Salaams In my analysis of the shoora meeting, I thought the
topics were excellent especially about Hindutva.
I think Muslims as a whole don't understand what these
racist Hindus are saying and doing. We must counteract what
they are doing.
Also the situation in Ethiopia which Sister Ashira talked
about was good.
Overall Sis. Khadija and everyone gave a good
presentation.
As for the situation here in Denver. The Muslims are pretty
much in the same situation as the other communities across
the country. The masjid that I attend , the Imam who is a
brother from Egypt is trying to do some positive things. He
believes the masjid must be independent financially. He also
is aware of the corrupt governments in the Middle East
especially his native Egypt

As salaam alaikim to the members of this Shoorah on behalf
of my husband and myself and the Ummah of Roxbury
Correctional Institution. We send blessings upon the
Prophet (SAW), the family of Muhammad, and His Companions
(R.A).
The message my husband wishes to convey is this. Seeking
knowledge is obligatory upon every Muslim. About 90% of
incarcerated Muslims convert/revert to Islam while in
prison. Having ACCESS, however, to people of knowledge is
very, very limited. Muslim inmates are often afraid to learn
the Deen from books for fear of being misguided from their
own isolated understanding of what is being read or fear of
being misguided by others. This difficulty often results
from having no one in real time to discuss and to ask
pertinent questions for better understanding and making
correct decisions. It is our Sunnah to discuss with other
learned Muslims upon making decisions. The Prophet (SAW)
practiced this in the Shoorahs of His time as instructed in
the speech of Allah (SWT) 3:159. .". . And consult them in
affairs (of moment). Then, when thou hast Taken a decision,
put thy trust in Allah. For Allah loves those who put their
trust (in Him). "
How can one increase in knowledge and deepen one's practice
and understanding of the Deen WITHOUT access to those who
know better? (i.e. Sheikhs, Imams, Students of knowledge,
etc). There is a serious, serious need and desire to learn
Fiqh and Fatawas but how?
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
Be accessible via phone for questions and/or
explanations
Be available to take released persons to facilitate them
getting to a Masjid or Mosque to perform the 2 rakats
Donations of updated books from verified bookstores or
businesses. Some facilities will allow you to send books
personally and directly to a member of the Ummah who is
incarcerated and some will not. You must contact the facilty
directly to find out. Roxbury institution only allows books
to be mailed from businesses or other institutions. Western
Correctional Institution, for example, in Cumberland,
Maryland does allow direct person mailings
Volunteer to come in and speak to the imprisoned Ummah
(i.e. classes, khutbahs, halaqas, or just to give words of
inspiration). This gives our Brothers and Sisters hope. As
Muslims we are never to give up hope!
Contact the Chaplain (who is usually Christian or of some
other interfaith tradition and almost never versed in Islam.

come in and address the Ummah
Donate new Qurans and dates via contacting the Chaplain
(who can also inform you of who the current Imam is as well)
at anytime during the year and not just during Ramadhan

accumulate Barakhats by paying for an inmate to enroll that
cannot afford it. It is imperative here to note that IF an
inmate has the PRIVILEGE to work, Most jobs in prison only
pays $30 a month. If an Islamic Correspondence course costs
$20 and the Brother/ Sister is only making $30 to cover
commissary food, sick call slips to see the doctor (which is
a standard $2 each slip) and other essentials such as phone
usage ($15 minimum deposit), again, paying to get access to
proper knowledge of our religion will NOT be a priority as
money is ALWAYS a challenge to cover one's basic needs
Offer Probono or by donation Legal Assistance . . .
What we are saying here in conclusion is that the
incarcerated Ummah needs YOU. EVERY OTHER segragated group
in prison (Christians, Jews, whites, Asians, etc) have
outside, RESPECTED AND INFLUENCIAL support. The incarcerated
Muslim Ummah does NOT get such support from the "outside"
and definitely not from any administration. No one is asking
for money or for anything haram. We have an obligation to
help our Brothers and Sisters who are oppressed and yearning
to grow closer to Allah Ta'ala. Help by offering a bit of
your time whenever possible to help someone deepen their
understanding and practice of our beautiful and perfect
religion.
May we be amongst the righteously guided and in turn
righteously guide others. May Allah Aza wa jal give us ease
and Sabr and soften our hearts and expand our chests to help
those in our incarcerated Ummah. Ameen.

Who is Sis. Ashira Naim? America's Most Distinguished Muslimah.
She participated in the October 23 shoora as in all previous
shooras but is too humble to write about herself.
We will publish only the facts about this hijabi sister
without praise or comments.
She has been to Ethiopia seven times, alone, to help the
needy
families with children. She has a following there.
Decades back she learned about Islam from the teachings
of the Hon. Elijah Muhammad whom she helped for years.
She joined the movement of Imam W.D. Muhammad when he
took the Sunni path.
She moved from Texas to Baltimore, Maryland and helped
set up Masjid Jamaat al-Muslimeen.
She was the first Muslim woman in America to struggle for
the equal rights of women in mosques within the domain of
Sunnah. Often she would be the only woman in mosques which
were dominated by men.
She stood for the rights of Muslims after 9.11 when
Muslims were being arrested at random; she was standing in
the streets with Muslim brothers to protest.
She often stood for the rights of the Blind Shaikh [Dr.
Omar Abdel Rahman] openly protesting near the building in
New York where his "trial" was going on.
She has helped new converts to Islam and preached Islam
to Christians. She works against drugs and intoxicants.
She constantly helps the ongoing process of juma khutbas
in Masjid jamaat al-Muslimeen while strictly following the
separation of men and women in the masjid.

The incurable evils of the Hindu psyche
Humanity, equality, fraternity, freedom and basic human
rights do not work in the psyche of a typical Indian Hindu.
In Muslim history, the pre-Islamic Arabs are known as the
people of ignorance (jaheliya). They were idolaters, too.
They are assumed to be the worst people in Arab history. But
if compared objectively, they were much better than today's
Indian Hindus. Among the pre-Islamic Arabs, no section of
people were labelled as untouchables. But in India, about
200 million people are labelled as untouchables and kept out
of the ladder of social, economic and political
advancement.
Such a crime is unthinkable in a civilized society. It is
more toxic and inhuman than racism. Racism is a great crime;
but it doesn't render anyone untouchable -as done by the
Hindu caste system. But such an evil practice is the part
and parcel of the Hindu psyche. And it remains perpetually
incurable. It is indeed a matter of great danger that the
non-Hindu minorities have to live in the midst of such a
highly toxic religious faith. In such a hostile milieu, the
Muslims, the Christians and the untouchables happen to be
the helpless victims.
Such caste-based division, segregation and hatred were never
the parts of the pre-Islamic Arab culture. But these are
sanctioned by Hindu religion, therefore enjoy religious
sanctity and encouragement. In those pre-Islamic days, the
Arab idolaters used to live peacefully with the Jews, the
Christians and the believers of other faiths. The Arab
widows never had to be burnt alive with the dead husband -as
was practiced by the Hindus even in mid-nineteen century.
Awfully, such a practice of extreme cruelty never touched
the psyche of Hindu reformers. Even the poet Rabindranath
Tagore -a Nobel laurate wrote a verse eulogizing such
cruelty of satidah (burning alive of widows). Such
barbarity could be stopped only by the non-Hindu rulers
-firstly by the Muslims and then by the British.
The European disease
During the Muslim rule in India, the communal violence
against the people of any faith was unknown. It started only
after the occupation of India by the colonial British. The
British arrived to India not only with the military might
but also with the European moral disease of genocidal
massacres based on faith, race and localism. Millions of
Europeans were killed in the wars between the Catholics and
the Protestants.
But in India, wars used to take place only between the royal
inheritors and the dynasties but not between the people of
different faiths. Both Muslims and Hindus were free to take
side in favour of any of the warring parties. Many Hindu
soldiers and generals worked soldier to soldier with the
Muslims in the Muslim armies. In Moghul Armies, many of the
top generals were Hindu. In the Army of Nawab Sirajuddowla,
-the last ruler of Bengal, many of the generals were Hindu.
So, in those days, wars seldom took place between the Hindus
and the Muslims.
But after the occupation of India, the British identified
Muslims as their perpetual enemies. They took Hindus as the
partner in their war on Muslims and Islam. The war was
inclusive. It was a war on Muslims' faith, politics,
economy, education and culture. The aim was to keep Muslim
subjugated.
The war on Muslims continues
The British has left India in 1947 but the war on Muslims
continues under the leadership of Hindutva forces that now
occupy the driving seats of almost all main Indian political
parties. So-called secular Indian National Congress and the
recently formed Aam Admi Party led by Arwind Kejriwal are
not any exception. Most of the Hindus are now embedded with
this toxic Hindutva ideology. This is why, BJP doesn't need
a single Muslim vote to get a landslide election victory.
Whereas, about 15 percent population of India are Muslim.
And in some important states like Uttar Pradesh and Bihar,
the Muslims population is more than 20 percent. In the West
Bengal and Kerala it is about 30 percent. And in Assam, the
Muslims population are about 40 percent.
It is totally wrong to believe that the persecution of the
Muslim minorities is only the policy of RSS (Rashtiya Sevak
Sangh)-BJP (Bharat Janata Party)-VHP (Vishu Hindu Parisad)
axis. In fact, it was started by the Indian National
Congress even before the independence of India in 1947. For
example, the Kolkata massacre of about 5,000 Muslims on 16
August 1946 and on later days was the works of the so-called
secular Congress party thugs. The carnage was engineered on
the occasion of Muslim League's Direct Action Day for
Pakistan. While the unarmed Muslims were returning from a
mammoth public gathering in Kolkata's historic Gorer Mat
ground were attacked and killed by the Hindutva elements.
Even the shanty Muslim neighbourhoods of Kolkata were burnt
down. Even the Muslim women and children were not spared in
that genocidal massacre. Hundreds of Muslim women were raped
and thrown in the blazing flame of the burning houses. The
carnage that started in Kolkata later-on snowballed all over
India.
The BJP-RSS are not the only perpetrators
When Indian Congress came to power in 1947, the first
government-engineered genocidal campaign against Muslims was
launched in Hyderabad in the month of September to October
in1948. It was a war of occupation against the Muslim ruler
of Hyderabad. About 200, 000 Muslims were killed in that
pogrom. According to the Sunderlal Committee report,
produced by the Indian government, the civilian death toll
was about 40,000. After every anti-Muslim genocide, it is a
common ploy of the Indian government to make a committee to
downsize the amount of carnage. Therefore, even a government
estimate of 40,000 is huge. The actual number must be many
folds higher.
The historic Babri mosque in city Ayudhya was dismantled in
1992. Such a huge crime was committed in broad daylight when
Nar Seema Rao of Indian National Congress was the Prime
Minister of India. He didn't do anything to prevent such a
horrendous crime. About 150,000 RSP-VHP cadres could
assemble around the Babri mosque with the known criminal
motive in the presence of the police. Prime Minister Rao
showed his visible inaction and enjoyed the destruction of
the mosque on the TV screen. What a disgrace that a single
man was not punished for such a huge crime. The Indian
Supreme Court appeased the stakeholders of the crime by
granting them the huge land of the Babri mosque premise.
This is indeed Indian way of appeasing the criminals. It
shows, whenever a crime is committed against the Muslims,
the government, the police, the judiciary are ready to
condone it. The Indian history is full of such events.
In 1983, a huge genocidal carnage took place in Nellie in
Assam. About 10,000 Muslims were killed. More than a dozen
of Muslim villages were totally burnt down. Men, women and
children were massacred. At that time, Rajeev Gandhi of
Indian Congress was the Prime Minister. He didn't punish a
single killer. He made a deal of appeasement with the party
of perpetrators.
During Rajeev Gandhi's Congress rule, the Sikh people were
also badly massacred in 1984. About 10,000 Sikhs were
killed; of them 3,000 were killed in the capital city of
Delhi. If the Congress government had an iota of interest to
stop the carnage, it had enough means to stop that. But
Rajeev Gandhi's government decided to stay out of
action.
The Hindutva toxicity runs deeper
In India, riots never happen if not planned and orchestrated
by the party in power. Even many Indian intellectuals and
politicians believe it. The Hindutva venom runs very high
not only in RSS cadres but also in the mind of the people
placed in higher levels in the department of police,
judiciary and government administration. They are no less
anti-Muslim than the RSS cadres. Hence, when an anti-Muslim
carnage starts, the police and the government administration
stay deliberately inactive and allow the criminals to
continue their crime as per their wish. This is why the
Gujrat genocide in 2002 could continue for about a week
unabated. In those days, Narendra Modi -the current Indian
Prime Minister was the Chief Minister of the Gujrat state.
He maintained a policy of inaction against the
perpetrators.
The policy of de-empowerment of the Muslims
The Indian government also runs a multi-prong strategy to
keep the Indian Muslims de-empowered, de-mobilized and
de-organized. Recently, the government banned a Muslim
organization named Popular Front of India (PFI). The ban was
imposed on the ground that the organization is threat to the
security of the Indian state. Whereas the PFI was working
for promotion of education and building awareness among the
Muslims. Whereas the organizations of Hindu priests that
openly declare the genocidal cleansing of Muslims are
allowed to operate freely.
In the past, Students' Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) was
banned. The allegation was the same. SIM was blamed to have
an anti-state design. Whereas SIMI was working to encourage
the Muslim students to engage in Indian politics as its
rightful citizens and to take part in educational and
intellectual reawakening of the Muslims.
Omar Khaled -a scholar, researcher and human rights activist
has been put behind the bar since 2020. His bail application
is repeatedly denied. He was active in organizing Muslims in
protest rallies against Modi government's Citizenship
Amendment Act (CAA) and National Registration of Citizen
(NRC) in Delhi. Khaled's speech describing RSS and Hindu
Mahashaba as the British agents is labelled as a crime.
Whereas many leftist Hindu intellectuals tell the same. Omar
Khaled is considered a threat to the Indian state. And his
crime is labelled unbailable.
The old strategy in operation
Now it implies that every effort to empower, educate and
awaken Muslims is perceived as a threat to the security of
the state of India. Here Islamophobia and Muslim phobia work
heavily in the Hindu psyche. Every Muslim appears to them as
potential enemy. Therefore, obstructing every avenue of
Muslims' resurgence and empowerment is the prime policy of
the Indian government. The Muslims are not allowed to grow
up equal citizens. They are labelled as progenies of the
foreign invaders. However, this is not new. It is the
clearly stated old strategy of all Hindutva ideologues of
the past. Such an anti-Muslim strategy was pronounced and
fiercely propagated by Savarkar, Golwalkar and Hedgewar -the
original gurus of RSS-BJP politics. In fact, the ruling
RSS-BJP-VHP axis is doing everything to implement that old

Damascus
Assad artillery fire continued on Idlib villages. In
response Fath al-Mubeen Islamic group used mortar fire in
destroy an Assad demolition machine in western Aleppo area.
Clashes are also reported in Lattakia province,
Assad militiaman killed in ISIS land mine explosion in
eastern Hama province.
Four Russian helicopters brought Assad troops to Palmyra air
base.
Russian air strikes are continuing using thermite cluster
bombs, Steady increase of ISIS casualties.
ISIS attacks continue in the eastern syrian deserts . SOHR
reports 29 Assad troops and 6 Iranian backed militia were
killed in these attacks while ISIS lost 7 killed.
ISIS human bombers have entered Deraa province. In Jasim
area of Deraa, they killed 3 commanders who had linked up
with Assad.
On Al-Saboura area near Damascus, ISIS used an IED to blow
up a military bus killing 24 Assad troops.
SOHR is very concerned by the resurgence of Islamic State
groups though they are hunted by both Russia and the US.

Russian President Vladimir Putin showed no regrets for the
war against Ukraine, insisting it was going to plan as he
played down any nuclear standoff with the West, while both
sides prepared for what could be a key battle in Kherson in
Ukraine's south.
Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, a close ally of Putin, said
23 of his soldiers were killed and 58 wounded in a Ukrainian
artillery attack this week. The comments were unusual given
that pro-Moscow forces have rarely admitted to major
battlefield losses.
Russian attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure were
forcing electricity cuts in the capital, Kyiv, and other
places, officials said.
"Shelling will not break us - to hear the enemy's anthem on
our land is scarier than the enemy's rockets in our sky,"
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in a video
address.
In Kherson, Ukrainian forces killed 44 Russian servicemen in
the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian military said in a Facebook
post. It also said Ukrainian forces destroyed an ammunition
depot and a hangar with equipment.
The Russian defence ministry, which said its forces had
repelled attempted Ukrainian advances in the east, said it
had destroyed a Ukrainian military factory producing solid
rocket fuel, explosives and gunpowder near the town of
Pavlohrad in the Dnipropetrovsk region. It said it had also
shot down a Ukrainian air force Mi-8 helicopter.
A senior Russian government official raised the possibility
that Russia could shoot down Western commercial satellites
being used to help Ukraine's war effort.
Russian-installed authorities in Ukraine's occupied region
of Zaporizhia ordered phone checks on residents, announcing
the implementation of military censorship under Russia's
martial law decree.

after eating.
PROPHET ﷺ would be in the service of his family when
at home.
never would he become angry because of something
personal.
PROPHET ﷺ used to repair his own sandals
and mend his own torn clothes.
PROPHET ﷺ would milk his goat himself for his own
family, & would feed his own camel.
PROPHET ﷺ used to eat with his servants,
sit in the company of the poor people,
and he would personally take care of the needs
of widows and orphans.
PROPHET ﷺ would be the one to initiate
the greeting when meeting people.
PROPHET ﷺ would respond to the
humblest of invitations.
PROPHET ﷺ lived a very modest lifestyle,
a man of soft manners, naturally kind,
easy to get along with,
having a pleasant smile on his face,
gracefully humble, extremely generous
but not wasteful, soft-hearted and gentle in his dealings
with each and every Muslim,
lowering the wings of humility to the believers, bearing
their companionship in such
a gentle way.

What is our message?

I could give only a little of this message in the Shoora;
here is the rest of it:
"We send down {stage by stage} in the Qur'an that which is a
healing and a mercy to those who believe: to the oppressors
it causes nothing but loss after loss." [The Qur'an
17:82.]
Our existence as Muslims is unthinkable without the example
[Sunnah] of the Prophet, pbuh. The wudu [ablution] we carry
out to prepare for prayer is from his hadith, as are the
raka'as for our five prayers and the way we line up.
Similarly, all the way from marriage to child up bringing,
to the way we speak, the food we can eat and the way we eat,
to diplomacy, war, town planning, birth and death
ceremonies, celebrations and mourning, all are from the way
of the Prophet, pbuh.
Our way of life is sacred. The people among whom we live
[Americans] are secularized. They ridicule even Moses, pbuh,
and Jesus, pbuh, whom they claim are their leaders.
We must stand firm and not compromise on the honor and
respect of the Prophet, pbuh. We are willing to engage those
in civil discourse who question Islam, but those who
ridicule and trivialize the Prophet, pbuh, his family,
wives, his companions are our enemies.
Remember that most Americans, and most non-Muslims, do not
know anything about Islam and certainly nothing about
Muhammad, pbuh, the best of men, and Ayesha, r.a., the best
of women.
So don't get upset with ordinary people. Tell them about the
Prophet, pbuh, and why we love him. Give them passages from
the Qur'an and hadith. Show them that there is no compulsion
in Islam and Muslims are not fighting anyone owing to
religious differences. We respect all religions and all
humans and all creatures.
Muslims have not invaded anyone's land. They have invaded
our lands. Non-Muslims burn the Qur'an. We don't burn their
books. They have stolen Palestine by force of arms. They
have been looting Africa. They invaded Afghanistan and Iraq.
They use drones to kill thousands of innocent people. We
obey the laws of America. They enter our countries and try
to destroy our laws.
Be aware of the brainwashing being done 24/7 by the
corporate/Zionist media. Read The Autobiography of Malcolm X
to understand brainwashing when he tried to straighten out
his hair.
All these atrocity stories are war time propaganda. Ask for
verifiable evidence. All this nonsense about "sex slaves"
and mass killings are a bunch of garbage. What the Zionists
and Imperialists do, they want to tell Americans that
Muslims do it. Beware, beware.
Atrocity stories are spread by the media to convince
Americans that Muslim fighters are SUBHUMAN. Once the public
is convinced that Muslims are subhuman, any crime can be
committed against Muslims. USA's B-1 bombers slaughtered
Muslims, their drones wiped out villages, and they call the
mujahideen "terrorists."
In slavery times, the slavers convinced their children that
Black people were subhuman. Later during lynching, they
would take their children to see hanging Black men, with
their bowels coming out, and they called it "pic nic."
The cartoons of the Prophet, pbuh, have shown how much many
of the French and Europeans hate Islam. They see their
youths embracing Islam and it drives them crazy.
America's Muslims can be a power to stop the wars against
our Ummah and to drive the Jews out of Palestine. We are
about 6 to 9 million [estimated] but the oppressors have
planted agent cliques among us. We call them the FOUR LETTER
organizations. They strictly follow what the White House
signals.
These munafiqoon are controlling many funded mosques. These
"Muslims" are quite willing to espouse lgbtq after the
ruling clique said it was okay. They blindly accept what the
media say.
Beware! Beware! Be non-violent. Do not break the law of the
land, but speak the truth. Denounce the cartoonists and all
those who support those devils who insult the Prophet,

Iran October 27 saw further anti-regime protests - which
have now been recorded in all 31 provinces of the
country.
Earlier, security forces clamped down on crowds which had
gathered to mourn the death of teenager Nika Shakarami -
appearing to fire tear gas as protesters threw stones.
Last month, Shakarami was found dead 10 days after she was
filmed burning her headscarf at a demonstration.
Reports suggest several demonstrators have died at the hands
of security forces in the past days.

Holocoust Memorial interfering in Ethiopia.
We have received a video which indicates that Holocaust
memorial is trying to create serious division in Ethiopia by
claiming that Tigray province is facing genocide,
However the video gives details which indicate that Tigray
is not only strong and mobilized but has been attacking two
convoys of government troops.
It is a civil war but it is certainly not genocide. Perhaps
the Holocaust Memorial, which is supported by Israel, would
like foreign western interference in Ethiopia.
The video apparently has emanated from South Africa.
