It was like a thunderclap from Russia. President Putin of
Russia spoke clearly and unambiguously against blasphemy
aimed at Prophet Muhammad [pbuh]. He said that such attacks
against the prophet, pbuh, were not freedom of expression
but violation of religious freedom.
Even more amazing was President Putin's implication that the
Muslim fighters who attacked Charlie Hebdo and his vicious
cartoons were doing the right thing.
Putin said artistic freedom should not infringe on other
freedoms. (Reuters)
Russian President Vladimir Putin has said insulting Prophet
Muhammad does not count as freedom of expression.
Insults to the prophet are a "violation of religious freedom
and the violation of the sacred feelings of people who
profess Islam,", Putin said on Thursday during his annual
news conference, Russian News Agency TASS reported.
Putin also criticized posting photos of Nazis on websites
such as the one titled the Immortal Regiment dedicated to
Russians that died in World War Two.
Putin said these acts give rise to extremist reprisals,
citing as an example the attack on the editorial office of
Charlie Hebdo magazine in Paris after its publication of
cartoons of the prophet."
Contrast Putin with France's Macron

While praising artistic freedom in general, Putin said it
has its limits and it should not infringe on other
freedoms.
Russia has evolved as a multi-ethnic and multi-confessional
state, so Russians, he said, are used to respecting each
other's traditions.
In some other countries, this respect comes in short supply,
Putin said."

moving against all cartoonists committing blasphemy.
The movement has great vitality as its leader had memorized
the poetry of Iqbal and recited it in public to arouse the
masses,
America faced defeat in Afghanistan . President Biden
realized that America had spent trillions of dollars but
theTaliban had grown stronger than ever. If America spent
another trillion, it would have the same fate as the Soviet
Union. USA abandoned a million weapons and fled.
ISIS is resurrecting in Syria and Iraq despite years of
bombing by the US, Britain, Canada, Jordan and Australia.
France is stuck in West Africa and al-Qaida now controls
vast areas in Mali, Niger and Burkina Faso. France is
threatening to abandon its puppet rulers and go home. Some
retreat is already happening.

Will Qaide Azam's Pakistan ever become real?

KARACHI: DEC 25: Jamaat-e-Islami Emir Sirajul Haq has said
the dream to transform Pakistan as per vision of
Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah could not be materialized
even after seven decades.
The feudal lords and ruling elite were the main hurdles to
achieve the real objective of Pakistan's creation, he added
while addressing the JI workers here on Saturday.
He said the ruling elite of the country worked on western
agenda and it was because of them the country tore into two
pieces in 1971.Had the country been given the system of
Islam soon after its birth, East Pakistan tragedy would have
never happened, he said.
Sirajul Haq said the political and religious leadership
unfortunately had not learnt the lesson till now and they
kept divided in the name of caste and creed and other
prejudices.
Sectarianism and various discriminations were haunting the
nation badly and those who were ruling over Pakistan never
realized the need to unite the people on Pakistan ideology,
he added.
The PTI, he said, came into power by uttering slogans of
"change" and "Madina State." But, he said, the ruling party
failed to transform Pakistan into welfare Islamic state and
bring any change in three and half years. The PTI, he said,
proved itself the party of status quo like the PML-N and the
PPP and it was badly exposed in a short time.
Now the people have realized that Pakistan could not be put
on track in presence of these waderas and elite and they
longed for a real change, he said, adding the JI was the
only option left with the masses.
"I promise, the JI will transform Pakistan into Islamic
welfare state as dreamt by Quaid-e-Azam if voted to power,"
he said, directing the JI workers to spread the message of
the party in every nook and corner.

Exercise Caution Before Hailing Convictions of Murderous Cops

Former Minnesota police officer Kim Potter was recently
convicted of manslaughter in the shooting death of
20-year-old Daunte Wright. She was the officer claiming she
thought that she was grabbing her taser when she actually
grabbed her gun instead.
According to New York's Community Cop Show co-host, Michael
Greys, police officers should never have such a "mix-up"
because the Taser is yellow and located on the opposite hip
from the gun. Kim Potter's actions were very questionable
especially since she was on the force for over eighteen
years.
In the past, Community Cop Show co-host Noel Leader has
warned people in the black community to exercise caution
when celebrating the rare convictions of murderous police
officers. Noel Leader stated there were four steps to
getting justice in America:
Arrest
An indictment or being charged with the crime
Conviction
Sentencing
The sentencing of these individuals seems to be the problem.
The justice system is a game for the oppressor in America.
The prosecutors have the most power out of all of the pieces
on the chessboard. They can challenge a judge's lenient
sentence as in the case of Stacey Dean Rambold, a high
school teacher sentenced to only 30 days in jail for raping
his 14-year-old student in Billings, Montana, back in 2013.
Prosecutors recommended he serve at least a four-year
minimum sentence for rape.
Yellowstone County prosecutors challenged Judge G. Todd
Baugh's lenient sentence. Public outcry was responsible for
his censure and 30-day suspension. Judge Baugh soon retired
after 30 years of (dis) service.
The Montana Supreme Court threw out Judge Baugh's
ridiculously lenient sentence and ruled that a new judge
re-sentence Stacey Dean Rambold. However, at the time,
Yellowstone prosecutor Scott Twito stated that state
sentencing laws would only require Rambold to serve only a
minimum of two years, which he did before being paroled to
California in 2017, after completing a sex offenders
program. California has a very large population of sex
offenders.
Rarely do prosecutors, in police murder trials, vigorously
seek prosecution let alone challenge any lenient sentencing
in these cases but, they have that power. This is why it is
so important to wait until sentencing to determine if
justice was done or not.

CAIR claims it was Fooled for 15 Years!
Readers might remember that Steve Emerson who runs a
pro-Zionist organization attacked Dr. Kaukab Siddique and
did a smear job on him, trying to claim his involvement in

CAIR remained silent, hoping perhaps that Dr. Siddique may
be brought down.
Now, a few days back a Director of CAIR in the Columbus,
Ohio area has been uncovered as a spy for the same Zionist
organization. This CAIR Director has been working for CAIR
for 15 years and has been passing on insider information,
allegedly, to the Steve Emerson outfit.
Now CAIR has dismissed him.
CAIR is already a completely pro-government group. What was
this Director passing on to Emerson? It could be that CAIR
was too cuddly with the government and Emerson wants that
position only for Israel.
CAIR should apologize to the Umma and take the word Islamic

'International community must exert pressure on Indian govt.
to take action against Hindutva groups'
The United Muslim Forum (UMF), a body of faith leaders, on
Saturday criticised what they said was the inaction of the
Centre, Uttarakhand government and police against the
reported speeches delivered by those from Hindutva
organisations in Haridwar, and hoped the international
community would take note of the incident.
In a statement released to the media, the UMF alleged that
the Uttarakhand government was 'mute'. They said that the
international community, the United Nations, Commonwealth,
United Nations Commission on Human Rights Commission, and
International Criminal Court would take note of the hate
speeches and exert pressure on the Indian government to take
action against the Hindutva groups.
The UMF described the speeches at the Dharam Sansad as
'genocidal'. They expressed concern and outrage over the
nature of speeches, which they said called for picking up
arms, removing Muslims from the country and calling for
their genocide, and for acceptance of 'India's first
terrorist' Nathuram Godse. The UMF also expressed anguish at
one of the speakers' wishing to kill former Prime Minister
Manmohan Singh like Godse had done.

Between Hell and Paradise
Narrated by

"When the believers pass safely over (the bridge across)
Hell, they will be stopped at a bridge in between Hell and
Paradise where they will retaliate upon each other for the
injustices done among them in the world, and when they get
purified of all their sins, they will be admitted into
Paradise. By Him in Whose Hands the life of Muhammad is,
everybody will recognize his dwelling in Paradise better
than he recognizes his dwelling in this world."

Israel Killed 6 Children each month
On average, Israeli forces and settlers killed 6 Palestinian
children per month this year.
Israeli forces and armed Israeli civilians have killed 78
Palestinian minors in the occupied West Bank and besieged
Gaza, making 2021 the deadliest year on record for
Palestinian children since 2014.
In Gaza, 61 Palestinian children were killed, while 15
Palestinian children in the occupied West Bank, including
occupied East Jerusalem, were killed according to the
figures released by Defense for Children International -
Palestine.
Armed Israeli civilians also killed two Palestinian children
in the occupied West Bank.
The documentation gathered by a local Palestinian child
rights organisation showed that Israeli forces shot and
killed 17 Palestinian children with live ammunition, 15 of
those in the occupied West Bank and two in Gaza.
At least nine Palestinian children were shot and killed in
the context of demonstrations or confrontations with Israeli
forces and did not present a direct threat to life or of
serious injury when they were shot, it said.

Deliberate killings
Intentional lethal force is only justified in circumstances
where a direct threat to life or of serious injury is
present, according to international law.
"However, investigations and evidence collected by DCIP
regularly suggest that Israeli forces use lethal force
against Palestinian children in circumstances that may
amount to extrajudicial or wilful killings," the group
said.
The investigation also showed that armed Israeli civilians
killed two Palestinian children in the occupied West Bank,
including the occupied East Jerusalem.
Most recently, 15-year-old Mohammad Nidal Younis Mousa lost
his life on December 6, hours after a private Israeli
security guard shot him after he had allegedly committed a
car-ramming attack at an Israeli military checkpoint near
Tulkarem.
'Children killed in their beds'
Israeli forces killed 60 Palestinian children during
Israel's military aggression on Gaza in May 2021, dubbed
Operation Guardian of the Walls, the organisation said.
An Israeli air strike killed six children on May 10, the
first day of the assault, in Beit Hanoon in northern
Gaza.
Those killed in the Israeli air strike included Rahaf
Mohammad Attalla al Masri, 10, her cousin Yazan Sultan
Mohammad al Masri, 2; brothers Marwan Yousef Attalla al
Masri, 6, and Ibrahim Yousef Attalla al Masri, 11; as well
as Hussein Muneer Hussein Hamad, 11, and 16-year-old Ibrahim
Abdullah Mohammad Hassanain, the organisation said.
Another ten children were also injured in the same air
strike.
One Palestinian child was killed by an unexploded ordnance,
the origins of which could not be determined, according to

Imports from China's Xinjiang banned..
U.S. President Joe Biden on Thursday signed into law
legislation that bans imports from China's Xinjiang region
over forced labour, the White House said, resulting in an
angry Chinese condemnation.
The Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act is part of the U.S.
pushback against Beijing's treatment of China's Uyghur
Muslim minority, which Washington has labelled genocide.
The bill passed Congress this month after lawmakers reached
a compromise between House and Senate versions.
Key to the legislation is a "rebuttable presumption" that
assumes all goods from Xinjiang, where Beijing has
established detention camps for Uyghurs and other Muslim
groups, are made with forced labour. It bars imports unless
it can be proven otherwise.
Some goods - such as cotton, tomatoes, and polysilicon used
in solar-panel manufacturing - are designated "high
priority" for enforcement action.
China denies abuses in Xinjiang, a major cotton producer
that also supplies much of the world's materials for solar
panels.
China's Washington embassy said the act "ignores the truth
and maliciously slanders the human rights situation in
Xinjiang."
"This is a severe violation of international law and norms
of international relations, and gross interference in
China's internal affairs. China strongly condemns and firmly
rejects it," embassy spokesperson Liu Pengyu said in an
emailed statement.
He said China "would respond further in light of the
development of the situation," but did not elaborate.
Nury Turkel, Uyghur-American vice chair of the U.S.
Commission on International Religious Freedom, told Reuters
this month the bill's effectiveness would depend on the
willingness of Biden's administration to ensure it is
effective, especially when companies seek waivers.
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Biden's approval
of the law underscored the "United States'
commitment to combatting forced labour, including in the
context of the ongoing genocide in Xinjiang."
"The State Department is committed to working
with Congress and our interagency partners to
continue addressing forced labour in Xinjiang and to
strengthen international action against this egregious
violation of human rights," he said in a statement.
One of the bill's co-authors, Democratic Senator Jeff
Merkley, said it was necessary to "send a resounding and
unequivocal message against genocide and slave labour."
"Now ... we can finally ensure that American consumers and
businesses can buy goods without inadvertent complicity in
China's horrific human rights abuses," he said in a
statement.
In its final days in January, the Trump administration
announced a ban on all Xinjiang cotton and tomato products.
Some analysts claim such ban could be highly uneffective as
the sanctions touching only one region will only worsen the
Uyghur situation and will not impact the overall chinese
policy against the muslim minority.
The US Customs and Border Protection agency estimated then
that about USD 9 bn of cotton products and USD 10 mln of
tomato products were imported from China in the past
year.

French Intolerance reaching extremes

In France, the country of "freedom, equality and
fraternity," the policy pursued in recent years to restrict
the freedoms of Muslims has now reached the point where it
pushes the limits of tolerance. Mosques closed one after the
other for irrational reasons, decisions that interfere with
the religious freedom of Muslims and steps to exclude
Muslims from the public sphere have now become the norms of
daily life in the country.
Normalizing Islamophobia
On the way to normalizing Islamophobia, which has become an
ordinary part of daily politics throughout France, there are
concrete examples that violate the rights of Muslims in the
country and restrict their freedom. First, a whistleblowing
hotline was set up by the Ministry of Interior last year to
combat so-called "Islamic radicalization" and French
citizens were asked to report people involved in such
activities. Thus, all Muslims in the country were portrayed
as potential criminals.
Second, the Collective Against Islamophobia in France, one
of the largest nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) of the
Muslim community in the country, was closed last year by the
decision of the Council of Ministers. Third, with the
so-called "Law on Principles Reinforcing Respect for the
Principles of the Republic," which was approved by
parliament this year, the legal ground was prepared to allow
interference in the daily life and private life of Muslims
in the country. Last but not least Interior Minister Gerald
Darmanin admitted last month that 92 of the 2,500 mosques in
the country have been closed since September 2020.
In addition to the concrete decisions taken to intimidate
and marginalize Muslims in France, two more important issues
that came to the fore during President Emmanuel Macron's
term should be mentioned. The first of these is the social
engineering project, which is called "French Islam" and
reflects the understanding of secularism from the top down.
This project, voiced by Macron himself, aims to wear down
the sui generis values of Islam and assimilate Muslims under
the name of so-called social cohesion. Macron's recent
baseless statements such as "Islam needs to be restructured"
and "Islam is in crisis" can also be seen as extensions of
this social engineering project.
Macron's election plan
There are multiple reasons behind the frequent decisions
made by the Macron administration against Muslims in recent
years. Chief among these is the president's desire to revive
his falling popularity. It is a well-known fact that Macron,
who took office by drawing a middle passenger profile during
the election process in 2017, has lost support in society
amid the current situation. The fact that his Republic March
Movement (LREM) party suffered a great defeat in the
regional elections held in June of this year confirms this.
In these elections, which are seen as a kind of rehearsal
for the presidential elections to be held next year, LREM
received only 7% of the votes in the second round and
remained below the 10% threshold.
The fact that LREM lost big cities such as Lyon, Marseille
and Paris to rival parties in last year's local elections
shows that the end has already begun for the president.
Therefore, we can say that Macron, who is planning to be a
candidate again next year, is stuck in a corner in domestic
politics. Seeing that things are not going well in terms of
his own political future, he has embraced "anti-Islamism,"
which has now become the "spirit of the age" in European
politics, in order to reverse this situation.
It should be also noted that the extreme right figures and
the national press play a facilitating role in the decisions
taken against Muslims in France, as well as the leading role
of the Macron administration. The Islamophobic rhetoric
constantly voiced by the right-wing extremists like Marine
Le Pen or Eric Zemmour, and the news of the French press
fueling Islamophobia have a functional role in presenting
the existence of Muslims in the country as a threat.
As a matter of fact, Islamophobia has exploded in France due
to the attitude of Islamophobic actors that present the
Muslim presence in the country as a threat. According to the
report published by the National Advisory Commission for
Human Rights, anti-Semitic actions in France decreased by
51% last year, while anti-Islamic actions increased by 52%.
In other words, anti-Semitism has been replaced by
Islamophobia in France. This striking figure, revealed by
the official authorities, indicates that the existence of
Islam and the security of Muslims in France are clearly
under threat. .
