Why are America's Muslims so subservient and dormant?
by Kaukab Siddique
French support for blasphemy against Prophet Muhammad, pbuh,
has led to worldwide protests from the Muslim ummah.
President Erdogan of Turkey and Prime Minister Imran Khan of
Pakistan have reprimanded France's Macron for his blatant
claim in support of blasphemy in the name of Freedom of
expression.
Even in areas torn apart by conflict and suffering like
Gaza, Libya and the liberated provinces of Syria, Muslims
have come out to protest the French behavior.
America's Muslims are a very large area of silence on this
painful issue which concerns every Muslim.
My sense is that America's Muslims with notable exceptions
are very subservient to the American power structure.
Is it owing to the comfort factor we have here?
Is it the desire to conform and subsume into secularism?
Is it that the daily propaganda against Islam and Muslims is
touching the ability to speak out?
Muslims in America need to communicate with and consult with
other Muslims in America.
To do our duty in this matter, Jamaat al-Muslimeen's shoora
committee has called for a conference by zoom to arrive at a
good sampling of the issues and possible solutions.

The ruling party and the opposition are not very different
from each other.
by Qaiser Sharif
ISLAMABAD- October 24: Jamaat-e-Islami Emir Senator Sirajul
Haq has reiterated that the PTI, the PML-N and the PPP have
much in common as they have no interest in the problem s of
the common person and betterment of the country.
Addressing the JI Youth Convention here on Saturday, he said
the two parties who were now part of the opposition also
enjoyed power in the past and their criticism on the third
one could not be justified until unless they could cite
examples of their better governance than the PTI.
"All three [the PTI, the PML-N, the PPP] mainstream
political parties are befooling the public. Masses would no
more fall in their trap."
In-fact, he said, the protest demonstrations of the PML-N
and the PPP were tantamount to extend underhand support to
the government as they were diverting the public attention
from the genuine issues.
"The day the members of the PML-N and the PPP resign from
the legislative assemblies, the JI will stand shoulder to
shoulder with them against the present rulers."
Senator Siraj, however, declared the present rulers worse
than their predecessors, saying they broke all the previous
records of bad governance. The PTI, he added, completely
destroyed the already fragile economy and handed over the
country's economic affairs to the international lending
agencies. The mafias, he said, controlled the different
sectors and they made the prime minister helpless who had
made the tall claims to change the destiny of the nation.
The PTI government, said the JI chief, deceived the youth in
the worst way, making thousands jobless instead of providing
10 million jobs to them. The young generation, he said, was
desperate about their future and the PTI was fully
responsible for it. In the prevailing situation, he said,
the JI was the only hope for the youth and the people of
Pakistan. He said the JI would never disappoint the masses
if voted to power.
A large number of youth participated in the event which was
addressed by JI Youth President Zubair Ahmad Gondal and
others.
Qadiani ["Ahmeddi"] Excluded from top Pakistani Organization.
October 23
According to the daily Dawn, Atif Mian, who was invited into
Imran Khan's top economic body has been excluded after
protests from Islamic "extremists."
[New Trend notes that Qadianis who claim to be Muslims are
excluded by law from Pakistani organizations. Pakistan has
defined that Prophet Muhammad, pbuh, is the last of prophets
and messengers and anyone claiming to go beyond Muhammad,
pbuh, is not considered a Muslim. This is not tye viewpoint
of extremists but of the entire Pakistani nation.]

Syria
Heavy fighting in eastern Hama. Russian bombing failed.
Horrific details of al-Assad atrocities uncovered.
SOHR is reporting an entire week of fighting in the eastern
desert of Hama province. The source says that Islamic State
fighters are advancing slowly but steadily despite daily air
strikes by the Russian air force. IS, the report says, has
inflicted losses on Assad-Iranian forces and captured their
material.
On the northwestern border of Aleppo province next to
Turkey, a US drone strike has killed 11 Islamic fighters and
6 civilians from the group known as "Defenders of the faith"
allegedly linked to al-Qaida.
In central Syria, near el-Bab and further northeast near Tel
Abyad, Syrian fighters using rockets and mortars, supporting
Turkey, have hit several Kurdish communist groups supported
by the US.
More Turkish troops and vehicles have entered Irbid province
on the borders of which the Assad regime is carrying out
daily artillery attacks.
[In a court in Germany, horrific details of the atrocities
inflicted by the Assad regime on civilians are being
detailed from eyewitnesses and photographs. SOHR has
published an initial report. Systematic killings of tens of
thousands by the Assad regime now provide understanding why
millions of civilians have fled Syria.]
Iraq
Protestors gathering again.
Air strikes in the north fail.
Iraqi media indicate that protestors are gathering in the
shia majority cities of the south. (October 23).
Police attempts to stop them have failed though 44 people
have been injured. The protestors demand basic civil rights
and an end to government corruption. They are also opposing
Iranian and American intervention and influence in Iraq.
In the northwest, regime air strikes have been hitting the
island of Kanouch, near Mosul for 9 days. However, the
regime says that not one ISIS fighter has been killed or
seen. The regime has now started cutting down the forests on
the island to deny concealment to the IS fighters
France
Please protest against French repression of Muslims
protesting blasphemous cartoons.
France is terrorising its entire Muslim population in the
name of freedom of expression to insult the Prophet, pbuh.
After France supported the republishing of the blasphemous
cartoons of the Prophet, a young man from Chechnia killed a
French teacher who had brought the cartoons into school. The
police not only killed the young man but has arrested his
entire family including children.
After that France has extended the witch hunt to all those
Muslims who have expressed opposition to the cartoons.
Latest is that France is going after all the Muslim mosques
and organizations who have shown any defense of the Prophet,
pbuh.
Like Yaqeen and CAiR in USA, the established Muslims in
France are on their knees begging their innocence.
This collective guilt and suspicion by association is a form
of genocide based on racism against Muslims.
French police raided Wednesday the home of Muslim NGO
BarakaCity's founder and arrested him, the organization,
which broadcast the raid live on its social channels,
said.
Idriss Sihamedi, the NGO's president, was beaten up and
arrested in front of his four children.
"Search this morning at the home of the president of
BarakaCity," it wrote on Facebook and Twitter, along with
images "of the beds turned over, tables broken, baskets and
linen turned over." "Idriss was violently beaten by a
police officer who pressed his head against the [floor]
tiles while he was not resisting and cooperating."
A BarakaCity employee later filmed the interior of the
premises, showing torn switches, broken surveillance cameras
and doors, books and files completely turned over.
No official statement has yet been made by the authorities
but Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin had recently accused
Sihamedi of "condoning terrorism" before deleting his
tweet.
In a press conference on Tuesday, he said a total of 73
mosques, private schools and workplaces have been closed
since the beginning of this year "in the fight against
radicalization."
The raid is one of many that took place across France
following President Emmanuel Macron's announcement to fight
"Islamist separatism" in the country.
He argued that "Islamic separatism" was problematic, and
added: "The problem is an ideology which claims its own laws
should be superior to those of the republic."
Sihamedi had called for a united Muslim response to Macron's
attempts to control Muslim public life and private
beliefs.
Macron's speech was widely criticized by French Muslims due
to fears that the bill, which will be submitted to
parliament in December, could trigger abuse against
them.
Some NGOs or organizations which "act against the law and
values of the country" might be closed or face tight
financial audits, according to the controversial plan.
It has sparked criticism, with some representatives of the
Muslim community describing the move as Islamophobic and
discriminatory.

Why Muslims should not be
Distracted by the Politics of the Kuffar
by Sis. Aisha
[Jamaat al-Muslimeen, New York]
New York City - Voting Power in America is an illusion
because it is not real power at all. Voting power has no
bite to it. Unfortunately, people vote, then lie dormant for
two to four years until it is time to come back out and
vote, again. They actually believe that pulling a lever or
voting by proxy is some form of empowerment.
Here are five reasons why people, in general, should boycott
American politics:
One: Voters do not choose the candidates. Their political
party chooses them to serve that political party's agenda,
not the voters'
Two: They are slaves to political party campaign
contributors. President Obama demonstrated this with his
strong push for the gay agenda while doing absolutely
nothing when unarmed Blacks were being slaughtered by racist
cops.
Three: It is the same ol' song: Each and every presidential
and vice presidential candidate must pledge undying support
for the Welfare State of Israel regardless of political
party. So, the differences between these candidates are very
minuscule.
Four: The political, economic, educational, judicial, and
social systems were all created by the kuffar to give the
kuffar the unfair advantage over all of us! So, you play
shai'tan's game and vote even when he chooses who you can
vote for? You're competing against him using his weapons of
choice. You're going to lose every time!
Five: You are really choosing the lesser of two evils and if
this is the only way to choose a candidate then, why
participate at all?
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said there is no compromise with
religion. When we vote we vote for kuffar leadership, not
Islamic. This is shirk. Even "Muslim" politicians (Keith
Ellison, Ilhan Omar) have exhibited hypocritical
behavior!
Allah has greater things planned for the ummah but, it
starts with us realizing that we can develop into a
self-subsisting Muslim community with Allah's help alone.
Allah tells us that there is strength in unity, not numbers
(8:65).
There are too many weak-minded Imams encouraging Muslims to
vote because they believe that not voting will allow the
kuffar to retain control of America. They complain about
this racist, sexist, Zionist, anti-Islamic system of
government yet, they believe that it is still fair enough to
allow any honest, moral person an opportunity to seize
control of it to mete out justice.
It is this type of faulty thinking that is leading the ummah astray.
The reason why Bernie Sanders, after multiple attempts,
can't seem to get invited to political debates or the Green
or Freedom Parties can't get candidates on a ballot is
because when shai'tan encounters a challenger, he changes
the rules of his game midstream ensuring he will have the
advantage, once again!
Let's focus on developing stronger Muslim communities
beginning with challenging our faulty leadership. We have to
practice our faith and not become distracted by conflicts
among the kuffar.
Invitation to Think
Canada has outdone the atrocities of GTMO. The Oppression of
Momin Khawaja.
{Excerpted from an extensive study of Muslim prisoners post
9.11 by Dr. Habib Siddiiqui.]
At home, the Canadian government was equally gung-ho about
detaining anyone suspected of ties with or sympathetic to
the Taliban or al-Qa'ida. Consider the case of Mohammad
Momin Khawaja, a computer software specialist who was
arrested on suspicion of involvement in the UK terrorism
case. He was acquitted by the Canadian trial judge
Rutherford of involvement in "terrorism" in the UK.
Subsequently, however, the Government made up five other
criminal charges to try Khawaja in a public court of law in
Canada.
He was accused of sending 859 dollars to Displaced Afghan
Women and Children Fund for medicine, foods and clothing;
making of a cell phone jammer (device), sending emails to
his girlfriend, taking part in a one-day remote camp at
Afghan-Pakistan (FATA) tribal area and travelling to London
to meet few British youngsters who were later convicted of
terrorism. The trial judge sentenced him to 10.5 years, but
the Supreme Court of Canada (Court of Appeal) increased the
sentence to Life and 24 years (to be served concurrently)
with a parole ineligibility at 10 years instead of 5 years.
It is also worth noting here that Momin had spent five years
in detention prior to the trial but he was not given the
credit of the time served, again in violation of the
established practices.
One cannot but question the wisdom behind such a harsh
sentence to a young man who has not committed any crime
against Canada. He was never engaged in any violent activity
nor posed any threat against anybody throughout his life.
Although death penalty is legally abolished in Canada, how
this life sentence is any better? He has already served 16
years in prison without a bail.
As we have noticed with documented evidences of abuses and
tortures in Gitmo, sadly, the Canadian prisons are not safe
either. In January 2012, while a prisoner at a high security
federal jail in Canada, Momin Khawaja was attacked by
another inmate with boiling water and major parts of his
body were burnt. As if such crimes against Muslims detainees
are kosher, no official investigation was ever conducted. He
was kept in a solitary confinement continuously for three
years in violation of international law and even Canadian
humanitarian practices.
When criminals commit crimes they are expected to serve
their time behind the bars for crimes that they actually
committed. And the sentences ought to be fair and congruent
and not lopsided. The notion of innocence until proven
guilty has been the bedrock of justice in a civilized
society.
When a non-white criminal is given a life or long sentence
for selling a few grams of cocaine while a white-collar Wall
Street scion is given a much lighter sentence for
misappropriating billions of dollars of lifesavings of
people I fail to see justice in such sentencing. Are we not
seeing a similar problem with the Canadian judges when they
issued life sentence to Momin Khawaja?
When Justice Louis LeBel of the Supreme Court of Canada
(June 12, 2012, Appeal Hearing Judges) asked the
Prosecution: "Why should Mohammad Momin Khawaja be sentenced
to a Life and 24 years when he was not charged with the
crime nor he committed it?" - the prosecution asserted that
"terrorism" was an international problem and they wanted to
send a message to other offenders.
Is that how the Canadian government wants to send 'messages'
to would-be offenders? What type of justice is that? Are we
living in the 19th century or the 21st century? And how
could Canada claim to be a civilized nation with such an
outlandish verdict that is reminiscent of the kangaroo
courts in Sisi's Egypt? Simply shocking!
I had the opportunity of studying in Canada before moving to
the USA for my doctoral studies. I always entertained a very
favorable opinion about what was once Pierre Trudeau's
Canada. I am shocked to learn about the ordeal of Momin
Khawaja in Canada.
It is important that the Canadian Government and higher
judges rethink and commit to redressing their lopsided
decision. Life is precious and no one should be held hostage
to a skewed decision that takes people's confidence away in
the judicial system. It is incumbent upon the Canadian Prime
Minister to ensure that human rights are protected and equal
justice is accorded to all by appropriate action and that
Momin Khawaja should be at the priority list to be set free
from what seems to be travesty of legal justice that
disgraces Canada in the eyes of many. I earnestly hope the
Justin Trudeau and his government will have the moral
fortitude and decency to let Khawaja go free.
I truly see a miscarriage of justice with Momin Khawaja's
life imprisonment, which needs to be rescinded letting him
go free. The civilized world knows too well that injustice
is wrong anytime and anywhere; injustice cannot be promoted
to 'send messages' for future 'offenders'.

'There is Polish for everything that takes away Rust,
and the Polish for the Heart is?
The Remembrance of Allah.'
[Source: S.Bukhari]
Al-Bayhaqee relates from Ibn 'Umar [Radiallaahu 'Anhu]
....
*PROPHET* ﷺ ~ said... "For everything there is a Polish,
and the Polish for the Hearts is the 'DHIKR'...
[Remembrance] of Allah....!
There is nothing more potent in saving a person from the
punishment of Allah than the 'Dhikr' of Allah."
It was said... 'Not even 'Jihad' in the path of Allah'
{?}
Prophet [Sallallahu 'Alayhi wa Salaam] replied... " Not even if
you were to continue striking with your sword until it breaks."
[Source: Saheeh: Related by Ahmad (4/352),
from Mu'aadh ibn Jabal
[Radiallaahu 'anhu].
A Little Note....
The polish for a rusty heart is the 'Dhikr' of ALLAH !
This is because 'Dhikr' is like a polish (which polishes the
heart)
like a shiny mirror ! When 'Dhikr' is left, the rust returns,
But when 'Dhikr' resumes then the Heart is again Polished!
~Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya (Rahimahullah) said...
"Doubtless, a heart grows tarnished like brass or silver,
and its polish is by remembrance, which may make it shine
like a crystal mirror!
So when one neglects the remembrance it Tarnishes{!}
and when he returns it shines....{!}
Since the heart is Tarnished by two [2] things..
Heedlessness and Sin... it is polished by two [2]
things....
Remembrance and asking Forgiveness." {'Subhan Allah'}
