah from the
outcast 'shaitan' just as the
Prophet [Sallallahu `Alayhi Wasallam ]
instructed us to do !
And there is no doubt that the 'shaitan' is
extremely assiduous upon spoiling all acts
of worship especially the 'Salah' which is the
most superior act of worship after the
two Testimonies.
Thus, the 'shaitan' comes to the 'Musalli'
(praying individual) and says, or whispers
'Remember this and that'... {!}
and he causes him to indulge in thoughts
and ideas that are of
no benefit and which leave his head as soon
as he concludes from the prayer...{!}
Therefore, it is upon a person that he
strives with the
utmost ambition to devote himself towards
Allah the Mighty and Majestic {!}
and if he feels anything from these misgivings and devilish
insinuations to seek refuge with
Allah from the outcast 'shaitan'
whether he is Raki' (bowing), in the
'Tashahhud', sitting, or standing
or in any position from his prayer...!
Lastly from the greatest means that will aid
one in attaining Al-Khushoo' in the prayer
is that he Visualizes himself standing in
front of Allah and that he is confiding in
his Lord ALLAH {Subhanahu wa Ta` ala.}

Terrible Earthquakes & Muslim Response.
Tyree Nichols embraced Islam.
On February 10, Br. Kaukab Siddique gave the Juma Khutba at
Masjid Jamaat al-Muslimeen in Baltimore.
After prayers, the masjid Imam announced that Tyre Nichols
had embraced Islam before he was murdered in Memphis. The
community then held salatul janaza ghaibana for him.
The main points of br. Kaukab's khutba were as follows

The earthquake has brought terrible suffering to the
people of Turkey and northern Syria.
However the western media are not showing the strong
faith of the people of the two countries. Each time a
survivor is brought out from under the rubble, the people
chant Allahu Akbar.
Muslims have overcome even worse suffering than this in
Iraq and parts of Syria owing to attacks by NATO and
Iran.
Qur'an warns us that one day this whole world will
collapse like this, so we should not get too attached to our
worldly possessions.
Part 2.
Our masjid is doing very well but we should also look at
our weaknesses.
We should be outgoing and focus on da'wah
America is holding more than two million people in its
prisons and 5 million of their relatives are affected by
this situation and many more indirectly.
This is a form of slavery and we should support the
prisoners' needs as much as we can.
The blatant murder of Tyre Nichols in Memphis is very
revealing. The media seldom go into the details of police
brutality but this time they are going into it full blast
because these victimizing police are Black.
They do'nt tell the public that the defense minister who
is launching
attacks on Muslims in Afica is also Black.
We must learn that we are against all oppressors, not
against any race.
Conclusion:
without our sisters we cannot be an Islamic movement.
AYESHA, may Allah be pleased with her, freed numerous
captives. She even went on the battlefield.
Here in America we had a great Christian woman, Harriet
Tubman, who freed many slaves.
Women are essential to any genuine movement.
May Allah forgive our sins and shortcomings.

The death toll from the earthquakes in Turkey and
northwestern Syria has gone past 33,000 as rescue efforts
continue.
The number of deaths in Turkey rose to 29,605 on Sunday,
while more than 4,500 people have died in Syria.

Mass March against New Taxes & Inflation

LAHORE/Gujrat: February 11: Jamaat-e-Islami Emir Sirajul Haq
has rejected the government agenda to impose new taxes
amounting to Rs170 billion on the masses, saying the poor
people are no longer ready to render sacrifices for the
pleasure and protocols of the ruling elite.
"We will not accept further taxes or mini-budget," he said
while addressing a public gathering in Gujrat on Saturday on
the second day of the three-day Awami March against
inflation and the government's anti-poor policies.
He said the PDM, the PPP and the PTI troika failed to bring
relief to the masses despite their tall claims and
promises.
The ruling parties, he said, were responsible for the
destruction of the economy and the miseries of the common
man. He said the PDM and the PPP had taken out long marches
against inflation before coming to power in April last year.
He added that they made as hell the lives of the poor and
middle class.
The second phase of the three-day march was concluded at
Gujrat, where large number of people, including women,
participated in the rally. The march would conclude on
Sunday with a mass meeting at Rawalpindi's Liaqat Bagh.
The JI chief said the poor people would no longer be ready
to render sacrifices for the ruling elite's pleasures and
protocols. The PPP and the PML-N, he said, have been in
power for decades and the PTI has also been the ruling club
since 2013, as the party ruled the KPK for almost 10
years.
"I want to ask the troika what they had done for the
betterment of masses. Tell your performance to the people
instead of making more claims."
The rulers, he said, should sacrifice their looted money and
properties instead of sucking the poor's blood.
Haq rejected the IMF conditions, ridiculing the ruling PDM
and the PPP that if the decisions had to be made by the
global lender, what was the logic of the political parties
to pose themselves as the rulers of the country.
He said the incumbent government's policies were the
continuation of the PTI. The trio, he said, was the agent of
the status quo as their economic policies revolved around
the debt-servicing.
He said the JI would fight for the rights of the people and
was ready to challenge the politics of the tested
parties.
Haq also asked the PPP to accept the JI mandate in Karachi.
He said the JI will give the new mayor to Karachi, warning
the ruling parties not to create hurdles in its way.
He also called for general elections all over the country,
saying the political parties must initiate dialogue for
transparent, free and fair polls
We Stand with Uighur Chinese Muslims
Canada's parliament on Wednesday unanimously passed a motion
to take in 10,000 Uyghur refugees who fled China but are now
facing pressure to return.
The move builds on a February 2021 move by Canadian
lawmakers to label Beijing's treatment of Uyghurs and other
Turkic Muslims in its northwestern Xinjiang territory as
genocide.
Rights groups believe at least one million Uyghurs and other
mostly Muslim minorities have been incarcerated in
internment camps in the region, where China is also accused
of forcibly sterilising women and imposing forced labor.
Tens of thousands have fled.
And according to backbench MP Sameer Zuberi, who sponsored
the motion, at least 1,600 have been detained in other
countries at China's behest or forcibly repatriated.
At a news conference Zuberi noted that Prime Minister Justin
Trudeau and his cabinet voted in support of the motion,
signaling the government's "intent to make this happen" even
though it is nonbinding.
