on the Day of Resurrection and none except them will enter
through it. It will be said, 'Where are those who used to
observe fasts?' They will get up, and none except them will
enter through it. After their entry the gate will be closed
and nobody will enter through it."

readers in these two countries. Why?
Most people don't know that the attacks in Sri Lanka were
by Buddhist regime aimed at Christian-Muslim conflict.
Most people don't know that fighting is continuing in
Syria.
Many Muslims pray for the dead and don't pray for the
living. They are ignoring Allah's Guidance.
No fewer than eight Nigerians have been executed in Saudi
Arabia on drug- related offences over the last couple of
weeks!
According to the Chairperson, National Diaspora Commission,
Mrs Abike Dabir-Erewa , it is doubtful if the victims
actually committed the offense as there were established
cases of some airlines conniving with drug syndicates by
putting drugs in the luggage of unsuspecting pilgrims and
thus setting them up for offences they knew nothing
about.
Typical is the case of Zainab Aliyu, a student of Maitama
Sule University in Kano, who was accused of entering Saudi
Arabia with illegal dosage of Tramadol.
Zainab was later discovered to be a victim of a cartel that
specializes in keeping hard drugs in travelers' bags, some
of whom were already in the custody of the National Drugs
Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).
Zainab had travelled from Mallam Aminu Kano International
Airport in company of her mother, Mrs Maryam Aliyu, and her
sister Hajara Aliyu, when she was arrested over allegation
that a bag bearing her name tag contained unlawful
substance.
Her continued detention had earlier sparked widespread
sympathy all over Nigeria as many activists and writers
petitioned the Federal Government to wade in her matter.
This development made President Muhammadu Buhari interceded
through the office of the Attorney-General of the
Federation.
Zainab was released on Tuesday, the 30th of April, 2019 to
the Nigerian Mission in Saudi Arabia with the promise that
Ibrahim Abubakar, the second Nigerian victim of
circumstances will be released,too, on Wednesday, the 1st of
May,2019.
Nigerians traveling to Saudi Arabia are hereby warned to do
away with too many luggage while traveling, and too be extra
vigilant.

What is it that we often forget in Ramadan.

Every Muslim knows that fasting is obligatory in Ramadan
[unless you are unwell]. We know the sunnah of
crescent sighting and the requirements of compassion,
feeding the needy, giving charity, community, doing extra
prayers and controlling our feelings, emotions and
desires.
Let us remember what is essential to Islam and is not to be
forgotten during Ramadan [but is usually forgotten]:
Battle of Badr. This is the greatest battle in the
history of Islam. If the Prophet, pbuh, had been defeated,
there would be no Islam day. Today the Muslim world is
facing armed aggression globally but we have separated, even
in our minds, resistance from prayer. We think that if we
pray and fast, then we don't have to fight back.
Conquest of Makka. The city from where the mission of
Muhammad, pbuh, began, had become the city of paganism
though the Ka'aba was located in it. The oppressors had to
be defeated and the city had to be cleansed of idol worship.
Today Makka is in the grip of a deadly gang of killers,
while Masjid al-Aqsa is MILITARILY occuppied by the
Zionists. Gradually all our mosques are coming under attack
because we think Islam is only prayer and fasting. China has
become bold enough to blow up our mosques even without a
war.
The prophet's, pbuh, beloved wife, Ayesha, r.a., passed
away in Ramadan. We never remember her anniversary because
most of us have forgotten the key role of women in the
Islamic movement. Without women, we are reduced to half an
ummah.
Many sectarians want to forget that the Prophet, pbuh,
passed away in the lap of Ayesha, r.a. Even more Muslims
forget that she led an army of the best Muslims in battle,
as their leader.
PAKISTAN
From New Trend's Pak Observers:
Pakistan in the Army's Death Grip.
Pathetic Imran Khan is supposedly the Prime Minister of
Pakistan. However the facade of integrity he had was
shriveled on April 29 by the army's spokesman named General
Ghafoor. Then on May 2, there was a follow up by General
Bajwa, the army chief, which left no doubt about Pakistan's
and Imran's pitiable condition.
The regime bowed to the UN and US to declare Jaish
Muhammad a terrorist organization. Thus Pakistan accepted
the Indian claim that the attack on its occupation army in
Kashmir was a terrorist attack. If an attack on occupation
forces is terrorism, it implies that Kashmir is part of
India. Thus the martyr was a terrorist and his alleged group
is a terrorist group.
The army has decided that the peaceful Pashtoon movement
is led by men who are funded by India. The Pushtoon movement
though peaceful will face the army's iron fist. [The army
claimed about the mujahideen too that they were working for
India. The army went to the extent of claiming that the
fighters killed in action were not circumcised, hence were
not Muslims.]
All Islamic schools [madressas] are to be put under
government control.
General Ghafoor admitted that out of the total number of
"disappeared" opponents of the regime, 2500 are still
disappeared. He did not deny that the army has been carrying
out "extra-judicial" killings.
The army chief, Bajwa, is even more brutal than Ghafoor. He
described the destruction of frontier villages and towns as
the "post-operation environment." Thus the army has
sanitized the language of genocide.
Background: For several years the army carried out massive
operations against the frontier people, first in Swat, then
in all the tribal principalities bordering Afghanistan. The
military went into action when America claimed that
supporters of Sharia {Islamic law] had not only gained
grassroots support in Swat but had reached Buner which is
only 70 miles from Islamabad.
Sharia is the basis of Pakistan. Why would anyone in
Pakistan quarrel with Sharia [Islamic law] when Pakistan
claims that Pakistan is meant to be an Islamic state? The
army, through its civilian surrogates, claimed that Sharia
means that the mullas are violating the Constitution of
Pakistan.
When the army went into Swat, it evicted almost the entire
population, and created a free fire zone. The people of Swat
fought back, sacrificed thousands of their people who stood
for Islam and killed several thousand invading troops.
This was genocide but neither America nor India objected
because the victims were supporters of Islamic law.
However, America was not satisfied with the destruction of
Swat, America kept pushing the army to DO MORE. One after
the other, all the tribal regions were attacked and
destroyed by the army. To please America, the army went into
South Waziristan and did a repeat of Swat.
The demand to DO MORE continued till the army decided to
attack North Waziristan. Here a pause occurred because
Jamaate Islami urged the government to realize that entry
into North Waziristan would create a condition of war within
Pakistan. But the army had its orders from Washington. It
invaded North Waziristan and evicted the ENTIRE POPULATION.
Only a few thousand managed to escape into Afghanistan. The
rest, more than a million, became internal refugees.
With the passage of years, the people of frontier areas
decided to use peaceful means. The Islamic people had been
killed or driven out in large numbers. So the new movement
has a secular, ethnic veneer. Large numbers of Pashtoons
have joined this movement in the belief that a peaceful,
non-Sharia, movement would not be brutalized by the
army..
China
Looks like the wrath of Allah is on China's attempt to
destroy Islam.
China was forcing Muslims to eat pork.
Pig 'Ebola' Virus that started with a few dozen dead pigs in
northeastern China is sending shock waves through the global
food chain.
Last August, a farm with fewer than 400 hogs on the
outskirts of Shenyang was found to harbor African swine
fever, the first ever occurrence of the contagious viral
disease in the country with half the world's pigs.
Forty-seven head had died, triggering emergency measures
including mass culling and a blockade to stop the
transportation of livestock. Within days, a government
notice proclaimed the outbreak "effectively controlled."
It was too late. By then, the disease had literally gone
viral, dispersed across hundreds of miles in sickened
animals, contaminated food, and in dirt and dust on truck
tires and clothing. Nine months later, the contagion has
spread nationwide, crossed borders to Mongolia, Vietnam and
Cambodia, and bolstered meat markets globally.
While official estimates count 1 million culled hogs,
slaughter data suggest 100 times more will be removed from
China's 440 million-strong swine herd in 2019, the Chinese
zodiac's "year of the pig."
The U.S. Department of Agriculture forecast in April a
decline of 134 million head -- equivalent to the entire
annual output of American pigs -- and the worst slump since
the department began counting China's pigs in the mid
1970s.
"This is an unprecedented situation," said Arlan Suderman,
chief economist for INTL FCStone Inc., who has been
analyzing commodity markets for almost four decades. "This
will impact food prices globally."
Like Ebola
The strain of African swine fever spreading in Asia is
undeniably nasty, killing virtually every pig it infects by
a hemorrhagic illness reminiscent of Ebola in humans. It's
not known to sicken people, however.
The harm to pigs is especially critical for China, with a
$128 billion pork industry and the world's third-highest
per-capita consumption.
Pork Lovers
China's 2017 per-capita pork consumption was almost triple
the global average
China's hog herd may decline as much as 30 percent, said
Juan R. Luciano, chief executive officer of
Archer-Daniels-Midland Co., one of the biggest agricultural
commodity traders.
"China will clearly need to import substantial amounts of
pork and likely other meat and poultry to satisfy demand,"
Luciano told analysts on an April 26 conference call.
Chinese meat purchases may also boost sales of soybean meal,
a source of livestock feed, in North America, Brazil, and
Europe, he said.
Wholesale pork prices in China are already 21 percent higher
than a year ago, and have risen in the U.S. and EU after
processors sent more of their product to China. The price of
bacon in Spain jumped about 20 percent during March, while
pork shoulders climbed 17 percent in Germany, according to
Interporc, a Madrid-based industry group.
Needing Meat
China will boost its imports to plug a domestic pork
shortage
"The potential quantum of this is huge," said Angus
Gidley-Baird, a commodities analyst with Rabobank in Sydney.
"It's the biggest thing to affect the animal-protein market
this year, and will probably have a lasting effect for a
number of years. It will move markets and possibly influence
geopolitical situations."
The rally has spread to other meats. Australia's beef
exports to China surged 67 percent in the first quarter. In
Brazil, shares in meatpackers such as JBS SA and Minerva SA
have soared amid optimism of stronger sales to China.
May 2: In the Mohmand agency of the Pakistani frontier, an
Islamic woman shot dead a Pakistani soldier who was breaking
into her home. She
pledged on the Qur'an telling him to stop breaking in. He
did not stop, so she shot and killed him. [She is being
praised on Pakistani face book accounts.]
April 30-May 1. Mujahideen from
Afghanistan's Paktika province
fought Pakistani troops fencing the border in Waziristan.
Three Pakistani troops were killed and 7 injured. [Daily
Times.]
April 15. In a battle with Pakistani
troops, mujahideen coming in from
Khost province of Afghanistan killed
5 Pakistani troops and wounded 12.
[Note: After years of fighting, Pakistan army forced
Islamic groups who want Sharia to retreat into Afghan border
areas.
The army remains in full occupation of border regions. The
Islamic fighters retreated under heavy fire and occasional
US drone strikes but continue to fight back.
Pakistani media dare not criticize army actions.]
Syria
Battles, Bombing and Massacres.
May 3-5. Russian Sukhoi 22 and Sukhoi 24 hit Islamic towns
and villages in northern Hama province with 54 air
strikes.
Assad regime's helicopters dropped 64 barrel bombs designed
to kill civilians in villages and towns of southern Idlib
province.
Civilians are fleeing towards Turkey.
May 4. Deraa province: People are defying and insulting the
Assad but are mostly. unarmed. Two men who "reconciled" with
the regime were killed. An intelligence
officer of the Assad air force was also assassinated.
Deir ez Zor: IS fighters hiding in the eastern desert are
attacking US-backed SDF forces. an attempt to kill an SDF
commander failed but his 3 man escort was killed.
May 3. In Tayyana town IS gunmen exchanged fire with an SDF
patrol and killed 4 SDF troops. In Busayrah town
demonstrators came out with banners against SDF.
MASSACRES
Syrian Observatory for Human Rights [SOHR] has pinpointed
two massacres of women and children from the families of
Islamic State fighters.
In the first massacre, the US air force wiped out the
village of Baghouz [on the Euphrates river] killing over 200
women and children from the families of IS fighters.
In the second massacre, SOHR says that tribal allies of SDF
slaughtered 230 helpless women and children from IS families
who had not been able to escape.
People in villages along the southern Euphrates river are
demanding that SDF should release women and children who are
not connected to Islamic State.
Desert Fighting Taking Heavy toll of Assad regime. April to
May.
In the eastern Homs province desert, from near Palmyra, down
to Deir ez Zor, in month long fighting, 81 regime troops,
including 9 Iranians, have been killed by Islamic State
fighters. The IS fighters chased the regime troops till the
Russian air force and missiles forced IS to retreat. 28 IS
fighters were killed.
Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi makes a Shocking re-emergence.
The leader of the Islamic State suddenly re-emerged on a
video seen around the world. He admitted the fall of IS
stronghold of Baghouz on the southern Euphrates but urged
his followers to fight on. The US has put a $25 million
bounty on his head. Earlier Russia has claimed that its
missiles had killed the Caliph.
With both superpowers out to kill him, observers say its a
serious blow for the West, Russia and Iran that he has not
only survived but is leading his forces.
Libya
BBC is reporting that Islamic State {IS} fighters attacked
General Haftar's forces who were training in the southern
city of Sabha. The fighters frred the prisoners held in the
city. Nine of Haftar's men were killed [one beheaded] and 7
wounded.
General Haftar is supported by the Egyptian tyrant General
Sissi and the UAE [and thus indirectly by USA]. With massive
weaponry, Haftar is trying to capture the
Libyan capital city of Tripoli. Fighters from Misrata have
blocked his advance.
Another report indicates that drone attacks on Tripoli are
from UAE's base in eastern Libya. These drone attacks are
serious damage to the Tripoli defense.
Iraq
Reports from Iraq indicate that IS is trying to enter Iraq
from Syria,
Baghdad regime indicates clashes with IS but gives no
details.
Iranian news agencies do steady fake news against IS. These
Iranian claims are so blatant that only people totally
unaware of Iran's activities would give any credence to
Iranian claims.
Iran invested a BILLION dollars in the US installed regime
in Baghdad and now sees its "rewards" slipping away because
Iraqis don't think highly of their Iranian allies.

Nadrat's Unusual way of "Speaking" for
Unknown Causes.
Nadrat Siddique is a marathoner who wears
shirts highlighting various causes dear to Muslims when she
runs.
She has worn shirts for Aafia Siddiqui, Palestine, Black
Lives Matter and now Immigrants.
On May 4, Nadrat did the International 5K in Columbia,
Maryland [before she had to go for work!].
The race is sponsored by a local immigrant rights group
called FIRNS. Nadrat represented Pakistan for the second
year in a row and carried a small PAKISTANI FLAG.
She finished in 23:12, a pace of approximately 7:25
min/mile. She got the first place of all women.

place because faster runners did not turn up.

Br. Saalakhan, as his friends call him, seems to have
unlimited energy. People cannot keep up with him as he goes
from city to city calling people to justice and

Siddiqui; even went to Pakistan to meet her family.
Now he is reminding people of the suffering of imam Jamil
al-Amin whom the government has moved to a cell in
Arizona.
His latest and UNIQUE achievement is to invite people to
demonstrate at the CHINESE EMBASSY. This genocidal country
has put several million Muslims in concentration camps.

$500,000 Deal in Baltimore: Mayor Resigns.

BALTIMORE, MD — The mayor of Baltimore resigned
effective immediately, her attorney said at a press
conference on Thursday, May 2. He read a statement from
Mayor Catherine Pugh resigning from her position.
Pugh, 69, had been on leave since April 1. She cited
pneumonia in stepping aside at a time when she was under
scrutiny for netting more than half a million dollars in
book deals from health-care companies that do business with
the government.
"I am sorry for the harm that I have caused to the image of
the city of Baltimore," Pugh said in a statement read by her
attorney Steven Silverman at his office in downtown
Baltimore Thursday afternoon.

determine violent crime rates in nearly 2,000 cities and

UAE Arabs Doing Idol Worship
Thawban narrated that the Messenger of Allah said:
"The Hour shall not be established until tribes of my Ummah
unite with the idolaters, and until they worship idols. And
indeed there shall be thirty imposters in my Ummah, each of
them claiming that he is a Prophet. And I am the last of the
Prophets, there is no Prophet after me."

The Messenger of Allah said:
"The Last Hour will not come before the tribes of my people
attach themselves to the polytheists, and tribes of my
people worship idols."

Ibn Qudaamah said: It is not permissible for any of them
(the kuffaar) to live in the Hijaaz. This is the view of
Maalik and al-Shaafa'i, but Maalik said: I think that they
should be expelled from all the Arab lands, because the
Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon
him) said: "Two religions cannot coexist in the Arabian
Peninsula." Abu Dawood narrated with his isnaad from 'Umar
that he heard the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings
of Allaah be upon him) say: "I will certainly expel the Jews
and the Christians from the Arabian Peninsula, and I will
not leave anyone there but Muslims."

Revive a Sunnah: Delaying the Suhoor.
The Prophet (sall Allaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said...
"If one of you hears the call to prayer (Adhan) and the
vessel is in the hand of one of you, then let him not put it
down until he fulfills his need
from it."

Al-Albani (may Allah grant him Al-Firdaus) said:
"And what is meant here by the call is the second call, the
second
Adhaan. It is not the first Adhaan, which they wrongly call
the Adhaan for
withholding (al-Imsaak). We must know that there is no basis
for calling
the first Adhaan the Adhaan for withholding (imsaak)."
The second Adhaan is when we are to withhold, and this is
clearly
stated in the Qur'an... Allah, the Mighty and Majestic,
says:
"And eat and drink until the white thread of dawn becomes
clear to you
from the black thread of the night."
in the 'Hadeeth' agreed upon by al-Bukharee and Muslim,
from the
hadeeth of Abdullaah ibn Umar (radi Allahu anhu) that
...
The Prophet (sall Allaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said...
"Let not the Adhaan of Bilaal deceive you." meaning, the
first Adhaan,
"because he gives the Adhaan in order to awaken the person
who is
sleeping, and so that the person who wishes to eat the
pre-dawn meal can
do so. So eat and drink until Ibn Umm Maktoon gives the
Adhaan."
It is opposition to Allah and to the Messenger that a
person says that
one who hears the 'Adhaan' whilst he has food in his mouth
must spit it
out upon the ground. This is not from the Sunnah. Rather
this
is contrary to the Sunnah, and is contrary to the clear
command of the Messenger (sall Allaahu 'alayhi wa
sallam).

The Neglect: What happens today is totally contrary to this.
Many people
eat their Suhoor an hour before 'Fajr' or withhold from food
and drink
15 minutes or so before dawn. This is not befitting.
This is contrary to the Sunnah -
The 'Sunnah': The companions of the Prophet (sall Allaahu
'alayhi wa sallam) used to eat the Suhoor so late that one
of them would almost hear
the Adhan and he would still be eating because he had
delayed the
Suhoor.
