Dirham or Dinar , a slave male or a slave woman or anything
else except his white mule, his arms and a piece of land
which he had given in charity .

the Quran and the authentic hadith but also in the Sunnah of
the Prophet, pbuh. Islam is the only religion which
specifically rejects slavery.

Dec 24 - Jan 3: I visited Native American-White relatives
in Texas and Pakistani-White relatives in South Carolina.
I passed by the horrific disaster
in the city of Garland, just outside Dallas where strongly
built structures had been torn up by the wrath of nature.
I was subjected to "selection" and detailed search by TSA at
three airports. It's not clear why. Here is a photo of one
of these unpleasant experiences. In fact this was much more
polite than the ones at Baltimore and Dallas..
I have no idea what they want to know when my life is an
open book. They get their orders from "above." Again I don't
know who gives the orders.
IRAQ
January 3. For a third time, IS fighters came out of Ramadi
to attack troops from Baghdad who have entered the center of
Ramadi. Heavy regime casualties, 60 in one attack.
Also on January 3, BBC reported IS attacks on US backed
troops in Tikrit and Haditha. Successful and deadly raids.
No IS losses.
US air attacks caused heavy losses in Ramadi's Islamic
defenses.

INDIA
The fighting in India's strategic Pathankot air base which
started early on January 2 continued through January 3.
India claimed to have quashed the attack by 6 mujahideen
within a few hours but now has to admit that fighting
continued on Sunday.
India admits 7 air force personnel killed and 12 wounded
plus 20 special forces wounded. Damage to planes not yet
admitted.
Four of the mujahideen had been killed by January 4 [India
time]..
Also on January 3 and 4, India's Consulate in Mazare Sharif,
northern Afghanistan, came under attack with gunfire and
explosions. Details not available yet.

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani on Thursday ordered his
defense minister to accelerate his country's ballistic

Forgotten owing to Sectarian Propaganda

daughter and Ruqayya, r.a., was a great Islamic woman:
The Qur'an says "daughters" not daughter. Here is the verse:
"O Prophet! Tell your wives and daughters, and the believing
women, that they should cast their outer garments over their
pesons [when going out]: That is most convenient for them
that they should be known and not molested. And Allah is
Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." [33:59]

"Ruqayya, was the daughter of the Messenger of Allah, pbuh,
and her mother was Khadija, the daughter of Khuwaylad.
Before receiving prophethood, Muhammad, pbuh, had married
her to Utba, the son of Abi Lahab bin Abdul Mutallib who
divorced her soon thereafter before taking her as his wife
because in the meantime the prophet received prophethood and
the verses condemning Abu Lahab were revealed in the Qur'an.
She never went to Utba's home."
"She embraced Islam the very day her mother, Khadija, r.a.,
embraced Islam." [Among the very first to embrace
Islam.]
"She was among the first women to take the oath of
allegiance [baiat] to the Prophet, pbuh."
"She was married to one of the greatest Companions of the
Prophet, Usman, r.a."
" She did hijra TWICE to Africa with Usman, r.a.. The
Prophet, pbuh, said this is the first hijra in all of human
history for the sake of Allah since the time of the Prophet
Lut."
"Ruqayya suffered greatly [for Allah's sake] during hijra
and lost her unborn child through miscarriage."

[Comment: If you read the Qur'an, you will realize that the
Hijra by Ruqayya, r.a., puts her above other women,
including Fatima, r.a. who was also a great woman. We love
Fatima, r.a., but facts must be above feelings.]
"And their Lord has accepted of them and answered them:
'Never will I allow to be lost the work of any of you, be
you male or female, you are one community: those of you who
have done hijra from their homes or been driven out from
there, or suffered harm in My Cause, or fought, or been

PAKISTAN
Corruption is the Biggest Threat Says Jamaate Islami Leader

LAHORE, Jan. 1; Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Senator
Sirajul Haq has said that corruption was a bigger threat
than Daesh and the organization set up to wipe out
corruption had also been found involved in the menace.
Talking to the media after the opening session of the JI
central Shoora at Mansoora on Friday, he said that if the
plunder to the tune of Rs. 12 billion daily was controlled,
the country could be freed from the problems of poverty,
lawlessness besides foreign and domestic loans.
The JI chief said that if the Governor rule was imposed in
Sindh, the matter would not end there. He said, the centre
and the Sindh government had made Karachi operation a matter
of prestige due to which the people of Karachi were
suffering and it was feared that the gains made so far would
go waste.
Sirajul Haq said that NAB had failed to check corruption and
recover the plundered public money from the corrupt. For
instance, he said, there had been plunder of more than Rs.
10 trillion from departments of electricity and gas but NAB
could recover Rs. Five billion only.
"You don't need tanks or guns to control corruption. All you
require is correct information about people involved in the
menace and stringent action against the corrupt." he said.
He however added that the organization and the people
deputed to wipe out corruption must prove themselves a model
of integrity and honesty and added that the JI would soon
launch a drive against corruption.
Earlier, in his address to the JI central Shoora, Sirajul
Haq said that the world powers were amassing arms and
ammunition in Afghanistan instead of providing the Afghan
people with bread, book and pen. He said previously, there
were two players in the game but now the whole world was
bent upon destroying Afghanistan.
However, he said, that Army Chief's visit to Kabul would
strengthen the efforts for peace between the two countries
and it was hoped that Pak- Afghan talks for peace would bear
fruit. He said if talks between Afghan Taliban and the
Afghan government were successful, this would bring peace in
this country and support efforts for development and
prosperity in the region.
Senator Sirajul Haq said that several foreign powers were
out to sabotage the China Pakistan Economic Corridor project
and it was a test for Islamabad to carry the project ahead
saving it from internal dissent. The federal government
should remove the reservations of the smaller provinces on
this score, he added. He said the people of Khyber P. wanted
not a road but industrial zones and the federal government
should show flexibility in this respect.
He said the election system of the country had become a game
of wealth and billions were spent to secure a Senate seat in
violation of the election rules. He said if the Election
Commission was unable to enforce its present rulers and
regulations, any electoral reforms would also go waste.

were killed at the border without a Pak military response.

lost East Pakistan and other self styled 'Ataturk' type
generals handed over innocent people for the Guantanamo and
Bagram torture camps , enabled the occupation of Afghanistan
and have carried out the depopulation of people of FATA and
Swat.
"Saudi" Arabia
Pro-Imperialist Regime executes 43 Islamic Prisoners and 4
Shia Activists. Top Islamic Scholar Sheikh Zahrani is among
the innocents Victimized by the Regime.
On January 1, 2016, the corrupt Saudi regime executed 43
Islamic prisoners labelling them as al-Qaida.
Among them was Sheikh Faris al-Zahrani Islamic scholar,
teacher and man of Allah who had openly condemned the Saudi
regime as kafir. Seeing the regime aligned to the global
forces of kufr, he had renounced his Saudi nationality. The
Islamic quality of this scholar can be gauged from this

more. Nimr is being mourned by Shias worldwide.
Mourning for the top Islamic scholar of Saudi Arabia is
forbidden.
The Islamic people who were executed were all from "Saudi"
Arabia except for one from Chad and one from Egypt. So many
executed in such a small population indicates that the end
of the Saudi regime is not far. The regime is being kept
alive by a huge security apparatus backed by US imperialism.
Shaykh Osama had also tried to topple the entire Saudi power
structure. He led the process going towards the end of this
gangster family in the future, God willing.
Iraq
About 40% of Ramadi Remains in ISIL Hands: US Bombing Helped
regime to Capture Central Government Buildings.

January 1, 2016. The Iraqi regime and the US media heralded
the capture of Ramadi on December 28 with celebrations on
December 29.
Then today, January 1, FIVE DAYS AFTER the "Victory" the
mujahideen came out of a section of Ramadi and attacked Shia
troops on the outskirts of the city. Scores of regime troops
were killed. Losses so heavy that Baghdad admitted some of
them.
The western media are now trying to help their audiences
know that parts of Ramadi are still in the hands of the
mujahideen.
Some say 40% of Ramadi is in Islamic hands. Others say it is
20%.
Here is how they do this "explaining." BBC wanted to
indicate that many Ramadi civilians cooperated with ISIL. It
reported:
"Many others have apparently gone into hiding barricading
themselves at home in the northeastern areas WHICH ARE STILL
UNDER IS CONTROL. There's speculation about whether they
will be able to escape and whether there will be reprisal
against those locals who chose to cooperate with Islamic
State." [BBC News January 1, 2016]
Here is how BBC admits that fighting is going on WITHIN
Ramadi 5 days after "victory."
"But among the rubble of what is left of the city, victory
is a word that does not echo very far. Perhaps that's
because of the continuing sound of gunfire and mortars - or
is it the roar of warplanes overhead followed by the loud
blast of their strikes?"
"Yes, the Iraqi flag is flying over the city centre again,
but several hundred Islamic State [IS| militants are still
able to do harm in their desperate resistance." [BBC January
1]
The Baghdad regime was much ;less honest and stated the
situation as follows"
"Iraqi troops retook the city center on Monday, but
insurgents are still holed up in parts of the city."

Russian, Assad bombing in the western areas, American
Bombing in the East, But ground forces Beaten back by
Islamic Fighters
Elite Shi'ite Alawite military units led by Hizbullah
captured the town of Shaikh Meskin in Daraa province under
cover of bombing attacks on Russian jets.
That was on December 30 but on January 1, mujahideen from
FSA factionsrecaptured the town .
On January 3 it is again being bombed by Russians.
In the northeast, SDF [a secularist force organized by the
US] advanced against the Islamic State [IS] under cover of
US bombing attacks. In the bombing 16 IS fighters were
killed and 19 injured.
However, SDF and YPG Communists fell into an IS ambush and
retreated after 21 of its troops were killed.
In the Aleppo area, heavy fighting continues as Hizbullah
and Alawites try to advance under Russian bombing cover but
after minor advances, fell back.
Heavy fighting in Ghouta districts [near Damascus] occurred
after Assadi troops tried to advance after severe bombing of
Muslim positions by the Russiand.
By January 3 the advance had been reversed by Jaysh al-Islam
whose leader was recently killed in a Russian air strike.
India
January 1, 2016:
A handful of Islamic fighters have entered India's strategic
air force base in Pathankot. They are doing serious damage
to the
Indian air force equipment on the base. There is suspicion
that they are from the Jaishe Muhammad group in Kashmir.
India isa helicoptering in elite troops to crush the
mujahideen. Here is how the attack was reported by BBC as it
began:
"Gunmen have attacked an Indian air force base near the
border with Pakistan, officials say.
Gunfire is being heard from inside the Pathankot air force
base and army commando units and helicopters have been
called in. "

New York
White or Black, all are affected by racism, oppression and
Human Greed. Housing and Gentrification in New York

New York City - Racism does not just hurt its intended
target of non-Whites but, it affects all of society
detrimentally. Race or racism is a "foot race" set up to
keep non-Whites behind Whites. Read any dictionary before
1960 and Master race is a term included in the definition of
Caucasian. Although racist beliefs originated in Europe,
being White means everything here in America.
Earlier gentrification, late 1990s, involved Europeans who,
more or less, settled quietly in urban areas that had housed
non-White residents for decades. However, when White
Americans moved in there seemed to be more conflict between
them and non-White, longtime residents. That happens this
overseas, as well, with French people mistreating those
Blacks and Arabs of former French colonies. As for New York
City, some of these White Americans are coming from the
suburbs but, the majority, as is elsewhere, are coming from
the Midwest or the West coast areas.
Many Harlem residents were not happy with the fact that
politicians were opening up the coffers to spend money to
lure these White residents to these once downtrodden areas.
It was deemed very insulting. Everyone played a major role,
especially greedy Black politicians and clergymen, in
selling properties that once cost $1 for six figures to
seven figures to these new neighbors. Also, now landlords
were beginning to cater to this new wealth moving into the
city. The problem is they weren't willing to do much to do
it.
There were many old buildings in need of gut renovation. If
you are familiar with those home flipping shows, you realize
that it does not take a whole lot of money to increase value
in a property. You can spend $500 in repairs and that can
increase the value of a property by $10,000! Unfortunately,
not even $500 was being spent to make any significant
repairs in these older buildings. Only patch jobs, not
complete renovations, were being done and by unlicensed,
incompetent workers. Longtime residents and workmen were
being exposed to asbestos and lead dust as a result of poor
safety practices.
Many of these apartment buildings are rent-stabilized by law
and the tenants are protected from any significant rent
increases. The only way these apartments can be charged
market rents, which in many cases would bring in $4000 to
$5000 a month, is if these rent-stabilized tenants vacated
these apartments. The only way for this to happen, legally,
is to buy the tenant out or for the tenant to move out
voluntarily.
One slumlord who has drawn the ire of many Harlem residents
is Joseph Tahl, a former Donald Trump attorney and every bit
as racist as he. Tahl is believed to have swooped down into
Harlem and bought up every property he could get his hands
on. He is believed to be the largest slumlord in Harlem. He
has made it clear to the longtime residents in these
rent-stabilized buildings that he will not make the
necessary repairs in these older apartments unless he is
compelled to do so, which means complaining to the city
about neglected repairs.
Some of Tahl's residents, in one particular Harlem building,
put up signs in their windows warning potential buyers and
renters not to buy or rent there. However, that did not stop
people from buying condo units there. There are certain
precautions one should take before buying any property, such
as hiring a home inspector or engineer to analyze it.
However, many people are not doing this and are buying condo
units that look beautiful on the outside but that beauty is
hiding internal problems.
Some of these residents moved in Tahl's building without
speaking with longtime tenants regarding the conditions. Had
they checked they would have observed the substandard
conditions. These market rate tenants are paying good money
just to live near Central Park but, how much is that really
going to cost them? Recently, the radiators burst in two of
the rent-stabilized apartments causing significant water
damage in the condo units below them.
Some of these condo unit owners may have believed that
whatever issues these longtime, Black rent-stabilized
tenants had with Tahl did not affect them. How wrong they
were! Landlords who cut corners are all over the city,
including wealthy areas such as Park Avenue. They have been
sued by wealthy White and Black low-income tenants alike.
Plus, gentrification began in the nicer White areas, first.
It's the Black areas that are the final frontier, so to
speak. However, it is in these Non-White areas that the
conflicts between gentrifiers are not just based on economic
differences but, racist attitudes, as well.
There was another Tahl building that housed 3 condo units.
The owners sued him for two million dollars because it was
discovered that their beautiful apartments hid black mold,
which can be life threatening. It serves no purpose to have
the attitude that as long as someone else is the target of
unfairness that it is okay because you are not.
Even in the best interest of self-preservation, it would
behoove gentrifiers to understand how a slumlord's
neglectful actions can affect them, as well. However, a
racist mind does not think this way. It's only focus is on
the advantages and entitlements received. However, major
damage can easily jolt people into reality, which is why
gentrifiers in that building now want to work together with
the tenants association.

Istanbul, Sunday 22 Ramadan 1435/ 20 July 2014 (IINA) -
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Saturday
launched a fresh virulent attack against Israel over its
actions in Gaza, comparing the mentality of some in the
Jewish state to Adolf Hitler.
Erdogan has intensified his rhetoric against Israel over its
actions in Gaza, ahead of an August 10 presidential election
in Turkey.
"Israelis have no conscience, no honor, no pride. They curse
Hitler day and night, but they have surpassed Hitler in
barbarism,"
Erdogan told supporters at a campaign rally in the Black Sea
city of Ordu.
The premier had already accused far-right Israeli politician
Ayelet Shaked of sharing the same mentality as Hitler after
she posted controversial remarks on social media suggesting
Palestinians deserved to die.
Erdogan has spoken strongly against Israel since it launched
its offensive against militants loyal to the Islamist group
Hamas in Gaza that has killed more than 300 Palestinians. He
has accused the Jewish state of carrying out a "genocide" of
Palestinians and has ruled out any improvement in troubled
ties that soured after Israel's 2010 raid on a Gaza-bound
aid ship which killed ten Turks.

The presidents of Venezuela and Bolivia have decried the
IDF's incursion into Gaza as genocide and called for the UN
to condemn Israel. President Nicolas Maduro likened the
latest operation, which has claimed over 350 lives, to an
"extermination."
