Detention Centers for Muslims Under the label of
"Bangladeshi Nationals"
After Assam, Karnataka Setting Up Detention Centre to Hold
'Declared Foreigners'
When operational, the southern state would be the second
after Assam to have such an exclusive arrangement to hold
those declared foreigners by courts awaiting
deportation.

New Delhi: At a time when the Supreme Court is hearing a
petition on the extended incarceration of 'declared
foreigners' in Assam's six detention centres in the light of
the uncertainty over their deportation, mainly to
Bangladesh, Karnataka is in the process of setting up a
detention centre for the containment of those taken into
custody for being undocumented foreigners in the state.
When operational, the southern state would be the second
after Assam to have such an exclusive arrangement to hold
those declared foreigners by courts awaiting
deportation.
Minister of state for home affairs, Nityanand Rai, confirmed
it on July 2 in a written response to a pointed query by BJP
Lok Sabha MP from the Bangalore Central constituency, P.C.
Mohan, on whether the state of Karnataka was establishing
any detention centre to hold 'illegal immigrants'. He said
that the state government "has informed (the Centre) that
they are in the process of establishing a detention/holding
centre".
"The required police personnel and other infrastructure
facilities have been allocated for this purpose and the
necessary work is in progress," Rai added.
This past February, the ministry of home affairs told the
Supreme Court that it has allocated a sum of Rs 47 crore to
Assam to set up a full-fledged detention centre which would
be functional by this August 31 apart from taking a decision
to also set up nine more such centres in the north-eastern
state. Rai's July 2 reply to the unstarred question,
however, didn't spell out what "other infrastructure
facilities" had been allocated to Karnataka to set up such a
centre.

Endless Captivity
The minister neither responded to Mohan's query about the
time by which the deportation centre would be ready in
Karnataka nor did he state its exact location. However, news
reports in September 2018 had said that the centre would be
set up in Nelamanagal area of Bengaluru and was tentatively
slated to be operational in 2019.
ADGP (Law and Order) Kamal Pant told the New Indian Express
last year that "it would be like a transit point before
deporting the detainees to their respective countries."
Interestingly, while Mohan's query was about the
availability of any data on 'illegal immigrants' residing in
the country and Karnataka, the union minister responded with
data regarding only "illegal Bangladeshi nationals".
While admitting that the government has no accurate data on
the number of 'illegal immigrants' residing in the country
as they enter "in a clandestine and surreptitious manner",
the minister quoted information received by MHA from the
Karnataka government to say that, "143 cases have been
registered against illegal Bangladeshi nationals" in the
state and "144 illegal Bangladeshi nationals have been
deported" from the state.
Reddy also said that instructions have been issued to all
state governments and union territory administrations 'from
time to time in 2009, 2012, 2014 and 2018" to set up
detention centres as per requirement "to restrict the
movements of illegally staying foreign nationals so that
they are physically available at all times for expeditious
repatriation/deportation."
This past January 9, the MHA had also circulated
"consolidated instructions on the subject" along with a
"model detention centre/holding centre manual"(vide MHA
letter no.25022/32/2014-F-1 (Vol.1.II) to all the state and
UT administrations.

HOUSE OF REPs FOR SHIITES?
By Abdulkabir Oyemomi
Shiite group in Nigeria have been in serious crises with the
government of Nigeria before and after the arrest of their
leader Ibrahim El-ZakyZaky.
The most recent of the clashes was at the National Assembly
on Tuesday,7th of July,2019 ,where the protesters engaged
the security operatives while trying to gain access to the
parliament. Premium Times News has it that two policemen
were shot while several cars were damaged during the
clashes.
Reacting to the sad development, members of the House of
Representatives emphasized the need to address the 'root
cause' of the protests which they identified as the
continued detention of Mr Zakyzaky.
It is believed by some these law makers that the federal
government is going against the rule of law in disobedience
to the court order for the release of the Shiite leader,
even though Lai Muhammad, former minister of information, in
defense of the Elzakyzaky's continued detention said that no
one wanted to accept him as a neighbor.
The security agencies often accuse the Shiites of
instigating the violence by using various weapons including
petrol bombs; allegations the Shiites have repeatedly
denied.
Meanwhile, in what appears to be Shiite resolve to bring
down law and order , popular traffic intersection in
Maryland- Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way, along the Ikorodu road
of Lagos was besieged by the
Lagos group members of Shiite, claiming readiness to
sacrifice over 20 million lives of members for the life of
their leader El-ZakyZaky.
Speaking during the protest, South-west coordinator of the
group, Muftau Olaniyan aslo asked the National leader of the
All Progressive Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu ,
to prevail on President Muhammadu Buhari to release their
leader.
Conclusively, it is in the opinion of the writer that the
government under Muhammadu Buhari has objective dialogue
with the leadership of the group on wether or not it's safe
for El-ZakyZaky to be released.
This is informed by the volatility of the country at the
instance of this group as supported and aided by Iran; and
the twist to make it appear as if the country is sitting on
a gun powder is fake support for Shiite group from the most
conspicuous enemies of Islam like Christian Association of
Nigeria (CAN).
Also, failed political enemies of President Muhammadu Buhari,
a clear hater of lawlessness, are not relenting in causing
discord through Shiite adamance.
Imagine people like Fani Kayode, Sahara Reporters, People's
Democratic Party (PDP), who were hitherto shouting
Islamization holding briefs for Shiite !

ACLU Response to countrywide
Anti-Immigrant Sweep.
Know this: We don't have to open the door if ICE comes
knocking. If the agents don't have a warrant signed by a
judge, then we can refuse to let them in. We have the right
to remain silent. And we shouldn't sign anything before
speaking to a lawyer.
ICE raids are nothing new. But for over two years now, the
Trump administration has been terrorizing our communities at
a new level - tearing thousands of families apart, spreading
fear and hate. If this isn't the kind of country we want to
live in, then we must keep fighting to defend our
communities.
The best way to fight back? Know your rights. And help your
family, friends, and neighbors to know theirs.
Spread the word on Facebook and Twitter so we all know what
to do if ICE shows up. Our communities are diverse, so we've
translated our guide to 8 languages that encompass most of
the undocumented population.

Tracing the Racist System within Housing. 3 to 4 Billion
Dollars.
by Sis. Aisha [Jamaat al-Muslimeen New York]
Harlem, NY - Recently, I read yet another report about the
victimization of people of African-descent in America. This
Chicago Sun Times report stated that $3-$4 billion was made
by White professionals at the expense of black Chicagoans.
How?
Understand how a racist American system operates. There were
three factors involved here to make this form of economic
racism work:
Commercial (white-owned) banks refusing to give mortgages
to qualified black applicants.
Racist scam artists who did not want blacks owning
properties anywhere.
A Legal system that turned a blind eye to this type of
scam (Many white professionals played a role in it, anyway,
They weren't going to prosecute themselves).
Over a 20 year period, spanning the 1950s through the 1970s,
white professionals "sold" their homes to Black people using
"housing contracts." This allowed the
black buyers houses using a payment plan. The reason why
this way of owning a home was so appealing was because many
banks were not giving qualified blacks applicants mortgages.
This process of denying qualified black people mortgages or
business loans (was) is called redlining.
Because of redlining qualified black people were prevented
from buying homes like white people could do.
Housing contracts allowed white sellers to charge black
buyers a whopping 84% more for the home than the white
seller originally paid. That is some serious inflation, even
by New York City standards, today! In addition to these
outrageously high monthly payments, the black buyers NEVER
earned any equity (ownership) in the home. Even if they
paid, religiously, for 10 years, if they missed one payment,
they could be evicted. Foreclosure is for homeowners who
cannot make the payments. Since these blacks did not earn
any equity, according to the housing contract, they were
nothing more than renters.
Having a mortgage would have provided certain protections
for these black buyers such as requiring an inspection,
homeowners insurance, equity earned with each payment made,
etc.
This is what happens when you are compelled to work outside
the system. You can get scammed unless you are knowledgeable
about your rights. Unfortunately, history repeated itself 30
years later during the sub-prime era and this time banks
were the culprits in giving high-interest mortgages to
unqualified home buyers.
To buy a property, Muslims can act outside the banking
system using creative financing options. This is because
mortgages have interest rates attached to them. One such
option is Seller (a.k.a. Owner) Financing. It is the process
of selling a property on a payment plan. It is usually
successful if the seller owns the property free-and-clear.
In other words, the seller has paid off the mortgage and
does not owe any money on the property. For instance, after
30 years, a seller has paid off his $200,000 mortgage on his
home. Let's say the home is now worth $400,000. The seller
can sell the home for $400,000 on a payment plan, i.e. $1666
per month for 20 years. The only caveat is that some sellers
will charge interest just like the banks. However, you can
find a seller who does not. They just charge you monthly
payments based on the current appreciated market price for
the property.
What happened to these black Chicagoans, in the 1950s to
1970s, was Seller Financing gone wrong. It was an outright
scam.
According to kuffar riba rules, you are a risk for lending
money to if you have a history of late bill payments or
defaulting on payments. As a result of this display of
unreliability, the interest rate on a loan or credit card
will be much higher than for someone with a better track
record of paying their bills on time. According to what
Allah says in the Qur'an, there is nothing that the
oppressor can offer us Muslims. Islam is The Way, not the
kuffar's way. If you understand and follow Allah's message
then, you will realize that Allah will provide another way
for us Muslims to succeed. Cheating people, selling drugs,
and playing the lottery are kuffar activities. No good comes
from them.
Acting outside of the kuffar system takes creativity but, it
is doable because Satan;s schemes are weak (Holy Qur'an
4:76). Seller Financing (a.k.a. owner financing) is nothing
new. It is a form of creative financing that benefits people
who do not have thousands of dollars saved or the best
credit to qualify for a mortgage and buy a property. AND,
Seller Financing can be used as an option for people who
want to avoid paying interest based mortgages. You can
design a contract where you make monthly payments based on
the appreciated property value without the interest. The
seller is already making a profit with the appreciation,
anyway.

Massive, Peaceful, Jamat e Islami rally in Multan.
[Imran Regime a failure.]
Massive, Peaceful, Jamat e Islami rally in Multan
by Qaiser Sharif
July 12,Amirr, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Senator Sirajul
Haq, has said that the ruling junta which was feeding the
IMF with the peoples' blood were responsible for the
problems facing the homeland.
Addressing a huge crowd at the JI Awami march at Multan, he
said that the government had placed not only the economy of
the country but its sovereignty and dignity at the IMF door.
"It is not only the economy, but the entire system that is
on ventilator, he remarked.
He said the government was calling the masses as thieves.
"but I would say that not the masses, but the government
machinery was corrupt". The rulers had been building their
palaces by depriving the people of education, health, jobs
and shelter for the last seventy years.
He said the PTI's one year had been heavier for the masses
than the last seventy years as the roti price had risen to
Rs. Fifteen during this time.
Sirajul Haq however said that if the poor, the farmers and
workers wanted an end to the system of exploitation, they
should stop supporting the feudal lords and capitalists and
stand behind those who stood for the enforcement of the
Shariah of the Holy Prophet. He said the JI had been
struggling for the Nizam e Mustafa as the welfare and
dignity of the country and the nation lay in the adoption of
this system.
JI Secretary General Amirul Azeem also spoke on the
occasion.,
Sirajul Haq said that there had been seventy rail accidents
during one year in which scores of precious lives had been
lost but the Railways Minister was not ready to step
down.
He said that Pakistan was the eighth largest producer of
sugar cane and fifth largest producer of rice in the world
but the prices of sugar and rice as also cement had risen to
an alarming level. He announced total support to the traders
strike against the oppressive taxes, and said that the
government was bent upon ruining the country's industry and
trade on foreign pressure.
He said if the government did not withdraw the oppressive
taxes, the poor masses would be compelled to stage a long
march to their palaces.
Referring to the election of the Senate Chairman, Sirajul
Haq said :We are neither with the government nor with the
opposition. " We are with Allah and the people. "because the
present government is also a combination of the PPP and the
N league. Both of them were horses from the same stable and
the present rulers were also playing the game the previous
rulers had been playing, he added.
He said the PTI regime had also betrayed the kashmirs and
made the masses slaves of the IMF. The government was so
helpless before the IMF that it had removed its own Finance
Minister and the Stat e bank Governor and appointed IMF men
in their place, he remarked.
Invitation to Think

Military Admits 6000 "disappearances" but issues excuses for
its crimes
[From New Trend's Pakistan observers.]
July 12. General Ghafoor, head of the military's propaganda
branch, ISPR, admitted that many of those who have
disappeared "got killed fighting as part of TTP against the
state of Pakistan. Such individuals are also to be accounted
somewhere while listing the missing persons."
The absurdity of General Ghafoor's claim comes out when one
realizes that TTP was never fighting against the "State of
Pakistan." They were fighting for Islamic rule in Pakistan
and picked up weapons when the Pakistani military occupied
their homes. The military did not consult with any of the
civil elected representatives of Pakistan. The orders
ostensibly came from the CIA.
The second absurdity is that while admitting that "many" of
those killed were killed by the military he puts them as
killed "somewhere."
This is the same army that has been claiming, and spreading
rumors, that the mujahideen are Indian agents!
A government commission has now admitted that 6156 persons
had "disappeared" and the cases of 3938 of these had been
"disposed of." It's not clear what "disposed of" means. The
general is indicating that they have been killed.
The military is terrorizing the Pakistani people. One sample
of it came out in the visit of Ms. Amina Janjua with General
Ghafoor. Her own husband disappeared 14 years back and here
she is being depicted as supporting the military because
some people raised slogans against the state of Pakistan.
This is the usual military propaganda that those who protest
are traitors.
Ms. Janjua appeared on a video with the general. She used to
protest in person but the last time she protested, she was
dragged out of the protest and her meeting place was
dismantled. Why the video? She might herself have
"disappeared" and looks frightened in the video.
No one dare criticize the military without deadly
consequences. Even members of parliament were arrested.
