Dr Kaukab Siddique | Editor-in-Chief Mohurram 23, 1428/ February 12, 2007 #14

Do you want to understand the way of thinking, the mind set, which has killed 100,000 Iraqi civilians in U.S. aerial bombardment [see the Lancet Report] and destroyed Fallujah and 5 other Islamic cities HOUSE by HOUSE, mosque by mosque?
February 13-14 is the anniversary of the bombing of Dresden by the British and U.S. air forces. Dresden was an open, defenseless, German city and the allies destroyed it to kill its civilian population. David Irving, the famous historian, unearthed the British war time records which show that CHURCHILL was the author of the policy of deliberate and cold blooded, scientific, MASS MURDER of German civilians, which was then adopted by the U.S.
Behind Churchill stood his good friend and buddy, a prominent member of his inner circle, Lord Cherwell, a Zionist Jew, known affectionately to Churchill as "the Prof" who brought Churchill to the idea that Germany could be defeated by bombing its civilian populations. As a result, the British and the U.S. destroyed not only Dresden but EVERY GERMAN CITY in a systematic holocaust which has no equal in human history, leaving even the horrors of Hiroshima and Nagasaki behind.
This was the real holocaust. Observers are gradually realizing that if the Jewish stories of Auschwitz etc had not been manufactured, the destruction of German civilian populations would have tarnished the allied victories in World War II forever and would have ignited German nationalism. Instead, these observers say, the Jewish stories so humiliated the German nation that Germans don't dare to talk about their own suffering and are the BIGGEST suppliers of ISRAEL second only to the U.S.
If you have not read Irving's monumental research on DRESDEN and CHURCHILL, order it from our book page on NewTrendMag.org/order.htm.

It was Valentine's Day and the German children in Dresden were dressed in their best. The fire storm started by the rain of British bombs killed ALL the children, piling them up like stacks of dolls.

Response to Nadrat Siddique's Report On Fund Raiser for Imam Jamil al-Amin
Experience with Two Genuine Imams: Imam Musa and Imam al-'Asi:
The Struggle of Muslims in Washington, DC

by Br. Bilal Siraj ul-Diin

When I came into the diin I made shahadah under Imam Musa.
For Jumuah, I listened to the khutbah at either Masjid al-Islam or masjid al-Sidewalk, and my direction came mainly from Imam al-Asi or Imam Musa.
Before I embraced Islam, I was influenced by the teachings of Malcolm X (r.a.a) and Che Guevara, men who truly and wholeheartedly worked for the betterment of humanity, no matter the personal cost.

So, to hear of leaders lacking Imam Musa's courage is strange. People who cow down, are scared and would rather assimilate than stand strong is something foreign to me. As each day passes, I become increasingly disgusted at the behavior and inaction of the organizations which represent themselves as the spokespersons of Muslims. The same people who speak loudly about equal rights for Muslims in the West are quick to disassociate from their brother who is stricken by government attack.

To hear Imam Musa speak is to hear truth bursting out of the concrete of lies laid over and over daily. To hear him speak of Imam Jamil al-Amin is a sobering reminder of the fact that when you speak for the voiceless, and take an uncompromising stand for what is right, you will be abandoned by those who hypocritically portray themselves as the protectors and defenders of the Ummah in the West. Imam Jamil spoke truth to power; he was framed by yanqui sam and abandoned by his so-called brethren. Imam Musa speaks truth to power and he's abandoned, isolated, not allowed to make hajj. Imam al-Asi speaks truth and is thrown out illegally from the Islamic Center in Washington, D.C. on Massachusetts Avenue, forced to give khutbahs on the sidewalk in the cold, heat, snow, rain, and sleet of the city. He is isolated and abandoned by his so-called brethren and is also prohibited from making hajj.

The fundraiser for Imam Jamil on Benning Road in SE D.C. was a sad reminder of the abandonment faced by one of the most prominent and perhaps most important Muslim figures in the world today.

As the sister stated, the majority of those who came to the fundraiser were working class individuals. Though their incomes were not high they still managed to donate what was possible, their unselfish attitudes pushed by the fact that their brother was unfairly incarcerated. The working class ummah was there, but where were the heads of families who owned businesses? Where were the Muslim lawyers, doctors, and other highly paid, so-called influential individuals? Nowhere. They were nowhere to be found. Imam Musa put out the call to help an innocent Muslim who is wrongly suffering with 23 (sometimes 24) hour lockdown in solitary confinement. Imam Musa put out the call and asked for nothing for himself. The fundraiser was held in the Masjid, no fancy food except what members of the Masjid made themselves. No food servers except the Imam, all the money was to go directly to help Imam Jamil--but the call was unheeded by many. Those who say they support the Imam, support people who are wrongly incarcerated, support political prisoners, these people should throw all their energies into a collective effort. We have been let down by the suits in offices who promote assimilation and loss of identity. Those at the top have been discredited by their hypocrisy and inactivity and now must be forcefully removed from the forefront and stuffed in the background. It is now time for the grassroots to take charge of this situation. If not, all we have to rely on will be the suits and where will they be? Al-Shaheed Malik El-Shabazz said it best: "Why they are where they always are. In the pool hall twiddling their fingers away."

Eid in Egypt: Cold but Inspiring
by Shamim Siddiqui, New York

Since the time, I read the fascinating traveling details of Maulana Maudoodi (RA) in the book: Ardul Qurâ'an [Lands (referred) in the Qurâ'an] written by his tour companion Br Asim Al-Haddad, I developed a hidden desire that if I cannot see all the places where he went, at least I could visit Egypt and see the places that he visited there. It took him four months to tour all the places that are described in the Qur'an, presenting the fate of all lost nations who disobeyed Allah and the Prophets of the time and were destroyed in consequence. It would be within the context to add that my Tour programs of historical places have always been rotating around this verse in the Qurâ'an: "Do but travel in the land and see the nature of the consequences for those who did deny (the Messenger) [Al-Imran 3: 137]

To fulfill my cherished desire, I requested my beloved Br Baig who visits Egypt frequently to quench his thirst for acquiring the knowledge of Fiqh in depth. It materialized in programming to accompany him as due to my knee problem alone I could not travel by myself. It was his brotherly love for me that paved the way. He arranged the details of my visit very meticulously, considering my convenience at every step. May Allah reward him immensely in both the worlds. Accordingly, we embarked upon this memorable historical journey by Egyptian Air on December 26, 2006.

Alhamdulillah, we reached Cairo, the capital of Egypt, safely in the morning of December 27, 2006 and were welcomed with chilly breezes like that of NY that I left behind. Cairo is like Karachi but with different climate and people. Here Masajid are over-packed with Musalleen. Water and milk both are very tasty and healthy, keeping me always feeling hungry before time. Tasty Golden delicious apples are available in abundance and (Amrood) guavas, the weakness of my youngest son Tariq, too are in a big supply. On December 28, I rested.

Next day, December 29, 06, we had our Eid ul-Adha. Back in NY we would have it on December 30. Whole day on Ed day different TV channels were displaying different features of Hajj at Mana, Arafat, and Muzdalfa and pelting stones over Jamroot along with displaying scenes of animal sacrifices. I was just watching the Arabic bulletin of Al-Jazeerah. Its news coverage was good. Our beloved Brother, Dr Samy Ali promised to visit me on Sunday, Insha Allah, and as per my scheduled program, I was to proceed to Aswan and other places en route to the South on Monday January1, 2007. However, I must first narrate how and under what condition I performed my Eid prayers.

My Eid day in Egypt: As usual, I and Br Baig with his beloved promising son Omar went for Fajr prayers in a beautiful local mosque, "Masjid-e-Arqam" built by Ikhwan, accommodating a big hospital within its premises, a full time school, a game-complex and open play ground for youth. We went with the intention that after Fajr we will stay there till we complete our Eid prayers that was to be started at 7:15 AM local time. It was extremely cold here as well as very windy. To our utter astonishment at around 6:45 AM all men were asked to vacate the Masjid and pray outside in the open field on naked ground with some sheets on it. We had no choice but to leave and the Masjid was immediately occupied by Ikhwan's Sister wings as they all were waiting outside. They were in thousands, a lesson for our daughters and daughter-in-laws to note as how devoted, disciplined and organized Ikhwani sisters are. We offered our Eid prayers in the open field while shivering with cold. We could not listen even the Eid Khutbah properly and had to leave the ground earlier as the cold was practically unbearable. It was a memorable Eid day with the news waiting at home that Saddam Hussein has been hanged to death in the morning hours of Ed Day in Baghdad.

Islamic woman's Research Undermines Israeli propaganda
Israeli Story of Solomon's Temple in Jerusalem is Bogus:
Solomon was not Hebrew but Assyrian: His Temple was in Ninevah

by Sis. H. al-Dahir, New Orleans, Louisiana

I am going to address the Israeli attack on Al-Aqsa Masjid. Obviously this is a plan to please the fundamentalist Jews (Hasidics and Kararites). It is most likely being promoted as an archaeological expedition to dig up the Temple of Solomon. By the way, Al-Aqsa Masjid is NOT built over the Temple of Solomon. Al-Aqsa Masjid is the Masjid financed by Cyrus the Great who is Al-DhulQarnain (the 2 horned one). Go to

http://www3.tky.3web.ne.jp/~jafarr/A%20Portrait%20of%20Cyrus2.html

you will see picture of Cyrus with 2 horns supporting his crown. This temple was built by the returning Judeans after the Babylonian exile with finances provided by the Persian king, Cyrus. The same temple was ravaged to the ground by the Romans in 70AD.

I have done extensive research on the Qur'anic/Biblical stories regarding Tault (Saul), Dawood (David) and Sulayman (Solomon) peace be upon them all. Before I begin, let me explain the origins of the prophets and the name change in Hebrew. The Hebrews were very adept at changing names in order to borrow another people's history. In this case, it is the history of the Assyrian Empire which they borrowed as their own. The Assyrian Empire ruled Canaan (modern Palestine) from about 1120 BCE to 627 BCE. So the Hebrews were under Assyrian domination until a few years before the Babylonians, who conquered the Assyrians and the Hebrews, took over Judea in 585 BCE.

The Persians conquered the Babylonians and Al Dhulqarnain returned the exiled Judeans to Judea. At this time, the Jews who wrote the books of the Bible erased their Assyrian connections by changing the names of the Assyrians who ruled them to Hebrew names. But the history of the Assyrian Empire was buried in the Biblical books and still can be found. Let's start with Talut (Saul in English/Shaul in Hebrew).

According to Genesis, Saul was an Edomite (Edom is a large territory in south Canaan) king. Edomites were considered to be relatives of the Hebrews because Esau (nickname Edom) was the elder brother of Jacob (Yacub). Now, according to the same chapter, Gen 36:37, Saul was from the Assyrian town of Rehoboth on the Euphrates (Gen 10:11). The territory of Edom was no where near the Euphrates. The Euphrates was at that time a river controlled by the Assyrian Empire. So, Saul was an Assyrian official sent to govern the Edomites on behalf of the Assyrians. The Hebrews had close ties with Edom and the Biblical authors erased Saul's Assyrian ties and listed him under the kings of Edom. Later in I Samuel, they again morphed Saul into a member of the tribe of Benjamin. Fortunately for us, the Hebrew authors did not realize that they had left a clue in Gen. 36:37 as to the real origins of Saul.

Dawood also seems to have been an Assyrian official but he was originally sent to Moab (Book of Ruth has Dawood a descendant of a Moabite woman, Ruth), a region very near Edom. When Saul died, Dawood took over his territory. Now, Dawood's name, meaning beloved, was given to him by the Hebrew authors because he intermarried with the locals. Unfortunately, all of his sons died, which left the area without a governor. This is where Sulayman enters the picture.

Sulayman III was a crown prince and the Assyrians sent their crown princes into areas of the empire to gain experience. Sulmanu Asaredu V was sent by his father, Tiglath Pileser III, into Zimirri in Phoenicia to govern that area. It was Tiglath Pileser III who attacked Judah in 739BC. This event caused the Hebrews, who were previously allied to the Assyrians, to erase all of the below mentioned references to that alliance from the Biblical books.

The original names of Saul and Dawood are difficult to trace because of the name change. However, Sulayman's Assyrian name remains unaltered in the Qur'anic. Sulayman's Assyrian name is Sulmanu-assaredu III (859-824 BCE-there were five Assyrian monarchs with the name Sulayman or Shalamaneser in English). The Hebrews changed this name to Shlomo and made him a son of Dawood (David) to hide his Assyrian origins as they had aligned themselves with the Persians after the exile.

The Qur'anic does not say that Dawood was the son of Sulayman. The Qur'anic does say that Sulayman was Dawood's heir, which means that he took over the territory governed by Dawood. This is the same word used for the Ad of Iram. The Qur'anic says that the Ad were the heirs of Qom Nuh (the people of Noah). However, the Qur'anic does mention that both Sulayman and Dawood gave judgments together. This most likely happened before Dawood, perhaps a relative or palace official, was sent to Moab and while Sulayman was still a crown prince in Assyria. The upshot is that Sulayman did have a magnificent palace (Qur'anic 34:13) with copper, brass, bird-headed winged genii (hud hud) and arches but they were not built in Palestine. They were built at Nineveh. If you want to see a picture of his father's, Ashurnasirpal II, palace which Sulayman grew up in, go to:

http://www.learningsites.com/NWPalace/NWP_DwgArchive.htm#Layard%20ThRm%20rendering

Please note the following items in the palace reconstruction at the bottom of the page which are mentioned in the Qur'anic:

1. The Picture of the bird-headed winged genii (hud hud/hoopoe) to the monarch's right on the wall
2. The blue glazed bricks on the walls and floor that caused "Saba" to bare her legs because she thought she was stepping into water
3. the images (timatheel) statues and reliefs
4. In the diagrams which are not colored notice the arches (mahariib) in the construction of the palace and the throne room. The Jews did not use arches in the architecture. They used the post and lintel construction.
5. there is a difference between the Arab concept of jinn and the winged "genii" (tayari in Arabic) as depicted in the Assyrian reliefs. Arab jinn don't have wings.

The pertinent Qur'anic references are mentioned below:

YUSUF ALI: And Solomon was David's heir. He said: "O ye people! We have been taught the speech of tayri (flying ones), and on us has been bestowed (a little) of all things: this is indeed Grace manifest.
027.017
YUSUF ALI: And before Solomon were marshaled his hosts,- of Jinns and men and tayri("flying ones" often translated as birds) and they were all kept in order and ranks.

3 Verses eliminated because they are not relevant to the subject

027.020
YUSUF ALI: And he took a muster of the tayra (flying ones); and he said: "Why is it I see not the Hoopoe (hud hud)? Or is he among the absentees?

027.021
YUSUF ALI: "I will certainly punish him with a severe penalty, or execute him, unless he bring me a clear reason."

027.022
YUSUF ALI: But the Hoopoe (hud hud in Arabic) tarried not far: he said: "I have compassed (territory) which thou hast not compassed, and I have come to thee from Saba with tidings true.

Verses irrelevant to the subject

027.039
YUSUF ALI: Said an 'Ifrit (not an Arabic word-means chief in Assyrian), of the Jinns: "I will bring it to thee before thou rise from thy council: indeed I have full strength for the purpose, and may be trusted."

027.044
YUSUF ALI: She was asked to enter the lofty Palace: but when she saw it, she thought it was a lake of water, and she uncovered her legs. He said: "This is but a palace "mumarradum min qawaariir" (i.e.paved with a smooth "glass-like" surface - "Qawarir means, made of glass, i.e., it was built with smooth surfaces" -my note) She said: "O my Lord! I have indeed wronged my soul: I do submit with Solomon, to the Lord of the Worlds."

end quote

YUSUF ALI: And to Solomon (We made) the Wind (obedient): Its early morning (stride) was a month's (journey), and its evening (stride) was a month's (journey); (reference to ships with sails-Sulayman controlled the Mediterranean coast and commandeered the Phoenician sailing ships called triremes) and We made a Font of molten brass to flow for him; and there were Jinns that worked in front of him, by the leave of his Lord, and if any of them turned aside from our command, We made him taste of the Penalty of the Blazing Fire.

034.013
YUSUF ALI: They worked for him as he desired, (making) arches, images, basins as large as reservoirs, and cauldrons fixed: "Work ye, "aala" (clan) of David, with thanks! but few of My servants are grateful!"

end quote

The following will show you a relief of Sulayman's (Shalmaneser III or Shlomo in Hebrew) famous staff that collapsed from being eaten by a worm (termite larva).

Qur'anic 34:14

Then, when We decreed (Solomon's) death, nothing showed them his death except a little worm of the earth, which kept (slowly) gnawing away at his staff: so when he fell down, the Jinns saw plainly that if they had known the unseen, they would not have tarried in the humiliating Penalty (of their Task).

http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2003/05/photogalleries/iraqtreasures_2/photo3.html

The above information cannot be revolutionary to Rabbinical scholars. I am sure that they know that Sulayman was an Assyrian and built his famous temple- palace in Assyria at Nineveh. So, it is futile to do any further archaeology on this subject in Palestine. And, furthermore, the original Hebrews (not the Euro-Jews), who are Semites, aren't even descendants of Solomon as after his father's death, he ruled from Nineveh. However, they could possibly trace their origins to the Assyrian governor which they named Dawood as only his sons died but not his daughters, so perhaps a few of his daughters by the native wives of the area perpetuated the genealogy of David in the area.

As for the role of the Hebrews under Assyrian domination, in order to avoid enslavement, they became agents and mercenaries of the Assyrian Empire by becoming conscripts in the Assyrian army. They used their status as Assyrian agents to enslave others on behalf of the Assyrians. See the biblical Book of Kings:

1Ki 9:20 ¶ [And] all the people [that were] left (in Canaan/Palestine under Solomon were) the Amorites, Hittites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites, which [were] not of the children of Israel, 1Ki 9:21 Their children that were left after them in the land, whom the children of Israel also were not able utterly to destroy, upon those did Solomon levy a tribute of bondservice unto this day. 1Ki 9:22 But of the children of Israel did Solomon make no bondmen:but they [were] men of war, and his servants, and his princes, and his captains, and rulers of his chariots, and his horsemen. 1Ki 9:23 ¶ These [were] the chief of the officers that [were] over Solomon's work, five hundred and fifty, which bare rule over the people that wrought in the work.
end quote

I hope this clarifies the ruse that the European Jews in Palestine are perpetuating about the temple of Solomon so they can take over the entire area with Christian support. They know that Sulayman was not a Hebrew. He was an Assyrian and there never was a temple or palace of Sulayman in Canaan, Judah, or Israel which became modern Palestine.
