March 11: Unity against Trump: Jamaat al-Muslimeen hails the
people of Chicago who swamped Donald Trump's rally. More
than 10,000 people protested against Trump's irresponsible
rhetoric. The main components of the protestors were
Hispanics, African Americans and Muslims. Many "Whites" too
joined in.
An excited young New Trend reporter, Br. Kris, describes
Trump's latest flip flop as follows:
DailyDot.com/tags/donald-trump
"Wannabe mafioso & big boy Donald Dump threatens Bernie
Sanders by saying he will send his supporters to disrupt
sanders rallies; whilst falsely accusing Bernie Sanders of
orchestrating the thousands of brave souls who took a stand
against fascism by disrupting Donald's rally in Chicago,
thereby showing the true cowardice that lies in what's left
of Trump's soul (although it's debatable as to whether he
ever had one).
Sorry for the long title, but Muslims and minorities need to
know that they can make a difference. Hopefully that will
encourage more mass protests against Donald dump in the
future.

Hadith of the Week
The Best of the Best of his, pbuh, Companions.
Hasan, r.a., the son of Ali, r.a., narrates that his father
said: I was sitting with the Prophet, pbuh, when I saw Abu
Bakr and Umar approaching. The Prophet, pbuh, said to me: O
Ali, after the prophets and the messengers, these two are
the leaders of the people of Paradise, both the young and
the old."
[Hadith in the Musnad of Ahmad ibn Hanbal, Sunan of ibn Maja
and the Jami of Tirmidhi.]
Comment by Kaukab Siddique: This hadith was quoted by
Maulana Maudoodi in Tafheem al-aHadith, vol.2. See The
Quran, 9:100 for the highest praise of the entire group of
Companions [ sahaba] of the Prophet, pbuh.

An Invitation to think.
The Real Knowledge of Success.
We have a lot of Arab Muslim kingdoms and states, yet we
are the weakest and most vulnerable in the world. This is
the outcome of division.
If you feel lost, stressed, disappointed, or weak, return
to the book of Allah and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad
(SA). You will discover yourself and learn about the
objective of creation. Fuel yourself and you will become
like a flower in full bloom, even in a muddy pond, beautiful
and strong.
If you look up "strong" in the dictionary, you'll see that
it not only has references to physical strength, but to
sound and convincing reasoning and to the skills in
possession that lead to success.
If you are strong, there is no place for these words in
your dictionary: tired, bored, later and impossible
Grow by helping others to grow.
Believe me; young people have so many things they need to
learn. Start at home then your community and then your
community at-large.
There is power in sharing knowledge.
Your success comes with a responsibility: to turn around
and help others to become successful.
Better yourself by bettering others.

Sahih Bukhari. Volume 3, Book 43, Number 624:
Narrated Anas:bin Malik, r.a.:
Allah's Messenger, pbuh, said, "Help your brother, whether
he is an oppressor or he is an oppressed one. People asked,
"O Allah's Messenger! It is all right to help him if he is
oppressed, but how should we help him if he is an
oppressor?" The Prophet said, "By preventing him from
oppressing others."
More than two million people are in America's prisons.
Their families are affected. Many others are on parole.
Still others are waiting to be tried. America has no
solution for this growing problem related to economics,
break up of families, drugs and lack of opportunities plus
incitement to "get what you want" through the media.
Among the prisoners are Muslim political prisoners most
of whom have done nothing against America except to oppose
American policies or attempt t help Islamic groups
overseas.
Our mosques in many cases are controlled by special
interests connected to the government and intelligence
agencies.
These mosques do not encourage peaceful protests against
government policies. They have nothing to say against
Israel, against the occupation of Muslim countries such as
Iraq, Afghanistan, Kashmir and Somalia. They have nothing to
say against tyrants supported by the US and Russia. They
have nothing to say against the imprisonment of Muslim
leaders like Imam Jamil and the Blind Shaykh. They have
nothing to say about the daily bombing of Iraq and Syria or
the drone attacks against Pakistan, Yemen and Somalia.
As a result of the ;passivity of our mosques, some young
people get frustrated and angry and make statements which
can be used against them by government agents or some
informant contacts them and traps them and then they are
handed over to the government.
Among the most innocent Muslim political prisoners is
Aafia Siddiqui, a highly educated Muslim woman who was
conveying he message of Islam to Americans by peaceful
means. She was kidnapped. Her children were abducted and the
weirdest stories were cooked up against her and she was
sentenced to 86 years in prison. She is in Ft. Worth, Texas
and not allowed to meet anyone.
Activist Br. Mauri Saalakhan, an African American
brother, is organizing rallies to support Dr. Aafia's case.
One of these will be in Washington, DC on March 19. Please
take a flyer about this rally and spread the word. Jamaat
al-Muslimeen is supporting Sis. Aafia's cause as we
supported Imam Jamil al-Amin.
The issue is not whether these rallies will be successful
or not. The issue is: What do we think of ourselves as
Muslims. Are we willing to spend some time to support
justice for Aafia? Do we not think Muslims are one
brotherhood and sisterhood. Here is where we can show that
we are one Ummah. This country allows us to protest
peacefully. It is our right under the Constitution of this
country and it is our duty as Muslims.
Muslims are not fighting to force anyone to become
Muslim. There is no compulsion in religion.
Muslims are obliged to fight oppressors, occupiers and
tyrants even if these oppressors claim to be Muslims.
Small Islamic armies were able to bring down huge
empires like the Persian and Roman empires not only owing to
great Muslim generals like Khalid ibn al-Waleed, r,a., and
Muawiyyah, r.a., but also because these were slave empires
which also oppressed women.
The slaves and women in these empires knew that the
Muslims were coming to liberate them.
The Prophet gave rights to captives including captive
women which no one has ever done.
May Allah give us success in this world and in the

[By this time the imam informed Br. Kaukab that his khutba

On March 8, International Women's Day, a Rally was held
for Dr. Aafia at MIT where she Studied.
Photo of Aafia rally. Sis. Karin speaking [right].
Among the numerous Speakers was Sis. Karin. This is what she
said:
"My name is Karin Friedemann also known as Maria Hussain. I
was an active member of the Muslim Students' Association at
Wayne State University [Detroit]. serving as Publication
Secretary from 1995-1996.I did not know Dr. Aafia Siddiqui
but she was an activist at MIT around the same time as me.
Dr. Aafia's sincere and humble enthusiasm for promoting
Women's rights in Islam - the Rights of Muslim women to
Education, to earn and keep their own money, as well as the
protection of Motherhood. She argued that a woman must be
educated in order to be the best mother for her children,
because an ignorant mother would raise ignorant children.
Dr. Aafia also cared deeply about the suffering of Muslims
in war torn areas around the world. She viewed the Global
Muslim Community as one body. And if even one small part of
the body is in pain, the entire body cannot sleep. [Hadith.]
This point of view that emphasized empathy and action has
since been demonized by the powers that be, causing many
good people to live in fear.
However, during the 1990's, Muslims in America experienced a
sense of self-confidence, idealism and freedom that can even
be compared to the 1960's. American Muslims were filled with
faith in themselves and the hope that we could make the
world a better place.
With this level of enthusiasm, Dr. Aafia told the Boston
Globe during Islamic Awareness Week that, "If Americans were
to learn about the beauty of Islam, they would all want to
become Muslims!"
Dr. Aafia and I were also both very active in the Muslim
Students' Association, raising awareness about the wars in
Bosnia and Chechnya. I feel a deep sisterhood with her
because we both went door to door collecting boots and
winter gear to send to Bosnia, where many people were made
homeless by the war. Both of us collected so many donations
that boxes were stacked to the ceiling in the Muslim
Students' prayer hall, leaving hardly any room to walk,
inspiring many brothers to drive vans full of donations to
the charity foundation in Chicago, from where the boots etc.
would be shipped by container load to Bosnia.
Nobody knows exactly why Dr. Aafia Siddique was targeted by
US 'intelligence' to be abducted and disappeared, but her
student activism may have played a role, to send American
Muslims, and Muslims in America, a chilling message. That
they are not considered equal citizens, that they are not
granted Constitutional freedom of speech or free travel.
That Muslims are not free to do fundraising campaigns, that
their charities would be closed down and their assets frozen
if they tried to participate in political activism or
humanitarian projects.
After 2001, Islam in America entered a dark period in
history from which we have not yet emerged. It even seems
that the forces of hate and destruction are growing more
entrenched in the US political establishment and media.
There is one thing we can do to turn things around and bring
us back to a time when Muslims didn't have to be afraid to
get on an airplane or afraid to donate money to a political
cause. We can and we must free Dr. Aafia Siddiqui . We must
show the world that Muslims in the US are equal citizens
that should enjoy freedom of speech, freedom of travel,
freedom to promote their beliefs, just as any other group is
free to promote their interests and their beliefs and to
donate money to causes they care about.
We need to demonstrate that it's not acceptable for the US
government to kidnap people and hold them for years in
secret prisons being raped and tortured, without any charge
against them. The America that I am working for is not one
that makes an example out of student activists by concocting
contrived allegations of terrorism against them. Our
country's freedom and integrity requires that we free
Aafia."

Trump and Hilary Clinton Have Black Activists Fearful
New York City - It is that time, again: The Presidential
Election!
A caller on the Community Cop Show, available on local
public access cable, suggested that Black people boycott the
elections. Father Lucas, one of the panelists disagreed for
two reasons:
Black people died for the right to vote and
If you don't vote you are allowing jerks like Trump to
win.
The entire show from beginning to end was about how horrible
the presidential candidates are, especially the hypocritical
Clintons. Also, the talk was about how limited a pool of
candidates there are for many Americans to choose for
President. This discussion is typical of these types of
programs. The people choose to quote certain selections from
Malcolm X and the Hon. Elijah Muhammad but, because they are
not Muslim they always stop short never going for the
ultimate major move that will fully empower themselves. They
get in their own way!
"And when it is said unto them: Follow that which Allah hath
revealed, they say: We follow that wherein we found our
fathers. What! Even though their fathers were wholly
unintelligent and had no guidance?" (Holy Qur'an,
2:170).
Now, I am not saying that the Blacks from the 1960's Civil
Rights Era were ignorant or stupid. They fought for the
power they believed came with voting rights, among other
things. But, they did not know everything. By the time the
White politicos worked to bring these rights into existence,
voting power had significantly diminished. The power shifted
to the political party away from the people. People identify
with and display loyalties to political parties the same way
gangsters do with their gangs.
The political parties choose who will represent THEIR
interests and the American people choose from among those
competing party candidates. The trickology is in believing
that you made an actual choice when it was the political
party's choice.
There are many traditionalists out there and these people
can be dumb, deaf, and blind. We are being unjustifiably
imprisoned and murdered with impunity by law enforcement.
Now, is not the time to focus on tradition. What Black
leaders should be focusing on is what is effective. The
older Black population has been so dumbed down that they are
the only group who wait around four years to cast a vote for
someone with the hope that he will uplift us. It is the
Messiah Complex - no disrespect. But, they are expecting a
savior to rescue them from poverty and oppression when the
Holy Qur'an says that you can do that for yourself.
'Never will Allah change the condition of a people, until
they change themselves.'
Al-Qur'an 13:11"
The White man's power is in the courts as Malcolm X once
said. He said that the Black man's power was in the streets.
So many positive changes have been made from taking it to
the streets. The oppressor wants us to assimilate and
empower HIM by working a system he created to give himself
and advantage but, most importantly, puts everyone else at a
disadvantage. It will take some time but, it will not be
easy for most people to understand that it is just them and
God rather than them, God, and the oppressor. We need
NOTHING from them.
Women Are Victims in Waiting
I saw a disturbing interview with comedienne Sheryl
Underwood on The Insider, recently. Sheryl Underwood is a
survivor, which means she was a rape victim who lived to
tell about it. Women in this country are up for grabs,
Either they have been raped or sexually accosted in some
fashion. The main culprit in this behavior is male
chauvinism. However, more women buy into male chauvinism
than men. It is a fact that the female population outnumbers
the male so, the aforementioned statement is true. There was
a recent Indiana court case where an ex-wife pleaded with
the court not to imprison her ex-husband because she needed
him to earn a living to take care of her and their
daughter....whom he was convicted of molesting. However, the
"judge" listened and gave this sexual predator 12 years
probation! This woman chose a check over her own victimized
child, who recently won a battle with cancer. It was during
her hospital stay that the child revealed to her mother that
her father was engaging in sexual misconduct with her.
There are much stronger women who would not want to have
anything to do with a cretin like this and would try to move
on no matter how difficult. But, this society was founded
upon the victimization of the Native Americans and the
Africans. The justice system has always sided with and
rewarded the oppressor, not the oppressed. Fighting back can
get you, the victim, jail time. Just act Haila Gabr, who was
a 17 year old rape victim who fought back and killed her
attacker. But, owing to a very callous prosecutor and
system, was jailed for it!
The media plays a role in this trickery, Many women see
reports about child marriages to dirty old men in foreign
countries. Male chauvinism rears its ugly head in different
ways all over the world. But, women in America have their
own battles with it. A woman's value is based on the male
chauvinistic value system of being sexually appealing and
bearing children. You don't even have to be intelligent. It
is preferable if you are not!
Western slasher films pay homage to some of America's
sickest serial killers who targeted women. Ed Gein has been
portrayed in many movies namely Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho.
In slasher movies, women are portrayed as nameless faceless
beings who come a dime a dozen. They have no human value.
Plus, killing them is the entertaining part. Many convicted
serial killers and rapists believe that they were doing
society a favor by attacking these women. They felt that
these women were the scum of the earth and that they should
have been killed or raped to punish her for something.
If you are convicted of robbing a bank, you will get 15 to
20 years. If it is armed robbery, you will get 30 to 35
years. These are federal laws. Yet, as mentioned above,
there are still judges giving sexual predators probation!
This is how much more valuable to this government money is
rather than human life. This society's disgust or even
hatred for women has manifested itself in the criminal
justice system, the educational system and the entertainment
industry. There are many issues with the medical field but,
according to Dr. Stanley T. West's book, The Hysterectomy
Hoax, doctors are more likely to unnecessarily remove a
woman's uterus when other options should be examined. He
encourages women to learn about their bodies and to learn to
be more vocal about their treatments. Knowledge, after all,
is power.
Comedienne Sheryl Underwood's rapist has never been caught
but; she refuses to let that alarm her because she did not
want to give the man who raped her that kind of power over
her. It is crucial that women educate each other and help
empower one another. Then, they need to focus on properly
educating their children and protect them from this
egregious form of mis-education.

A Letter to an Ismaili. No "imam" can be Intermediary. Call
Allah Directly.
by Shamim Siddiqi [Adviser to Jamaat al-Muslimeen, from Long
Island, New York.]
I do realize your concern for your faith. You are free to
keep what you like. But the common logic demands something
else.
Allah is our Creator and Sustainer He created man first and
then the created the entire universe for man to meet the
Physical needs of man and send man on earth as His
Vicegerent - trustee/custodian and not as Master. As trustee
all men are accountable to him as how he lived on earth and
how he used the forces of earth in constructive ways or used
for the destruction of man and injustices all around.
Through this process of accountability, one will go to
heaven or hell as per his or her behavior on earth, These
are the Moral needs of man and for this Allah sent His
appointed Messengers in a continuous process to tell us as
to how to live, act and behave on this earth.
This is Islam nothing more and nothing less. Any thing you
need you beg from Him. There is no intermediary between
Allah and you/us. If any intermediary comes between you and
Allah it is Shirk and Allah abhors Shirk in all its shapes
and kinds.
This is Islam and what you or anyone talks is totally
unacceptable in Islam. It is distortion of Haq that Allah
sent to us for our guidance and salvation in Akhirah.
I would request you to study the Qur'an and the Seerah of
Rasulullah (S) Islam afresh and seek Allah's help to guide
you and keep you on the path of Righteousness. All Vali,
Imams, Peer and Faqir are the beggars of His door. They will
be of no use in Akhirah. Please study through Tafaseer like

Mumtaz Qadri Gave his life for Honor of the Prophet, pbuh.
Pakistan will Honor him Every Year.
by Qaiser Sharif
March One to be observed every Year as Youm e Tahafuz e
Namoos e Risalat
LAHORE, Mar. 3; Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Senator
Sirajul Haq, has announced First of March would be observed
as 'Youm e Tahafuz e Namoos e Risalat" every year, to
commemorate the martyrdom of Ghazi Mumtaz Qadri and the
constitutional and legal struggle to preserve the sanctity
of the Holy Prophet (pvuh) would be continued. He was
addressing a large gathering at the residence of Ghazi
Mumtaz Husain Qadri near Islamabad on Thursday.
Sirajul Haq said that Ghazi Mumtaz Qadri had set the
direction of for the country by sacrificing his life for the
sanctity of the Holy Prophet. He said that hundreds of
thousands of people had joined the funeral of Ghazi Mumtaz
Qadri to demonstrate their love for the Noble Prophet.
He said that the country's rulers were talking of liberalism
and secularism to please their foreign masters whereas the
masses were prepared to make every sacrifice to maintain the
ideological identity of the country.
Sirajul Haq said that by laying down his life for the Namsso
e Risalat, Ghazi Mumtaz Qadri had given the message to the
world that there was nothing more precious for a true
believer than the Holy Prophet's love. .
He said that by executing Mumtaz Qadri, the people in power
thought that the masses would forget this tragedy within a
few years. However, he said, that the nation would shatter
the rulers' whims and observe March one, as Youme Tahafuz e
Namoos e Risalat, every year.
Sirajul Haq said that the rulers were earning the wrath of
the200 million Pakistanis by supporting a tiny secular
lobby. By sending Mumtaz Qadri to the gallows, the rulers
had proved that they were slaves of the colonial powers and
the interests of the US and the West were dearer to them to
than the interest of the country and the nation.
He stressed the need for unity of the religious forces in
order to foil the international conspiracy aiming at
converting the country into a secular state.
Sirajul Haq offered his condolences to the father and other
members of Ghazi Mumtaz Qadri's family and said the entire
Ummah was indebted to them for the great sacrifice offered
by their son for a supreme cause.

Baghdadi appoints ISIS female fighter to Syria battalion
[From Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, SOHR]
February 29, 2016 605 Views
ISIS chief Abu Bakr al-Baghdad has reportedly appointed a
female Saudi fighter to head up a new battalion in
northeastern Syria, according to an activist.
Nada al-Qahtani, who joined the group in 2013, used to lead
the Khansa battalion in the militants' de facto capital of
Raqqa, located in Syria. She will now lead a new branch of
the all-female fighting unit in Hasakeh, the activist told
the Arabic website of Al Arabiya News Channel.
Baghdadi - who has not been seen in public or photographed
since 2014 - met with Qahtani twice in a meeting with other
ISIS leaders. She is seen as having a strong character, the
activist said.
The female fighter "is now present in Hasakah... and she
plays a prominent role on the level of communicating with
foreign fighters," he also said.
Qahtani left to Syria in Dec. 2013 and pledged the oath of
allegiance to Baghdadi. In one of her tweets, she revealed
her intentions to become a suicide bomber, and called on
women to encourage their husbands and sons to join ISIS.
