Maria Qabtia, r.a., was the African wife of the Prophet, pbuh, whom he married late in life. She bore him a son, Ibrahim, who died as a baby. The Prophet, pbuh, cried when the baby died. There was an eclipse that day and there is a famous hadith about the eclipse.
Some narrators have claimed that the Prophet, pbuh, did not marry her but this claim was contradicted by Umar, r.a., the Second Caliph, who gave her all the honors of a Mother of the Believers. In his Urdu book, Namoose Rasool Hafiz Sarwar Qureshi [from Kohat, Pakistan and London, England] gave a devastating rebuttal to the critics of Maria, r.a. [Similiarly Hajira, r.a., the African mother of Ismail, pbuh, was reviled by the Jews as a concubine and a slave. Islam strongly rebuts that claim in Sahih Bukhari.]

Islam Does Not Permit Discrimination in Work Situations Against Anyone

Question: I understood that it is a clear teaching of ISLAM that there is equal pay for equal work.
So for example you can't pay a woman less than a man, a bengali less than an american and a qatari more than anyone else.
I didn't find any hadith about this. Do you know any?

There are numerous hadith about work. They apply equally to all. There is ABSOLUTELY no discrimination or inferiority for anyone based on nationality or gender.The word "he" in Arabic is used for both male and female in matters of worship, teaching and work. Here are three hadith about work. You can draw your own conclusions.

: Safwan reported from a number of Companions of the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) on the authority of their fathers who were relatives of each other. The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) said: Beware, if anyone wrongs a contracting man, or diminishes his right, or forces him to work beyond his capacity, or takes from him anything without his consent, I shall plead for him on the Day of Judgment. (Sunan of Abu Dawood. Book #19, Hadith #3046)

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "Allah said, 'I will be an opponent to three types of people on the Day of Resurrection: 1. One who makes a covenant in My Name, but proves treacherous; 2. One who enslaves a free person and eats his price; and 3. One who employs a laborer and takes full Work from him but does not pay him for his labour.' " (Sahih Bukhari. Book #36, Hadith #470)

Narrated Abu Burda: from his father from his grandfather that the Prophet said, "Every Muslim has to give in charity." The people asked, "O Allah's Prophet! If someone has nothing to give, what will he do?" He said, "He should Work with his hands and benefit himself and also give in charity (from what he earns)." The people further asked, "If he cannot find even that?" He replied, "He should help the needy who appeal for help." Then the people asked, "If he cannot do that?" He replied, "Then he should perform good deeds and keep away from evil deeds and this will be regarded as charitable deeds." (Sahih Bukhari. Book #24, Hadith #524)

75,000 Page Private Goebbels Diary Shows no Plan to Kill Jews or Put them in Gas Chambers

Owing to the research and German language expertise of British historian David Irving, Dr. Goebbels 75,000 page private diary, captured by the Soviets in 1945, spanning 21 years, is now available to scholars. Thomas Dalton, an expert on holocaust studies who has researched both sides of the story, provides the layman with key excerpts from the diary relating to Jews from the most bloody years of the Second World War.

Unfortunately for the Jewish version of history, Goebbels, who was closest to Hitler in the German High Command, does not indicate any plan to exterminate the Jews or to put them into gas chambers as the Israelis claim.

This is a serious blow for conventional historians, coming after David Irving's challenge that there is no order from Hitler to carry out the holocaust of the Jews. So, here we have a double whammy!
Goebbels diary was not meant for publication or for propaganda. It is full of fulmination and grumbling and plans against the Jewish elites who had taken control of all aspects of life in Germany, but there nothing there to support the holocaust story.

Thus the Jewish-Israeli version has no documentary basis for its claims and has to depend on alleged eyewitnesses and surrendering/captured Germans trying to escape execution by the victors.

A Big Step Backwards Under Obama
NDAA of 2012 Comparable to Fugitive Slave Act of 1850

The execrable ancestor of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 (NDAA) is the Fugitive Slave Act of 1850. Frederick Douglass protested, "Under this [Fugitive Slave] law the oaths of any two villains (the capturer and the claimant) are sufficient to confine a free man to slavery for life." Under the NDAA, the suspicion of the president is sufficient to confine an American citizen to military detention for life without accusation or trial. The twin laws make for an alarming tale.
The Fugitive Slave Act passed with overwhelming congressional support. Only four members of Congress voted against it. The South clamored for its enactment even though very few slaves ever escaped from their owners.
The act vandalized due process. A claimant was authorized to obtain possession of an alleged fugitive slave by presenting an affidavit asserting ownership to a commissioner appointed by the judicial branch. The alleged slave was prohibited from testifying to discredit the claimant's enslavement affidavit, which is the equivalent of proscribing a criminal defendant from asserting his innocence. The commissioner received a $10 fee for sustaining an enslavement claim, but only $5 for upholding freedom. During the life of the act, slave claimants prevailed in 322 cases and freedom triumphed in 11.
The NDAA defiles due process more egregiously than did the Fugitive Slave Act. Section 1021 empowers the military to detain for life without trial any American citizen captured in the United States whom the president maintains is "substantially support[ing] ... al-Qaeda, the Taliban, or associated forces" engaged in hostilities against "coalition partners" of the United States. None of the key terms in section 1021 are defined to constrain the president's power to disappear Americans into dungeons at Guantanamo Bay or elsewhere. "Al Qaeda" is undefined. "The Taliban" is undefined. "Associated forces" is undefined. "Coalition partners" is undefined. "Substantially supporting" is undefined. The words can mean whatever the president, like Humpty Dumpty, wants them to mean. "Substantial support" might be said to include any criticism of the United States government for flouting the Constitution in combatting international terrorism.
The president is crowned by the NDAA with untrammeled authority to decide the proof and method for the executive branch to determine whether an American is substantially aiding al-Qaeda, the Taliban, or associated forces against a coalition partner. There is no judicial involvement. In sum, under the NDAA the president may imprison for life any American citizen for an alleged linkage to international terrorism against coalition partners of the United States on his say-so alone � the very definition of tyranny articulated by James Madison, father of the Constitution, in Federalist No. 47.
The NDAA emerged from the Senate and House Armed Services Committees without a single hearing. The Judiciary Committees waived jurisdiction. Only 13 senators voted against the sacrilege to due process. The statute is naked of findings that the awesome power lodged in the president was necessary to cure a deficiency in existing laws. It was enacted more than a decade after the 9/11 abominations, when it was known that no American citizen on American soil who substantially supported al Qaeda had ever eluded prosecution and punishment in the criminal justice system before any American in America had been harmed.
The NDAA, like the Fugitive Slave Act, is tyranny for the sake of tyranny. It is an ugly spot on the Constitution like Lady Macbeth's "damned spot" for complicity in assassination.

Ron Paul Will Win In The End

Ron Paul will win in the end. That's right. It doesn't matter anymore how the criminals in charge try to change the vote, or how they conjure lies and attack him and his ideas. None of that is going to work anymore.

Don't get me wrong. There is no way in hell that Ron Paul will win his quest for the Presidency. The corporate criminals and their toadies in the media will never let that happen. They will do everything they can to squash Ron Paul and his ideas.

Who has the uncanny ability to unite Rush Limbaugh, Rachel Maddow, Dick Morris, Bill Clinton, Sean Hannity, Keith Olbermann, MSNBC, Fox News, CNN, CBS, NBC, ABC, The New York Times, Move On, Media Matters?

Answer: Ron Paul. Why does he unite everyone on the left and right? What is it about Ron Paul that unites the media?

Ron Paul and his movement are a direct result of the Internet. The Internet also showed the thinking people of the world that there is a corporate criminal mafia and it is in charge of everything. It owns the military, the media, the religions, the educational system the banks and most of the major corporations.

This revelation that we are ruled by a small group of corporate criminals is the real fuel behind Ron Paul.

When one carefully deconstructs Ron Paul's positions one discovers a consistent and focused cohesion. Just underneath the facts and positions that he lays out is the driving reality that we are being run by this small group of criminals. Ron Paul is waaaay too smart to admit this in public. The idea of this criminal cabal is still taboo.

No Ron Paul refuses to actually name the criminals or even admit that they exist. That's cool. That is a good way to keep your head intact. Look at the last two guys to go after this criminal network; their initials are JFK and RFK. So don't expect him to be a 911 Truther or speak openly about this group of criminals. That's asking too much.

But every single one of his positions is designed to obliterate this criminal network. When looking at Ron Paul it is necessary to completely remove your ideology goggles. One of the ways that the Internet is waking us up to is the fact that our ideologies, beliefs and protocols have all been given to us, invented by, this criminal network that now threatens our very existence. Examining his positions it is easy to see that Ron Paul knows and understands who is really ruling us. He has worked it out and his positions are really the only way out of the mess we are in. The criminal network has worked its way into almost every institution that exists. Understanding that it becomes clear that the only way out of the current predicament is too get rid of almost all of the institutions that exist.

That would be schools, militaries, large bloated federal programs, foreign aid and a lot more. These institutions exist almost solely to keep the masses in line and stupefied as to the existence of the criminal cabal. These institutions are not there for the reasons that they claim to but they exist because they are tools of the criminal network. Our schools don't teach us how to think, but what to think, our military is not there to make us safe, but to invade and steal the possessions of other countries for this criminal network.

Ron Paul articulates positions that, if put into effect, would eventually undermine this criminal network. Once we can remove the shackles of this cabal we will come to understand how much wealth we really have. When that moment comes a lot of our current unsolvable problems will become solvable.

It is beyond imagination to even begin to realize how much of the world's wealth has been stolen by this criminal network. They have perverted everything, distorting our economies, our cultures, our values, and our spiritual beliefs. They have contaminated everything. It is only through the dissolution of this network can we truly discover what we have and who we are.

Ron Paul understands this perfectly. He is outlining exactly the path that we must collectively take in order to set things right.

Now the divisions will appear. We will soon see who is for getting rid of the criminal cabal and who is for keeping it. Because of the Internet and Ron Paul it will become apparent who really understands what is going on and who does not have a clue. Those people who refuse to join the new media, those people who insist on staying spoon fed by the criminal corporate media will find themselves on the wrong side of history.

At this point Arthur Schopenhauer famous quote on the way ideas progress through a culture needs to be reviewed:

In 2008 the media ridiculed Ron Paul and his positions. Fox News wouldn't allow him to appear at their Republican Debate resulting in a rain of snowballs coming down on Sean Hannity as he tried to get into the building housing the debate. Fox News reasoned that Ron Paul wasn't a serious candidate, that he was a joke. Four years later we can see that actually Fox News is an arm of the criminal network and they saw what Ron Paul was doing and it scared them. That is the real reason he was not invited to the debate.

If 2008 was the year of ridicule, 2012 will be the year of violent opposition. The same media that ridiculed Ron Paul also let Barrack Obama have a free ride to the White House. As soon as he got into office Obama, not really understanding the cultural swing, tried to implement old and failed ideas. Even though he ran as the wave of the future he was really just an agent of the past. Obama's Presidency proved that this criminal network controlled everyone at the top. How else to explain his actions? That realization also fueled Ron Paul's ascendance.

It is 2012 now and we are moving to phase two of Schopenhauer's progression of ideas. Now we can see that the corporate criminal class is working overtime to hold power.
Obama invades Libya without a squawk from the formerly 'anti-war' Left. Obama signs legislation giving the President the power to assassinate American citizens and no one in the criminal media says a word.

Now they are coming after the Internet. The 'violently opposed' segment is now upon us. 2012 is the most dangerous time because a cornered mad dog is the most dangerous. And we are cornering this dog. The establishment, both left and right, would not be so unified in their condemnation of Paul if he and his ideas did not represent a very real threat.
But here's the thing: Ron Paul has already won. Though they will try to impose a police state on us to stop him, though they will invade other countries without a peep of protest, though they will assassinate and destroy all who oppose them, we should all realize that phase three of Schopenhauer's progression is still waiting to occur.

When the corporate criminal network and their control of the entire planet become self evident, and that is happening right now, the ideas that Ron Paul is espousing will begin to take hold. As we wake up and see what is really happening, we will also see that there is only one way out of this trap. Then Ron Paul and his ideas will begin to become self-evident.

In four years these ideas will go mainstream. That is a guarantee. Soon it will be vogue to discuss the criminal network and how to get rid of them. They cannot stop what is happening and furthermore - they know it. Their behavior is going to become increasingly bizarre as they are exposed.
Psychopaths think that they are invisible, that no one sees what they are really doing. But the Internet is ripping that curtain back as the entire psychopathic criminal network can be seen in all of its vast ugliness.

We need to get rid of it as fast as possible. It is killing all of us.

Protests in EVERY major city Organized by Islamic Movement
LAHORE, Jan. 6: Thousands of people came out on roads all over the country to protest against the deepening energy crisis, stoppage of gas supply to the industry and unjustified raise in utility bills, on the appeal of Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Syed Munawar Hasan.
Protest rallies were held after the Friday prayers in major cities including Lahore, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Bahawalpur and Gujranwala and were addressed by JI leaders and other prominent people.
Syed Munawar Hasan, in a press statement, said that the rulers were burying the masses alive through an oppressive raise in fuel prices which caused an increase in prices of all other items. He said the closure of industries had rendered the industrial workers jobless and the government had no plans for solving the public problems. The rulers were simply interested in completing their five year term whereas the masses were not ready to tolerate them any more. However, he said, the rulers did not have the guts to face the public and they would be forced to quit very soon.
He said if the government did not withdraw the recent raise in electricity and gas prices and the present artificial energy crisis was not overcome, the JI would give a call for a sit in at Islamabad.
At Gujranwala, the protest rally was staged outside the Kapco office. JI Secretary General, Liaqat Baloch led the rally. The protesters carried banners inscribed with slogans condemning the price hike and electricity outages.
Addressing the rally, Liaqat Baloch said the masses were fed up with the rulers and were praying for an end to the Zardari rule.
JI deputy SG, Dr Farid Ahmed Piracha, lead the rally at Multan Road, Lahore. Speaking on the occasion, Farid Piracha said that the PPP government had deprived the masses of their basic needs and the people were finding it difficult to pay utility bills.
He said on one hand, the government was talking of discovering new reservoirs of energy but on other hand, load shedding was on the increase. He said the gas line losses had increased by eleven per cent. The present government had issued connections for new five hundred CNG stations due to which gas supply to households had been affected . He said if the recent raise in fuel prices was not withdrawn, the JI would stage protests in front of the WAPDA and Sui Gas offices.
In Karachi, the JI Karachi Ameer, Muhammad Husain Mehnati, led the rally from Noman mosque to Guru temple, Karachi. The rally at Peshawar was taken out from Peshawar Chowk. JI deputy chief, Sirajul Haq, was in the lead. At Quetta, the protest rally was staged from Meezan Chowk to the local Press Club. Rally at Multan was taken out from Masoom Shah to Bahadur Chowk. The JI Punjab chief, Dr Syed Waseem Akhtar, led the rally at Bahawalpur. Rallies were also held at Rawalpidi and Faisalabad.

Pakistan:
Woman Killed and 5 women Captured by Paki Troops leads to Retaliation by Pak Taliban

Since January 1, Pakistani air and artillery attacks have been launched in Orakzai, Khyber and Kurram areas of Pakistani Taliban control. At least 30 people suspected of being Pakistani Taliban were killed in these attacks. In one of these attacks, a Muslim woman was killed and 5 captured by Pakistani troops.
In retaliation, Pakistani Taliban have killed 15 Pakistani troops whom they had captured. Their statement says that attacks on women crossed the line of what is allowed in warfare and there will be more retaliation.

NATO Supply strucks stranded at the Pak Afghan border have been sent back all the way to Karachi.

Afghanistan:
8 NATO troops Killed. Taliban Isolation Ending with Opening in Qatar

On January 5 and 6 Islamic fighters killed EIGHT NATO troops in hit and guerrilla style attacks. In spite of cold weather and end of NATO operations, fighting on a small scale continues. In December 2011, NATO lost 27 of its best troops with many more wounded in classic guerrilla attacks by the Taliban.

USA wants to find an opening to be able to talk to the Taliban who control 70% of Afghanistan. A post is being opened for the Taliban in Qatar. The Taliban have agreed on condition that their prisoners from Guantanamo Bay be brought to this point in Qatar. [January 7: FOX TV news says, transfer of Taliban prisoners from Gtmo to Qatar is under US study to open way for talks with Taliban.]

Nigeria
Boko Haram Extends Attacks to Adamawa State and Igbo Settlers

January 5 and 6: Islamic fighters from Boko Haram surrounded police headquarters in Postikum [northeastern Nigeria] Fighting continues. Boko Haram also struck Igbo settlers {Christians] in the Mubi and Gombe areas of Adamawa state. The Igbo are like the Jewish settlers in Palestine. They are brought into Muslim areas and given choice lands to dilute the Muslim population.
Boko Haram is an Islamic movement which wants to cut off all relations with the West to stop the spread of AIDS and to stop adultery and fornication.
Nigeria's Christian president Goodluck Johnathon has declared state of emergency and sealed northern borders to stop flow of support for Boko Haram from other Muslim countries.

Assad Slaughters 35 More Muslims.Another al-Qaida attack in Damascus?

On January 6, Assad the tyrant of Syria, continued his efforts to suppress protestors who came out again across Syria. BBC reports that Assad's forces killed 9 people in Hama, 8 in Homs, 14 in the suburbs pf Damascus, 3 in Idlib and one in Deraa [where the protests began].

Once again a human bomber struck in Damascus in an attack on a police bus. At least 25 people, police and related civilians, were killed and more than 40 wounded in the huge explosion. It is feared that al-Qaida has entered the fray because only they have human bombers. A Syrian group which is communicating with the West says Assad is carrying out these explosions, but observers say Assad does not have human bombers.

Yemen
Yemen Authorities Alarmed over Somali al-Shabab Support for Islamic Fighters [al-Qaida]

Yemen Online reports that al-Qaida fighters have extended their control from Abyan province to Shabwa and Marib. Some government military units [armed by the West] are reported to be giving sophisticated weapons to the Islamic fighters.
The Yemeni president Saleh has decided not to go to the US; instead he will continue to try and crush the uprisings

The people of Bethlehem are asking for our help.

Towering walls and militarized fences now encircle Bethlehem, turning the 4,000-year-old city into a virtual prison for its Palestinian Christian and Muslim citizens. Bethlehem has only three gates to the outside world, all tightly controlled by Israeli occupation forces.

Israel has confiscated almost all the agricultural land in the area for illegal settlements, making it impossible for many Palestinian farmers to continue tending their land. Outside the town, the fields where shepherds once watched their flocks are being filled by Israeli housing blocs and roads barred to the descendants of those shepherds.

"It is unconscionable that Bethlehem should be allowed to die slowly from strangulation," says South African Archbishop Desmond Tutu. Bethlehem's residents increasingly are fleeing Israel's confining walls, and soon the city, home to the oldest Christian community in the world, will have little left of its Christian history but the cold stones of empty churches.

Though most Americans don't know it, we are directly involved in Israel's strangulation of Bethlehem. Fortune Magazine and other analysts consistently rank the Israel lobby as one of the most effective special interests in Washington; Americans give Israel about $7 million per day. In its just over 60 years of existence, Israel has received more US tax money than any other nation.

As we seek peace and joy for the world, it is time to reconsider an expenditure that perpetuates injustice, tragic violence, and conflict. Please help.
