Don't Debate Matters in Which the Law is Not Clear.
An-Nu'man ibn Basheer reported: The Messenger of Allah,
peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Verily, the lawful
is clear and the unlawful is clear, and between the two of
them are doubtful matters about which many people do not
know. Thus, he who avoids doubtful matters clears himself in
regard to his religion and his honor, and he who falls into
doubtful matters will fall into the unlawful as the shepherd
who pastures near a sanctuary, all but grazing therein.
Verily, every king has a sanctum and the sanctum of Allah is
his prohibitions. Verily, in the body there is a piece of
flesh which if upright then the entire body is upright, and
if corrupt then the entire body is corrupt. No doubt it is
the heart."

Jamaat al-Muslimeen Document given to 100 after Juma'
On February 9, in Catonsville, Maryland, a 6-page Jamaat
al-Muslimeen document was given to 100 Muslims after
juma'
This is a 100% Pakistani mosque. Even the khutba is given in
Urdu although they call it "waaz." [They have a "khutba
masnuna" in Arabic for less than 5 minutes.]
The masjid was absolutely packed but the people are very
friendly.

Once or twice a week, Israeli jets, helicopters and drones
have been attacking Islamic State {ISIS] fighters in the
Sinai. This is Egyptian territory but General Sissi urged
Israel to attack IS because Egyptian forces wwre being hit
hard by IS.
About 100 Israeli strikes have been carried out over a year
and were kept hidden by Sissi. The number of people killed
by the Israelis is not fully known but it is said to be in
the hundreds.

Two Recently Discovered Asteroids Pass by Earth!
Just days after the "Super Bowl" an asteroid passed Earth
on Sunday; another space rock buzzed by much, much closer on
Friday at around 10:30 am.
Asteroid 2018 CB safely whizzed by our planet at a distance
of about 39,000 miles (64,000 kilometers). NASA estimates
the asteroid to be between 50 and 130 feet (15 and 40
meters) across.
The larger Asteroid 2002 AJ129 generated a lot of hype
before it passed at a safe distance of about 2.6 million
miles (4.2 million kilometers), right around the same time
the big game kicked off on Sunday. Part of the reason it got
so much attention is that astronomers saw it coming.
The smaller, closer asteroid, 2018 CB, was just spotted for
the first time a few days before whizzing by.
"Although 2018 CB is quite small, it might well be larger
than the asteroid that entered the atmosphere over
Chelyabinsk, Russia, almost exactly five years ago, in
2013," said Paul Chodas, manager of NASA's Center for
Near-Earth Object Studies. "Asteroids of this size do not
often approach this close to our planet -- maybe only once
or twice a year."
You may recall that the Chelyabinsk bolide exploded when it
hit the atmosphere above Russia, creating a shock wave that
blew out numerous windows on the ground.
2018 CB also comes on the heels of another recently
discovered asteroid, 2018 CC, which came within 114,000
miles (184,000 kilometers) of us on Tuesday.
Africa
According to reports, large swaths of Mali, Burkina Faso and
Niger are now in control of armed Islamic groups led by
al-Qaida. French and regime troops cannot enter many areas.
This information is connected to an appeal to the Pope by a
Columbian nun who has been kidnaped in Mali. Western and
local regimes cannot reach her, so she appeals to the Pope.
There is a good chance that she will be released as a number
of other hostges have been ransomed.
Palestine
Abbas Regime changing Policy on Resistance,
On February 5, a 19-year old Palestinian, using a knife,
killed an Israeli Rabbi who was the central figure among a
settler group occupying Palestinian territory. The
occupation forces are looking for him.
Meanwhile in Jenin, the entire city is mourning Jarrar, a
Palestinian youth who was killed by the occupiers and his
home blown up in an Israeli missile attack.
The Palestinian Authority [led by Abbas] is now hailing
Jarrar as a martyr and his father as "the Lion and his cub."
The father was killed by the Jews 20 years back when Jarrar
was a baby.

The Case of Mashal Khan. An attempt to legitimize Blasphemy.
Is it okay to attack Islam and Pakistan under Guise of Freedom of Expression?

Mashal Khan was a student at Abdul Wali Khan University in
Mardan, Pakistan. He and a number of bloggers subtly and
carefully started attacking Islam. The attacks were not
direct. They were in the guise of attacking "extremism"
which is a term used by the government to delegitimize its
Islamic opposition.
In Pakistan, Islam is too strong to be attacked directly.
The westernizers are following a policy of gradual
denigration. The government did nothing to stop Mashal Khan.
He was emboldened by the silence of the government to the
protests of Islamic students.
Mashal then graduated to attacking various prophets and
their stories mentioned in the Qur'an.
The protests of the student body became vociferous. The
government seemed to be letting him go on with his activity.
The overall attitude of the Pakistani power structure has
been to water down Pakistan's religious orientation.
Finally Mashal Khan resorted to blatant blasphemy against
Prophet Muhammad, pbuh. The authorities and the pro-West
media claimed that he was merely directing attention to
corruption within the university. The ploy did not work. The
blasphemy has been documented by being posted on face
book.
In Pakistan, there is consensus among all schools of Islamic
thought that blasphemy against the Prophet, pbuh, is an
invitation to genocide against the Islamic people of
Pakistan. The country is based on the honor of the Prophet,
pbuh, and there is no compromise possible on it if Pakistan
is to be an Islamic State.
All the students of the university, including Mashal's
friends were united in saying that he was indulging in
blasphemy which is punishable by death in Sharia and in
Pakistani law. . Still the authorities paid no
attention.
Finally in April of this year, the entire student body
cornered Mashal and one of the students shot him dead. The
man who did it was quite open about it and the shooting was
captured on video.
In the months which followed, the regime arrested scores of
students. The shooter was sentenced to death, five were
given life sentences and 25 were given 5 years imprisonment.
Another 53 were acquitted.
On February 8, crowds of people converged on Mardan to
congratulate the students who had been acquitted. Sweets
were distributed to their families.
On February 9, thousands of people gathered to demand that
those who were convicted should be released. The protest
rallies are supported by Tehreeke Khatme Nabuwwat, Jamiat
Ulema e Islam and Jamaate Islami.
We don't know what will happen next. The secularists who
have become rulers are, step by step, opening the doors for
blasphemy. If the Prophet, pbuh, is insulted and ridiculed
with impunity, the very concept of the SACRED will be erased
from this Islamic Republic.

Syria
Syria Splitting into Three? Huge Massacre inflicted by Shia
regime. American Bombing of Regime troops. Israeli Strikes.
Turkish Strikes.
February 7-11 . Around Damascus, in five days of bombing and
shelling, the Shia-Alawite regime killed more than 265
civilians including 51 children and 55 women . [Syrian
Observatory figures.].Towns targeted around Damascus are the
Islamic opposition strongholds of Douma, Arbin, Herasta and
several others. The regime jets, regime helicopters, Iranian
and Hizb artillery and a few Russian air strikes have been
hammering the populations which oppose the Shia-Alawte
regime. The massacre has been indiscriminate
Observers say that the regime wants to force entire
populations to flee and to re-settle the towns with Shias
from Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan.
The mujahideen groups have been trying to stop the regime's
attacks by firing mortars into the center of Damascus.
Mortar fire is causing a few casualties every day but not
anywhere enough to deter the regime from bombing opposition
towns.
Russian and Assad bombing of Idlib province is continuing
with a daily toll of civilian casualties.
IS is reported to have captured positions on the Idlib
border after expelling Tahrir groups from there. Now IS is
fighting Assad forces which are also trying to enter Idlib
province which is jam packed with refugees from areas which
Assad and the Russians have been bombing.
Euphrates River South. Two anti-Islam forces Collide.
February 8: The American-backed Kurdish forces [SDF] arrived
on the western banks of the Euphrates river. From the West,
Assad's elite troops also entered the area. The ISIS
fighters who once controlled the area had melted into the
desert unable to face jets and tanks. The regime, in a hurry
to take over, attacked the SDF with artillery and tanks. The
panicking SDF called on the Americans for help. In the US
air strikes and long range artillery shelling which
followed, Assad's troops suffered heavily. The Americans say
more than 100 were killed but SOHR says the correct figures
are 45 killed and 55 injured. Russia is trying to make sure
the two sides don't fight.
Turkey Sends Reinforcements and Turkish jets strike.
February 10: After the stalemate around Afrin, the Turkish
air force is again striking Kurdish Communist positions.
Turkish troops have also arrived to help the FSA and have
already suffered 8 killed. After capturing 18 villages,
Turkey wants to aim FSA at capturing Afrin and moving
towards Manbig where US troops are also stationed.
Israeli Strikes:
Israel has been bombing the IS group Jaysh Khalid bin Walid
and killed its leader. American and Assad strikes on the
group are also reported.
On February 9, Israeli jets targeted 12 Iranian positions in
Syria after an Iranian drone entered Israeli controlled
territory and was shot down. As the Israeli jets returned
from striking Iranian positions, the regime fired missiles
at them, hitting one of them. The Israeli jet crashed in
Israeli controlled territory. The pilot was seriously
injured.
Iraq
Fighting Continuing in Iraq as IS militants re-emerge.
Carnage of civilians in Mosul gradually being Uncovered.
February 11. As we go to the "press" a battle is going on
between Baghdad regime and IS militants on the Syria-Iraq
border.
The militants are trying to re-enter Iraq.
February 10: Near Mosul the regime admitted a clash with IS
in which it admitted the loss of only three troops.
In bomb blasts in north Baghdad 8 people have been killed
and injured.
In Nineveh province nine people were killed and injured in
similar bomb attacks.
One million people are still homeless after the destruction
of Mosul which ended in July 2017. The conditions are
deteriorating.
The US air force and the Baghdad-Shia-Iranian artillery
carried out indiscriminate attacks on the population. About
40,000 were killed. Six months later bodies of civilians are
still littered all over Mosul with many more being found as
the building blocks are cleared.
Families of ISIS fighters were also killed.
More than 800 European women who were helping ISIS are being
held in a concentration camp in violation of international
law.
[Human Rights Watch has alerted the world about the
potential for more conflict if regime atrocities
acontinue.]
Yazeedis armed by the US recently carried out a massacre of
Muslims including women and children whom they considered
sympathetic to IS. The stories of Yazeedis were distributed
around the world to demonize IS. Last year 90,000 Yazeedis
immigrated to Europe. They were safe and sound.

Many Americans' Actions Support Trump's "Shit-Hole
Countries" Slur
Obama & Trump: Both Sides are tainted.

Much has been made about Donald Trump's statements referring
to African countries, El Salvador and Haiti, as
"shit-holes." He allegedly made these statements in early
January 2018. "Why are we having all these people from
shit-hole countries come here?" Trump asked, according to
various sources. It is not hard to believe that Donald Trump
made these statements, especially when one considers his
racist and xenophobic tainted past. He is the kind of openly
racist and xenophobic president a great many white Americans
adore. They have long harbored these kinds of sentiments
about people of color; that's a big reason why they voted
for Trump in the first place. He wears his white supremacist
values on his sleeve for everyone to see. These types of
socially-regressive people are often associated with the
Republican Party or as being conservatives. However, many
Democrats and so-called "Liberals" support the notion that
the aforementioned countries are "shit-holes," and their
support of destructive policies proves it.
"Trump is the kind of openly racist and xenophobic president
a great many white Americans adore."
Whether liberals or Democrats come out and refer to
countries like Haiti as "shit-holes," or not, is irrelevant
when the policies they support treat those countries as
so-called shit-holes. Democrats and Republicans, alike, have
bombed developing nations for decades. They have also
instituted nefarious sanctions on countries like Zimbabwe
and Iraq, which have resulted in the deaths of hundreds of
thousands of people, including children and elderly. When
these policies were either being initiated or continued,
Democrats (and their constituent followers) supported these
pernicious actions without pause.
These facts are hardly debatable by anyone with an ounce of
intellectual honesty. George W. Bush may have started the
so-called war on terror and indiscriminate drone bombings,
but it was Barack Obama who used drones to bomb several
countries at a far higher clip than that of Bush. As a
matter of fact, Obama committed more drone bombings in his
first year in office than Bush did in eight years. Each of
those countries that were bombed was treated like
"shit-holes." A shit-hole is a place that is expendable and
considered nothing more than waste. It is a place that is
likened to excrement. When a nation is bombed with no regard
to the human life within that country, or its
infrastructure, does one really need to refer to it as a
"shit-hole" if it is being treated as one?

Democrats and Republicans/conservatives, alike, have a long
tainted history of treating so-called developing nations as
shit-holes. For instance, the United States has treated
Haiti as such for many decades. It was the racist Democrat
president, Woodrow Wilson, who started the occupation of
Haiti in 1915. This occupation lasted for 19 years
thereafter. This was a tag-team effort between Democrats and
Republicans. During this period thousands of Haitians were
killed by occupying US forces. Subsequent to that
occupation, the United States has supported brutal
dictators, like the Duvaliers, and orchestrated the
overthrow of democratically elected leaders, such as Jean
Bertrand Aristide. The aforementioned actions are exactly
how one would treat a country is considered a "shit-hole."
It is exactly why the US government has done these types of
things, not just to Haiti, but many countries -- mostly
countries inhabited by people of color. Many Americans have
supported this, either openly, or simply by their
obsequiousness to the politicians they unconditionally
support.

The United States, under the orders of Ronald Reagan,
supported and armed death squads throughout Central America,
including in El Salvador. Countless people lost their lives

the White House. People had to flee the land they loved,
simply to escape their human carnage being carried out by
ruthless death squads called Contras. This is a brutal fact
that many Americans seldom ponder, especially when it comes
to their baseless and insensitive comments about immigrants
from Central America. The US government has historically
played a significant role in the destruction of several
Central American nations.
It was hypocritical and pathetic to watch so many Americans,
mostly liberals, pretending to be upset with US president
Donald Trump's comments about African nations, Haiti and El
Salvador. These people have had no qualms supporting
Democrat politicians in their bombing campaigns, destructive
sanctions or imperialist wars that have been imposed on
these nations. Many of the politicians they support have
done things that have starved these nations of humanity.
Donald Trump is a dimwitted racist and xenophobe, however
his words pale in comparison to the actions carried out by
his predecessors, such as Barack Obama and George W. Bush.
What is worse, banning people from majority Muslim nations
or bombing those nations with drones, killing innocent
civilians in the process? Barack Obama bombed those majority
Muslim nations, with no regard for human life, and his
supporters didn't say a peep before, during or after his
destructive actions. What is worse, referring to places like
Haiti and Libya as "shit-holes," or overthrowing their
democratically elected leader -- as Bill Clinton did to Jean
Bertrand Aristide -- or even bombing Libya mercilessly, thus
killing tens of thousands in the process, as Barack Obama
and Hillary Clinton did? The answer to these simple
questions should be obvious, however, sadly, to a great many
Americans the answer is perhaps confusing.

Many Americans have lost their sense of humanity while
asserting allegiance to political parties and charismatic
public figures within these parties. They have, in essence,
sided with the destructive and evil actions of politicians
rather than siding with their global neighbors, who are
human beings with dreams, goals, and aspirations, just like
them. This trend must stop and it must stop sooner rather
than later. A critical mass of justice-oriented people,
unified and organized, can make a huge impact in halting
imperialist wars, imperialist economic policies, and
imperialist sanctions. This can, and will, play a
significant role in ensuring peace and humanity -- for
ALL.
