Ramsey Clark, Great Friend of Muslims, Passed Away.
by Kaukab Siddique
We called him Ramsey. He passed away on April 9 at the age
of 93. At one time he was attorney general of the USA but
later turned all out against the policies of the United
States.
I visited him at his humble abode in New York and met him
during all the great protest rallies in Washington which I
used to attend with zeal which could not match his
vigor.
Among all our meetings, one really stands out. He came to
our Jamaat al-Muslimeen's international conference in
Baltimore. He came quietly by train and left quietly but
every word he spoke was worth thinking about. [The
conference became the target of Zionist propaganda.]
A central point of my interest in Ramsey was owing to his
defense of the Blind Shaykh, Dr. Omar Abdel Rahman, which he
consistently did along with the famous Lynn Stewart. It was
a difficult cause and the government in tandem with the
Egyptian tyrant would not let him go. Ramsey was always
there for him.
At the end of the life of the Blind Shaykh, isolated and
helpless, Ramsey was his only visitor. He was also,
probably, the last to see him before he died.
People often forget or want to forget that Ramsey was in the
court which was "trying" Saddam Hussain. I defended Saddam
in the public domain but Ramsey was in the court with him.
Try to think of the days when Saddam was the target of the
biggest propaganda campaign launched globally by Israel and
its western allies. Most Muslims dared not say a word for
him. Ramsey knew the law and he could see that the "trial"
of Saddam was a travesty.
When he started receiving too many phone calls and was
too exhausted to deal with all of them, his loyal wife stood
by him and was a pillar of strength for him. A separate book
should be written about her .
He was against the American aggression against Cuba. He was
against the mistreatmment of the Black community which is so
common in America. There was hardly an injustice which he
did not oppose.
Does Allah have a special place for Ramsey who outdid
the Muslims in the way of justice? He could have just
relaxed and enjoyed a peaceful retirement.
Pakistan
[Breaking News: April 18. Security forces attacked the
center of the anti-Blasphemy movement in Lahore. It was a
massacre as the Islamic protestors were unarmed. Many were
killed and numerous injured, as reported by the movement
spokesman.]
New Trend report.
Four days of Islamic Glory.
Unarmed Islamic Masses Trounced Imran & Bajwa regime.
April 12, 13, 14, 15.
Imran Khan, PM of Pakistan, as usual broke his word to break
relations with France over blasphemic cartoons. Instead the regime
arrested Saad Rizvi, the new leader of the anti-Blasphemy movement.
At a signal from the Islamic leadership, crowds of protestors
emerged in every Pakistani city and town. They did not want
anything from the government other than action against those
who dishonor the Prophet, pbuh.
As usual the regime tried police action which gradually reached
use of gunfire. Ten protestors were killed in Rawalpindi and
12 in Karachi and by now the number of martyrs has reached
more than one hundred with more than 3,000 wounded by
regime''s gunfire. Instead of running for their lives, the
devotees of the Prophet, pbuh, confronted regime forces. As
the crowds stoned the police, the regime forces fled. Some
police were actually trampled and killed. Some were
"captured" by the crowds and later released.
The corrupt combination of Prime Minister Imran Khan and
America's favorite general Bajwa [known as the coward] did
not realise that the masses love the Prophet, pbuh.
The regime sent in 8,000 troops to crush the Islamic crowds.
The security forces started announcing "victories" as they
broke up the crowds of unarmed people.
The security forces entered the Islamic centers of the
anti-Blasphemy movement and arrested thousands of
people.
It didn't work. The problem with Imran and Bajwa was that
it's difficult to claim that those who love the Prophet,
pbuh, are working for India, which the regime usually tries
against opposition.
Finally the regime accepted defeat. It claimerd that the
anti-Blasphemy movement is a terrorist movement and banned
it. Now anyone can be arrested without charge.
That too didn't work. These people pray five times a day and use
peaceful means to assert the demand to expel the French ambassador.
Finall;y the regime banned all media and on line reporting
on the Islamic protest movement. There is silence now and
the regime is declaring victory.
Role of General Bajwa & his puppet Imran Khan.
Most Pakistanis don't realize that the Pakistani generals have
always supported NATO and the American occupation of
Afghanistan. Weaponry for the western military moves through
Pakistan into Afghanistan. Tanks, artillery, armored cars,
jeeps, trucks cannot be air lifted into Afghanistan. They
use Pakistani territory and pay the regime.
Imran Khan was brought into power to cover the moves of the
real rulers of Pakistan: the military.
Imran's project has been, as that of most Pakistani rulers,:
to make religion a private matter. Imran's cabinet is
heavily secular. Not a beard among them. The entire pro-west
drama in Pakistan moves
around Imran and his camp followers.
The challenge has come from the masses supporting TLP whose
slogan is unambiguously Islam:
LABBAIK YA RASOOL ALLAH
'Here we are o Prophet, pbuh."
There are many sincere Islamic groups in Pakistan but for the
first time a move has been successful against the regime.
A wedge has been driven into the secularist power structure.
The government has been exposedd. Even the honor of the
Prophet,, pbuh, has been answered with guns and repression
by the regime.
The rulers are directly and indirectly working for and with
the western powers and are also settling in with India and Israel.
Kashmir has been abandoned. Even friction on the line of
control has ended..
The regime pretends that it is unaware of the genocide of Muslims
in Sinkiang where the Uighurs are in concentration camps.
The shameless Prime Minister of Pakistan caims that he does not know.

Secret India-Pakistan Meetings
[from Reuters and al-Jazeera.]
Top intelligence officers from India and Pakistan held
secret talks in Dubai in January in a new effort to calm
military tension over the disputed Himalayan region of
Kashmir, people with close knowledge of the matter have told
the Reuters news agency in New Delhi.
But Ayesha Siddiqa, a noted Pakistani defence analyst, said
she believed Indian and Pakistan intelligence officials had
been meeting for several months in other countries.
"I think there have been meetings in Thailand, in Dubai, in
London between the highest-level people," she said.
Such meetings have taken place in the past as well,
especially during times of crises but never been publicly
acknowledged.

WHO DESTROYED THE MOSUL MOSQUE.? During months of fighting
which ended in 2017, in Mosul, the air forces of USA,
Britain, France, Iran artillery and the Shia regime
destroyed the famous Muslim city house by house.
ISIS had no way of shooting down the jets. According to the
British paper the Independent, 40,000 civilians were killed
in the bombing and more than a million citizens of Mosul
were made homeless. In the final days of the Islamic
resistance, the last photo showed a US
air strike just next to the grand mosque. The western powers
and Shias then announced that ISIS had destroyed the mosque.
No investigation was held to check this allegation. Through
repetition, the west has convinced itself that ISIS did
it.
The western powers and the Shias/Iran had the motivation to
destroy the historic mosque because from there the Caliph
proclaimed the Caliphate and challenged the global power of
the enemies of Islam.
UAE is now offering to rebuild the mosque but Iraqi experts
are saying the UAE is ignoring the traditional Iraqi style
of the mosque,, that the model looks like a mosque in
Sharjah.

Former Officer Cariole Horne's pension was reinstated on
April 13, 2021. Her termination was also tossed by the
court. While working as a police officer in Buffalo, New
York, Horne responded to a call for backup from a fellow
officer, in November 2006. As she arrived to the scene, she
witnessed Officer Greg Kwiatkowski repeatedly punching
handcuffed suspect, Neal Mack, in the face, while other
officers did nothing. The suspect, Neal Mack, and former
Officer Horne are of African-descent.
Former Officer Horne intervened and Officer Kwiatkowski
assaulted her. According to reports, Officers Horne and
Kwiatkowski traded blows in an altercation. As a result of
her transgression, former Officer Horne faced departmental
charges and was eventually fired, in 2008, one year short of
her twentieth on the force, which was when she would have
been eligible for her full pension.
In 2018, Officer Kwiatkowski was sentenced to four months in
a federal prison, for a 2009 assault against four Black
teenagers.
Members of public-access cable program Community Cop had
often voiced support for former Officer Cariole Horne. The
show's panel consists of retired members of law enforcement,
who have stated that law enforcement agencies, throughout
America, are rooted in a White supremacist culture.

*Sighting the New Moon of Ramadaan is Fardh
Kifaayah{!}*'Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was
Salaam'ala Rasulillah'
****************************************************
'As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatahu'
It is obligatory to witness the new moon for
establishing certain acts of worship...
If these acts are obligatory, such as Fasting 'Ramadan' &
'Hajj'...
then witnessing the New Moon also becomes
obligatory on the Muslim 'Ummah'~{ 'Fard Kifaayah'.}
That is because " what is necessary to fulfill the
requirements of an
obligation is an obligation itself. "
The 'Sunnah' 'Dua' upon seeing the New Moon..
The Prophet (SallAllahu 'Alayhi Wasallam) taught us the
'Dua' to
read when we see the new moon. So make an effort to sight the
'Ramadan' Moon with full attention and eagerness and say this
Dua' on sighting the new moon! { In Shaa Allah }
Transliteration
Allaahu 'Akbar, Allaahumma 'ahillahu 'alayna bil'amni
wal'eemaani,
wassalaamati wal-'Islaami, wattawfeeqi limaa tuhibbu
Rabbanaa
wa tardhaa, Rabbunaa wa Rabbukallaahu .
Translation:
Allah is the Greatest. O Allah, let the crescent loom above
us in
safety, faith, peace, and Islam, and in agreement with all
that You
love and pleases You. Our Lord and your Lord is Allah."
A Neglected 'Sunnah' ?
It is a part of the beauty of Islam anticipating when
Fasting will
start. When will 'Eid' be ? This builds up the excitement
and love of these blessed times. And there is deepest wisdom
in how Allah {Subhaanahu wa Taala} ordained these issues.
This was the way of the Prophet (SallAllahu 'Alayhi
Wasallam), the 'Sahabah', and the Early generations,
(including the Four Imams) Yet, it is sad to see many
Muslims getting lost in the fast track world of machines and
calculations and neglecting this act of 'Sunnah' ! thus
losing out on
the chance to earn reward from their Rabb for following the
Prophet (SallAllahu 'Alayhi Wasallam) and his
guidance...{!}
PLEASE REVIVE THE 'SUNNAH' {!}
So work hard to revive the 'Sunnah' of the Prophet
(SallAllahu 'Alayhi Wasallam) and Please don't belittle
it.
Practice it yourself, teach it to your children and
others.
Reviving aspects of the 'Sunnah' that are being forgotten is
one of
the most important charitable deeds that a person can do
during
his lifetime and is a deed that will bring an immense
reward...{!}
PROPHET (SallAllahu 'Alayhi Wasallam) said..
'Whoever revives an aspect of my 'Sunnah' that is forgotten after
my death, he will have a reward equivalent to that of the people
who follow him, without it detracting in the least from
their reward.'
(Source: Tirmidhi)
PROPHET (SallAllahu 'Alayhi Wasallam) also said...
'Pay attention to my 'Sunnah' and the way of the 'Rightly
guided' haleefahs' after me, adhere to it and hold fast to it.'

"And he who brings the Truth and he who confirms and
supports it, such are the men who do right. They shall have
all that they wish for, with their Rabb. Such is the reward
of those who do good: o that Allah will remit from them (even)
the worst of' their deeds and give them their reward
according to the best of what they have done."

"Never Despair Of The Mercy Of Allah"
Hadith of the Week
Narrated by Anas bin Malik, r.a.:
Allah's Apostle mentioned the greatest sins or he was asked
about the greatest sins.
He said, "To join partners in worship with Allah; to kill a
soul which Allah has forbidden to kill; and to be undutiful
or unkind to one's parents."
The Prophet added,
"Shall I inform you of the biggest of the great sins?
That is the forged statement or the false witness." Shu'ba
(the sub-narrator) states that most probably the Prophet said,
"the false witness."

Du'a from Imam Badi Ali
April 16 and 17
As-slamu alaikum.
Do you wonder why Allah gifted us the month of Ramadan, the
month of the Qur'an? It is so that He might elevate us and
bring us from our isolation to His nearness.
Ramadan is a 30 day school for us. In this month, make
everyday count.
You can establish a lot of righteous deeds and habits - just
make sure you maintain them after Ramadan.
O Allah guide us to please him this month and every month
after. Ameen.
Don't waste the precious time of Ramadan.
Ramadan is not an ordinary month. When you fast, all your
senses should fast including your hearing, sight, & tongue.
Don't engage in acts that may spoil your fast.
Don't let the day you fast be the same as the day you don't fast!
May Allah guide us to exert our efforts so that this Ramadan
changes us for the better. Ameen.
Turkey & Gaza
April 17.
Turkey's Presidential Spokesperson Ibrahim Kalin on Friday
condemned the latest Israeli attack on the Gaza Strip,
Anadolu Agency reported.
"We strongly condemn Israel's airstrike on Gaza during the
holy month of Ramadan," Kalin posted on Twitter.
He reiterated, according to Anadolu Agency, Turkey's support
for the Palestinian nation and called on Israel to
"immediately" cease the attacks.
Omer Celik, the ruling Justice and Development Party
spokesperson, also took to Twitter to condemn the Israeli
attack on the besieged Gaza Strip.
"Israel once again attacked Gaza in the month of Ramadan,"
he expressed, adding that the attack was unacceptable.
"Israel has shown once again that it does not care about any
humanitarian values," Celik wrote, adding that Turkey will
never stop supporting the Palestinian people.
When will Canada release its Islamic prisoners? In the
rapidly spreading virus in Canada, surely there are grounds
for compassionate release.
Uyghur Woman Doctor speaks out.
[Courtesy Japan Forward. Excerpted.April 14]
ISTANBUL, Turkey — A woman doctor from the ethnic
Uyghur minority, now exiled in Turkey, painted a vivid
picture of the Chinese crackdown on human rights in Xinjiang
in an interview with The Sankei Shimbun.
The woman revealed that "on some days there were about 80
surgeries to carry out forced sterilizations," testifying to
her own role in this large-scale program carried out in the
autonomous region.
The Chinese have denied the forced sterilizations, but the
international community, including the European Union and
the United States, view it as a case of "genocide."
The doctor, Gülgine, 47, had worked as a gynecologist in the
autonomous region of Xinjiang. She immigrated in 2011 to
Istanbul, Turkey's largest city, where the interview took
place.
"A lot of women were put on the back of a truck and sent to
the hospital," she said. "The [sterilization] procedure took
about five minutes each, but the women were crying because
they did not know what was happening to them."
Gülgine herself carried out sterilizations at a hospital in
Urumqi, capital of the autonomous region. Showing pictures
of T-shaped and U-shaped intrauterine devices (IUDs), she
explained that "these devices were inserted into women's
wombs."
Since 2014, the number of residents who were sterilized in
the autonomous region had increased rapidly, according to
Chinese government statistics. As of 2018, there were about
60,000 men and women who were sterilized by the binding of
the seminal duct and fallopian tubes, about 14 times as many
as in 2013. Procedures to implant IUDs were performed at a
rate of 200,000 to 300,000 people each year. As of 2017,
about 3.12 million women had been fitted with this
contraceptive device, accounting for 60% of married women of
childbearing age.
According to Gülgine, forced infertility probably began
systematically in the autonomous region from around 1980.
That was a year after China started birth restrictions under
the "one child policy."
