Asalamu alaikum wa rahmatullhe wa barakatuh.
Shukrun wa Jazakallah for your continuous efforts to spread
the Deen of Allah in the Batil society where we are living
and pulsating. Allah will ask us only one thing: how far we
made utmost efforts to introduce and deliver His message to
Batil societies of Kufr and Shirk? Their acceptance is not
in our domain. The Guidance comes only from Him and one who
begs for the guidance will get it.
So, we shouldn't worry at all. Our job is to deliver the
guidance in the most effective way and we must use all means
that are possible and are within our means. Alhamdulillah,
Mohtram Dr. Br. Javed, you Br. Imam Akmal and many more
brothers and sisters around the world are engaged in Dawah
process. May Allah bless each of them with courage and
Tawfeeq to do it in more and more accomplished form and that
is why I have written the book "Global Islamic Movement-Why
& How?". I an just waiting for its response globally and you
all are integral part of it.
Let us all pray to Allah and galvanize out humble efforts
for His Deen. The suffering humanity needs it at this

Jamaat al-Muslimeen Activity at Masjid ISWA [White Oaks,

Karmruzzaman, latest Shaheed.
Dhaka Regime Killing Scholars & Teachers Unable to Fight
back.
On April 11, the Dhaka regime executed the Associate
Secretary General of Jamaate Islami, Karmruzzaman, after a
show trial in which fake "evidence" was produced to convict
him.
The trial was a violation of all law including international
law. Bangladesh did not exist when the supposed crimes took
place. There was a civil war in 1971 of which India took
advantage and smashed Pakistan.
The Pakistani army, which did commit atrocities, as did the
Mukti Bahini armed by India, went off scot free. The
Pakistanis surrendered without telling the Bengali Muslims
fighting for Pakistan.
Pakistan made a deal and its prisoners came back home. The
Bengalis who fought for Pakistan are being treated as
traitors and criminals.
The Hindu minority sided with India and is looting and
enjoying Bangladesh.
Shamefully, the Pakistani army has not said a word against
the oppression of pro-Pakistan Bengalis.
Trials held after 40 years require paid and fabricated
witnessing. The Muslims of Bangladesh are helpless.

Redirecting The Ismā'īlī Du'a' Towards Allah

Aga Khan wants that all Ismailis must make dua to him,
because in return for his blessing and giving they serve him
with all heart soul, tan, mann and dhann. They must be made
to accept that Aga Khan is divine and giver of everything
they have. They say: "Ya Noor Mawlana Shah Karim al-Husaini
Hazar Imām, hamari aal aulaad mein izaafa kar"
Therefore, by making dua to Aga Khan in Jamatkhana, they
purchase their belief on mowla and loyalty to mowla in
return. For this Ismalis must assume that mowla gives them,
so it's a part of eveyday worship that all need are
addresses to Imam.
By dua you connect to Allah as you make Dua to Him, but if
Ismalis are made to make Dua to Aga Khan then they connect
to Aga Khan. He did this because once Ismalis will believe
that Aga Khan give us then they will in return serve Aga
Khan with tan, mann and dhann.
Righteous people will deny to that people make Dua to
them.
As Ismailis, we used to ask Hazar Imām for everything in our
rituals, prayers and even in our daily lives instead of
making dua to Allah. We created stereotypes who only made
dua to Aga Khan. We used to pass through a process twice
each day where we used to make dua to Aga Khan and the
impact was that in our daily routine and normal talks we
frequently used phrases like "Mowla shukar hai" and "Mowla
mushily aasaan karay".
Still, Ismailis are programmed like that each day to create
stereotypes. The benefit the Aga Khan gets is their loyalty
as we are loyal to the one who is giving us. This is exactly
how their connection with Allah is broken. Even on their
death beds they say "Ya Mowla, ya Mowla". Allah is far
away.
With Dua you connect with Allah and this blessing has been
stolen from Ismalis by their Imām. They are most unfortunate
people that they are misguided with this false make belief
that Imām has noor of Allah and He takes your dua to Allah.
He has come in way between Allah and His slaves as a median
who tell them to make dua to him. Prophets, Imām, and all
the people that are mentioned in the Quran made dua only to
Allah.
There are 500 ayats in the Quran that say make dua to Allah
or about people who made dua to Allah. Did not Asab-Khaf
made dua to Allah that "Our Rab Grant ur from your presence
mercy and arrange for is our affairs in the right way surely
u are Al Wahab". Read Surah al-Khaf, Allah made time to
change for them. Did nor Mary, Prophet Zikariaya, Yousaf and
all others made Dua to Allah in the Quran.
In the end you yourself will destroy if you keep on
persisting with this false belief. No one will be affected
but you. Life is short, you will soon know.
As Ismailis, you say in Surah Fatiha thrice-a-day:
إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ
Translation: "You alone we Worship and You alone we seek
help"

WHAT DOES THE QUR'AN MEAN by SAYING that it EXPLAINS ALL
THINGS?
A Refutation of Westernized Muslims who Attack Hadith

In 1861 a Christian missionary writer named William Muir
wrote a book titled THE LIFE of MAHOMET in which he attacked
Hadith. A famous Muslim scholar of the time, Sir Sayyid
Ahmed Khan answered Muir in detail. Unfortunately Sir Sayyid
was himself a great admirer of British power and was deeply
overawed by the majesty of the British Empire. He gradually
succumbed to Muir's attack and start casting doubts on some
segments Hadith. Gradually he narrowed down the efficacy of
Hadith to a very few aspects of life.
Through Sir Sayyid influence on westernized Indian Muslims,
the attack on Hadith gradually entered the mentally defeated
segment of what we today call the Pakistani elites or the
Pakistani ruling class.
In 1896 a Jewish scholar named Goldziher launched a massive
attack on Hadith in his publication Muhammedanische Studien.
It was not translated into English until 1967 but in 1950,
its major thesis was taken up and built on by another Jewish
scholar Joseph Schacht in his book ORIGINS OF MUHAMMADAN
JURISPRUDENCE.
Under the influence of Sir Sayyid, a number of writers under
severe inferiority complex to the west emerged. The most
important of these was Ghulam Ahmed Pervez who carried out
systematic and scurrilous attacks on Hadith. His magazine
Tolu-e-Islam, started in 1938, became a rallying point for
anti-Hadith writings with a clear pro-government bias.
In the 1960s came Dr. Fazlur Rahman who carried out a more
sophisticated attack on Hadith.
All these anti-Hadith efforts were tackled by scholars of
various schools of Islamic thought in Pakistan. Abul Ala
Maudoodi was the most famous of these but there were others
whose rebuttal of the anti-Hadith people was more far
reaching than his. [Maudoodi was too polite towards the
attackers.]
The anti-Hadith people became irrelevant in Pakistan but
they have found some support among Pakistanis in America.
One of them has set up shop in Florida and attracted
admirers by denouncing Imam Bukhari's Sahih. A bunch of
these characters are busy on the Internet abusing the Hadith
under the slogan of "QUR'AN ONLY." Every now and then I
receive their emails.
I am willing to listen to any critique of the Hadith, and
even of the Qur'an, if it is written in scholarly language
and based on honest investigation. It should not take the
shape of abuse, out of context listing of quotations and
downright fabrication. The arrogance and deliberate efforts
of these people to remove Prophet Muhammad's (pbuh)
leadership from Islam forced me to give them some of my
valuable time.
IF THE QUR'AN CONTAINS EVERYTHING and HADITH IS NOT NEEDED
....
I pointed out that the QUR'AN DOES NOT MENTION RAPE. I asked
the anti-Hadith people to give me chapter and verse from the
Qur'an. What is rape, what is its punishment and how is this
punishment to be implemented? Give chapter and verse. I sent
my question to all the Pervaiz followers and other
anti-Hadith people. They are unable to give chapter and
verse.
So the Qur'an does not mention the punishment for rape. It's
given in Hadith. [My book LIBERATION of WOMEN THRU ISLAM is
the only book in English which gives the Hadith on rape.]
Qur'an and Hadith have always been together.
So let's look at the verses of the Qur'an which are misused
by the Pervaizi cult and other anti-Hadith people.
SURA 16 VERSE 89
This is one of the verses which the "Qur'an Only" cult
[Pervaizis] keep repeating. They quote it as follows:
"We have sent down to thee the Book explaining all things."
[16:89]
Actually the whole verse is as follows:
"On the Day we shall raise from all Peoples a witness
against them, from amongst themselves: And we shall bring
thee [O Muhammad] as a witness against these: And WE have
sent down to thee the Book explaining all things, a Guide, a
Mercy, and Glad Tidings to Muslims."
[Note the extra-Qur'anic role of the Prophet, pbuh, as
witness against his people. If Muslims are Muhammad's, pbuh,
people, then he, as leader through his teachings, is a
witness against them till the Day of Judgement.]
NOW FOCUS ON THE WORDS "explaining all things"
["tibyaanal-li-kulli shay'in" in Arabic.] Does this mean
that the Qur'an covers every possible issue and leaves
nothing out, with emphasis on ALL? Other verses of the
Qur'an indicate that this is an idiom which indicates that
fundamental or generic issues of a great variety are
covered. Seminal issues are covered. For instance, harshness
towards women is forbidden, as in Sura Nisa. But it does not
mean that EVERYTHING is in the Qur'an. Let's understand this
terminology from the Qur'an itself. For instance, about the
Tablets or Commandments given to Moses, the Qur'an uses just
about the same words:
"And we ordained for him in the Tablets in ALL MATTERS,
admonition and EXPLANATION of ALL THINGS, (and said): "Take
and hold these with firmness, and enjoin thy people to hold
fast by the best in the precepts: Soon shall I show you the
homes of the wicked.' " [7:145]
[The Arabic for the words I have put in capitals is "min
kulli shay'in' and "tafsillal-li-kulli shay."]
Evidently ALL things could not possibly be written on
explained on the Tablets. It is simply idiomatic expression
for essentials and fundamentals.
Now focus on the word ALL [kull in Arabic]. Does it mean
LITERALLY ALL and EVERYTHING in Arabic? Let's see what the
Qur'an says:
"And thy Lord taught the Bee to build its cells in hills, on
trees, and in habitations: Then to eat of ALL ["kull'] of
the fruits (of the earth) and follow the ways of thy Lord
made smooth... [to the end of the verse]" [16:68-69]
Obviously the ALL here is idiomatic and not to be taken
literally. No Bee can possibly eat of ALL the fruits,
literally.
"And proclaim the Pilgrimage among men: they will come to
thee on foot and on EVERY {"kull} camel lean, through deep
and distant highways." [22:27]
Again the EVERY camel has to be idiomatic. It cannot be
taken literally to mean that every possible camel will be
ridden by the pilgrims!
In the story of the Queen of Sheba (known as Bilqis), the
Hoopoe says:
"I found a woman ruling over them and provided with EVERY
THING {"kull sha'yi"}, and she has a magnificent throne."
[27:23]
Evidently Bilqis did not LITERALLY have every thing. It is
an idiom to indicate that she has all the fundamental riches
of the world.
To conclude this section, the Qur'an includes ALL the
fundamental and seminal issues which humanity needs but
there are many important things not in it which were taught
by the Prophet (pbuh.) [Also, once Qur'an and Hadith are
understood they can be used as basis for Islamic
understanding, BUT BOTH do not cover many things for which
ijtihad, qiyas, and many other forms of reasoning are
needed.]
The Hadith of the Prophet (pbuh) explain how Muhammad (pbuh)
understood and implemented the verses of the Qur'an.
Everything he taught is as much a part of Islam as is
anything in the Qur'an.
Rape was defined and punished by the Prophet (pbuh) and he
also indicated that the woman's word be accepted and the man
be punished after proper investigation. It's in the Hadith,
NOT in the Qur'an.
Egypt
Egypt's Sinai Peninsula hit by deadly bomb attacks
In El-Arish, residents said the neighbourhood shook as a
bomb was detonated outside the police barracks.
"Those at the other end of town heard the explosion. It was
humongous. It terrified us," said one resident who lives
near the police station.Witnesses said the vehicle drove
through security barriers and rammed the building despite
being fired on by security forces.
The three-storey building was badly damaged and nearby homes
were also destroyed, with doors ripped off and windows
shattered.
In a statement on its Facebook page (in Arabic), the
Egyptian interior ministry said a suicide bomber driving a
pick-up truck was behind the attack.
"Forces opened fire at the vehicle, which consequently
exploded," it added.
The death toll - which included five soldiers and a civilian
- rose from six to eight as bodies were pulled from the
rubble, officials said.
Earlier in the day, a roadside bomb struck an army vehicle
at Sheikh Zuweid. The military said the attack killed an
officer, a sergeant and four soldiers - revising an earlier
death toll from seven to six.
A statement on a Twitter page attributed to the Sinai
Province group read: "An armoured personnel carrier for the
army of the apostates was destroyed... killing and wounding
all aboard."
The Sinai Province group was known as Ansar Beit al-Maqdis
until it pledged allegiance to Islamic State in November. It
says it is seeking revenge for a police crackdown on Morsi
supporters. Since then it has carried out numerous deadly
attacks on the peninsula, killing hundreds of police
officers and soldiers, as well as civilians.
Sunday's attacks bring April's death toll to at least 41.

A Billion Dollar Military Help from the US to Fight The
Islamic Uprising in the North West.

WASHINGTON: The US State Department has approved Pakistan's
request for a billion dollars worth of military hardware and
equipment, identifying Pakistan as a country of vital
importance for US foreign policy and national interests.
Diplomatic sources told Dawn Pakistan had submitted its
request last year, stating that the weapons were needed for
fighting insurgents in the country's mountainous regions.
The US Defence Security Cooperation Agency delivered the
required certification notifying Congress of this possible
sale. "This proposed sale will contribute to the foreign
policy and national security of the United States by helping
to improve the security of a country vital to US foreign
policy and national security goals in South Asia," the
certification said.
"This proposed sale of helicopters and weapon systems will
provide Pakistan with military capabilities in support of
its counter-terrorism and counter-insurgency operations in
South Asia," it added.
The agency informed US lawmakers that this proposed sale
would provide Pakistan with "a precision strike, enhanced
survivability aircraft" that it can operate at
high-altitudes.
"By acquiring this capability, Pakistan will enhance its
ability to conduct operations in North Waziristan, Fata, and
other remote and mountainous areas in all-weather,
day-and-night environments. Pakistan will have no difficulty
absorbing these helicopters into its armed forces," the
certification said. The agency also assured US lawmakers
that the proposed sale "will not alter the basic military
balance in the region".
It informed Congress that the State Department had approved
this possible Foreign Military Sale to Pakistan for AH-1Z
Viper Attack Helicopters and AGM-114R Hellfire II Missiles
and associated equipment, parts, training and logistical
support for an estimated cost of $952 million.
The notification said the government of Pakistan had
requested a possible sale of 15 AH-1Z Viper Attack
Helicopters, 32 T-700 GE 401C Engines (30 installed and 2
spares), 1000 AGM-114 R Hellfire II Missiles in containers,
36 H-1 Technical Refresh Mission computers, 17 AN/AAQ-30
Target Sight Systems, 30 629F-23 Ultra High Frequency/Very
High Frequency Communication Systems, 19 H-764 Embedded
Global Positioning System/Inertial Navigation Systems, 32
Helmet Mounted Display/Optimized Top Owl, 17 APX-117A
Identification Friend or Foe, 17 AN/AAR-47 Missile Warning
Systems, 17 AN/ALE-47 Counter-measure Dispenser Sets, 18
AN/APR-39C(V)2 Radar Warning Receivers, 15 Joint Mission
Planning Systems, and 17 M197 20mm Gun Systems.
Also included are system integration and testing, software
development and integration, aircraft ferry, support
equipment, spare and repair parts, tools and test equipment,
publications and technical documentation, personnel training
and training equipment, US government and contractor
engineering, technical, and logistics support services, and
other related elements of logistics and programme
support.
The agency informed Congress that implementation of this
proposed sale will require multiple trips by US government
and contractor representatives to participate in programme
and technical reviews, as well as training and maintenance
support in the country for a period of 66 months.
It will also require three contractor representatives to
reside in the country for a period of three years to support
this programme.
"There will be no adverse impact on US defence readiness as
a result of this proposed sale," the certification said.
"The State Department approved a possible foreign military
sale to Pakistan for helicopters and associated equipment,
parts and support for an estimated cost of $952 million," a
State Department official told Dawn.
"This proposed sale of helicopters and weapon systems will
provide Pakistan with military capabilities in support of
its counter-terrorism and counter-insurgency operations,"
the official said.

Why did Many Muslims Believe Stories about Yazeedis to Smear
ISIS?

released 216 Yazeedis. Another 200 were released in January.
This is an anti-Muslim community which lynched a woman who

Huge propaganda against IS has been made on behalf of
Yazeedis. The media did not mention that Yazeedis are deeply
connected to Israel and the USA and many of them are armed.

I researched this situation and found that abuse of ISIS is

Remember that America put the ENTIRE Japanese American
community in concentration camps during World War 2 and kept
them there during the whole war. They were neither hostile

Islamic State & Al-Nusra Unite to capture 90% of Yarmuk Camp
at Damascus Entrance; IS Attacks Assad's Air Base on
Damascus-Suweida Higheway. Heavy fighting with Communists
near Tel Tamer.
Alawite [Assad] Air Force Attacks School in Aleppo Killing 5
children & 5 teachers.
On April 7, 90 % of the huge Yarmouk Palestinian refugee
camp which abuts Damascus fell into the hands of the Islamic
state [from south] in conjunction with al-Nusra fighters
advancing from the east.
Assad forces intensified their bombardment of Yarmouk and
made a pact with PLO [secularist Palestinians] to drive out
IS.
[Immediately media around the world started writing about
the suffering In Yarmouk as if IS' arrival is causing it.
Assad has been shelling and mortaring the camp for two years
causing most refugees to flee.]
In another surprise attack, IS tried to to capture Assad's
air base on the highway going north from Damascus to Suweida
[a Druze area]. Assad lost 20 troops but was able to hold
off the IS fighters.
Bombing raids by the Shite [Alawite] Assadi air force
continued in six areas, including Muslim areas of Hama and
Homs plus across Idlib causing civilian casualties. In
Aleppo's al-Ansar area the air force hit a Muslim school
killing 5 children and 6 teachers and injuring 13
students.
In the north east Tel Tamer area and northern Raqqa, clashes
are continuing between Communist YPG Kurds and the Islamic
Kurd fighters who are part of IS. US air force is active in
the area helping the Communists.
Al-Nusra has withdrawn from the Jordan-Syria border crossing
of Kasib after the moderately Islamic groups asked them to
withdrawn.
Fighters from Muslim and European countries to arrive in
Syria to help IS. The Caliphate has set up a school on the
Syria Iraq border to train children who want to grow up as
Islamic people.
Iraq
New ISIS Offensive in Iraq: Ramadi & Baiji.
On April 10, Islamic State fighters who had withdrawn from
Tikrit attacked the districts held by the Baghdad regime
north of Ramadi. There was heavy fighting in which the
regime forces paid with many lives. Their commander General
Qassim was wounded. CNN was too shocked to describe the
defeat but put it in ONE sentence:
"The northern Ramadi districts of Albu Faraj, Albu Essa and
Albu Risha were in the hands of ISIS by the time the day was
done."
On April 12, ISIS launched an attack from three directions
on the area holding the Iraqi oil refinery in the Beiji
area. This is Iraq's biggest oil refinery.
Heavy fighting is going on. The Baghdad regime claims the
attack was beaten back but IS has issued a video showing IS
Humvees in the Beiji refinery area.
Kurdish Peshmarga in the north of Iraq have been unable to
advance in spite of US air support and bombing of IS
targets,
Yemen
After 1000 air strikes by the Saudis, the Houthis are
Advancing. Saudi Crimes against Humanity.
Thank you Pakistan. For once Muslims can be proud of
you.
Every day the Saudis bomb supposedly Houthi targets. The
Houthis cant shoot down the late model jet bombers.
More than 600 people have been killed in the bombing to
date, including 65 children.
The Houthi advance has been slowed down but not stopped.
On the ground, the Sunni forces of the previous dictator,
Saleh, and the current dictator-to-be, Hadi are fighting
each other.
Meanwhile Pakistan's parliament turned down the Saudi demand
for military help. Imran Khan and Jamaate Islami played a
positive role in this.
More importantly, the Pakistani army in huge numbers, is in
occupation of the northern areas trying to crush the Islamic
uprising.
The mujahideen are once again trying to take the initiative
and USA has promised huge military help to Pakistan but it
will take at least 6 months.
Strange paradox: The hard core Sunni Pak Taliban seem to
have saved the moderate Houthi Shias from the brutal hands
of the Pakistani army.
Latest: Saudi troops and Yemeni fighters are massing on the
border, Five Saudi troops killed in initial clashes.

assault on Yemen as a Sunni Shia war. Iran has only made
noise against "Wahhabis." This Saudi attack is shameful and

Was the Boston Bombing case a Show Trial?:
Eyewitness Account: Questions that were not asked.

On the morning of the verdict, April 8, 2015 in front of the
courthouse, there were old ladies passing out anti-death
penalty literature based on Roman Catholicism; Veterans for
Peace were there with their white flag holding signs about
"blowback," and later on an Islamophobe with his face
covered with an American flag held a sign saying,""Dzokhar
Tsarnaev was not a follower. He is just another Islamic
terrorist declaring war against (kafirs mean infidels)
Non-Muslims people. He is just trying to please his god
(Satan)" and something about "Islamofascism."
There were many many intimidating looking police and
Homeland Security vehicles preventing any traffic in front
of the courthouse, guards, police dogs and many
cameramen.
As expected, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was found guilty. He did not
react with any emotion. He seemed to be "not there," leading
many to speculate that he had been heavily drugged.
Throughout the trial, his eyes looked kind of strange.
It was still astonishing that he was found guilty of all 30
charges, including the bomb that his brother is said to have
placed down, and the death of the police officer that was
already determined to be shot by "friendly fire" during the
chaos at Watertown. He was also found guilty of killing the
MIT police officer even though investigators only claim to
have found his brother's fingerprints on the gun. The entire
trial was carefully controlled, with defense lawyers looking
to the judge for permission to speak, witnesses looking to
the CIA and FBI officers for cues.
The big elephant in the room was all the questions that were
not allowed to be asked. The defense was not allowed to ask
whether Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was even armed when officers
pumped more than 100 bullets into the boat where he was
hiding.There is definitely some huge cover-up going on,
something that the government does not want coming out! It
was a show trial.
"The prosecution and the defense have been doing a startling
job. They are amazing. I've covered a lot of trials and it's
absolutely the best tried trial I've ever seen in my life.
The choice of witnesses ... the timing of the prosecution's
case, was unbelievably good," commented Russian author Masha
Gesser. "But structurally it's not the role of the American
justice system to find the truth. The American justice
system administers punishment. It does not conduct inquests
and it does not find facts."
The FBI's failure to protect the public "is either grounds
for indicting the Bureau for incompetence, or it is an
indication that these brothers were, like thousands of
others, caught up in some web of provocation, either as plot
infiltrators or informants," writes Russ Baker.
Those who have been paying attention are still scratching
their heads at all the things that made no sense, like why
Tsarnaev would calmly spend several minutes in the store
deciding which snacks to buy, while his brother held a man
at gunpoint in a hijacked vehicle. Or why they thought it
would be better to hijack a car when they already had a car.
Or why they would kill a cop in order to get his gun, when
they already had a gun.
A skeptic I talked to at the courthouse speculated that the
Mossad, whose Israeli agents had immediately swooped into
Boston to capitalize on the post-bombing situation, had
created the diversion by killing the officer in order to
steal classified information from MIT.
"What also doesn't make sense is for the prosecution to omit
a chunk of time from that video, which can clearly be
observed in the video linked above (as evidence by the
timestamp and the cars passing on the upper left corner of
the video). There is really no need to edit out any part of
the video if everything happened exactly as the prosecution
has described it," writes Klaus Marre of whowhatwhy.org.
The prosecutors had justified this video editing as saving
the jury's time, but they had not cared about wasting hours
and hours of the jury's time listening to irrelevant
testimony. Most Americans are not asking these questions.
They are debating what the best punishment for the little
terrorist should be, based on what would hurt him more.
There is a vicious lynch mob mentality that is seething with
hate and anti-Muslim prejudice.
If it were really true that Jahar bombed the marathon in
retaliation for US war victims, which we know nothing about
except from a note that mysteriously appeared three weeks
later in the boat where he was captured, then the American
people are the ones who should feel the most remorse!
Because the American people would thus be morally
responsible for the Boston Marathon bombing. Their eyes
should be wet with tears of shame for the suffering that
they have caused to innocent people, and thanksgiving to God
that only four people were killed this time.
Instead, the event has served to create a fascist public
mentality, to create support for ongoing killing of Muslims
around the world and strip away civil freedoms at home.

to officials, your local newspapers, and/or to the hunger
striking prisoners.

Attorneys who defend Accused Muslim political Prisoners are
intimidated & do a poor job

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been convicted as the Boston Marathon
Bomber, if what people suggest is true then, he and his
brother were possibly framed. There was never a thorough
investigation to see what really happened. This case has
serious problems just as the Oklahoma City Bombing and the
Washington D.C. Sniper Cases did. He is currently in the
penalty phase of his "trial" where the jurors decide whether
or not he gets the death sentence.
The unsettling questions I have about this case is, "Did
Tsarnaev's attorneys really fight for justice for their
client or did they play ball?" Play ball is a term I picked
up from notorious civil rights attorney Alton Maddox. He has
stated in interviews that prosecutors and judges would hold
meetings with the defense attorney in a highly publicized
trial. The prosecutor and the judge would try to intimidate
the defense attorney into playing ball, which means putting
on a weak defense so that they can get an easy
conviction.
If the defense attorney balks at such intimidation he/she
will pay the consequences. Alton Maddox was illegally
disbarred over 25 years ago by then, NY State Attorney
Abrams. It was a personal vendetta. He opted to go after
Maddox rather than pursue a sexual assault case against
Father Bruce Ritter, who had been accused of raping runaway
male prostitutes seeking refuge from that life at his
Covenant House!
Then, there is Lynne Stewart and her paralegal Ahmed Abdel
Sattar. She was recently released due to her cancer battle
but, Ahmed is still in prison. Both fought valiantly for
Sheikh Omar Abdurrahman and were punished on frivolous
charges for it. This is what happens when you don't play
ball or rollover and let the system take your client.
The Boston Bomber defense team was always at a disadvantage
in this case. The judge did everything he could to cripple
them. But, did they do all they could do to challenge the
judge's motions? Did they put up a fight to get him recused
from the case?
I read Sis. Karin Friedmann's articles where she's mentioned
that defense attorneys for Tsarnaev's friends are being
pressured, too. I understood this to mean that their defense
was being hindered by the government and that they were
being told to give up their clients.
This is why I say that do-or-die defense attorneys are very
hard to find. These are people who are feisty by nature. You
don't get trained in being feisty. Even high-priced,
celebrity attorneys will rollover to protect their practice.
So, not every high-priced attorney is a great one.
A feisty personality is something that you're either born
with or you develop from being tired of being sick and
tired. These types of attorneys are normally found through
word of mouth advertising. They don't bask in the limelight.
Their only goal is to get justice for their clients. And,
finding an attorney, who is willing to risk his/her career,
to stick it to the man will take some digging on the
defendant's or his/her family's part. But, they are out
there

Shocking Eyewitness Account of a Trip to the Islamic

In The Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most
Merciful.
After waiting on the side of the road for more than 10 days
with dozens of families, I stepped in the last station
before entering the first point in a land much has been said
in novels that has been written and myths have been told
about it ..
Few hundred meters, its all what stands between me and the
land of hope, as some likes to call, few hundred meters that
I marched on foot, with my bag on my back in which I had
inside some clothes, my long distances walking shoes and my
video camera, a photographic one and a laptop.
Before the last checkpoint I got through, someone who was
entering the land of caliphate too, asked me about my
identity, I told him that I am carrying a foreign passport,
he freaked out and he said:
"Are you crazy! how could you enter ISIS lands with a
foreign passport, I have heard much about them from the
media..maybe they will slice you and throw your body parts
to the dogs,as media says about them,or may be they will ask
a huge ransom from the country you came from"
He advised me to hide my passport in a place they cant reach
or throw it away as the safest proceedure if I had to go in
then he added:
"I didn't go in to this land for months, Mosul has been
liberated while I was outside of the city,now I decided to
come back to see what happened to my city,I had to come back
because I dont have enough money to stay outside ! "
I realized that this guy was living in Mosul, and he wants
to go in for the first time after the liberation, but he
carries many thoughts about what's happening there, and all
what he carries came from anti Islamic State media !
While I was on my way walking on the distance that stands
between the two enemies(IS and Peshmerga)I had many emotions
in my head, because there, I was leaving a world known by
everybody, a (Shiite-Kurd) world covered by a media helping
in the good and bad situations, serving it on Haq(truth) and
falsehood, despite justice being in the land they rule, a
world some people see its being ruled by the law while the
truth is that its ruled by jungle law that is drowned in
corruption. I stood there carrying those emotions despite my
believe that the land that I am now on its gates (Islamic
State) can't be what Media likes to picture it, because I
lived there with my pen, I wrote about its soldiers and its
Jihad, but writing is something and reality is another
thing.
Despite the fears that the media, with its different origins
and perspectives, and the ignorant people were trying to
raise in the hearts of those who can't wait for Allah's law
to be applied, such as me, despite all that I sensed there
,for the first time, a breeze coming from that way, from the
land of war and holy Jihad, I was breathing deeply as if I
never breathed before, I was happy inside, I wanted to run
to race some of those people who surpassed me on their way
to the borders of the caliphate , but I preferred to stay in
the middle so I wouldn't attract attention, the last meters
seemed to me as the longest distance I ever walked , and I
wanted to finish it safely because it was the most dangerous
in my trip, despite all the difficulties I faced, the risks
I struggled and numerous times I got caught in this long
trip !
Few minutes later, Minutes that seemed like years, I arrived
in the land of dreams, the land I once lived in and worked
as a journalist and an activist, and even interacted with
its mujahedeen, And in spite of the American crusaders and
their dogs the apostates and the safavid's, but I left this
land more than 8 years ago, I was forced not willing, the
first and the second generations of the mujahedeen that I
interacted with most of them became martyrs whom on their
skulls and blood the Caliphate has been built today ,by the
grace of Allah, and after this blessed group, another
generations came, the one's who were very young when the
American invasion began, now they became solid men, they are
mujahedeen in the army of Haq, the army of Caliphate that is
facing the crusaders in this religious war that Muslims
fight against the groups of Kufr.
The eyes of heavily armed soldiers who were on the sides of
the road for hundreds of meters were looking at me as if I
was a powerful beast, or I just felt like that while I was
watching them, you could see the evil from their eyes, I
noticed the fear and terror in those eyes, I felt that
finishing this distance standing between the camps of Haq
and falsehood is an Eid(Celebration), its even a rebirth for
me!
I finally arrived in the land of the Caliphate and before I
kiss its ground I looked behind, I wanted to spit on
everything behind me if it was'nt for some people who were
still walking behind me, who were also going my destination,
I took the bag out of my back, and put my laptop and camera
beside it , and I kept kissing the ground and wallowing my
face with the dirt of the land of Caliphate..!
I stood up after embracing that land that I missed so much,
I took my mobile phone to call my wife, which I left behind
with my two kids, because I couldn't take them with me to
the land of Caliphate due to the difficult procedures, and
the complications of the journey, I told her that I am now
in the most dangerous place on earth as they describe it,
and I wouldn't be able to contact you as there is no
communication or internet there, I told her to raise a
hungry lions for me not sheep's, referring to my kids that I
left behind..!
When I called my wife those were the last words she heard
from me and I added to her :"If Allah Allows me to live, I
will come back one day, and if I don't be patient, I never
went looking for a fake glory but rather the truth and the
reality that I must discover myself, so I wouldn't be like
those who write what they hear from others, I must witness
everything away from intolerance and blind partisanship and
transparent lies and dishonest media and the fabrication of
the TV channels !
Beside me and just few meters away from the last checkpoint
in the last location under the authority of Shiites and
Kurds, there was a group of minivans , some of the drivers
were shouting: Hawija (city in Kirkuk), others :Qiyyara(city
in Nineveh), others were shouting other cities but I was
attracted to the sound of a driver calling: Mosul.
Mosul!
What a name.. I didn't intent to go to the city (Mosul)
because I haven't decided my destination yet, in fact all I
thought about back then was how to get to the Caliphate
land.. but the sound of the city name attracted me, its the
city in which the deviant groups collapsed in few hours ,
and it was liberated by the hands of mujahedeen in a glimpse
of an eye..!!
For a while my memory went back to the days and hours of the
liberation of this historical city, second by second, back
then I was communicating with the news channels, supplying
them with the news of the battles first by first, I was
connected to many of the city citizens who were sending me
the breaking news the moment it happened, so it seemed to
the channels which used my information's that I was in the
battlefield, and so I thought myself!
I walked after that to the origin of the sound
shouting(Mosul. Mosul), I stood before the driver with my
luggage and asked him with enthusiasm: where is your vehicle
?!
He answered me: there, in that minivan, pointing to a KIA
with a capacity of 11 persons, I went there and it was 20
meters far which I passed with only two steps, or that's how
I felt!
It was like the forbidden land in the battles, its ground
was full of garbage, because no one from the two enemies
enters it except for civilians travelling between the two
states with their new temporary boarders, people wait here
for days and weeks before they are allowed to pass, Those
who oppose the Islamic State think that everyone who goes in
Islamic State territory is a terrorist, whatever is his job
or career or nationality, who ever is he, whether he is
Sunni Muslim or a monotheist Arab, the same case is for
those who leave the land of Caliphate, they are treated as
terrorists too ,who is responsible for the blood of the
Shiite and Kurd soldiers killed!!
I put my camera and laptop beside me and the bag in the
trunk... than I sat waiting the departure of the minivan to
the most horrifying city in the world, Mosul!
The Minivan was full except for one seat, Moments later a
lady walked in, she looked like she was in her 50's, Now we
are ready to go, The lady was in a seat just beside me and
there was two young guys beside her as well, they looked
like they where in their twenties, behind us there was a
family that consist of a man and two women, there was also
two guys beside me in the row, I was the nearest to the
door, in front of me there was two men, they were sitting
close with the driver, one was a university teacher and
another was in his thirties,
The driver took off after he asked 23$ from every one and
every body approved without hesitation, its a good price,
rather low, to go to a such city!
Few hundreds of meters away, about a kilometer, we reached
the first checkpoint of the Islamic State .. The black flag
of Tawheed was on a bridge which is practically what divides
between the frontiers of Islamic State and its enemies.. I
contemplated that flag that fluttered with pride and
superiority in the land of Islam, after raising it in a
place was considered as an act of terrorism,and the one who
raises it gets captured and tortured , in fear of what it
represents of true Islam that's different from what nations
want, so they fight and try to represent different picture
than the truth, in their relentlessly fight against those
who follow the prophet peace and blessing be upon him.
I was amazed at first how short is the distance that stands
between the Islamic State and its enemies..the bridge used
to lead to many roads, it got bombed, and its still standing
despite the ferocity of the attack, the Americans, French,
Jordanians, UK, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Morocco jets bombed it
with 6 rockets, it only damaged some parts of it,wich I have
seen when I passed under it, in that position stands the
first fighter from the Islamic State army that I lay eyes on
after thousands of kilometers that I got through on my way
to the land of the Caliphate!
Our minivan stopped behind a vehicle that the Mujahedeen of
the Islamic State were checking, so I left the minivan and
went there because of my curiosity and my desire to know how
they inspect and deal with people, I stood next to the
passengers of that vehicle without being prevented from the
inspectors!
The Islamic State Soldier asked the vehicle passengers if
anyone was carrying cigarettes in his bag or pocket, and
every body replied no, including a lady about 50 years old
but her child asked her:" mummy, don't you have cigarettes
with you, why do you say that you don't have?!!"
The men of the Islamic State laughed because of the
innocence of the child and repeated the question again
without pointing to anyone, that's when the lady replied:
"yes my sons, I have cigarettes!"
They asked her nicely to give them the cigarettes and she
told them that she has them in her belt(under her Abaya
"Dress" ) so they asked her to go to a location they built
from hard concrete to protect them from the airstrikes, the
lady went there while the Islamic State men were busy having
a conversation with the other passengers that I didnt hear
much of it, the lady came back with 3 boxes of cigarettes
(each box contains 10x20 cigarettes) that she had on her
belt, one of the mujahedeen adressed to her without looking
at her: "Mother, we are ashamed of dealing with the youth
for carrying cigarettes, so how about you!.." then he added
: "I ask god to forgive us and you, go back to your seat god
bless you!"
That scene never left my imagination, it was the first scene
I witnessed about how Islamic State men deal with the
population of Sunni areas that's being liberated from the
authorities of Shia and Kurds, and to say the truth I was
watching how they dealt with the lady and the verdict on
those who carry Contraband stuff, including cigarettes, as
it is in the law of the Islamic State based on the Shari'a,
I wasn't surprised by the shy and forgiving way they dealt
her with, but those who listen and watch the Iraqi and Arab
and Kurd and International media would assert to that the
soldiers of the Islamic State would cut off the woman's head
then burn it in a hole next to the checkpoint as we used to
hear from all sorts of media!!
One of the Islamic State men asked the driver of our KIA to
move forward for inspection so I came back to my seat and
the vehicle advanced just few meters!
The young man sitting next to me freaked out, as I noticed,
and he asked me : "What should I do. What's going to happen
to me ..!"
I asked him about his problem and he replied that he is
carrying cigarettes in his pocket and he fears that he would
get arrested for that and he asked me about my opinion,
could he throw it out of the car or hide it under the seat,
I asked him to be patient and to stay calm and that there is
nothing to worry about ..I said that to him after I
witnessed how they dealt with the lady in the vehicle in
front of us, but he was still worried and was trembling in
fear!
A man from the Islamic state stood in front of the side
door, he was in his twenties.. He was amazingly calm, always
smiling .. He started with greetings without asking us to
get out of the minivan, as he did with the previous vehicle,
then he asked us if there is someone who is carrying
cigarettes, even before asking us about our identities or
destination. The guy next to me became more nervous and he
kept looking at me without knowing how to answer them, they
don't inspect anyone, they just ask but the guy was very
afraid so I answered for him : "Is there a penalty for the
ones who carries(cigarettes)?!
The man answered smiling: " there is no penalty if the
person gives it voluntarily!", I replied:" then we have
cigarettes but only one box.." I answered him like that, and
he replied smiling: " give it to me may Allah forgive
you!"
I asked the guy next to me to give me the cigarettes, he
gave it to me with his hands trembling from fear, the
Mujahid was surprised that I am not the one who held the
cigarettes and rather spoke for the young man..!
The mujahed got the box of cigarettes and pressured it
hardly before heading to a small fire on the side of the
road and he threw the box in it, then he came back to ask
the young man if he carries more in his bag, he denied and
asked the mujahed to inspect it if he wants to but he said
there is no need and asked him to get out of the KIA to talk
to him a bit!
The young man left the vehicle, the colour of his face
changed of fear, the mujahed took him few meters away and
had a conversation with him so I followed them but the IS
fighter told me to stay away so I reminded him of his
promise not to hurt the young man, he smiled again and said
to me : "I am on my promise but how can a muslim man cut his
eye brows like a woman does!" and he reminded him about the
prophet's Hadith about this subject and I kept listening
with the young man to the mujahed who finally patted on the
guys shoulder saying: " Dont repeat it again, you are a guy
and a man,and this thing isn't Befits even for women so how
about men like you..!"
The young man promised that it would be his last time saying
that he didn't know the Shari'a aspects of the matter, the
Mujahid told him that his promise must be to Allah not his
slaves ,the guy confirmed that he will keep this promise
since this action is prohibited in Shari'a then he came back
to his seat with a face full of joy this time !
We came back to the vehicle and I remembered the words of
the man who warned me from showing my foreign passport to
the checkpoints of the Islamic State other wise they will
kill me as he said, so I decided to go for my first deadly
adventure,as some people would see it, and I headed for the
same Mujahid ... and I said to him: "is there any Shia or
Pkk or Peshmerga we are going to pass by on our way to Mosul
?". He replied with smile on his face: "If you walk
thousands of kilometers from here you won't find a trace of
them, all praise to Allah, there is only the Islamic State
and its Muslim citizens! "
Then I asked him the dangerous question :"I came from abroad
and I intent to enter the Islamic Caliphate Land, what
papers or assurances do I need to have a legitimate
entry?!", the man was surprised by my question and he
replied: "Are you Muslim?!" and I said yes, he said :"do you
witness that there is no god but Allah and that Mohamed is
his messenger?", I said :" yes by the grace of Allah" , He
replied:" then you won't need your Passport, put it in your
pocket, because your passport is the Shahada, that's all
what you need to enter to the land of the Caliphate!"
My eyes were drowned with tears, seeing my passport that
many people dream of, worth nothing in front of the divine
passport that the Islamic State created for its Muslim
citizens! I felt glory, or rather a dream that I don't want
to wake up from , a dream nothing woke me up from except the
arms of the Mujahid around me hugging me saying:" Welcome to
the land of the Caliphate!"
